01. As I have mentioned in many videos, I am an investor who buys triple-register ETFs. I especially love TQQQ. It is a very aggressive leveraged ETF. For some people, this is a very irrational investment. You might be thinking, "Wouldn't it be better to just buy three shares of QQQM?" Now, there must be a basis for such aggressive investment on my part .

02. It is partly because my personal business is doing well and generating cash flow, but it is also because I am buying covered call ETFs . As for me. I am one of those people who really likes covered call ETFs . Well, there are active products that are very popular these days, like QQQI and GPIQ . But I really, really like JPQ.

03. Even when you ask me about cover calls in the comments, I tend to commonly recommend JPQ . Well, the reason is simple. It is NAS-based and has a relatively conservative operational structure . The monthly dividends are stable, and it offers good protection even in market crashes. It is one of the products verified by history.

04. So, I like a structure that survives for a long time, even if it doesn't have that explosive punch. So, I really, really love JPQ. Well, to get back to the original topic, those of you currently investing in Nestec might find this a bit boring. It has been moving sideways for almost three months . It’s not a boom, nor is it a skyrocketing market; it’s just a market that keeps crawling sideways.

05. But it’s not very fun for those holding growth stocks in times like this . It is also ambiguous for those looking to enter the market for the first time. It gives the impression that the Nasdaq is too high. So, it is a really difficult season to make purchases. But especially in times like this, what you need is cash flow.

06. However, in this sideways market, JPQ is now shining. Even if the stock price doesn't move much, money comes in every month through option premiums. For example, in my case, I operate two accounts: a main account and a sub-account . Actually, I opened a secondary account partly because of YouTube . I hold 300 shares of the rich man's PQ .

07. So, that account. Even if the market is n't interesting, dollars keep being printed. This plays a very important psychological role. The feeling that money keeps coming in is always happy. J-PQ is. This is the representative U.S. Card Call ETF. I am managing the fund in a way that avoids using unreasonable structures out of greed for dividends .

08. So, the defense is good, and it has been historically proven. So, while high dividends are certainly important, we maintain a dividend that can be sustained in May. It's yesterday. And I have a lot to say about dollar dividends as well . The exchange rate is high right now. It seems to be constantly fluctuating around the 1,470 won range right now, but even though it is the same dividend, receiving it in dollars feels different.

09. It is a structure where you benefit not only from simple profits but also from exchange rate effects . So, from a Korean perspective, this itself plays a role in curbing inflation. So, when it is judged that the value of the won is falling, dollar assets become relatively stronger. So, you can resolve all three issues: dollars, dividends, and hedging .

10. But if it were me, I would do either short-term bonds or my PQ, but I am doing both . Okay, so let's assume you receive dividends. Well, some people might only have five shares, and others might, for example, have 1,000 shares. So, when considering how to utilize the dividends from this, I do not think it is necessary to use them for living expenses .

11. If you want to use the dividends from Jeyuk for living expenses, you would need at least about 700 to 1,000 shares. So, you know that feeling of going into a convenience store and getting free seaweed, free Hetban, free Samdasu, and stuff like that . If that isn't the case, I just take the dividend.

12. And keep accumulating the final dollars . And you use that money when the market sentiment is bad . A typical example is purchasing growth assets like QLD . how is it? So, the point is that I can generate cash flow with my PQ and reinvest it in growth assets by timing it right . If I say this, you might say, "Timmy, you don't really like the 'by the de-deep' strategy." So, it is impossible to buy things by timing them perfectly.

13. That is my basic investment principle. But JPQ is a cover call ETF anyway, so it can't possibly be the main character of my account . They probably won't look at that app much. So, dollars will accumulate every month. It is not the principal, but practically closer to profit. The JQ I currently hold is yielding around 3%, and it is also paying out good dividends .

14. But if I use that money to buy QLD, I can feel like I am reusing the money received from the market . But this is very big. Because this JPQ is a bit less effective in a bull market. But actually, I think it is very dangerous for investors to expect to make a profit every year . Ah, is there anything more beautiful than something that is strong in sideways markets, provides protection during market crashes, and generates cash flow ?

15. Why do you all think I will definitely earn money every month ? Investment is a continuous series of fluctuations. So, in an atmosphere like this where a sideways market continues for 3 or 4 months, I think there is no product as substantial as Zephyr . I deposit the 20 to 30 million won I have into a savings account .

16. Ah, it's not easy for me. I have a family member who works at a bank, so they set up a savings account for me . Of course, the interest rates aren't bad. But ah, no matter how much money I put in, it didn't seem to work. Right? So, since JPQ's stock price is n't rising, it seems like many people think it's not very good.

17. But since you keep making money through option premiums, there might be a situation where you check your bank account and find about 20 to 30 million won in cash awkwardly tied up. For those of you in your 40s to 60s, I'm sure there are some of you who just have about 20 to 30 million won on hand . In that case, if it were me, there are two options I would choose anyway.

18. I am going to either go with short-term bonds or JQ. Since it doesn't fluctuate like stocks, offers better returns than savings accounts, generates cash flow, and is a dollar asset, I think buying JQ is definitely the right choice. So, ZP is not that kind of ETF for navigating life's ups and downs .

19. It’s not a product that delivers a knockout blow, either. Instead, a structure that maintains mentality even in a really boring market and somehow keeps making money . It is not cutting off one's own flesh. I'm continuously receiving dividends right now, and I love it. I guess that's why I love JPQ.

20. So, even if you go all-in on growth assets and QLD alone, it is a very good investment. It is also fine to invest only in dividends. It’s fine to have about 100 or 200 million. But for me, it's a structure where I get both. And you know the real advantage of ZPQ, right? For those who find dividend growth ETFs like SUD appealing, the dividend percentage is a bit disappointing .

21. If I have about 300 million won worth of SUD, it means I can practically buy one share of SUD every business day with dividends. Then, even if you add just 50 million won of my PQ to that 300 million won Super D, this cycle explodes very strongly . Of course, the prerequisite there is that you need to be careful with the comprehensive income tax.

22. Or, let's say I've put about 50 million won into Shud right now . Then, those who have purchased about 55 million to 60 million won worth of Shud can buy one week of Shud every Monday. You can increase the number of Shuds solely through dividends. But if you just add about 20 million won of my PQ to that, you can create an amazing cash flow cash flow business with 70 million won .

23. A structure where Shud buys Shud. It's so beautiful. So, combining growth assets with you guys is great, and while I love QLDQ so much, my PQ SUD and JPQ JI are also amazing. It's a really good option, so I hope you'll definitely consider it. I don't understand how those who say covered calls are bad can claim that a guaranteed 8% is bad, given how much profit they actually make every year.

24. Of course, excluding the ISA account . So, today's video ended up being a bit long.
