Hey, what's up, guys? In this video I want to talk about Palanteer, Nvidia, SoFi. So, guys, what are we doing here? The stock market is very volatile, and I see people making mistakes here and there . People are literally like in the Looney Tunes cartoons. They just make mistakes like it's their first day.
And if you are a novice investor now , that's okay. But if you invest for even a week and see some of these stocks plummet but the business hasn't changed like Palunteer's, then there's really no point in getting scared and running for the hills. So, the first stock I want to look at would be Palanteer.
Palanteer is currently trading at $113 per share. Technical analysis of stocks is absolutely wild. Let me go to the graph and just show you what's going on, because let me tell you, this is an overreaction. This is a classic reaction that I have seen over the past 10-plus years. Because a business like Palance, which has, you know, a hand-to-hand relationship, they make money hand-to-hand, biceps-to- triceps.
Literally, their relationship with the government is indestructible, because once they enter, they cooperate with the government, and the government is not going to kick them out, because the contracts are worth tens of millions of dollars. So once they come in, those contracts will keep renewing, right?
This is essentially the essence of Palunteer. Now look at the technical analysis. These stocks have almost completely collapsed, I do n't even know if this is a lift. It was as if they had jumped out of a plane and forgotten their parachute. Okay, so check this out. I mean, Palance is currently at the bottom of the bowling alley, essentially at 105.
It seems like this stock can't get any cheaper. They are growing commercial revenues by more than 100%. They grow with government revenues. And what I see right now with the stock is that I think it's a $150 stock and it's going to come back to that level because the peak was, you know, $160 in the short term, but we were over $200 a share.
That was less than 6 months ago, right? So when I look at Palanteer's valuation, I think it's very reasonable. This company is not trading for a high valuation. In fact, if you actually look at Palanteer's four forecasts, as they continue to grow their revenues and earnings, their P/E valuation becomes too low.
This will be a value proposition for 12 , 24, and 36 months ahead. Actually, what I see here regarding Palanteer is that the moving average is 136. So, the fall in Palanteer to me is just emotional investors. A bunch of investors who are influenced by the most likely headlines. Headlines that affect investor enthusiasm , more investors sell, which means there's just a cycle, right?
And what actually happens is when a lot of retail investors start selling stocks, it also affects the algorithms. Algorithms will sell based on human emotions because that is actually the easiest way to make money as an algorithm. The reason why algorithms can be profitable is that they are much better at predicting human behavior than humans , right?
So the algorithm will make a profit when stocks fall because they can essentially catch the momentum swing. And what happened was that Palanteer, as I said, is an elevator down or parachute down , whatever you want to call it. And now Palanteer's valuation is getting low. We can already see what's happening here, it's a pretty big jump from about $17 per share to $113 per share.
I myself own shares of Palanteer. I have 2,600 shares. And what I think is likely to happen next, and I'm not a financial advisor. I can't really predict, you know, every day. And I'm not trying either. I think within 6-12 months, Palanteer shares will be worth $140-150 as new earnings come in and investors realize, “Hey, Palanteer keeps winning government contracts.
They continue to increase their income. They are necessary for the economy, essentially for defense contracts." And I think a lot more investors will understand that, as well as institutions and Wall Street. So, essentially, it's a combination of these three factors. I think that if you look at Palance, nothing fundamentally has changed in the business.
What has changed? Headlines and emotions. Okay, let's move on to the second stock, which is Nvidia. Nvidia is trading at less than $200 per share. It currently costs about $192. You can see that the same story with Nvidia is very similar to what happened with Palanteer. So, Palanteer is in the worst position , where the lower band of the bowling alley is located.
Nvidia, same story here. It is priced at $192, which is the lower limit of the Bollinger Band. I think Nvidia stock will be worth $210 in the short term, but in the long term I have no doubt that Nvidia, if they spend money on AI, which seems very important, because every company that spends money on AI should be spending money on AI.
Meta, if you noticed, all of Mac 7's stock is now, literally, like free cash flow negative last quarter because they're spending so much on artificial intelligence. This money goes to Nvidia. I don't see this stopping anytime soon . So when I look at Nvidia's future over the next 5-10 years, it's only moving in one direction.
