Kathy Woods and the Ark team dropped truth bombs about Elon's Tesla's pay package. And I've gone through it many times on this channel and how important and significant this is. And they go through it here. And I absolutely love it. And if you guys haven't voted for the pay package yet, what are you guys what are you guys waiting for?
If you guys haven't received your control numbers, contact your broker, get your control numbers, and vote today because this is a guaranteed thing. You see the board? You see this? I'll talk about in a second, but this this is what you're voting for pretty much. So anyway, let's just get down to it.
Smash that like button, hit subscribe if you haven't already, and let's go. If you take sort of the midpoint of uh the the schedule for EBIDA goals 210 billion right now from 11 billion that would be over the next 7 and a half years a 49% uh compound annual rate of increase in EBIT DDA. Uh I don't think there are very many companies that have accomplished that.
In fact, uh we've done a quick study and we haven't found any. Um maybe in recent years, uh there have been a few companies that have been able to deliver, you know, two or three years at that rate, but you know, seven and a half years compounded at 49%. And that only gets him halfway through this package.
you'd have to compound Ebid DA at 62% uh to hit the whole pay package. Now, I'll I'll say the same thing here. You know, we have in our models um the scaling of robo taxis, but we have very little in there for uh humanoid robots, Optimus, and uh like Elon, we believe that's an even bigger market out there.
Uh so uh I think if this does motivate him to accelerate the movement into humanoid uh robotics, that's a win-win for shareholders as well. So if you guys don't know what she's talking about, she's talking about the layout of the pay package, which is this right here. She's talking about the adjusted EIDA milestone.
So pretty much Tesla has to hit $50 billion of adjusted EIDA all the way to $400 billion of adjusted EIDA for Elon to receive his pay package. Of course, this is on trenches, but she's talking about 210 billion of adjusted Eida. It's about 11 billion right now. And she's t she's taking seven and a half years of time which is interesting but that's about 49% of kaggar or compounded annual growth rate to hit that 210 billion from 11 billion.
But it's interesting that she took 7 1/2 years because if we look at the chart right here the pattern is very interesting when it comes to Elon's compensation packages. The first one it took literally 18 to 24 months to hit the first compensation package value which is interesting. The second one took about 30 months but nonetheless but nonetheless the pattern is very clear here that when the pay package does get approved within 18 to 30 months it hits the value.
Now this one's a bit different. This pay package is a bit different because it's now based on milestones as you guys can see here. sell 20 million of Tesla vehicles, 10 million active FS subscriptions, 1 million bots, 1 million robo taxis, and of course, the adjusted Ebida. On top of that, we have other things that the last two tranches, Elon Musk have a successor, things like that.
So, this one is much more detailed, but the payout is one flipping trillion, which is insane. But, of course, Kathy Wood was talking about 210 billion, not the 400 billion, which is like the last three trals here for that same time of 7.5 years. That's a kaggar of 62%. That is insane. That is in flippency.
Essentially, your investment, if these numbers come true, which I do think will come true eventually, your investment will be growing almost at a 50% rate. If you take this at a 7 and 1/2 year timeline, which realistically or patternly historically other pay packages only took 30 months, so not even 3 years.
Wow, that's just insane. That's insane. And the crazy part is is that on Kathy Wood's model, they don't even have bots included. And they're talking about a stock price of 2,600 by 2029. After this, they did talk about Delaware and we just had a hearing about it a couple days ago with the tornetta and, you know, Tesla themselves.
And man, this whole thing is just so stupid. Worst comes to worse, I'm not going to get too, you know, into it, but worse comes to worse, they reject it, right? Which I don't think they will. I think it'll get passed and approved because this is so stupid. So so stupid. If it does get rejected, it's just dumb.
But nonetheless, Tesla has come out and said that if it even does get rejected, we have Elon's back. They already paid onethird of that just a few months ago. And so they know what to do after that. They are ready for what's to come. This third compensation package is not going to get interrupted because it's in Texas, not in Delaware.
