01. SoFi is going after your Robin Hood investors. We are going to prepare for next week. I am going to share updated information with you . I hope you had a great 4th of July. Let's prepare for this very important week. So , first, SoFi will be reporting earnings on July 29th, which won't be next week.

02. This will be an important preparation because investors who invest earlier, before the earnings release, may have very strong upside potential. See where the stock is trading now. That's $ 18.24. Stocks are moving sideways. Not much happened. And over the past month, shares have risen by only 2.8%. But do you realize that once earnings come in, if management targets higher expectations, the stock price could literally go from $18 to $25?

03. That's because once earnings come in, it's a very important number that Wall Street pays attention to. Furthermore, whatever direction management takes, it could completely change how investors value this company. Let's look at the facts. The number of participants grew by 35% to 14.7 million in the last quarter.

04. As they continue to scale their business and attract new customers, it increases their overall revenue. But what really makes them more profitable in the end is how many of those customers implement the products. Products are now up 39%, showing that customers are continuing to adopt more of the SoFi ecosystem.

05. Guys , do you know what's really important? What's more important than investing in a short-term company that can grow? This is investing in a long-term business that is growing. So if you look at a business like Amazon, like Tesla, in the earlier days they grew their revenues very quickly, and they weren't always favored in the market.

06. That's what I'm seeing with SoFi right now, because SoFi has rebounded tremendously. This stock has fallen 33% over the past 6 months. And that's 33% off, guys. Many people look at this as a failed campaign. SoFi is not a failed promotion. The business is still very far from collapse. They continue to grow.

07. So, I see that the market is not favorable to fintech stocks , okay? I myself own a lot of shares in fintech companies. Robinhood is another stock that I will talk about in this video. I currently own a lot of Robinhood shares, as well as Sofi and Palantir shares. But these promotions are not so popular now.

08. That doesn't mean they're bad. For example, Palantir fell by 50%. The stock was over $200 a share, down to 109. I told you guys this was an interesting opportunity. And then I started buying calls on Palantir, and the price skyrocketed. So when I look at the volatility of this market, it's an opportunity.

09. Many people are scared right now and are making a lot of mistakes. And I want to help you save some money, ideally by avoiding these mistakes. Look, Sofi now has a market capitalization of $23 billion. This should be a $35 billion company based on the cash flow they have and the growth they are experiencing.

10. So what I want to do now is focus on dollar cost averaging and buy more SoFi shares. My average price is $21 per share. If I can buy more SoFi shares at $18 a share, count me in. I could be wrong. You know, . Maybe SoFi will fall, you know, to some of its lower numbers, like 15, but I would rate that at a 90/10 chance.

11. I have a 90% chance that SoFi stock will be worth well over $20 a share this month. Because once July 29th rolls around, investors will see SoFi for what it is. There will be a big update. And if this update exceeds the revenue figure again, that doesn't sound like Nvidia, does it? Whenever Nvidia exceeds its revenue target, the stock falls.

12. SoFi is the opposite situation, right? Think about it. Every time Nvidia reports earnings, the stock rises so much that expectations are even higher , right? And then they report it, and the stock drops. At SoFi, it's the opposite. Now we move on to the earnings report, which is expected to be good, but the stock is just falling.

13. Stocks ...No, they're not actually falling. They just move sideways. Stocks have not rewarded investors for a long time . You know, even though they fell from $28 to $17 , they're just moving sideways from $17. So, from March to July, I mean, we had almost 4 months of nothing, right? Neither falling nor growing , only sideways.

14. And by the way, this is a really good opportunity for option sellers because for an option seller, just because SoFi doesn't do anything doesn't mean you can't collect the premium. I do this in my community every week. And my community and I have actually done really well over the last 3.5 months on SoFi, literally doing nothing.

15. You were actually able to generate and collect premium from selling put options and covered call options. So, just saying that you guys are going through, you know, tougher times, the market is very challenging, but at the same time, there are opportunities everywhere. So don't have this limiting mindset like, " Hey, you know, I'm not making money in this market." No, no, it's not about the market, it's about your strategy.

16. So, if you need help, I'm here for you. We are literally doing very well, despite the fact that things are not going well so far . So let's move on to the next stock, which will be Palantir. So, I want to show you Palantir because I really like Palantir stock. I risked my reputation by selling the stock at $109.

17. I said, "Guys, these are the stocks I want to buy." And in my challenge, I bought a call option for $110. And as a result, we achieved such success. You see how gentleman A. Patel bought a $110 call option expiring in January 2027. But we also bought some short-term call options. He earned $465. Then I had Gentleman Tyler who went up $485.

18. Another gentleman, Sean, simply crossed out the number for his own safety and privacy, but he went up $5,000 because of the deal I offered him for Palantir. And then, Caroline, you know, obviously we have a steak dinner here after the Palantir call. So, look, Palantir has made a very bullish reversal and has significantly improved its technical performance.

19. So, technical indicators have become much stronger with high dynamics. You can see that earlier this week we are coming off one of the biggest bull runs we have seen in such a short period of time. So, from $107 a share on June 25th to now, in July, you know, July 4th, July 5th, over the weekend, as I do this before Monday, getting ready for this week, we get to $129 a share.