So when I see a stock price at 192, I think it's a stock worth $3 in 2027 . I'm not worried about them falling. Actually, I'm very happy because most investors , when stocks fall, think they're becoming riskier. They think they should get out of here. They start to lose enthusiasm. I'm getting excited here , guys.
I'm buying Nvidia biceps by triceps now. And actually, Nvidia seems to be breaking some rules for me, because with Palunteer, I have about 10% of my money in Palunteer. With Nvidia, I have 15% of my money in Nvidia. Now it's a little more because the position has increased. But I'm kind of breaking my own risk management rules because I think Nvidia is a safe company because it's the biggest company in the whole world, and of course the market cap, okay, it's like 4.66 trillion or something.
And I have no doubt that Nvidia will eventually become a $ 10 trillion company. So when I look at how far it's fallen and I want to let you guys know, the update is this. Stop being a coward. Look for a company that is amazing, like Nvidia, and then buy it when it crashes. When everyone else is running for the hills, everyone is literally, you know, upset about the fluctuations in stock prices, everyone is thinking very short-term , becoming long-term.
Just do the opposite of what most people do. It will be much more profitable than following what the crowd is doing, than following these hyped up AI stocks that are out there right now . They have their time and place in your portfolio. I think, you know, let's say, just 10% of your portfolio could be some hyped stocks, right?
But when I look at portfolio stability, when I look at building a portfolio for long-term success , without having to rely on luck, without having to deal with excessive portfolio volatility, Nvidia, Nvidia is my top asset. So I think it's a very, very good price right now, considering the stock was literally at 235.
You know, back in May, right? We are at the end of June, moving into July. The stock is trading essentially at a discount, about $42-43 from its high. So, for me, I like this discount. Consider me. I really like it. So I'm very happy with Nvidia at these prices. So I'm very happy with Nvidia at this price.
I think right now, if you look at the moving average, it's at 210. So I'm really interested in two different strategies with Nvidia . The first strategy is to simply sell put options. I am interested in selling put options on Nvidia because if I sell a put option at 190, that is essentially a support level.
I would say that's lower than the lower end of the Ballinger range, right? If I get a little closer, it's already at the bottom of the Bollinger Band. 190 for me. I think I'm stealing. I'm here like a robber. I get very good value. And this happens periodically with Nvidia. She is losing popularity.
Everyone starts chasing everything that is hype. Oh , let's see. Let's see what's popular. Let's see where I can, you know, make some quick money. This is normal. But, you know, when investors do that, retail investors do that, the algorithms kind of fall along with it, right? Because algorithms and retail traders are a bit at odds with each other, because algorithms seek to make money off of human behavior.
Retail investors are very emotional. Institutions can also be very emotional. But either way, these algorithms will profit and make money from these emotions in the market, right? Because the market is full of animal emotions. People start fleeing to the mountains when stocks fall. That's exactly what I see here with Nvidia.
People are fleeing to the mountains. And honestly, as Uncle Henry, I'm like, “Oh, that looks good. This looks juicy. I, you know, just had a good bicep workout, and now it looks like a good steak. Give me some, you know, salt and I'll eat it. This is what I want now. And that's what I see with Nvidia.
Good. So, let's move on to the third stock, which is SoFi. SoFi, you know, this company had a little bit of trouble with its stock price. Business has no problems. OK. When I look at Anthony, what is he doing? Anthony buys a transmission fist. Anthony buys LEAP options. OK. Anthony doesn't even buy stocks .
He buys LEAP options outright. Okay, that's how you know the CEO is optimistic. But the market disagrees. They say, “Anthony, I don’t know. We don't trust you. We don't trust you." " The companies now have a market capitalization of less than $23 billion." I think the fair value of SoFi is $35 billion.
Why do I think that? Well, they are still increasing their profits significantly. So, SoFi's revenue continues to grow at about 30% more per year. Their earnings per share are increasing. Their customer base is expanding significantly, and SoFi has figured out how to attract customers, which is the most important challenge any company can have.
