01. Hello, fellow travelers. This is Arthur A. I am an extremely ordinary person. Therefore, I do not know how the very wealthy, chaebol families, successful celebrities, or sports stars live. However, from the perspective of a truly ordinary person, I have been thinking about what meaning 10 million won a month might hold.

02. I wondered what would happen if I earned 10 million won a month through capital income, rather than earning it through work from morning till night. For a dual-income couple, one spouse could stay home to take care of the family and look after the children without having to go to work. Some people are weekend couples because of their jobs.

03. But I imagine that if you have a capital income of 10 million won every month, you would n't have to live apart as a family; you could meet every day, eat together, and talk like this. I am currently using an infinite buying method with triple leverage— yes, I am generating not just 10 million won a month, but even more.

04. The profit generated from a single 300 million won account has averaged about 12 million won per month over the past 10 months. If this trend continues, and I can make 300 million won... You can make 12 million won a month. However, if 12 million won seems too far away, or if 300 million won seems too distant, you go with 200 million won.

05. That makes 8 million won a month. If 200 million won also seems far off, using the infinite buying method with 100 million won yields a profit of about 4 million won. Although I am speaking in terms of monthly averages, I simply added up the profits generated each month. As a result, in May, a profit of a whopping 35.55 million won remained from two accounts worth 300 million won.

06. Of course, since there was no profit in April, I have mentioned before that it is good to pool those earnings together and use them regularly for what you need each month. I think it would be wonderful if you could manage your finances like a self-employed person or a business owner—even if you do n't know how much your revenue will be, you can spend it consistently every month like an employee.

07. We often talk about a seed capital of 100 million won, don't we? It takes time to accumulate 100 million won. It takes a long time, but I do n't think it will take that long to turn 100 million won into 200 million, 200 million into 300 million, and 500 million. So, I highly recommend practicing this consistently.

08. When I was doing the "Infinite Buying Method," I used to constantly watch to see if I could buy it a little cheaper—whether it would be cheaper to buy on the outside or on the outside. But now, I just buy on the inside. I buy half using the " lo" average price buying method and the other half using the "lo" large-number buying method.

09. If you visit Mr. Lauer's Naver Cafe, I know there are versions 2, 2.1, 2.2, and recently, version 3. He is such a smart person, and other really smart people on the Naver Cafe are uploading various materials and continuously developing the method, but I intend to continue following the method described in the book.

10. My only rule is that if I don't make a profit within the splitting timeframe I've set, I either wait or, if I have the money, make additional purchases to make a profit. I plan to continue with this simple principle because I believe that if something becomes difficult or complicated, I lose the desire to do it for a long time.

11. Since I intend to make profits this way for the rest of my life... That is why I intend to approach this simply. When I first started investing only in 3x leverage products for the long term, there is a book I referred to. I’d like to introduce it to you after a long time. It is a book called "The Rich's 3x Leverage ETF Investment Secrets." I am mentioning it again for those of you who have recently subscribed to my videos to refer to.

12. Also, when we invest in 3x leverage products like this, the biggest concern is this: it’s good when it goes up, but what if it goes down? People often ask, "Is it okay in situations like the Dacom bubble?" To help you with that, I will share a video by Ms. Midori once again. My companion said they wanted to hear "All Things Known Through the Heart," so I took notes and thought about it as I went about my daily life.

13. I hope the viewers of this video will live like this, and with the hope that the children who were the inspiration for me starting this YouTube channel will live with this kind of mindset, I am singing a song for you. My voice is n't very beautiful, so I’m singing it in a male key. If you know the song, I think it would be great if you sang along.

14. Let’s Live Like a Rock: Like a rock that remains unshaken by any tempting touch, even if harsh winds and rain rage. You are alive The beak only sways in the wind when it is young; that rock deeply embedded in the pig stands even in the corner. We all do not despair or yield, but awaken ourselves amidst trials, like a rock that will eventually become a stone in the happy world that will come.

15. You are alive. I will see you next week. I am raising two daughters. My eldest daughter is [age], and my youngest is 19. From the moment they were born—no, from the womb until they turned ten—I wrote a parenting diary like this. My eldest daughter became independent at twenty and is currently living away from home; I collected them back then, and it amounted to about seven volumes.

16. I collected them and sent them out when she became independent, and this is how the parenting diary was written for my youngest daughter. So, I started writing these diaries so that even if they face hardships in life later on, they would know how much Mom, Dad, and the people around them loved them.

17. Also, when I look through these diaries, I feel a sense of returning to my original intentions, thinking, "Ah, this is the heart with which I raised my child." So, when you raise children, a little bit of greed can creep in, right? At first, you just want them to grow up healthy, but... So, looking at these diaries, I realize once again, "Ah, so this is how I really felt." I wrote these diaries for them until they were ten, and I collected things like tickets from performances we went to see together to show them how Mom and Dad put them through many experiences and spent time together.

18. Then, when the children reached puberty, oh my, it was truly turbulent. At those times, trying to explain things verbally could lead to arguments, so we started writing exchange diaries. I wanted to tell them whatever I wanted to say—even if it was a time when there was both an adult and a child inside them—but whenever they did something I thought was truly wrong, I would explain it to them through these diaries.

19. The children would also write down their own thoughts in their exchange diaries, and we tried having that kind of time together. I really liked it. Leaving something behind serves as a record and creates memories. As they entered puberty, it became a situation where I couldn't help but shed tears. There were times when I raised them by never letting go of the books and learning from them, but it was difficult to put the content into practice exactly as written, and I couldn't imagine my child being like the child in the book.

20. I raised my children not because I was good at it, but because I shed hot tears a few times during times like these. While doing so, I feel like I have grown more mature. I realized that raising children is truly no ordinary task, and it also made me think about how grateful I am to my parents. That is why I am writing this exchange diary.

21. Since there was some space left at the back, I wrote down this "infinite buying method" and organized it. So, I have been investing continuously, starting with Samsung Electronics. Whenever relatives gave me allowance, I didn't spend it but kept investing. I would take profits and buy more, and even when I was in the red, I kept buying more.

22. I have some money now, and I am using it to buy infinitely together with my children. Because of this, I have no worries about my children for the rest of my life. So, I am free from financial constraints like this, and I believe that as long as we maintain good relationships with each other, we will live happily.
