01. Palanteer shares are actually down 50% from highs of over $200 per share. And since the price was at that price, it has only gone down one level. And in this video I want to talk about mistakes you can make with your stocks. Because if you have Palunteer, if you have SoFi, if you have Nvidia, maybe you also have Microsoft, whose stock is very popular, you can make this crucial mistake in the market, which is essentially to ignore some of the discounts that we get.

02. So I want to look at what I think is the best opportunity, because I'm opening my wallet for one of them . And I'm very excited. Basically, dollar cost averaging and I'm buying a lot more of these stocks because they look really cheap to me. By the way, guys, before I open the chart and look at SoFi, my name is Henry.

03. I worked at Goldman Sachs and have been trading for over 10 years. My goal here is to teach and educate others. I am not a financial advisor. I'm just sharing my knowledge. So, let's move on to SoFi. SoFi shares are worth less than $18. This company has fallen 40% from its peak. My personal average SoFi stock price over the past month is $21 per share.

04. Essentially, nothing happened. SoFi is growing rapidly . And there are many disappointments in the market . However, I want to point out the facts about what is actually happening with SoFi, because if you look at their net income, it is $167 million, up 134% from last year, and their number of members has grown to 14.7 million.

05. So, that's a 35% increase from last year. As for products, they have 22.2 million products, which is 39% more than last year. So guys, tell me this . Struggling stocks and struggling businesses ? Because in the case of SoFi, with such a significant growth in the number of members, as well as the growth in the number of products, it's not just about attracting members, it's not a scam company that just attracts members and doesn't do anything with them.

06. They recruit participants, and these participants voluntarily, by their own choice, take more products. OK? In contrast to the 35% increase in participants compared to last year. So that means even with the growth in the number of participants, there is a higher level of product adoption than with the growth in the number of participants, and they are already extremely talented at attracting new participants.

07. So it seems to me that the quality of the business is unchanged. And what's really happening is that the falling stock price doesn't really reflect reality. It does not reflect what is actually happening in the business itself. So when I look at the pain people are going through, I remind myself: no pain, no gain, guys.

08. That's the whole point here. Because you guys forget how fast stocks go up. You guys are forgetting that it is these tough times that make investors better. If I look at the six-month timeline , it was a very difficult period. And to be honest , I don't think it's really justified. So when I look at stocks that are fluctuating and not showing significant results, it's kind of like a dead fish that's just moving sideways.

09. It's not even that bad because you can still make money in two different ways, or maybe three different ways. So, in two different ways. The first is LEAPS. Or you can just use my deep strategy, get into stocks and hold them longer, right? Because the LEAP option is an annual option. You buy a LEAP option and hold it because if I look at the stock price right now, I find it very attractive.

10. I think SoFi will probably be worth $25 to $ 27 in 2027. This is the next 12-month roadmap I see. I don't think it will happen in one day. They will be very, very slow , and then suddenly their price will skyrocket. Now, this catalyst can be either earnings, or momentum, or investor psychology . So there are a number of reasons why Micron Technology shares are skyrocketing, like they are right now, for example, they've gone up significantly.

11. And yes, the valuation looks very attractive compared to Nvidia, but it's also due to the great community support. If you look at Reddit, if you look at YouTube, everyone is talking about stocks. SoFi is a bit out of fashion right now, but I don't think it's something permanent. This won't go out of style as long as they continue to make more money.

12. Because as they make more money, yes, with increased revenue, with increased product usage, with increased membership, then the business will generate more money, and eventually it will be fundamentally too cheap simply because it's not in vogue right now, and investors are, you know, looking for the next opportunity.

13. They ask themselves: Where can I make money on these AI stocks? Where can I make money on these fast-growing stocks? Right? Well, the reality is that ultimately, a company is still based on what it earns in terms of revenue, the cash it has on its balance sheet, and the future prospects of the business .

14. For me, SoFi has good prospects. That 's why I'm very happy to buy stocks. So the first way to make money is to essentially take steps in my deep strategy and just sit and wait for six or so months. I understand that this may seem like a long time, but it really isn't . I mean, waiting 6 months to build wealth, I mean, that's building wealth.

