We had an unexpected rally in some of our most beat-up stocks today. Robinhood, Palantir, SoFi. I'm going to be talking about all three of those. I'm also going to be talking about a stock that I maxed out in the portfolio, and then one more that I'm looking for a LEAPS call option opportunity on Monday.

So, let's go ahead and dive right , we just hit brand new all-time highs in the account. If you do want to see me hit my eight-figure goal in this account in the next five to six years, b, okay? Today was kind of an ugly day for me because we had to close out a lot of below cost-basis covered calls on SoFi, Robinhood, Palantir.

So, we took a pretty big loss today. Um overall for the month, for May, we did pretty well, okay? This was the current profits for the month. Obviously, results vary month-to-month, day-to-day. at 40% year-over-year for the past five 31 members all sharing their inspiration today. As you can see, uh this client closing out um a few trades, showing some inspiration.

Another client here, inspiration. And the list goes on and on. If you do want access to my Ryan's Trades channel . Also, I nd share a little bit about about my personal life, , make sure to be subscribed because they're absolutely free. Now, let's go ahead and dive straight into it. CME FedWatch tool, rate cuts.

So, we're not we're still not pricing in any rate cuts. We are still pricing in a quarter basis point rate hike for December, but these odds are slowly coming down. So, this is the type of improvement I want to continue seeing on the CME FedWatch tool. Ideally, we'd like to see no rate hikes in the next couple months um being priced in, and then maybe we get a rate cut being priced in maybe early next year.

That would be very good. Now, what's helping that is the oil, okay? The price per barrel of oil, as you could see, uh is trading around $87 per barrel. So, oil prices are coming down. This is where I'd like to see it. I would I'd like to see it get into the 70s in the next couple weeks. And ideally, if it does get into the 70s, we could see a continuation of this rally.

If we take a look at SPY, expected market maker move for next Friday, for next week, is plus or minus $10.50. So, we could get all the way up to 766, somewhere up there, or potentially down to the 746 area, which would be a great night a nice little pullback to this uh mid-Bollinger Band line or the 20-day moving average.

So, you know, for me, I'm expecting some continuation of this rally next week just because when we see momentum and we see the Fear & Greed Index, VIX, get into the 15s or even below 15, that usually begets a little bit more momentum, okay? So, you know, a little bit of FOMO buying comes in, VIX drops down into the 14s.

We have seen this playbook before, um but we're officially in that greed zone that I've been talking about where VIX gets into the 15s. We haven't seen this since, you know, before the um Iran war situation. So, this is a really good area and there's some confidence coming back into the market. So, right now I'm being more diligent about having cash ready for any dips or, you know, opportunities because you never know, right?

Something could pop in the news tomorrow, the VIX shoots up to 18 or even 20 and that's a good buy the dip opportunity. So, I'm just being more diligent about my cash levels. So, let's take a look at those. As you can see, we are officially trading on the low end of VIX 15 to 20. Still slight fear in the market, but we're getting close to that greed zone right here, okay?

So, right now I have about 23% cash going into the weekend just to feel, you know, a little bit safer just in case, you know, we get some news over the weekend, but I'm not expecting that. I am expecting more continuation of this rotation. So, let's go ahead and talk about that. We're first going to talk about Robinhood, okay?

As you can see, I drew this circle in one of my last videos where I said, you know, Robinhood, I'm expecting it to I'm eyeing this 90 to $100 range by end of summer. Well, we hit that today. We saw a huge spike in volume and a lot of buyers stepping in on Robinhood. But, not just Robinhood specifically, the whole fintech sector a lot of the software names seeing rotation, but right now we are seeing heavy heavy rotation.

Some of the AI stocks are down, but stocks like Robinhood are up. So, let's talk about it. We are approaching overbought on the RSI. I do think that this run could continue into Monday. We do see, you know, a bullish crossover on MACD and there's been some great news, you know, surrounding SoFi or Robinhood as well.

