Bitcoin is currently undergoing a silent attack, and almost no one is paying attention. BlackRock played dead for a year regarding America's most important crypto law, and then, just three days before the biggest Bitcoin theft of the year began, the world's largest asset manager, BlackRock, suddenly took a stand.
And to that, the statement by US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent: "The United States' Bitcoin reserve will not be bought, it will be built from confiscated holdings ." All the details are in this video. And I promise you one thing: by the end of this video, you will know the complete timeline of these seven days at the end of July, day by day, move by move.
Then you'll know why America doesn't have to pay a single dollar for its Bitcoin reserves . And you also know why Germany may have to pay back 2.64 billion euros for its Bitcoins that it has already sold . Whether this week was a coincidence or a plan, you can decide afterwards so that you can prepare.
Therefore, watch the video until the end. And before we start, give the video a thumbs up and share it with other people so that more people can receive this information. And if you want to protect yourself, you can find all the information in the description below the video. The story begins in one night; on the night of July 30th to 31st, perpetrators stole the first 1083 Bitcoins from wallets made by the manufacturer Coldcard in just 41 minutes.
Three more waves followed until August 3rd . In the end, there were around 1816 Bitcoins from over 5200 addresses. $114 to $ 116 million. The forensic experts at TRM Labs are calling it the biggest incident of its kind in 2026. And now comes the part that this video is about. The fault has been present in the devices since March 2021.
For five years, anyone who knew him could have emptied those wallets . Nothing happened for five years. The deal was struck in the very week that the future of Bitcoin is being decided in Washington. And there's one more thing you shouldn't forget about Coldcard: this affected all the wallets that hadn't updated their firmware .
Because the theft itself is not the story. History is what he set in motion. On July 31st alone, a net total of 11,163 Bitcoins flowed into the exchanges. Deposits in smaller amounts surged to their highest level since February, and within a week 210,000 Bitcoin left the wallets of long-term holders.
The biggest exodus since December 2024. These are people who have held their own keys for years and are now giving up. This flight is being absorbed by the funds, which received over $1.1 billion in inflows in one week. 754 million of that went into Bitcoin funds, and the largest of these funds naturally belongs to BlackRock.
There, your Bitcoin is no longer a Bitcoin. It is an entry in a register held in the name of the world's largest asset manager, run by Larry Fink. This key implies a claim, and this one word ultimately decides everything. And now the timeline, which hardly anyone compares side by side. On July 27, after a year of silence, BlackRock officially endorsed the Clarity Act in the USA, the 600-page law intended to establish America's crypto order .
Reasons include investor protection. On July 28, Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent spoke in the Wall Street Journal in favor of the new financial system on American tracks, supported by American institutions. On July 29, his ministry then placed two Iranian companies on the sanctions list because they charged mandatory insurance for passage through the Strait of Hormuz, payable in Bitcoin.
On the same day, the head of the American Banking Association told CNBC that America could be both the crypto capital and the banking capital of the world. They only want to change two paragraphs of the law. And on July 30, Scott Bessent publicly called on the Senate to vote, quoting none other than Satoshi Nakamoto, the inventor of Bitcoin.
And the following night, the theft began, driving tens of thousands of Bitcoin owners into the arms of these very houses, including BlackRock . Whether that was a plan or the luckiest week in Wall Street history and for BlackRock, nobody can prove it to you, not even me. But it is definitely possible to measure who benefited from it .
BlackRock manages, Washington regulates, and you hand over your Bitcoin. And what Washington plans to do with tangible Bitcoin has already been explained to you by the US Treasury Secretary himself . That was almost exactly a year ago . On August 14, 2025, Scott Bessent was asked on Fox Business whether America was buying Bitcoin for its strategic reserve.
His answer, verbatim: "We will not buy any, but we will use confiscated stocks and further build up the reserve. And we will stop selling them." Hundreds of thousands of Bitcoins are held in this reserve. Scott Bessent followed up in Davos in January 2026 . It is the policy of this government to add every confiscated Bitcoin to the reserve.
And since March, Bessent's report to Congress has recommended that suppliers should be allowed to halt suspicious stocks even before a court has ruled. Simply put these three sentences together. We don't buy, we confiscate, and items may be frozen before judgment. However, one can only seize what is tangible, and a claim against the custodian can be suspended, frozen, or transferred.