20. So this week, I think Palantir can continue its bullish run. I see Palantir rising to $104 per share. This is essentially because they have a new relationship, a new artificial intelligence partnership with Nvidia to serve the US government with sovereign artificial intelligence. And this is a very big project.

21. So, Palantir continues to win not only contracts, but also the projects they work on. And this announcement with Nvidia happened on July 2nd and is a significant factor driving Palantir's growth. So, again , this is a momentum-driven market. So every time I see emotions in the market, I try to somehow cope with those emotions.

22. So when I look at Palantir as an opportunity, because people are so emotional right now , because they see, “Hey, Palantir is the company I originally invested in. Maybe you got out, maybe you never owned Palantir, and you're a new investor." But in any case, investor sentiment towards Palantir fluctuates greatly.

23. But now analysts are setting a price target on Palantir of $175. This was a new analyst who set his price target. My personal price target for Palantir is $180 per share in 2027. I know this may seem like a very long time, but when I look at investing, I look at the long term . I don't really try to do everyday things.

24. But not to mention that if you look at the short-term picture, it looks very attractive. So, whether you're a short-term investor or looking for attractive opportunities, I think Palantir is quite attractive in the short, medium and long term, given how much the stock has fallen. So, also looking at their commercial demand from the government, it continues to accelerate.

25. Guys, the acceleration in their demand is actually pretty crazy because commercial revenues are now growing faster than government revenues, and government money for Palantir is crazy . They have so much money just coming in because Palantir has become important to the government, right? For defense and, you know, for all their military efforts and so on.

26. Right? I don't want to get into politics, but Palantir is kind of like friends of the government, right? They're like buddies, and I just want to see where the money goes, right? I don't like some of the places where money is flowing. Some of this is very unfortunate, but here, as an investor and a person who wants to help other people accumulate wealth , if you're trying to accumulate wealth and become free, unfortunately, the world is what it is , and Palantir makes a lot of money, and a lot of tax revenue goes to Palantir.

27. So I don't think it's that big of a debate. People discuss whether the business is strong or not. The question is not really whether the business is strong. He is very strong. I think it's more a question of how much investors are willing to pay in terms of valuation. So if we look at Palantir here, at $300, you know, $9 billion, can Palantir become a trillion-dollar company?

28. I mean, that's not really a question. This will likely be a trillion dollar company. The only question is how long will it take ? And is the valuation attractive or not? So, you know, people called me a fool when I said the P/E ratio for Palantir was 120. I just said it literally here. I shot the video at the end of June.

29. I said, you know, we have a P/E valuation of 120. And then I explained how a P/E ratio of 120 might seem very high to someone without experience. But when you realize that they can literally halve their P/E ratio in just one or two quarters, right? Because profits are growing so fast. And if you look at the projected future P/E ratio, it could be halved, as I said, right?

30. So it could go from 120 to 60, then next year it could go to 30, and then the next year it could go to 15. Obviously 15 would be too cheap, right? So 15 would be lower than the S&P 500, which is 20, right ? Right? So when you look at a P/E ratio of 120, you can't just look at that number and say, "Oh, that's expensive." That's not how investing works, is it?

31. Investing has many different factors, and the P/E ratio can be high, but the business can still be very attractive and actually cheap for investors in the long run. This is what I saw on Palantir, and you know, if you guys are following, you know how bullish I am on the stock. At a P/E ratio of 120, you know, we're at 145 now.

32. Is that cheap? Well , in itself, again , it's not cheap. But considering the growth, it's cheap for me. I think it's a stock worth $180, okay? Now let's move on to the next position I have , which is Robinhood. I'm actually going to show my position on Robinhood here. Okay, before I show you my position, let's quickly review technical analysis.

33. So, Robinhood's monthly return is 27%. These stocks have risen sharply. They went from, you know, $80 to $112. And now the market capitalization has returned to a hundred billion. As I said, people were very concerned. You know, people said, “Uncle Henry, you’ve lost your magic. You probably don't know what you're doing.

34. And, you know, Robinhood, you know, is in the trash can.” And I lost money. Well, everyone will feel the volatility. I can't predict the future, but when I see a high-quality company, I see a high-quality company. It may fall, but eventually it will also rise. Okay, let's consider my position. You see that Robinhood is trading at $111.98.

35. I have 3,000 shares. I have $ 335,000 of my own in this position . This represents 7.43% of my portfolio. And I am at the average cost level. And now I see that I'm still down a bit, but almost at the average cost. However, I will be frank . I have a covered call. I lost money on this covered call option .

36. What happened here? Why did I make covered call options? And, you know, am I an idiot for doing this? Well, look at this. When Robinhood was cheaper, I wanted premium income, so I sold a covered call option. Okay, Robinhood took off a little faster than I thought. And, you know, now it's back to essentially my average value.

37. This means that my covered call option is in the win. However, my plan is to roll over this covered call, and my plan is also to buy more Robinhood shares by selling put options. Why would I do this ? Good? Well, first of all, I don't really have that much Robinhood because my covered call is in the money, I'm losing deltas, okay?