So you need to have 3% of Tesla to sue. that is not not not three shares but 3% of Tesla. So if if the market cap right now, let's say, you know, 1.5 trillion, you need to have at least $45 million worth of Tesla stock. That's like over 120,000 shares, not not nine shares, right? So I don't I think that I don't think that's going to happen, right?
But nonetheless, this Delaware thing is is going to be done by end of this year. So we'll see what's going to happen. But nonetheless, Delaware is done. I made a video about it, how Elon Musk pretty much cook Delaware. You guys can check the video here. Checkmate the Delaware judge, which I do think this will get approved.
So, I'm not too worried about that. Then they talked about something very interesting. If Steve Jobs were still around and you had the option to extend his contract and actually give him more control of Apple, you absolutely would. It's the same here with Elon. There's like it's in Tesla's best interest to give him more control and power within the company.
Um and and the option value on maniacally going after the humanoid robot opportunity is itself, you know, worth extending him on this. This is actually very smart thinking. Brett says that if Steve Jobs were around and had the option to extend his contract and to give him more control as a shareholder of Apple, you would because you saw here's the thing.
Elon Musk and Steve Jobs, I would say in in their own ways, they're in the same playing field. They're in the same mindset. They care about innovation. They care about making things easier. They're in a world of perceiving humanity in a very smart way and in a very safe way. So, if Steve Jobs was around, in my opinion, I think Steve Jobs would have bought Tesla.
As you guys already know, Elon Musk did approach Tim Cook to sell Tesla back in 2017, you know, right before it was about to go bankrupt. Of course, that didn't happen. They were days away about with that. But if Steve Jo was around, he would have bought the company because I'm pretty sure he would have seen the value and what the future of Tesla would have brought.
You know, electric vehicles, AI, all these things. Tesla is right up that alley. It's right there. But of course, Steve Jobs is no longer around. But if he was, I think he would have done that. And I think Apple would have been the world's most valuable company and they would have had a extraordinary extraordinary future.
Right now with Tim Cook, there is no innovation. It's just execution. It's just taking the same iPhone, making another update, 18, 19, 20, putting another number on it, and just changing the camera lens. It's about it. I mean, there's not really much innovation in that. It's just updating it. So, this is a very, very good point.
If Steve Jobs was still here, Apple shareholders and investors do want him to have more control and to extend his contract for sure and his options for sure. Same thing's going on with Tesla right now. We do want it's in Tesla's best interest as he said to give Elon more control and power on Tesla so he can proceed with the bots and not let China win because there's no one in the US that can mass scale ro uh robots humanoid robots intelligently like Tesla and so Elon wants 25% give him 25% give him 30%.
He's not in for the money. If he was, he would have been buying mansions, live right in center. But the dude has no mansions. Dude lives in a flipping SpaceX quarter in headquarters in a boxable home. He doesn't care about money. He doesn't. He uses it for things like I guess for political things like he did with Donald Trump.
But that was kind of necessary because if we had Kamla presidency, I think things would have been a whole lot different. I mean, look at Canada, stuff like that. Anyways, I don't want to get too political, but he uses his money where he sees best fit for future generations. And that's why it's very important.
Not many leaders do that. Not many leaders flipping do that. So as a Tesla investor, yes, I want I want Elon to own more of Tesla. For cry out loud, for SpaceX, he owns 50% of SpaceX. Come on, man. And there's other businesses, too. Like Xi as well. I think over 40% or something like that. But no one's complaining about him owning 50% of SpaceX.
So why should we care about why should we complain that he owns that he should own only 25% of Tesla? because a public value company, publicly traded company. Come on, man. Let's get real. Let's think a bit long term, right? So, this was a very interesting point and the other guys, the other members here had a really good point about the compensation package, about voting for it.
