01. Michael Burr explodes. What's going on, guys? This is Ricky from Tech Solutions. Here's a little update. If you haven't been keeping up with the news, Michael Burr is currently on social media comparing the housing bubble burst to, of course, this current AI boom that we're experiencing right now. He shared that housing prices never go down.

02. This was rhetoric that was being spread back in 1999, leading to... sorry, not the dot-coms, but the housing bubble burst . It said: “Buy five houses. "Are you both stupid and blind ?" Honestly, it seems like it's kind of ...I don't want to say it's out of his own pocket, but it's very unique that Michael Burr is fighting this whole AI bubble so hard because it might be too soon, as he often is.

03. I wouldn't say it's wrong, but sometimes it's too early for the idea that something is overrated or overblown . Then the second comparison is that he mentions this: uh, these were home prices before 2008, when we saw the housing bubble burst, and that's when Michael Burr really established himself and made hundreds of millions of dollars for his investors in his fund.

04. Since then, as many of you know, as of last year, he no longer manages his investment fund, Scion. He actually no longer has to report to the SEC. The only reason we know what he trades is because he has a Substack where he shares his thesis. With that in mind, his recent focus has been on artificial intelligence stocks.

05. Again , with many of them becoming very overbought in a very short period of time, it makes everyone wonder if they are overvalued? Michael Burr takes this to the next level. And again , let's dig a little deeper. AI. AI actions on the Moon. What's wrong with you ? Paper hands. By the way, damn it. Buy F and fall.

06. Never sell stocks. Again, he's just mocking the rhetoric that's currently being spread. very similar to what we saw during the mortgage bubble burst and also the dot collapse. So he shared that , comparing what people are considering now, he's actually just stating that, well, let me just read this out.

07. It says that Aentic AI is quite difficult to implement on a large scale and in production due to the many new systems that need to be created that have never existed before. And he says that's the part that's actually the hardest, and that's why we haven't seen such huge success stories yet. Every company is trying to figure this out.

08. In any case, I don't think this is a demand-side problem . What is happening on a financial level is interesting and could be problematic, but time will tell. I would say that this should just be a red flag. And a red flag. Not that you need to sell any of these AI stocks , because again, you need to pay attention to what's happening.

09. They are still the best-performing asset class in 2026, and they were in 2025. Direction is a very important thing when trading and investing in the market. Markets can remain rational longer than we can remain solvent. We've seen many times how many of these, for example, fusion companies were some of the best stocks last year.

10. But how are they feeling this year? Again, do you want me to mention them? Oklo, do you remember? This was literally one of the best promotions of last year. It fell from $17 per share to a high of $193. It is currently trading at a 52- week low of $48, down 70% from its all-time high of $193, down nearly 48.75% .

11. This does not mean that you can compare these fusion companies to this artificial intelligence boom. There is a demand for AI. We've all seen that it can and will be useful, but is it as useful as many of these very expensive companies are overinvesting in? Many people are now saying that AI is inflationary.

12. We recently received updates from Apple and Microsoft, who shared information about price increases for some of their most popular products due to rising prices for artificial intelligence and memory chips. So now we see that it's not only more expensive for these companies to put in as an investment, but it's also more expensive for consumers to simply be able to use these products that should be running at a more efficient speed .

13. This is also what he started sharing. Now repeat after me, class. I will never buy cyclical stocks with low P, er, P ratios and record earnings. Repeat this again. I will never buy cyclical stocks with low P-ratio and record earnings. This is what almost everyone is talking about . But again, you can never say "an eye for an eye" in the sense that every collapse in history is always different.

14. What will happen today is never exactly the same as what happened in the past . So I think Michael Beret is really raising some red flags that we all need to be aware of, and you shouldn't be offended that there are some concerns or uncertainties, and that you might want to tread carefully at overbought levels, because as we've seen, especially with one of the best stocks this year, Micron, which fell from 1300 all the way down to 8.90.

15. So again, if you are overbought at these overbought levels and are feeling this correction, it was a 33% pullback. So you can try to argue that no, there is demand. No one disputes that AI is incredibly valuable and that it is one of the best asset classes of 2026. Two things can be right at the same time.

16. This also doesn't mean you should overextend yourself at overbought levels when you know there are signs of uncertainty, and especially recently we've experienced a very aggressive bullish trend. This correction wouldn't be a big surprise, and it probably wouldn't be a bad thing either. A correction does not mean a complete collapse.

17. This simply means that perhaps the NASDAQ could fall 10 or 20%. And if the NASDAQ market starts to fall 10 or 20%, then yes, it's always the most overvalued stocks, like maybe Micron, SanDisk, Intel, that will correct a little bit more. But remember, if you invest in these companies for the long term, why should you be offended by setbacks?

18. The only ones who are offended are those who were unprepared and exceeded their expectations at overbought levels, and now they are either being asked for a margin call or they no longer have the money to buy on the dip. Again, a great example is the crypto bros who were buying at $126,000 a coin, who told you to buy, and now they have nothing to buy because they are liquidated and they have nothing to buy at these oversold levels.

19. Remember that every market in history has had huge swings and will eventually correct even slightly. Your task is to prepare for these overbought levels. Not to anticipate, but just to prepare for these pullbacks so that you have the cash that many of us have been talking about. How cool would it be to invest in some of these quality companies in 2025 and 2026 so we can get them at lower prices.

20. This, I think, is the part that worries me the most. With that in mind , again, you also want to remind yourself that Michael Buhr is not perfect. He named several companies he invested in whose stocks weren't the best performers. And that's why I wanted to share both the good and the bad: he's not always right 100% of the time.

21. And sometimes he's a little wrong. Now, class, remember this. Michael Buhr's top picks. He announced that he invested in Adobe, and Adobe has lost 63% in the last 5 years. Again , you can't just talk about all the good things and, you know, the successes he's achieved. It's also important to recognize that nothing is ever 100% perfect.

22. But I don't think even that cancels out the fact that even if you just look at it as a red flag, for example, semiconductors could be a little overbought, which we saw in the South Korean market, and how those markets started to fall due to uncertainty. And now these same shares went public on the American market just this week.

23. They say SK, what does that mean ? Highix is the second largest stock sale in history, second only to SpaceX. Again, this is another memory chip stock, one of the largest in the world. So yes, demand is high, but are they really just trying to squeeze as much money out of investors as possible during a period of increased demand because they know it's a good time, but they know it probably won't last long.

24. And when corrections occur , if or when these corrections occur , it is always these companies that are considered cyclical that may start to retreat. We'll see. And the last one, again, just an interesting little fact, because this is going to happen today. Conor McGregor hasn't fought since the S&P 500 was at 4300.

25. Today it's at 7500. A really important reminder to just invest your money. Because everyone's talking about semiconductors, and you know, Netflix is reporting earnings this week, and Netflix stock is trading near its 52-week low. There are many great individual companies you can invest in, but sometimes it can be very difficult.

26. Ultimately , again, even if you're just looking at past performance, it might be worth it to just invest in the NASDAQ or S&P 500 or any non-leveraged ETF that you think has a good track record and meets your criteria and your risk tolerance . Again , invest your money, especially if you feel insecure.

27. It's better to just be safe than sorry. When you have individual risk , let's say you invested in Micron at 1300 and now it's down 20 or 30%. It can be scary, and you may start to feel pressured and uncertain if you don't want to really experience that kind of volatility. That's the whole point of investing in these index baskets, like the S&P and NASDAQ, because they allow you to be a little more diversified.

28. They might be a little more boring, but you know what? Being boring is normal when you have money. So again , if you have any questions, feel free to comment below.