15. I'm sorry this isn't happening sooner. How I wish muscle building would happen faster. I wish everything was much faster. The restaurant would bring me food, you know, in 30 seconds. But reality just doesn't work that way, does it? The second way to make money is covered call options. So, you see, when stocks just go sideways like SoFi, you can see that they literally did nothing.

16. As of now, July 1st. That's $18 a share, and in March it was $18 a share. Well, look, because SoFi is a stock with higher implied volatility. This company has awards. So if you put a covered call option and sell the call options and the stock is trading sideways, you're just generating a premium, right?

17. Generating a premium weekly or monthly is very attractive for SoFi. Look, I get it, because if your average cost, like mine, is over $20, you might not sell a covered call option that is below your average cost. However, I would encourage you to at least use my strategy, which is partial. However, I want to mention a strategy I learned at Goldman Sachs.

18. The strategy at Goldman Sachs that they used for CEOs who had huge positions, right? A lot of Goldman Sachs clients or, you know, big CEOs who have, you know, huge fortunes, but the thing is, their fortunes are really concentrated in one stock. So, if part of your wealth is concentrated in one stock, here is a very valuable lesson you can learn.

19. You do not need to sell covered call options on your entire position. You don't need to do this. You know, when I look at a holistic approach to getting premiums, uh, by selling call options or put options with my students, and I look at a separate portfolio, and someone might have a larger position, whether it's SoFi, Palunteer, Nvidia, Microsoft or any other stock, right?

20. I actually always analyze the average value and analyze the mentality of that person: would they be comfortable getting rid of the stock, or would they want more growth and be upset, or would they experience fear of missing out (FOMO) if the stock skyrockets, which is often the case. Isn't that right ?

21. When you look at a high-quality company that has lost, it will eventually grow. So, when I understand the big picture, I can only sell 25% of the covered calls. I can sell half of my covered call position. I can take this approach. So remember, if you want to sell covered calls on SoFi, you don't have to do it 100%.

22. I sell 100% covered calls, but I choose the right strike price, and I essentially analyze where I am comfortable. Okay , that's a short story. And the third way to make money is to just get out of SoFi, give up the stocks and go chase rabbits, chase good white rabbits and look for, you know, other opportunities.

23. I think this is another way. So, that's my opinion on SoFi. Let's move on to the next stock, namely Palanteer. Palanteer, to be honest , has fallen sharply from those highs, where it was over $200 a share. She did n't really have a straight line of fall. There was a pretty big and violent sell-off, and then, you know, a few spikes, and now Palanteer stock has actually fallen to almost $100 a share , which is about a 50% discount from its peak price.

24. For Palanteer, the most attractive part of the business is their relationship with the government, stable revenue, and operating profitability of over 40%. I think another attractive feature is that they have virtually no debt and have over five billion dollars in cash. So when I look at Palanteer, I see a really huge opportunity here .

25. I think investors can see the stock coming back to, you know, the moving average right now at 135. So I don't think it's unreasonable to look at the balance here at 135 much sooner than many investors think, because again, wild swings are very common in this market. Essentially, we're in a momentum market where stocks can crash because they're getting unfavourable and investors start running for the hills, but then when the dog shows up and you try to herd all these sheep into, you know, their fold or something, then all these sheep just run in the other direction at the same speed they fell.

26. So just as quickly as they went left, they also went right. And the same thing in the stock market. This is not based on fundamentals right now. This is based on sharp technical fluctuations . So when I look at the opportunity, I don't want you guys to ignore stocks that are falling. I think this is a huge mistake.

27. So many investors are seeing stocks fall right now and they seem to be giving up. They even check it mentally. I have a lot of people who, mentally, you know, tell me that it's really hard to hold on right now. But I remind them that nothing in life is that simple, right? If you want to create real wealth, it won't be easy.

