Trump is getting his act together again . Tensions are rising in Iran . Oil prices are soaring, and markets are running a fever. So, in this video, I want to briefly talk about Palantir, Robinhood, SoFi, and Nvidia stocks, as these four companies are in my portfolio. And given this volatility, I think there are some good opportunities for investors right now .
Let's move on to the first stock, namely SoFi. SoFi is currently trading at $18.32. If you look at the market capitalization of $23 billion, my friends, it was just recently over $30 billion. And given SoFi's current position, I believe these stocks are undervalued. There are several reasons for this.
Firstly, the ecosystem is very strong. As an investor, I look for a growing company, and SoFi is showing great growth rates, but it's also important to me to see if they are staying connected with customers and if new customers are using more products. In the case of SoFi, this is exactly the case. Here is the data.
Last quarter, the number of participants increased by 35%, to 14.7 million, and the number of products increased by 39%. As you can see, the growth in the number of products turned out to be higher than the growth in the number of customers. This is a very important metric, and that is why I believe that SoFi shares will be worth over $25 over the next 6-12 months.
Of course, I can't predict the future. I don't know what's going to happen tomorrow or even next week, do I? Because I'm not a financial advisor. I am not licensed, I am only expressing my opinion and sharing the results of my own research. SoFi shares have risen 11% over the past month . And I really like SoFi.
Any price around $18 or $17 per share would also be great. Anything below 20 is a very good deal for me . I sell put options in my community and buy SoFi shares every week. I plan to receive a premium by selling put options. And if my options are exercised, I will be happy because I like to buy SoFi at a price below $20 per share.
So, one strong earnings report or an increase in guidance could make a world of difference , and their report is due out at the end of this month, July 29th, and I think what we're going to see as investors is going to be very impressive and surprising, because SoFi is likely to live up to expectations .
So, in 2025, adjusted net income was $3.58 billion, and in fact, on their reports, management said that in 2026 they expect revenue of $ 4.65 billion. If you think about it, that's a 30% increase in revenue, right ? And also the growth of earnings per share (EPS). By the way, I studied EPS growth because I wanted to understand why many of you are confused.
You look at the P/E ratio, and for SoFi it's not too high. The P/ E ratio is 40, which is not cheap, but it is not a crazy figure in the hundreds, as in the cases we will consider later. But look, that P/E of 40 could be an incredibly low and profitable number, considering that EPS is set to grow by 43% in 2026.
So, a 43% EPS increase would significantly lower the overall P/E ratio, since the “E” in P/E stands for earnings. So if earnings grow by 43%, you can imagine how much that would reduce the P /E ratio. In fact, it will almost certainly drop it to around 20. The P/E ratio will be a little over 20, which is still higher than the S&P 500.
But listen, I'm not worried, because when I look at SoFi in the long term, they're adding customers very quickly. They get customers very easily. And this is very important for business, because the marketing department is the most important department for any company. And SoFi is exceptionally good at marketing, right?
So, they invented a way to attract a mass of customers. Now, what I also like is that SoFi builds multi-level banking relationships . They don't just attract customers and say, "Hey, customer, open a checking account," and that's it . No, no, no, no, no. Their relationship begins with a checking account and then develops.
So, they have opportunities for cross-selling. They get to know their client. They have a lot of data, which is also something I really like about SoFi. They use AI to collect large amounts of data, interpret it, and make recommendations. So whether it's credit cards, loans, or other products they have, they make a lot of money through LTV, which stands for " customer lifetime value." LTV is incredibly important for a business, especially for the marketing department, right?
You probably see ads on YouTube, unless you have YouTube Premium. Advertising works like this : people or brands spend money to show it to you, and SoFi does the same. They spend money on marketing; They have a marketing department . The most important formula in marketing is this: if you spend a dollar, you want to get more than a dollar back, right?
