hello everybody my colonel here or co-founder Pacioretty partners along with Bob I'd you know another quick Tesla update so this is what happened after earnings and just with the regular market hours today so it gapped up it had me open right about this 317 50 level traded back down the significant level to fill the gap gaps like to get filled not all of them always fill you can have gaps or that won't fill for a very long time but a lot of them do tend to fill so that's why we pay attention to them couple questions we don't have anything specifically on gaps but gaps are like magnets in price see back here this gap from the beginning of August eventually got filled this one has yet to be filled this one has yet to be filled so on rally attempts we'll watch for those to be filled and those are key levels when they do fill them so that's why we pay attention to them just like this gap in here see from October fourth to fifth and then when we filled it that was resistance temporarily then we backed off then we went through it recently so another question was asked is why we're looking at that 311 312 price level because that's where d 200-day simple moving average is a lot of people and firms watch the 200-day simple moving average and they're more bullish on the stock when it's above that that are less bullish on the stock gonna blows when it's below that and so it's been trading right around that today see it was resistance back at the beginning of October it was innocent area don't look at it as a hard solid line that's why we watch region right here it was trading right around it so it dipped below it then it got above it couldn't hold it then it became resistance here it was trading right around it until it broke then it actually gapped through it which was another Gathol so those are a couple key concepts we talked about another concept we talked about is support becoming resistance and resistance becoming support and again this is an area people mistakes resistance as like 300 is a support area or resistance I look at or Bob and I look at it as an area so we're and the concept is where prior resistance becomes potential support and where prior support becomes potential resistance so you see here I'll even show you back here back in what year was that 14 we had resistance right around this 250 area 260 finally popped through it but just briefly than it was resistance here popped through it but then it was resistance here resistance here then it started becoming support support here support here support here most recently major resistance if we rally up we zoom in a bit over here now major resistance would be from about the 350 to 360 so that on a rally is gonna be major resistance now if we can get through it by enough that could become potential support again right now we have major support back at this 260 250 to 260 area if we break down below it though that will become major resistance so that's let's say hypothetically then Tesla have in some time after a release fourth quarter don't do as well and they crash down below 250 then we'd be looking at that area as potential resistance it was support it's now resistance so those are some of the key concepts we're talking about just to fill everybody in and then show you what happened today again nothing else has really changed we did fill that gap today in with intraday price trading the next key level we're watching is 335 that would fill this gap during market hours and then the next key level is about this 348 to 350 first fill that gap and people fixate on these nice round numbers so that's gonna be the next area and you can even go to again level 352 so it's gonna be a zone 348 to 352 should they continue to rally again major support coming in at 300 and then if it pulls black below that we have a significant level at 286 and if people are wondering a significant level is a proprietary thing that we've been using for years it's like support resistance on steroids it's a major support resistance level that the markets tend to react at so that's a little bit more on Tesla and some other key concepts we talked about in our videos I hope that helps everybody to keep the questions coming and we'll talk to everyone soon bye for now
