If people are forced to sell, it is called "weak hands." They were simply shaken out of the market. I would say we are pretty close to the bottom now . But again, I think, you know, the mistake people make is that they chase trends. They try to guess the peak, they try to guess the bottom, but the best results are achieved by those who stay invested.

In fact, if Bitcoin grows to a million, which is 10 times its current level, that means Ethereum could grow 50 times. This is exactly that moment. In this episode, Tom Lee shares his latest thoughts on the current outlook for Bitcoin, Ethereum, and MicroStrategy. He explains why he believes the market is approaching a major turning point and what investors should pay attention to.

Whether you own Bitcoin, Ethereum, or MicroStrategy stock, you won't want to miss this review. Selling profitable assets is like cutting flowers and watering weeds. Charlie Munger said it best. He says that money is not made by buying and selling. Money is made by waiting. So if there is a structural issue, you should just own the asset and forget about it.

I'm looking at the Bitcoin chart. It looks like it is ready to break out, or at least exit a fairly long downtrend through consolidation. So, will this disregard for cryptocurrencies end soon? What does it take for the crypto market to become as exciting as it was not long ago? Well, I think you are describing a " bear" market; You know, in bear markets, people don't talk about stocks— when Apple was down, nobody was talking about Apple, right?

So, we know that price shapes sentiment, and the crypto market was in a downtrend, but it is at the bottom that people should be pessimistic. Actually, this is what forms the bottom: you get rid of leverage, and then you lower your expectations. There are so many catalysts in cryptocurrencies . Since the end of June, Ethereum has outperformed memory maker stocks by 72 percentage points.

This is quite significant. People lost 40% on memory, but gained almost 30% on Ethereum. And now that the Regulatory Clarity Act is nearing completion , it will open the floodgates as the law will provide a single authority to oversee the entire crypto economy. Um, that doesn't exist today. All of this is regulated at the state level, and regulation is fragmented.

Japan and other countries are already implementing a similar version of the Clarity Act. Russia just passed its own. So, the US obviously needs to catch up. This will create institutional adoption of cryptocurrency. This is a significantly larger market than anything that has existed in the crypto industry before.

So I think that if someone has been in crypto for a long time , they were in the hobby phase. I would call it Ethereum 1.0 because it was meme coins and NFTs. This future market is stablecoins and payment systems. You know, Robinhood wants to tokenize everything. And by the way, they could build this on any blockchain.

They created the Robinhood chain based on Ethereum. They launched it. This is already an incredible success. Over a billion dollars in trading volume daily on the Robinhood chain. And it brings in income; Robinhood could be making a billion a year on this chain they just launched. This is a huge, simply colossal success for them.

So, I think every Wall Street firm is watching what Robinhood did and realizing that there is a lot to be made by tokenizing assets on Ethereum. For example, gold is not as volatile as other assets because it is a store of value. And if you look at the movement over the last three years, it's probably in its entire history—I mean, 12 centuries of gold history—it's been a movement of five standard deviations.

Therefore, it is quite logical that gold should consolidate after such growth. Um, and I think maybe, I don't know, maybe it has 10% potential for a drop, but that's about it. I think gold has proven itself as a true store of value. So, at Fundstrat, we legitimately recommend holding a stake in gold.

I don't know, less than in bitcoin, but let's say 1% in gold for strategy. You know MicroStrategy, I'm still pretty optimistic about it. In fact, we own it in Granny funds because I'm bullish on Bitcoin, but we take a completely different approach. First, well, the two biggest differences, maybe it's worth highlighting three, but the first one is the underlying asset.

Bitcoin is a store of value, and the ecosystem around it seeks to “ preserve” Bitcoin, to keep it unchanged, so that it will always be a store of value, like digital gold. Instead, Ethereum is an asset that generates income of approximately 3% per annum, and this is because it works on the Proof of Stake algorithm.

So, the security work is done by those who stake ETH, and in return they receive income. The ecosystem is growing, and it's the largest ecosystem in the crypto world, bigger even than Bitcoin, and they're trying to position, and so far successfully, Ethereum as the financial settlement layer for Wall Street.

So all financial rails will likely run on stablecoins that operate on Ethereum. The second difference is that Micro Strategy has perhaps a somewhat passive approach to Bitcoin, meaning they own it and want to create digital credit. Bit mines are very active in the ecosystem. We, you know, funded three, we are the lead investor in three spin-offs from the Ethereum Foundation.

They are all aimed at strengthening Ethereum and are focused on either improving the price or strengthening the ecosystem. And that's not all. So we are truly participating in shaping the future of Ethereum. And the third is the complexity of the balance. Micro Strategy is designed to have a complex balance.

they have convertible bonds, four classes of preferred stock, and common stock. And in some cases, these components of the balance compete with each other. And since Bitcoin has no income of its own, they have to sell shares to fund dividends. Tom Lee, one of the most respected voices in the financial world, continued to encourage investors to be careful about where they put their money.

Whether you decide to invest in Bitcoin, Micro Strategy, Ethereum, or any other digital asset, it is important to understand what you are buying before you invest. The more you learn about an asset, the more confidence you will have during times of volatility. He emphasized that digital assets continue to gain recognition and are becoming an increasingly important part of the global financial system.

That's why it's important to stay informed, keep learning, and think long- term, instead of focusing on short-term price fluctuations. Those who remain patient and gradually increase their share may find themselves in a more advantageous position as this market matures. As confidence returns and demand increases, momentum can quickly change, and the next jump up may surprise many.

Be patient, disciplined, and focus on the bigger picture, not short-term noise and emotional reactions. Have you ever regretted not learning about Bitcoin earlier? Now you have a with this simple e-book about Bitcoin for teens. Link in the description.
