well i started at the beginning once and i thought i was smart and i made a lot of money because it was easy i lost it all people will say that's boring be boring if you want to be successful well i started at the beginning once and i thought i was smart and i made a lot of money because it was easy and then i lost everything i lost it all because i didn't know very much i didn't like it it taught me a lesson and then i realized oh i have to do a lot of research i have to do a lot of work this is not easy as it looks so i hope all of the investors who watch this show will learn this is not easy please do a lot of research and be very very careful as i said i was genius i made a lot of money in my in the beginning and then i lost it i lost it all so i know how easy this is and how hard it is so please be careful stay with what you know only with what you know and that's how you'll be successful people will say that's boring be boring if you want to be successful be boring and stay with what you know especially in the next couple of years there's going to be a time when everything goes down so be very very careful of what you invest in because a lot of people are going to lose a lot of money i hope i don't lose a lot of money i hope you don't lose a lot of money mr kim i hope nobody does but be very very careful because they're going to be some hard times in the next two or three years few at korean investments now but i want to have more when you open the 38th parallel it is going to be unbelievable the opportunities in korea tourism agriculture transportation many things in the north they don't have anything they don't have tables they don't have clothes they don't have anything so there'll be many many opportunities and that's when i want to invest a lot in korea when you open the 38th parallel i have a few now but i'm really looking for other markets now that are cheaper and especially commodities because when you have inflation prices go up if you own the things that go up in price like wheat or rice copper the things that go up then you make money and so inflation you can make money doing inflation throughout history there's always been new things railroads were once new radio was once new computers there's always something new it looks as though we're going to have electric cars yes i can i see the same thing you do one way to invest in that an electric car for instance uses several times more copper than a regular car so if we're going to have electric cars the price of copper has to continue to go up nobody's been opening copper mines for a long time electric cars use a lot more copper a lot more lead so there are many ways to play to invest in this i'm not smart enough to know which car company is going to be the best but i know that they will all use a lot of copper and lead and other metals so so for a simple person like me who's not very smart that's how i invest it the secret of becoming rich you watch money today you watch monday today but you also must do a lot of research stay with what you know a lot about everybody knows a lot about something and when you see something change when you see something change that you know is going to work and be successful do research and buy the stock or the commodity or whatever it is or the property stay with what you know do a lot of research be patient and you will be successful but it is not easy she did no i didn't have any money when i started either i had to save my money i saved as much as i could to invest at one point i lost it all after a great success i had to start over all i know to tell you to do is just keep working keep saving the more you save the more you can invest and if you are a successful investor you will have a lot of money i wish there were an easy way i wish we all had a lot of money we could invest the only way i know is to keep working keep saving and be careful mr kim if you know an easy way please tell me i will say to you what i say to my children and everybody i know follow your own passions do what you love don't do what your parents tell you your teachers your friends do what you love because first of all those are the people that are successful because they do what they love and second if they're not successful they don't care because they're happy they're happy doing what they love so what could be better first of all you're more likely to be successful and rich but even if you're not you're happy and i assure you being happy is a lot better than being unhappy if you do what you love and people laugh at you you're really probably going to be successful if you want to be a gardener your parents are going to say what we didn't raise you to be a gardener and your friends are going to laugh your teachers are going to say what but you will wake up every day and have fun and those are the successful people and someday you will have a stock a gardening stock listed on the stock exchange you'll be the richest person in korea and your friends will call you and say oh here you're rich i need a job then everybody will be very nice to you and all you did was have fun you just did what you loved i will say again be very careful because difficult times are coming sometime in the next two or three years be prepared if you're knowledgeable you will know what's coming and you will be okay many people have made fortunes during depressions in the past if they knew what they were doing so please be careful be one of those people and my other message is please let's open the 38th parallel and have a big big party i will get the rolling stones you've got blackpink forget north korea to get somebody and we'll have a big party in the dmz and we will leave the dmz open and no more war charges to stock elementary school and i hope you will learn that's the best way to succeed you