SoFi is incredibly good at this . They attract customers with a low CAC, i.e. cost of acquisition, right? So they have a very low CAC. If you look at the stock over the last 6 months, it has fallen 33%. But as fast as stocks fall, they can rise just as fast. Stocks are very volatile, and all it takes is one successful quarterly report and a change in investor sentiment.
All it takes is a change in mood, and then emotions kick in , it's like a herd of sheep. A flock of sheep goes one way, but can turn around and go the other way. Just as quickly as they turned left, they can go right. Here's what I see with SoFi: the fundamentals of the business look impeccable. They look like the result of a perfect workout, but the market reacts very differently.
They are, I don't know, like some incomprehensible muscles that have nothing to do with success. They don't look at stocks and buy them, right? Perhaps small investors are still buying, but institutional investors have dropped out because they saw other opportunities. Maybe it's AI stocks. Maybe it's some of those over- hyped promotions.
I see no reason why SoFi should be so low. The CEO does an excellent job of attracting customers and building the business. Business is growing. So to me it looks like two parallel stories. Business is booming, and stocks are taking a beating, and they're standing still. They remain at this level. They've been at this level since about March, right?
The price has been below $20 per share since March. And let me say: everything is fine with me and my community. I'm not too worried , because if the stock is at this level and moving sideways, we generate profit by selling options. We sell options and receive a premium. And if SoFi goes sideways—great.
This ... this is a risk. But if things go wrong and I sell 18-puts and I do n't get appointed, or I get appointed and I get a bonus when I do—yes, that's what my community and I do. Okay, I don't want to get too hung up on SoFi. Now let's move on to the next action, which will be Robin Hood. Robin is currently trading at $16 per share.
This company had a significant pullback in its share price, but also recovered very, very quickly in one month. It increased by 38%. 38%, guys. It's a very, you know, quick recovery. And if we talk about 6 months, then the action showed nothing, so it's a lost 6 months, and this happens; this is part of the market, this is market risk.
However, the bigger risk is that if you were reckless and just got out of the stock and gave up, well, you lost money, right? But if you stuck around, if you believed in Robin Hood, if you subscribed to this channel, you've seen me talk a lot about this stock, what I like about the company, and on August 4th they have an earnings report .
So, over the past 6 months, the stock has brought almost no income. It went from , you know, basically 120 to, you know, kind of a downhill, 50% off, almost 50% off. Of course? If you want to grow, if you want to build wealth, you should look for stocks that have fallen. You shouldn't look at 52- week highs.
So when I see a stock that's fallen, I tell my Discord community: I'm holding on. I'm holding on. I have, I don't know. You know, gymnasts hold on to these rings. They do pull-ups and do the "iron cross" like this. I'm holding on and doing this . Yes. Call it trite or ridiculous. I have fun on this channel, but I also try to educate you because I don't want you to make mistakes .
When the stock market falls, when quality companies like Robin Hood fall, and you look at that fall and panic and get out of stocks, you have to realize that you are making a mistake. You are making a very big mistake because you are losing money on a stock that is being sold at a discount. Now explain to me how to understand this.
Make it clear to me. You can't . A company that's going down and you're panicking that you might get out of it— it's purely emotional. This is what you are doing now. You are guided solely by emotions, because look, Robinhood will make money on retail trading. Retail activity remains very high, and volatility actually increases the transaction revenue they receive, right?
So whether you think Robinhood is free or not, it is far from it . Every time you trade, they make money through order flow, they sell your information. They make money off of all of us, including me. Every time I make an option trade, they make money on the spreads, and the more transactions we make, the more money we make —that's why I love month trading in my community.
We also do weekly trades in our community. We do both. If you ever want to check it out, the link is in the description. But every time we trade, we make Robinhood richer. Here's how it works. Activity means money for Robinhood. So when I look at Robinhood stock, I really like it because the job market is really tough right now.
