Hello and welcome to the "Five Siblings' US Stock KQQ Investment Story" channel. This channel is not for recommending investments; it is a channel that records the US TQQ investment stories of the five siblings in their 50s and 60s. As of the afternoon of Tuesday, June 20th, while recording this video, I noticed that the overseas futures market is generally declining.
This suggests that investors are exercising caution while paying close attention to the powerful remarks from Federal Reserve officials and Chairman Powell this week. Regardless of that, we just need to remain unwavering and simply enjoy today. I prepared this video because I was worried that you might blindly invest in 3x leveraged US ETFs while running the "US Stock TQQ Investment Story" channel.
In the last video, I introduced Dr. Choi Yoon- sik's book and YouTube channel titled "The Rich's Secret to Investing in 3x Leveraged ETFs." I am sharing this because these were the most helpful books and channels for me while investing in US TQQ, so please only refer to them if you feel a genuine sincerity.
On Monday, June 19th, a post like the one in the photo appeared on the bulletin board of Dr. Choi Yoon-sik's YouTube channel, which I subscribe to. It just popped up. Recently, no videos have been uploaded to Dr. Choi Yoon-sik's channel. However, he posted a message saying that his subscriber count suddenly increased, and that many people subscribed even though he hadn't done anything.
He seems to be wondering what's going on with this sudden surge in subscribers; he is so cute. I was truly touched by all of you after seeing Dr. Choi Yoon-sik's post. It appears that you, who are overflowing with the potential to become wealthy in the future, rushed to subscribe after watching the videos of "Ami Mohae," a fledgling YouTube channel with only 1,000 subscribers.
I believe there are definitely some of you who didn't just press the subscribe button, but watched all four videos, purchased the book, and are currently reading it. Along with your quick execution skills, I look forward to your financial freedom in 5 or 10 years, and I will send my support and infinite applause.
At the very least, for those interested in the US stock TaQQ, which is a 3x leverage ETF, you really must watch Dr. Choi Yoon- sik's four videos related to 3x leverage and the book "The Rich's 3x ETF Investment Secrets." For those seeing this for the first time, I will put the links to Dr. Choi Yoon-sik's four videos again in the description box of this video.
Regarding investing in the US stock TaQQ... Even if you do not intend to, once you enter the US stock market, you will naturally be exposed to ETFs such as the QLD ETF ( 2x leverage of the Nasdaq QQ), the TQQ ETF (3x leverage), and the SOXL ETF (3x leverage focused on the semiconductor sector). Regardless of your will, you will frequently see articles on YouTube and in the news stating that the TQQ ETF was the number one most purchased item this month, or that the SQQQ ETF, which bets on the opposite position of TQQ, was the most bought.
At such times, do not blindly jump on the bandwagon driven by herd mentality. Instead, fully understand the concept of 3x leveraged US stock ETFs beforehand. To invest with an objective perspective, it is not too late to invest only after you have watched the books and videos recommended above. If you do not have firm faith in the stocks you are investing in, the moment you keep drawing stop-loss lines and become familiar with the term "stop-loss," your capital will suddenly be reduced to zero.
When investing in individual stocks, it is difficult for us to determine on our own whether the price is high or low, so tracking the US stock market index... It is about investing in ETFs with peace of mind. As someone who used to invest only in real estate, I realized three years ago that the stock market is the flower of capitalism.
I have come to find thrill in its high volatility and am beginning to understand that this is exactly what capital gains earned in the capital market are like. I have pondered and examined various reasons why there are people around me who have gone bankrupt from stock investments. First, there are stock selections that lack trust and patience; investing principal with money that is not spare—that is, money that needs to be spent—and having no spare funds available even for a brief moment in an emergency.
Furthermore, while one should know how to filter market news to merely grasp economic trends, investors have "light ears" like reeds, whose sentiments waver like reeds at a single word from experts in a noisy market; and possesses a " glass mentality" characterized by impatience and a lack of clear investment principles, discipline, or control.
I suspect that the combination of these factors is what keeps retail investors losing money instead of making it. If that is the case, then we just need to do the opposite of what is described above. Why can't we put this simple method into practice, only to see losses in stock investments every day?
All we have to do is invest in reliable stocks, wait, and when the price drops below our average purchase price, average down and wait. I believe that drawing a stop-loss line from the very beginning is no different from confirming your own losses. It is such a waste of time to buy stacks of chart analysis and company analysis tools just to study target stocks.
Should you trade based on charts, or just master the basics? I think it is better to buy a collection of quotes from legendary investors and read investment maxims or advice to regain your composure whenever your resolve wavers. For those who are too scared to get started with stock investing, why not send out just 5 shares of individual stocks—like Apple, Microsoft, and SPY—as scouts to dip your toes in the market?
Then, take your time, don't be impatient, and learn little by little; you can adjust your portfolio based on your personal experience. And here comes the habitual question: when should you "stray"? If you need money, you sell; if you do n't, you leave it. If the price drops below your average purchase price, you should use your available funds to average down and wait.
I suspect the cycle of taking a small profit and dumping the stock because you lack firm faith in the stock is the reason you keep repeating this behavior—fearing a vertical crash as soon as it rises into the profit zone. You set target prices and stop- loss prices just as you learned from the broadcasts you usually watch, but because you sell like trash, your account balance keeps melting away, and eventually, you end up leaving the stock market.
Accustomed to things like syphilis, buy prices, target prices, stop-loss prices, and buy-sell timing, we feel anxious and impatient about our choices, so we ask around on various online forums and Naver stock boards. Even that makes us uneasy, so we ask experts about the stocks we hold. It is questionable how others can give us definitive answers about companies that we ourselves do not know.
If you look at the screen in the video, it shows the contents of our sisters' KakaoTalk chat. My younger sister is personally managing both long-term and short-term investment accounts for her future daughter-in-law. The conversation goes like this: my sister-in-law bragged to an acquaintance that she had realized profits from her TaQQ investment, and the acquaintance asked if she only makes money every day like this, expressing amazement at why she never incurs losses.
Why does my sister only see profits and no losses? The answer is in my comment on the photo. It is because she does not sell when she is in the red, so she does not suffer losses, and because she strictly adheres to her own investment principles without being swayed by what others say. Jurini, what I saw I believe that to make winning investments in the stock market, you just need to win the psychological battle by adding the points I mentioned.
When I first opened this channel, my goal was simply to record the story of the Five Siblings' US stock investment in TakQQ. However, as our subscriber count grew to 1,100 thanks to the "1 Month 15" promotion, I felt a heavy sense of responsibility realizing that my US stock investment stories were having even a small impact.
I intend to share the Five Siblings' US stock investment journey with those who feel afraid of stock investing, those living on a modest salary earned through frugal and diligent work, and those in their 40s, 50s, 60s, and 70s who are approaching or have already retired. I want to give you the courage to take on the challenge of stock investing and move forward together with you.
That is all for today's video. If you are still curious about the Five Siblings' US stock TakQQ investment story, please make sure to subscribe, like, and turn on notifications. Thank you.