This is this you all need to listen to because this is very, very true. This really does seem like a winwin for shareholders and for people who really want uh Tesla to continue being at the cutting edge. And it it seems like a lot of the critique is I I mean I really don't understand who is forming the critique here.
If you're a shareholder, not only it's a win-win, it's a big win-win for all of us, but those who don't like Elon, that's who's going to vote against that. Simple as that. But if you're a shareholder and are voting against this pay package, you are an idiot. Please sell your shares and move on now. There is absolutely no reason for anyone to vote against this pay package other than you hate America and or want to see Elon lose.
That's it. Right now, Tesla's valued at 1.5 trillion. Maybe a bit less, but let's just say 1.5 trillion. This pay package is forcing Elon to hit the valuation of Tesla at 8 trillion. Now, of course, it's going to go well above that. I think it's going to go if it's going to hit 8 trillion, it's going to hit 10, 12, 15 trillion in my opinion because of the robots and robot taxes and stuff.
But this is a 5 1/2x return. The stock price right now is 430 bucks. 8 trillion is 2,640. Kind of aligning with, you know, Kathy was a 2029. This is immense value for shareholders. Why would you vote against this? And unlike the other pay package, this has milestones and conditions that Elon agreed to.
He's saying the same thing with those other two packages. Give me a hard package. Let me achieve it. Pay me. Don't pay me. I don't want salary. I don't want anything. If I don't do it, don't pay me. But I'm going to do it. So, give me a generous, you know, give me a generous award. And, you know, a trillion is, you know, take make it 8 trillion.
Of course, his 8 trillion I said is going to go above that. Give me 1 trillion in stockbased compensation that he can't sell for 5 years after that. Like, guys, come on. This is insane to vote against it. Voting against this will be the dumbest thing anyone can do. And if you're planning to vote against this, you're an idiot.
You're just a big douche and you should sell your stock and move on. It's just so stupid. It's just so stupid to vote against this. But it's going to get passed in my opinion by a big margin because as he said here, as these guys are going to say next, it's not a win-win. It's a winwin win. I think it's a winwin win, right?
It's a win for shareholders. It's a win for Elon. But most importantly, it's a win for society because if he does hit these metrics on robo taxis, on humanoids, everyone benefits assuming you have access to this technology. So, it really is I don't know why you would want to bet against this. I don't know why you want would want to not incentivize this human to go after and achieve this.
To me, it seems backwards. It seems almost, you know, repressive to say no to this because everyone benefits. Everyone benefits. Thank you. Like this is the this is amazing. If you guys want to watch this whole podcast, the link in the description, but they only talk about uh Tesla for the first 15 minutes and the rest of it is about about other things.
But yes, it's in everyone's benefit and everybody's benefit. Society, you, me, like voting against this is the most dumbest thing anyone can do. If you're going to vote against this, I don't know why you're even invested in Tesla 4. Like, it just doesn't make any sense to me. So, man, these are some really good truth bombs from Kathy Woods and the Ark team as well.
So, get ready for the future. It's going to be flipping awesome. And make sure you guys have voted for this compensation package and the XAI and the 2018 compensation package for Elon because the benefits here outweigh outweigh any negative. I don't know what negative negatives here are really, but outweighs anything that you know you think is bad.
The benefits are huge and it's pretty much a guaranteed in my opinion to hit 8 trillion once this has passed. And I think within the next 30 40 months we're going to hit that. I'm not saying less than 30 months. I'm saying the 30 to 40 months, not 7 and 1/2 years like Kathy Wood said. But nonetheless, the future's bright, guys.
as the future is bright. But until then, Q3 earnings is coming up and I will be going live. And this is my final estimate to what it's going to be. It's meant for members only right now, but on October 20th, 20th, it'll be up and available for everybody. But Q3 is going to be flipping epic. It's going to be fun.
Subscribe, guys. Become a channel member. A lot of awesome stuff is coming. And I shall see you guys in the next video. Let's go.