This is a very difficult labor market. AI is replacing many jobs, and more and more people are understanding the importance of investing. I hope you understand how important it is to have a mentor when investing, as it helped me build a seven-figure portfolio . And I made a lot of mistakes, even with mentors.
And along the way, a lot of people start investing, right? They are creating capital, and that's great. I see that investing is becoming more and more important for every person, because if you don't invest and rely only on work or business, it's becoming more and more difficult today. It's getting harder and I see many people struggling to survive.
Expenses are rising, and investing is very important for everyone, right? To invest in your retirement, and Robinhood is at the center of this trend. This is a good trend right now, because colleges don't teach financial literacy. So, there 's a big trend right now , and I like it. I love that people are becoming financially independent, it's great, and Robinhood is at the center of that story.
Robinhood has a very simple UI and UX interface. So even older generations can easily use it without being tech experts. Now management says their goal is to become primarily a financial platform. Of course? They are not a brokerage app. They want to be a financial platform. And, actually, the reason why they want to do this is very simple.
They want to control your entire wallet. So, my, you know, my wallet here, that's what they want to do. They want to open the wallet, and, damn, my wallet is empty. I have some currency, but they want to take all the money from your wallet. They want to control your entire wallet. And that's very smart of them, you know?
They want to build relationships, and I hope they do that as a shareholder. I hope they continue to build a good relationship. And one of the ways they build good relationships is by attracting users to gold memberships. The gold membership they have, right? I think last time I checked there were around 24 million gold subscriptions, but don't quote me on that number.
But the millions of dollars they consistently earn every month are just the tip of the iceberg. This is great cash flow for a business, but even better is the psychological attachment when a customer pays even $5. Robinhood shares are currently trading at $116 a share. And I want to look at the annual schedule.
You see 22% in 5 years, 200% . Now this growth is partly due to cryptocurrency, as there is a correlation between Robinhood and the crypto market. And I think that given the stabilization of cryptocurrency, it is stabilizing. Regardless of whether that's the case, Robinhood still has a fantastic business.
And it's Robinhood Gold that I'm betting the most on . I've been a Robinhood customer since the beginning, I think, back when I was in college. I was just starting to build my portfolio. But I see Robinhood as being extremely successful at retaining customers and growing with them. Of course? I am a great example of this.
I increased my portfolio from $2,000. I added a little money. I traded options. I used long-term options to grow my portfolio. And as the portfolio grew, I periodically added money to it. And I continued my relationship with the platform. And that's exactly what I think Robinhood is making money on with more people.
So, as they attract more retail traders who sign up for Robinhood Gold and accumulate assets, Robinhood only makes more money for all of us. So the next stock I want to talk about is Palantir. Palantir was very volatile and actually became a great opportunity. So, during my individual coaching, I also communicate with people in messages.
I use Telegram. Be careful. There are many scammers there. I'm doing my best in the comments , guys. I pay money to clean up my comments section. But anyway, I have Telegram, where I work individually with my students. And I sent them the deal for Palantir. It was a call option with a strike of 110.
And this was when Palantir shares were worth around $109-110 a share. I just bought a call option "at the money". I don't usually buy options because it's risky, but I was so confident in Palantir because it's just too cheap. Any price around 110 for Palantir is good. I don't care what they say about the P/E ratio.
It was at 120, and people are still complaining—it's been a long time since the IPO, I bought Palantir, and they're still saying the P/E is wrong, guys. Stocks do not move based on P/E ratios. They move depending on expectations and market forces, i.e. emotions, fundamental indicators and, in fact, technical analysis.
So fundamentals are part of this equation, but not the only one, right? A high P/E ratio means nothing. As I showed with the example of SoFi, where earnings per share (EPS) are growing by 43%. Yes? So something similar is happening with Palantir , they're showing exceptional growth, right? Defense spending continues to grow, especially in the areas of AI, intelligence, and autonomous systems.
