01. hey everyone meet Kevin here this i2 yesterday I was a bit crabby I was not very happy with their current political leaders both left and right well today I feel worse I feel betrayed see after I posted the video yesterday I researched a few things I went into a dinner of researching things and I have a feeling what I'm about to share with you is going to make you finally wann the link down below cares act number one gave hundreds of billions of dollars to rich firms who can now take advantage of a new tax structure that allows them to take more capital deductions and this is a clause that's buried on a single page of the 18 hundred page bill tears Act number one gave twelve hundred dollars stimulus checks to the people five hundred dollars for some and zero dollars to college students or adult dependents so while the rich got billions of dollars in a new capital tax deduction especially for those owning commercial real estate the people got a $1,200 check to last them for 120 days that's ten dollars a day the people got Scruton cares act number one authorized mortgage forbearance for up to 12 months and promised no hit to your credit take forbearance don't worry about it your loan would stay current what actually happened most banks force their people into 3-month forbearance plans limiting them to three months with maybe a three month extension even though the cares act promised six months with a six month extension and then twisted people's arms into signing repayment agreements saying that people would make up the payments after three to six months this is despite Fannie and Freddie May demanding people get 12 months of forbearance and that all of the missed payments have the option of being deferred to the end of the loan this rule by the way was reiterated on July 1st yet even today at the time of this recording on July 12th we still have banks saying three months even though Fannie and Freddie are reiterating no you're supposed to give people six months and then another six at the same time people's credit scores dropped 40 to 50 points as bankers put remarks on people's credit profiles the people get screwed again now hidden deep within the cares Act is a rule that allows people now to donate 100% of their adjusted gross income and you might wonder like well why couldn't somebody donate a hundred percent of their income I mean if people want to donate everything why not well the old rule said you could only donate sixty percent of your income and get a tax write-off for that the cares Act changed that to one hundred percent which means now wealthy people who live off their passive income can now literally donate a hundred percent of their income pays zero taxes literally zero taxes and guess where most of those funds go to their friends and comrades nonprofits oh but the Small Business Administration of America you know they promised everyone $10,000 advances right after all the cares Act authorized $10,000 advances and all you had to do was raise your hand and ask for it and you would get a ten thousand dollar advance as long as you had a small business in America no questions asked no need to repay it and guess what actually happened the SBA said what that ten thousand dollars for the small businesses screw that will give everybody we'll have the portal be open for two weeks and then we'll close it and only have it be open for agricultural people for a while and then we'll close it again and then we'll open it for everybody for a while and then we'll close it again the people get screwed again the cares Act then allowed wealthy corporations who have fluctuating in comes a new loophole that allows them to deduct their losses from 2018 and 2019 at hire deduction rates basically a big tax break for corporations going two years back but what is 2018 and 2019 have to do with the coronavirus I don't know but the working people hurt they didn't get help by that I will say though the people did get a $600 per week boost if you were unemployed and even self-employed people we're now eligible for unemployment unless $2,400 plus per month because it's on top of state unemployment that seems generous right well that's if you were able to finally get through the unemployment departments in your state but I will say okay this this was probably a good thing to cheer now obviously there are massive debates and cutting this out and ending it because it's too good for the average American but wait a minute let's compare this to sophisticated business owners and staff with CPAs and lawyers thanks to the paycheck protection program big businesses like law firms and real estate syndications and companies barely affected by the pandemic we're basically able to get their payrolls covered for eight plus weeks potentially up to 24 weeks that literally means the owners of those companies are sitting pretty going hey y'all go to work your payrolls are being covered by the government which means I get to pocket more of the money myself because it's forgivable and free money and when I have that money in my pocket what am I gonna do with it well that I may as well throw it into the stock market how nice for rich people to be able to participate in making a killing in the stock market rebound thanks to government bailouts while everybody else gets shafted trying to make their bills with six hundred dollars per week if you're unemployed but what about heroes I mean come on the people who actually kept working and kept our society moving during the pandemic oh sorry there's nothing for them now we agreed to be locked down and we left these essential workers working hard on the frontlines during the pandemic putting themselves at risk when they didn't even know how bad this virus would be the Federal Reserve said we're in great shape to print money and spend it on the people and our government instead chose to spend it on the rich our essential workers got nothing more than anybody else who's sitting at home safe on unemployment now we agreed to be locked down we left our essential workers on the front line at the same time the Federal Reserve said we're in great shape to keep printing money and spending it on the people and the government chose to spend it on the rich what about tenants well they probably got screwed the most landlords can stop paying their mortgage and repay that money in 30 years which if you're in my programs on money and finance or real estate investing or the stock program you already know that if somebody says you owe money today but you don't have to pay it in 30 years it's basically free money thanks to the time value of money you could make that money up within just seven to fifteen years of investing tenants tenants really got screwed again landlords they don't pay for 30 years tenants be prepared to pay up as soon as the eviction bans end otherwise you're on the street but wait Kevin the heroes act the heroes act it says heroes in the name it fixes these things it fixes a lot of these things it fixes credit reporting on mortgage forbearance it gives college students stimulus checks it closes some of the tax loopholes that I just talked about for rich corporations and it gives heroes héroes pay up to $10,000 boosts by increasing their pay $13 per hour and that's true except this bill is quote dead on arrival and has next to no chance of passing welcome to America this is how our government functions when lobbyists take control of how legislation is written the people gets screwed and the people giving money to lobbying firms win but fear not we have excellent politicians protecting us today like we Bowl who will give you two free stocks when you sign up and deposit just $100 I'm sorry I'm an excellent politicians protecting ourselves us like larry cudlow larry cudlow came out today and said our economy is doing a V everything's going great the economy is holding a v-shaped recovery pattern yet the only v-shaped recovery I see right now is in coronavirus cases this is by the way the same Larry Kudlow who just said quote just go back to school we can do that you can have social distancing you can have your temperature taken and you could be tested come on it's not that hard that was his quote that was literally his quote someone from the White House telling us come on it's not that hard yeah well you know what else isn't that hard pressing a button and issuing recurring stimulus checks to the people who actually need it not the rich nice for once and don't get me wrong I own real estate I own stocks and I own a business but I'm looking at this as an American and a human this is not fair when right now zombie companies are receiving more bailout money than the people arm zombie companies by the way our companies with so much debt that they would get crushed by their debt payments if they had to repay those debts then you know something's wrong but at least the government is consistent if you have assets like stocks or real estate or a decently sized business you'll always get bailed out first and if you don't you're last