28. Sometimes you have to go against the grain, especially when you know something is going down, like Palanteer or SoFi, or you know any other stocks that are still quality companies, but they've gone down and don't make sense to you. That's good. This shouldn't make sense. The market must be complex. So, by doing complex things in the market, you get different results.

29. So if you want different results, you're going to have to do things differently than everyone else, right? Sometimes it's okay to just be in the game on impulse. And I have several such positions in my portfolio in the Discord community . I always do two things. I either go with the momentum and try to squeeze out the profit, and I don't lock in the profit too early, because that's another huge mistake that, as you know, even I still make: I get into a name driven by momentum and then I don't use the profit enough.

30. Since some of these stocks are up over 50% in a year, and if you sell too early, you can only make 20 %, you're leaving a lot of money on the table. So it's a difficult market to trade, but there are also a lot of opportunities here. If you don't sell too early, if you buy stocks of high-quality companies at lower prices, I see a lot of opportunities, honestly.

31. For example, Palanteer, in my opinion, looks really great. Let's look at the next stock, it's Nvidia. Nvidia is trading at practically $200 a share, unchanged, and it seems like the stock was worth a little under $200 and then investors said, “No, no, no, no. This is too cheap. I want some Nvidia.” And look at the market capitalization.

32. It is less than 5 trillion dollars. And honestly, Nvidia will most likely hit 10 trillion someday, right? Mark my words, it's not about whether it will be 10 trillion at all. Just a question, when will Nvidia reach 10 trillion? And this could potentially happen by 2028. So the P/E ratio is 30. And if you look at the Ford P ratio, it's probably about the same level as where the S&P 500 is right now.

33. So the Ford P ratio essentially means how much money is this company going to make in a year? And at the same price, yes, given that it's $200 a share, at the same price, what would the new P/E ratio be? This P/E ratio is essentially equal to the S&P 500, which makes no sense to me because Nvidia is essentially an S&P 1.

34. Okay? So, the S&P 500, this is S&P 1. This is the largest company in the entire S&P 500. And actually, if you look at historical data, I'm not saying that historical returns can predict future returns, because that's certainly not the case. But historically, if you invested in the S&P 1, you would outperform the S&P 500 in most cases.

35. So when I look at the largest companies, they tend to go up because they rose to become the S &P 1. And often they become more and more valuable. Obviously, this changes throughout history. Apple was the largest company in the world. And you know, it's still growing. She still grew considerably from being number one to where she is now.

36. I don't know the math, but obviously when it became the largest company in the world and where it is today, it's probably a difference in market capitalization of about a trillion or over a trillion dollars. So when I look at Nvidia and just think logically, I think: what's likely to happen here? Not the next day, because I'm not a genie.

37. I am not a financial advisor. I can't predict the next day or the next two days, can I ? But when I think about what's going to happen with Nvidia over the next 6 months, the next, you know, 18 months, I see really good things. I think Nvidia shares will be worth around $300. So I actually really like this opportunity.

38. I think a lot of investors are a little nervous in this market, and I don't blame you, because it's hard to see your hard-earned money fluctuate. This is very challenging, and it's another thing I'm working on with my Discord students. It's not often that you're asked, "Hey, what are the best stocks to buy?" You know, sometimes it can be pretty obvious.

39. There are a lot of quality companies right now, you know, Nvidia or Microsoft, and there are other, you know, Mac 7 stocks that are very, you know, strong long- term. But often what I work with students and actually teach them is to change the mentality. How do we get through some tough times? How do we, you know, generate premiums, what strike prices do we choose and what expiration dates do we use while we wait for some of these stocks to recover?

40. Or, hey, these stocks went above my strike price. What should I do now? Do you know, Henry, how can I promote this position? These are the possibilities that I actually consider with my students. And that's because some of these things are very psychological. Many of you guys who trade on your own sometimes have good periods and sometimes have bad ones.

41. And honestly, I think trading on your own can be very difficult. Like me personally, when I go to the gym, I don't work out alone. I have a coach in my trading. I still have a mentor in my personal life. I have mentors. This is very important, like Kobe, Kobe Bryant had mentors. Yukovic has mentors.