So while this continues, Palantir will only make more money. They will earn much more from AI battlefield software, data integration, and decision-making tools. Governments are pouring money into these industries. They are pouring money into it. Unfortunately, there are many conflicts in the world. A lot of geopolitical pressure .
A lot of countries, right ? Whether it's Eastern Europe, like Russia and Ukraine, or India and Pakistan, or the more pressing situation that's currently being covered by American media—the conflict between Iran and the United States—there are many conflicts. OK. Unfortunately, as an investor, Palantir is making money from this conflict.
They, you know, provide AI services. They provide defensive solutions. They provide analytics to both the government and, in fact, the entire military machine, well , you know, it's something like that. They make a lot of money from this, as well as in the commercial sector. So, Palantir is incredibly developing its commercial direction: these are healthcare, banks, hospitals, manufacturers, energy companies , airlines, insurance and logistics firms.
That is, this list can go on and on. And when I look at Palantir as a business, I think it's very strong. I expect the stock to be worth $150 to $175 a share over the next 6-12 months. I have not changed my target price on Palantir, I think that the events that are currently taking place in the Middle East and the US...I believe that this will only contribute to the growth of Palantir's business.
I think Palantir will continue to enter into its profitable long-term contracts. Okay, their contracts are very " sticky" because once they're in place, they're expensive to change, so you just keep renewing them. Palantir has a lot of contract extensions, and as an investor, as a shareholder , that's exactly what you want to see, right?
You don't just want to see a business that knows how to sell itself well. There are many such companies, but they have to be extremely good not only at marketing but also at continuing to collaborate, as, say, in the case of Chipotle in my portfolio . Quick retreat, for 15 seconds. If I am the owner of the restaurant and a shareholder, right?
I want people to keep eating at my restaurant, right? Sales at the same points are very important. You see this in all restaurant businesses. Well, the same goes for software. You want people to have a low churn rate. Of course? So, Palantir has a low churn rate. By the way, if you want me to send you trading ideas, like I did for my students in my one-on-one training on Palantir, that's also at the first link in the description.
And if you book a call, you can ask about my individual program. I have a Discord community and a one-on-one learning program. So depending on the state of your portfolio, I will create a personalized approach for you. So let's move on to our fourth stock—that's Nvidia. Nvidia is currently trading at $21 per share.
And I reviewed the revenue for fiscal year 2026. It is expected to exceed $200 billion. This is still a major investment in the AI space that I think many investors should have . We see great volatility in the stocks of AI companies. I've done a few videos on this channel about Leo Paul Aschenbrenner, you know, a genius or a very knowledgeable 24-year-old guy who has achieved extraordinary success in the stock market by investing in AI bottlenecks.
OK. And regarding Nvidia, he had put options. So I think it's a very interesting possibility, and I actually disagree with it . Although the Form 13F report he has is dated March 31. I know he holds some of these positions, but as for Nvidia, I don't know if he still has them, but I think it's a mistake to buy.
Put options on Nvidia. I think Nvidia has tremendous support and will become a $5 trillion company within, you know, about 12 months. So when I look at Nvidia, I personally buy long LEAP options. In the video I posted on this channel yesterday about LEAP options, I went into detail about how I use these options, how I open , close, and manage them, and how I take a long position on stocks.
For me, Nvidia is really the prime candidate for the LEAP option, because look: Microsoft, Amazon, Alphabet, Meta, Oracle—together they are spending about $750 billion in capital expenditures through 2026. And a significant part of this is related to AI infrastructure in data centers. So who benefits from this?
Of course, it's Nvidia. And I think Nvidia will only continue to grow its revenue. And Nvidia's valuation is actually incredibly cheap given its forward P/E ratio. So, I'm looking at a LEAP option with a strike of 190. But you can watch the video I made. So if you are interested in learning more about LEAP options or you want to use this strategy on Nvidia , please do.
I think this is a very smart idea, it would be very prudent to have this in your portfolio. You can also watch the video I posted. Anyway, thank you very much, and see you next time.