If you are an engineer, right? I have a lot of engineers in my classroom; I train a lot of engineers in my community, and I work with a lot of them, right? Because they have disposable income, they have jobs in software, and, you know, they want to invest, they want to accumulate wealth, and they want to, you know, retire and not work in that job because artificial intelligence is taking away some of those jobs, right?
And the reason I point to engineers is because a lot of people think that if you have a good product, you're going to make a ton of money, but that's just not true. There are so many good ..." products in the world. There are so many solutions that no one even knows about. However, there are so many companies that make billions of dollars but sell bad products.
Why? Because marketing. Marketing is the most important formula in any individual business. Without marketing, without attention, you won't be able to make any sales. So, marketing is the most important bottleneck of any individual company. OK? SoFi is very, very good at marketing, which is why I am optimistic about SoFi.
I remain an optimist. I didn't sell my shares. I still have shares. I have n't made a video about SoFi in a while, but I'm holding on. And I like SoFi in the future because a strong CEO is investing in his own company. So there's a very strong flywheel effect where they've essentially figured out how to attract customers.
And once they engage that customer, they personalize that customer's experience and then learn how that customer thinks and works so they can sell them more products. This is how SoFi capitalizes and makes more money. And I still think that's not fully reflected in their... income statement and their business.
Good. I think the stock is down a lot right now. They also view SoFi as partly risky because cryptocurrency is low and SoFi correlates with cryptocurrency as well as the next stock on our list, Robin Hood. But SoFi is not in vogue right now, I think, and I don't think it deserves to be there. The CEO is buying options on the jump, and I'm not just looking at the CEO.
I looked at the fundamentals of the business. They look strong to me. So I'm still invested in this company, and I expect this company to return about $25, maybe $27 a share in that price range. This is essentially my target price for the next 12 months. Now, these stocks may do nothing for the next 3 months.
They may do nothing for the next 6 months. That's okay, guys. I look at the long term . I'm not trying to play around and, you know, be glued to the screen trying to figure out what... The next action related to the hype around AI, that's impossible, right? I'm not trying...I'm not trying to predict SoFi day to day.
This is not my job , is it? This is not what I want to do. I want to find out which company has strong future growth, get in and just wait 6 months, and then make more money than everyone else. This is what I want to do. That's how I grew my portfolio to several seven-figure sums. This is due to considering opportunities that are popular but have become unpopular for some reason .
And so far they are unpopular, despite their strong revenue. So, the fundamentals of the business, the financials, don't make sense for where the stock is now. Good. The next action I want to consider is Robin Hood. Robin Hood had a really nice jump. In fact, it had such a nice bounce and such a quick recovery that I have a few covered calls that are winning.
And in my Discord community, I actually had to reject these covered call options. I'm very happy and...I had great success with Robin Hood. But a little bit of work, a little bit of management work was needed, you know , with my community options trading here on Robin Hood, because a quick recovery means that the call coverage is in the money, right?
And that's good because there are strategies and methods around this that I teach. But, listen, Robin Hood essentially has, I'll call it, a triple advantage. Okay, let's look at the triple advantage right now. Let's look at the first of these, namely asset growth. People need to invest, right ? Many people are losing their jobs now.
There is growing attention to how to invest in the market. Okay, people are investing money in the market. And you know what? When someone invests money in the market , they go, for example, to Robin Hood, open an account, invest 10,000, 15,000, a certain amount of dollars, right? Once they become customers, they put more money in because when they get paid or when they get, you know, bonuses or something, because they have income in their life, they put more of that into Robin Hood.
And the more they invest, which is honestly a function of time. Once you become a customer somewhere, hopefully your wealth increases with age, right? Most people's wealth grows unless you know something unpleasant is going to happen, you're going to lose your job, etc. Most people have more money over time, and they invest more of that money in their portfolio to accumulate wealth .
So Robin Hood's assets grow over time . This is essentially an undetermined thing that will happen to Robin Hood. So that's what I like about Robin Hood, is that their assets are just growing, right? That's all. So the second thing is gold. So they're really good at gold because, listen, a company and basically any business makes money off of people.