If we take a look at some of the news, we could see Robinhood stock gains after Trump account app launches. So, they officially launched the Trump accounts on Robinhood, which was great news. That's not primarily what's pushing this up. We're just seeing sector rotation as I've talked about. You know, these beat-up names were Robinhood was trading at a 36 PE, you know, relative to where they were trading before.

They were trading upwards of let's see, almost 70 PE, okay? So, 70 PE, now they're trading around 36. It was a bound to happen where, you know, institutions would step in and say, "Hey, it's getting a little too cheap here." So, um that's what we're seeing today. Nice sector rotation. And if we take a look at unusual wells, okay?

At the GEX data. Now, what I like to look at is the the resistance area. So, there's a big call wall at 100, all right? So, that's going to be kind of a resistance point to keep an eye out for, which is right under the 200-day moving average. So, I'm kind of looking that at that level for next week, 100, as a potential resistance zone.

So, let's dive into the portfolio and I'll show you currently what's going on with my position. Obviously, . But, if we take a look at the account, okay? My Robinhood position, I uncovered 1,000 of my shares. I'm keeping those thousand shares uncovered, not doing below cost basis covered calls anymore.

Just going to let these run. Now, I do still have these covered, okay? Because my plan here is to actually scale out of Robinhood because I'm a little bit too heavy. Initially, my allocation, as you could see, my total cost 229, I was over 15% of the portfolio in Robinhood alone. Plus, I have SoFi exposure, which is too much exposure into the same sector.

These two stocks moved one-for-one during this past sell-off, and that really taught me, "Hey, 10% into each individual stock is is a much more doable amount of exposure. So, I'm going to be freeing up 100k here on Monday. I'll be taking a small loss as I, you know, lowered my cost basis here by adding more Robinhood a few weeks back.

So, we'll be doing that on Monday and then just riding the rest of these shares up. Okay? So, that's currently my Robinhood position. Very very happy with it. Very happy with other performance here. But again, just keep an eye out for that $100 area. There is some resistance up there. Now, let's talk about SoFi.

SoFi is an amazing company trading at a really cheap valuation in my opinion. I mean, they were trading as high as a 76 PE. Currently, they're trading at a 41 PE. So, as you could see, bullish momentum crossover on the MACD bullish. RSI has been bullish and we're approaching that overbought area. But volume buying is increasing as you can see.

So, in regards to SoFi, they were they launched their stablecoin yesterday, which is on the Solana blockchain. What's cool about this is they are the only stablecoin that is backed by a nationally chartered bank, okay? Meaning, there's a lot more trust in SoFi stablecoin versus you know, keeping something, you know, keeping your money in Tether or USDC.

I feel like SoFi is going to capture most of that market. They also have uh you know, partnerships with Mastercard as you could see. Earnings update, SoFi SoFi Technologies described as strategic entry into the digital assets with SoFi USD USD stablecoin and it's developing settlement capabilities with Mastercard for global payments.

So, they're going to be, you know, partnering with many credit card companies, many other banks that can use the stablecoin and they'll be earning revenue off that as well. So, very bullish uh considering that the Crypto Clarity Act will most likely pass in July 4th. So, um I do expect continued uh a continued run-up here in SoFi.

We see the volume increasing again, um all the buying volume increasing. But, if we take a look, we'll actually take a look here at the um Greeks data, so we could see where the next uh call wall is. So, here the next call wall is at $20, okay? So, that's about 9.3% above where it is today, and that could serve as some resistance.

So, we'll keep an eye out for that $20 level, okay, which is right here. And funny enough, that's actually the past resistance zone where it touched and then sold off. So, we'll keep an eye on that. Um current portfolio SoFi, right now, current cost basis on those shares is with the put premium somewhere around 24 24.50, but I got assigned at $26.

So, we're just we're just leaving these shares as is uncovered. Took the loss today on the below cost basis covered calls. Um but, I will be announcing something that I'm doing on Monday. You'll see in Monday's video what I'm going to be doing with this position, okay? So, just keep in mind on Monday, watch out for that video as I will be updating my SoFi position.