42. Federer, you know, every athlete, every, you know, skill that you have, including trade, should have a mentor. So I highly encourage you to either find a mentor. It's not necessarily me. If you like someone's personality better, you know, fine. If you want to work with me, I think that's even better.

43. I worked at Goldman Sachs. I have a lot of experience. I've grown my portfolio from a very small amount from when I was, you know, just 18 years old to now being 30. I've been doing this for over ten years and I've been through some really tough times. And I also worked with a lot of people. Some of the people I worked with, you know, are unemployed.

44. They are unemployed, and they were smart. They are smart people, are n't they? But they lost their jobs to artificial intelligence. They're, you know, engineers who do n't have jobs anymore. They need to generate income, and they are in a more desperate situation when they need to take care of their families.

45. I was with such people. I was with , you know, single mothers who don't have a high income. I have worked with business owners who have high incomes but are very busy. So I've seen a lot of different situations. I think that's what makes me a truly great coach. Over the last six years, I've helped people in every situation: from small portfolios to medium, you know, even those large portfolios that are very aggressive or those large portfolios that are close to retirement.

46. So I'm looking at the stock market right now, and some of these stocks that I'm mentioning here are very high-quality opportunities, but I also have a lot of other opportunities that I'd like to share with you. I know I'm rambling here , but I just think it's really important to have mentorship, coaching, and someone who can help you along your journey.

47. So, yes , the least I would suggest is to at least just schedule a call in my description . Just find out what I can offer, because I can do so much for you . You probably don't even know about it because I can do so much for you . You probably can't even imagine it, to be honest . So, uh, Nvidia, a high-quality company, $200 a share, I think that looks really good.

48. Honestly, I think it looks really good. The next action is Microsoft. So, Microsoft is worth less than $3 trillion, but not long ago it was over $3 trillion. I'm not too optimistic about Microsoft, but I think they have a huge competitive advantage because practically everyone uses Microsoft. There are millions of companies around the world that run on Windows, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft's built-in Azure.

49. It is integrated into the existing infrastructure. So, they just have this really great ecosystem. And as they continue to develop artificial intelligence, I think they will make a ton of money because their AI adoption is not high right now. I don't expect them to be super dominant. They also don't need to dominate AI that much to have a much higher rating because they're already everywhere, right?

50. So if they have more AI adoption, not crazy AI adoption, but just more AI adoption, which is likely to happen, then this company's stock will probably be worth $500. They are currently trading at $373 per share. They have come back quite significantly this month, literally in the last 30 days from $441 to $373.

51. So, I think what's probably going to happen is that Microsoft's stock value is going up right now. There is clearly more trading volume now, and investors are returning to their positions. You can see here that the analyst from Stifle had a more pessimistic forecast from 415 to 400. But you know, count me in at $400 a share .

52. I think if you own Microsoft, and ideally you can get about 100 shares, you just sell covered calls and get a premium on a high-quality company like Microsoft, which should probably have lower volatility. In fact, it has had quite high volatility over the past month, down 17%. That's why I'm talking about this .

53. This is because a high-quality company that doesn't usually have that much volatility, falling 17% in one month doesn't really make sense. So, this is an opportunity that really appeals to me, and as soon as the market opens up, I'm going to take action on it. So, yeah, guys, I hope you enjoyed this video.

54. Be sure to subscribe to this video. Again, if you want a mentor, if you want a coach, I think it's extremely important to have one , no matter what stage of life you're at. If you are extremely successful, you should have a coach. If you're not successful, you should definitely have a coach, right? I have coaches.

55. So I would be happy to become one for you. I would be happy to help you on your journey and guide you. Hmm, so anyway, yeah, check out the description . In any case, I love you very much. Hey, thanks for supporting the channel. Thank you for, you know, listening. This means a lot to me because I do a lot of research here.

56. I spend a lot of time trying to figure out what opportunities are attractive, and yes, I just love what I do. So I hope to help more people. Thank you very much, and, uh , see you next time.