These people, who are they? They have a lot of habits. Okay, Robin Hood Gold essentially mines dollar bills. They're mining, you know, they're practicing their rope exercises, right? They're biceps, not triceps, for all these clients because they're like: Listen , Mr. Client, sign up for Robin Hood Gold.
It's only five bucks. It's only $5. Just register. " The customer thinks, 'Yeah, $5, not that much. I get all these benefits, right ? I have Robin Gold. They have margin trading and so on. But the numbers and finances say otherwise. Once someone spends $5, they're locked in. It is locked. Why? Because he is psychologically closed.
He paid $5. And it's amazing how the human mind works. Once you pay something, or anything at all , you are more locked in. You are more serious. So, not only does Robin Hood support you as a customer and build a relationship with you , but you ultimately make more money with Robin Hood. You do more money things.
Maybe you're taking out their, you know, their credit card. Maybe you start using financial management services where they manage your money for you, which I think is nonsense. Listen, if you have to manage your own money, right? Honestly, you shouldn't be asking AI how to manage your money right now.
I know a lot of people do this. But still, I'm a big fan of self-education. I am here to teach you. I make a lot of free videos. I am also a coach. I can help you understand where to trade, how to do it, how to manage positions. If you're considering AI right now, I think that's a big mistake. And if you give your money to Robin Hood to manage, or to a financial advisor, I do n't think that's the best option either, because you have to understand how to invest your own money.
You have to control your own money, and you shouldn't, you know, put that control into AI or anything like that, because AI is just overwhelmed. Everyone asks the same questions. They won't give you really good deals. That doesn't make sense, does it? So I wouldn't consider it. So, anyway, Robin Hood Gold is the second way they'll get you.
And the third thing I like about Robin Hood, and why I think it's the kind of stock that's going to skyrocket to over $125 in the next 6-12 months, once the market stops being so irrational, is that they have a lot of free marketing. As I'm talking about Robin Hood now. Many of my options tutorials use Robin Hood , and I don't get paid by Robin Hood.
Nobody is sponsoring me, right? So many influencers use Robin Hood . Robin Hood gets a lot of attention, and it's also the easiest platform to use. I think this is one of the simplest platforms. You just open an account online and it's just boom, fast. So they get a lot of free marketing, which means they'll probably get more customers.
This is perhaps the most important thing for any business. So, to summarize, Palanteer has a lot of customers, both commercial and government, or the best customers ever. Nvidia has customers because everyone is spending money on AI, because they have to spend money on AI , because if you don't spend money on AI, you're going to be in deep trouble, because companies have to spend money on AI .
If they don't, they fall behind. And these Mag 7 companies are afraid to fall behind. This is the last thing these Mag 7 companies want to do. That's why, if you looked at it recently...um, I don't have a chart in front of me, but recently Mag 7 started having negative free cash flow. This is probably a short-term thing, obviously, but that's because they're spending so much on AI development.
So because they're spending so much on AI , last quarter was like the first quarter I've seen, I think it was a 10- year period or something like that, where there was negative free cash flow. These mega-cap stocks, like, you know, Meta, have negative free cash flow because they're spending so much money to keep up.
So Nvidia is going to continue to destroy it. SoFi is something of a dark horse, simply because it has a smaller market capitalization. So, to be honest, higher risk companies like Nvidia, which is almost 5 trillion, which is dominating the world, or SoFi, which is under a $30 billion company. Of course, SoFi will have higher risk because it's simply a smaller company, it has execution risk, and it has more competition.
They have a competitive mode, but it's, you know, probably not as strong as Nvidia or Palance. And then, looking at Robin Hood, I think assets only move in one direction. They're doing something really smart with gold, and they have a ton of free marketing. So I'm also very excited about the further development of their cryptocurrency.
So, there are four stocks that I'm really looking at right now, especially considering the markets are irrational and retreating. So do smart things, guys. Do your own research as well . I hope you subscribe to this video. I hope you like this new style. And I'll see you next time.