So, it's great to see uh SoFi up today. Let's talk about the next stock, which is Palantir. Finally, Palantir seeing some love today. Nice little spike in volume, some buying volume here, almost overbought on the RSI. Do we continue into next week? Yes, but there is, I believe, a call wall on Palantir as well, um closer to where the stock is trading.

So, if we take a look, there is a call wall at 160. So, 160 in the short term could serve as some resistance, and we have the 200-day moving average right up ahead, right up above there. So, do we break out of that? Who knows? Um potentially, we could just kind of blast through it on Monday, but we'll kind of we'll see, you know, what happens then.

But, one thing to notice is that if we go on the market tide, okay? Um today, Palantir was number three on the top net impact chart, meaning institutions are This was the third largest stock that institutions were buying calls on today, um here in unusual whales. So, pretty interesting to see that it's right up there with Microsoft and Dell and Oracle and MU.

So, uh you know, this run in Palantir could continue, but we'll see if it could build that momentum. If we take a look at my portfolio, Palantir, I left it completely uncovered, closed out all below cost basis covered calls today. And I have some leaps options as well to take advantage of any further move.

So, we'll kind of wait on Monday to see, you know, if we can get past that 160 area, but Palantir looking really good today. So, um amazing to see this rotation. Like I said, good stocks with good upward trending charts that have nice long pullbacks eventually will get rotation once they become too cheap, okay?

So, institutions stepped in today, and that's what we're seeing. Now, let's talk about one position that I added more of today. Actually, one last thing on Palantir, okay? Dell was up like 30% today. Dell and Palantir uh tied to an AI push to regulated enterprise demand. So, the collaboration combines Palantir Foundry and Ontology with Dell's AI factory and Nvidia hardware to create an enterprise AI operating system, okay?

This is some This is a great partnership. Good news as far as Palantir goes, it's still trading at a discount, in my opinion. So, let's go ahead and jump into one position that I did add today. So, GLW, okay? Corning. One of my favorite stocks in the portfolio. Large moat. This is officially my largest position in the portfolio, slightly over 10%.

So, I'm breaking my rules a little bit here. Uh but we added some more put options. So, I went 30-day or June 26th, 28 days out. And I actually did my last set at a lower strike at the 157 and 1/2 strike, okay? Picked up uh you know, right now 570 bucks, which is roughly 3.6% of collateral. Obviously, results vary there based off where the stock's at and if the stock goes below that strike, I will be forced to buy 100 shares at 157 and 1/2, which I'm totally fine with.

So, let me show you why exactly I did that on GLW. As you could see, why did I go to 157 and 1/2? Well, I have some already at 175, which are almost in the money, okay? Then, I have some here at 165, which are right below this 50-day moving average. So, that serves as support, right? And then the last set, I went to 157 and 1/2, which is right above this lower Bollinger band line.

So, my take is, hey, if it continues lower and by expiration, if it just blasts through all of my strikes and it goes all the way down here, cool, I lowered my cost basis because I'm averaging down there and then I'll ride it back up. So, that's kind of the point there. Uh but GLW we completed the position today.

I've been waiting for this pullback to do it and we finally got rotation out of GLW. So, amazing to see that. Now, let's go ahead and go into my leaps call option opportunity that I'm looking out for, which is COHK. Coherent has been a very aggressive play for me, a little bit higher of a PE ratio stock, 167 PE.

Beautiful upward trending chart in a space that I believe is untapped. So, I do think the photonic space is going to grow massively based off of what Jensen Huang said and from Nvidia, right? He said, "Hey, we are partnering with Coherent to switch from copper data transmission to light transmission, right?

Which is lasers, using lasers." Coherent provides the technology for that. So, I'm waiting for this thing to get down to this like 340 area. If it could do that on Monday, that would be a prime opportunity near the lower Bollinger Band. Ideally, I'd like I'd like to see it even lower, but if we get to that point, I'm looking for a leaps call option opportunity there to get in and then ride that up for a quick bounce.

So, that is what I'm looking out for Monday. Now, . Thank you for being here and I'll see you next week. Take care.