38. I mean covered call, when you sell a call option, you are selling delta, you are selling the potential to lose your position. And since this option is in the money, I will essentially lose my position at expiration if I do n't do anything, like roll over the option, okay? So my plan with Robinhood is that I'm going to do two things, okay?

39. The first thing I'm going to do is pump this HOOD 95 call option higher, okay? I'm going to do it probably this week , and I'm going to raise the 95 to about 100, okay? You can be a part of my live streams to see how I level up in my Discord community. I do n't know yet if I'm going to raise 100 or 105 and by what date, okay?

40. But that's basically my plan, okay? If you want to see it live, I'd be happy to show you. This is at the beginning of the description. I always do my coaching calls live with my entire community. They can see exactly what I'm doing in real time, and then I also post messages in the Discord community about the deals I'm making.

41. We have achieved extraordinary success , despite the fact that some positions are expensive. Many people think that if a covered call goes in the money, it's bad. Not necessarily. There are ways around this, such as adjustments and porting. Now , the second thing I'm going to do is sell put options.

42. And the reason I'm going to do this is because I want to buy more Robinhood shares. I am optimistic about business. So, Robinhood has announced the launch of cryptocurrency in the UK, and they are also expanding European perpetual futures. They are expanding their business and I am actually quite optimistic that they are doing very well in Europe because there are a lot of people who want to trade but don't have access.

43. So, as Robinhood continues to roll out internationally, I think there will be a lot of implementations. Not to mention they will also be releasing earnings on July 29th. So I'm really excited to see the announcement from Robinhood because I think they're going to announce really strong numbers, and that's going to be really exciting for investors.

44. The main thing I'm looking for is Robinhood Gold. So Robinhood Gold has a huge following, okay? So now their subscriber count is 4.3 million Robinhood Gold subscribers, up 36% from last year. And what happens is that once a customer goes to Robinhood and signs up for Gold, I'm telling you guys, I'm telling you, they're doing this on purpose to psychologically hurt you, right?

45. The whole business is focused on making money. That's all they care about. Dollar bills, dollar bills. So when you go into Robinhood Gold and pay $5, you might think you're getting a good deal. I would say you are getting a bargain, but it is actually more than just a bargain. The reason they charge $5 is because psychologically, once you spend the money, you're locked in.

46. And now you're going to grow your assets, add your salaries, your business income, whatever money you have, you're going to add to Robinhood over time because you're building a very smart relationship with Robinhood using a certain subscription model. So you pay them every month, which is a very, very small amount of money.

47. It's not a big deal, but you have a better relationship with them , and you will now use them for other services. So, again, they're taking, you know, something like a SoFi playbook because, you know, they want more product adoption. So they have other services. They also have a Robinhood credit card.

48. So they are looking to build relationships, and I think that's a very good thing. I think it's good for Robinhood that they want to build relationships. And, by the way, retail is very strong right now . When the market experiences increased volatility, many investors think it's a bad thing, right? There is a lot of volatility .

49. It's actually not that bad if you know what you're doing in the stock market. If you are a long-term investor, you don't care about volatility. If you trade options correctly and use technical analysis, volatility is literally a good thing. Then it is actually a possibility. Volatility is an opportunity, right?

50. But Robinhood actually makes a lot of money from options trading because it remains one of Robinhood's highest-margin businesses. So when you look at options trading, there is a demand to buy and a demand to sell. And I keep telling you that you need a narrow bid-ask spread . I think not enough people subscribed to the channel because people are clearly trading illiquid options that have a very wide bid-ask spread .

51. Robinhood makes so much money when the demand to buy is high because they literally profit from that difference, right? Maybe not directly, but they are selling your order flow. They sell all your trades, you know, to Wall Street, hedge funds, algorithms, etc., right? They sell a stream of orders. This is one of the ways Robinhood makes money.

52. And options trading is extremely profitable for Robinhood. So you guys who think Robinhood is free just because they don't charge fees are very, very far from the truth. Okay, guys. Now the LEAP option I'm buying is NVTS, Navitas. After all, I sold Navitas for 20, and I'm not going to pretend that I, you know, I'm just a skill.

53. Part of it was simply, I think, because AI stocks were becoming very expensive. Eventually, I took a profit and exited Navitas. Now Navitas has effectively collapsed. Um, it's worth about $14 a share, and it's down 12% in the last trading day alone. So, I get a LEAP option on Navitas for next year in June.

54. I haven't bought it yet, but I plan to do so in June 2027, and I want to buy a $15 call option because Navitas is essentially a subsidiary of Nvidia. They're just moving money around between themselves, and considering how far they've fallen, I still think their technology is very important because Navitas sells the chips that make everything possible, right?

55. So I think they're going to be very successful, and I'm going to research these stocks tomorrow, and this is one of the options I'm planning to buy. So , lots of plans this week . I'm very excited about a very important week here in the stock market. If you want more updates, be sure to subscribe or join my community.

56. I will be doing everything live, including Novavax, Palantir, SoFi, Robinhood, everything I trade, all the options strategies I use. I'd like to show you guys. I would love to be a part of your journey. Anyway, thank you very much for watching, and see you next time.
