Nvidia is about to take a big hit with recent news, and in this short video I'll share my thoughts on Nvidia and why there's a lot of opportunity ahead of us, as they just unveiled the RTX 50 series GPUs. The new Blackwell architecture with 92 billion transistors and 4000 TOPS of AI performance is a game changer for Nvidia, and we still have a lot of room to grow.
There is a lot to make in this market, and investing in disruptive technologies in 2025 is the best idea I have. Check out this excerpt where Dan Ives discusses what I believe is the most important factor for Nvidia's future trajectory. Dan Ives, an analyst at Wedbush Securities, joins us now, he recommends buying Nvidia stock with a $200 price target.
Good morning, Dan. Let's talk about robotics and autonomous technologies . In your abstracts or presentation overview, you note. That in itself creates another trillion dollars in additional market opportunity that Nvidia can now tap into over the coming years. How do you arrive at this figure and how do you determine the cost to Nvidia based on it?
Yes, listen, I believe Jensen has laid out a strategic vision for the coming years. When we look at robotics and autonomous systems, I believe that these will ultimately be some of the biggest applications of AI. And I think what you saw from Nvidia last night is that they're not just going to be a supplier.
They will play a huge role in this vision. And, of course, Tesla remains in the spotlight on the autonomous systems side. I think this is the next step. I believe this is a snapshot of the future and you look at it step by step. If you look at the next few years, I think the market is underestimating growth by 25-30%, so I think Nvidia can reach not just $4 trillion, but $5 trillion in market cap.
They underestimate growth by 30%. So what is this ? Is this robotics? What exactly is being underestimated, so to speak, in the context of this company's growth? I think, first of all, it's Blackwell, in terms of demand. We see the demand to supply ratio as 15 to 1. I believe that robotics and autonomous systems, given the market opportunities, could ultimately account for 15-20 % of what I call disruptive technologies.
That is, this can provide an additional 20-25% of income over the next two to three years. I think that was kind of the turning point for me last night. This, this, this is Jensen representing Nvidia. It's not just about Blackwell chips, new oil , new gold. It's about where this is going, and we believe that autonomy and robotics are a huge part of the fourth industrial revolution.
Exactly. So, what does ChatGPT's moment in robotics look like, Dan ? What does this mean? I think it's physical AI. We talked about this today, mentioning Robotaxi in October. I think we'll be looking at the next 2-3 years. Robotics isn't just about CES. This will be a reality. And I think that's what will happen in factories.
This will affect consumers and households. And I think in a year we will move from advanced prototypes to something that will become a reality. And I think the key point is that we are still in the early stages of the AI revolution. And there is actually only one player. This is Nvidia's world. Everyone else is just renting space.
This was a moment of showmanship from The Godfather last night. Okay, guys. So, let's talk about what Dan Ives covered and what it means for Nvidia. Listen. Robotics and automation play a huge role for Nvidia. These are huge industries, and Nvidia's market cap will reach 5 trillion, as Dan Ives said.
He says Wall Street is underestimating growth , and a $5 trillion market cap for Nvidia is possible in the near future. And I would agree, because AI will become the main dominant factor in 2025. I've watched so many interviews, and it's really amazing how people don't understand exactly how AI learns.
For example, an AI model is programmed by humans , but during the learning process we do not know how this happens, just as we do not fully understand how the human brain works. AI is very interesting and at the same time quite scary because it can recode itself. This is quite possible. We live in very interesting times, and despite everything that is happening, this is definitely a huge economic opportunity.
Looking at Blackwell, I also believe the market is underestimating the chip's potential to create trillions of dollars in capitalization for Nvidia. And all of this adds up to market opportunities for Nvidia. And the way the company is changing the market is truly unparalleled . And for me, the target price is $200 per share in 2025 .
I'm making this video very short and to the point, because listen, all this new revenue that's going to come into Nvidia's revenue is also going to be reflected in its net income. Okay, revenue is very important for a company, but profit margin is no less important. And Nvidia's profit margin is huge.
Of course? All of this revenue comes after deducting the cost of goods sold and stock-based payments, which are very significant for Nvidia. They provide many of their engineers with stock compensation. We will still receive significant income, which will eventually become net profit. And I think that would , you know, significantly boost Nvidia's valuation.
I personally buy Nvidia shares very actively, as you already know. And, in my opinion, we are now in the fourth industrial revolution. Yes, this is the fourth industrial revolution. This is the biggest opportunity , you know, in 1999 the market was really overheated and there was a tech bubble, but the internet really took off, people really made millions, and we really had a huge opportunity .
And here it is quite clear that we are waiting for a lot of physical AI. We will get a lot of general AI. There will be many applications in areas from healthcare to consumer products. Then I mentioned that these would be factory applications. This will increase America's GDP, and as America grows and continues to evolve into a larger economy with a higher GDP per capita, right?
By the way, this is a very important indicator. GDP per capita is extremely important , it makes the average person more productive and allows them to earn more, right? This will likely lead to mass layoffs, which is scary for the average person, but that's why you need to invest . That's why it's worth investing in something that can replace you - by the way, it's a very smart decision.
If you invest in Nvidia and are afraid of losing your job, well, at least if you lose it to AI and automation, which Nvidia has played a huge role in, at least you made money investing in what replaced you. So this is also a very good reason to invest in Nvidia. And I still believe we are in the early stages of the AI revolution. So, I'm looking forward to what happens with Nvidia.
