01. So right now let's talk about TQQQ. Because oh my gosh, look at this, $3,500 is the open P&L. So let's dissect this trade a little bit and see what happens. The first thing that I did is I sold a put with 150 strike price and I received $66 for this, so I made $66. So far, so good. However, what happened is with this particular trade, and again, if you're interested in trading this strategy, I'll link to a playlist in the description where you see this strategy in more detail.

02. So I made $66, then I got assigned. So this is where I had to buy 100 shares of TQQQ for $150 each. And right now TQQQ is trading at $116 so not good. I bought it at $150 and right now it is trading below the market. Anyhow, so as soon as I had the shares I could actually start selling calls against it and this is what I did.

03. So I sold a call for $2.10 and bought it back for $0.37. Here we go. So looking at my handy dandy calculator, is where I made $2.10 minus $0.37, I made $173. Yay, okay. So these are realized profits. These are trades that are already close so I'm making this in green. So number four, what else did I do?

04. I sold another call for $0.45 and bought it back for $0.05. So this means I made another $40. This all is realized so this means the total realized profit is $279. So this is how much I made in 50 days, not too shabby, not too bad. So today I sold another put with a strike price of 100 for $1.14. So I sold the 100 put, and based on my account size here, I could sell 2 of these puts.

05. Okay. Again, this is my account size, your account size might be different. You might have sold one put, doesn't really matter. So I sold another two puts for $1.14. So this means that I made another $228. Okay, that is pretty good. Now let's say this might have been a stupid idea because basically what happens if TQQQ is below $100 by next Friday, by September 25th I have to buy 200 more shares of TQQQ.

06. But here is why this is really, really awesome if this would happen. So right now there's two scenarios that can happen and both are awesome. The first possible scenario, TQQQ stays above $100 on September 25th, which is in one week from now. In this case, I keep the $228 and my total profit from this trade goes up to $507.

07. Now scenario two, and this is where you might be concerned about this, is if TQQQ drops below $100 on September 25th. In this case, I have to buy another 200 shares for $100. But here's why this is super cool, and here's why I think it was a super smart move. But hey, this is why we are here together, I'll let you be the judge.

08. So when this happens, when scenario number two happens, I would have bought 100 shares for $150 and I would have bought 200 shares for $100. So this means that right now my cost basis is lowered because now I'm using the average. So I did buy 100 shares times 150, plus 200 times 100, and I'm dividing all of this by 300 so that I get my average price per share.

09. This means my price is $116.60, it's my average price per share. So this means as soon as TQQQ moves above $116 I start making money. At $116.66 I'm breaking even, if it moves above I'm making money. So this here is my $116.66 magic level. Now look at this, is it more likely that NQ over the next few weeks or TQQQ here goes above $116.66 then $150?

10. Yes, right? So this is, by doing this, if scenario one happens, okay, great, I just keep racking up profits. That's fine. If scenario two happens even better, I'm lowering my cost basis here. So it's only $116.66 per share, right now it is $150, and therefore it is easier to get back into the green.

11. I know lots of math, but is this making sense? Does this help? This is how I'm managing this trade that might look that it is in trouble and actually it is not. It is going according to the plan.