You can't do that with a key in your head . Scott Bessent's big vision was already evident in June 2024. He could envision a major global restructuring of the economy in the coming years, something on the scale of a new Bretton Woods. Remember, Scott Bessent has very strong connections to, among others, George Soros.
And Bretton Woods, that was in July 1944. 44 nations built the post-war world monetary system there. The dollar was pegged to gold, all other currencies to the dollar. America sat on the gold and wrote the rules. And where did America get this gold? On April 5, 1933, President Roosevelt prohibited Americans from privately owning gold by decree .
The citizens had to hand it over, receiving a payment of $ 20.67. Per ounce. Shortly afterwards, the government raised the price to $35, exactly the rate that became the basis of the system in Bretton Woods. First came the collection, then came the rules. And whoever wants to write the rules next time should collect what they'll have to sit on next time.
And in Germany, Germany already had such a reserve and squandered it. Investigators in Saxony, in the federal state governed in part by the CDU, seized almost 50,000 Bitcoins in early 2024 during the investigation into the Movie 2000 film portal. One of the biggest seizures in history. But instead of keeping them, like America, the Free State of Saxony sold all 49,858 units between June 19 and July 12, 2024 .
It was called a forced sale. Revenue: 2.64 billion euros, averaging almost 53,000 euros per Bitcoin. Just one year later, the American Treasury Secretary estimated the value of the American reserve Bitcoins at $15 to $20 billion each, far exceeding what Saxony had raised. And since February 2026, this sale has become a complete lesson.
The main trial against the two defendants is currently underway at the Leipzig Regional Court, and the court considers parts of the indictment to be time-barred. If the confiscation is ultimately cancelled, the Free State cannot keep the billions; then Germany will have to pay back money for Bitcoin that it has already sold .
Just hold them side by side . America declares confiscated Bitcoin to be strategic reserves and stops selling it. In three and a half weeks, Germany sold the largest Bitcoin hoard it had ever possessed, and two years later it faced the question of whether it even belonged to the loot. If the lesson you've been told for the past two weeks is that self-storage is too dangerous and you should give your Bitcoin to the professionals, then just do the math .
1816 Bitcoins were stolen from self-held wallets , the largest theft of its kind. A terrible blow for everyone affected and for those profiting from it, including BlackRock. And the professionals, when the big custodians fell, saw more than 750,000 Bitcoins never returned to their owners . 850,000 Bitcoins disappeared on Mt.
Gox; only 200,000 ever resurfaced. Customers waited 10 years for the first repayment. FTX claims almost 100,000 Bitcoin, but only 105 remained in the till. Quadriga CX lost around 26,000 and 500 Bitcoins forever because the founder died and took the keys with him. Celsius owes $4.7 billion to over 100,000 creditors.
So, you have to understand this: more than 750,000 Bitcoin against 1860, over 400 to one. The site you're being warned about is 400 times safer, and people don't see that . And with that, you also have the pattern behind this silent intervention. No one fails because of the network itself. The split attempt on August 8th achieved 2.53%, the same as the Bitcoin split attempt, and managed to create two blocks.
The attack is not targeting the protocol, it is targeting your keys. It depends on your attitude. America does n't need to buy Bitcoin. In 1933, a decree and a duty to pay were still required for the collection. Today, a moment of panic at the right time is all it takes, and the fear then ensures that you voluntarily take your Bitcoin to where it can be stopped, frozen, and confiscated, which essentially allows BlackRock to profit massively.
But what can you do now? The lesson from the cold card theft is not to hand in the keys. The lesson is to keep them better. Never at a single point, never on a single device, never without a second condition. That very night, it was clear that anyone who had more than one condition before their money had lost nothing.
How to build this step by step is explained in the description below this video. The finance minister told you what his reserve consists of. Just believe him , because something like that could also happen in the European Union , only slightly modified, but it's fear-mongering to push people to a specific event.
What is your opinion on this? Do you believe in coincidence or a plan in these seven days? And what do you think about Germany selling its 50,000 Bitcoins while America is keeping itss?
