01. hello. It is Seodae. A NASDAQ triple leveraged ETF was automatically created in the first Youngjocho fund that I had invested in since 2019. You might ask what I mean, since leveraged ETF investments are not allowed in the Younggeumjo Fund . I will now explain the reason . The star of the NASDAQ triple leverage ETF at the Suduri Pension Fund is the Tiger Me NASDAQ Back.

02. This is an ETF that I have been investing in since I first started investing in it. As you are all well aware, the Tiger Cost Nasdaq Back is an ETF that estimates the Nasdaq Back index with dollar currency exposure . However, the reason this is called a triple is that the return rate exceeded 200%. As of April 25, Tiger's stock price return is 203.57%, with an average purchase price of 57% of 58,374 won.

03. The profit is not large, but it has grown to about 7.13 million won . And at the point where the return exceeds 200%, for every 1% increase in the Tiger Cost Nasdaq Back, the Seo Dae-ri Tiger Nasdaq return increases by more than 3% . Just like TQ. I will explain this in a little more detail using an example .

04. Let's assume that Tiger's stock price rises by another 1% on Monday . If the current stock price of 177,195 won rises by 1%, the stock price increases by 1,775 won . To be precise, a 1% increase would be 1,772 won, but since domestically listed ETFs move in 5-won increments, I set it at 1,775 won. The average unit price of Seo-daeri, including transaction costs, is 58,374 won, and 1,775 won is 3% of my average unit price.

05. In other words, if the Tiger US Military NASDAQ 100 rises by 1%, Assistant Manager Seo's Tiger NASDAQ return rises by 3%, not 1%. Just like Q and TQ. This is the most intuitive example of the compounding effect. Although the Tiger cost is the same for Nasdaq 100, those who invest early choose Nasdaq and see their principal grow two to three times .

06. Of course, the Tiger Hateful Nasdaq White Horse that Assistant Manager Seo has evolved into a triple-value one. The Tiger Nasdaq that I am buying additionally is, of course, a 1x ETF. If you buy now, you have to wait again until the return reaches 200%. I started investing in Serdery Tiger Asdaq in August 2019, and in just under 7 years, the stock price return has surpassed 200%.

07. Seven years have evolved a one-fold Nasdaq ETF into a three-fold one. A representative success story of such long-term compounding is Warren Buffett's Coca-Cola dividend yield. Buffett invested in Coca-Cola stock in 1988. Currently, the dividend yield on Coca-Cola stock is 3%, but it is said that the dividend yield exceeds 50% based on the principal investment amount .

08. You are receiving half of your investment principal as dividends every year. The reason this is possible is thanks to the compounding effect of dividend growth. Coca-Cola has been growing its dividends for over 60 years, and Warren Buffett has been investing for 38 years. Suderi grew into a triple-leveraged ETF even though he held the Nasdaq ETF for only 7 years, but since Wallace Buffett enjoyed the benefits for 38 years, that is how such an absurd dividend yield came about.

09. For reference, Seodaeri Tiger Asdaq is also more favorable than current investors in terms of dividend yield . The Tiger 1-year dividend for 2025 was 88 won per share. The dividend yield based on the market price of 17,195 won is 0.5%. %no see. However, based on an average price of 58,374 won, Assistant Manager Seo's dividend yield is 1.5%.

10. The payout ratio is also currently three times. As such, the compounding effect can be easily seen in both dividends and stock prices . It is hindsight, but every time I look at my account, I am left with the regret that I should have bought more of the Nasdaq 100 Tiger stocks in 2019 and 2020 . In this way, Assistant Manager Seo’s hated Nasdaq 100 has become a triple-leveraged ETF.

11. That means that when the Nasdaq falls, it drops threefold . But I'm not too worried. Basically, it's because the rise is long and the fall is short. On top of that, the return is around 200%, so even if it drops significantly, it is still a triple-digit return. Even after hearing the news about the bear market, looking at my account, I don't feel any bear market atmosphere at all .

12. The high returns accumulated through long-term investment serve as a reliable safety net that helps you continue investing without wavering during market downturns. This is one of the reasons why I don't bother selling my stocks and keep holding onto them unless I have to spend money . This is because if you sell and then buy again, your return on investment will vanish.

13. Crucially, the Seo Dae-ri NASDAQ ETF has evolved into a triple-strength product, but the underlying index is still the NASDAQ one-strength. Even when facing a severe bear market, its recovery is much faster than that of a true leveraged ETF. Let's look at the 2022 bear market chart. It took about two years for the QQQ to recover its pre-bear market peak .

14. On the other hand, TQ, a triple-leveraged ETF, took three years to recover its previous high during the 2022 market downturn. Although the structure is similar in terms of return, the stability is much higher because the underlying index is different . Based on the principal investment, it grows at three times the speed of the Nasdaq, yet the stability remains just one-fold.

15. This is also made possible thanks to the compounding effect built up over time. Currently, only the Tiger Nasdaq in the first Younggeumdochi fund has hit a 200% return, but the ETFs in other accounts are also diligently following suit. I have many Nastar ETFs that I've held over the past 100% return period and moved to QLD, but I will continue to invest steadily as I have been and upgrade them all to TQ .

16. The next player will likely be Tiger Nasdaqback, who is in the first DC retirement plan . I cautiously hope that if the DC retirement pension Nasdaq ETF passes through TQ, the annual pension Nasdaq ETF might become a buy-on-buy type . It is commonly said that to reap the benefits of compound interest, one simply needs to invest for a long period.

17. In a way, it is correct, but in another way, it is incorrect. That's only half right . Just because you invest for a long time does not guarantee a compound effect. It is important to carefully select stocks that can trend upward and invest in them for the long term. Just because you invest in any stock for the long term doesn't mean you will see a windfall.

18. Stocks likely to trend upward are naturally those that are, and will continue to be, leading the future. From this perspective, I believe NASDAQ ETFs are the perfect choice for long-term investment and compounding . This is because most of the companies currently leading the world and those that will change it in the future—such as those in AI, semiconductors, space, and robotics—are listed on the NASDAQ.

19. And NASDAQ ETFs automatically manage these companies in order of market capitalization. Uncompetitive stocks are dropped or their weight is reduced, and their places are filled by high-performing stocks . It is a great long-term investment because you don't have to worry about individual companies; you can just go with a relaxed mindset and let the best of the best win .

20. Of course, I also invest in individual stocks . I am also buying Tesla individual stock one share at a time on a monthly basis with the goal of getting a Tesla car . However, the core of the portfolio is firmly set up with the SMP 500 Nasdaq. The two account for nearly 70% of Assistant Manager Seo's financial assets .

21. Individual stocks such as Tesla, Apple, and Nvidia account for less than 10% of the total. It's like having really solid insurance in the form of market index ETFs . With the bull market starting again these days, there is a lot of talk everywhere that investing in index ETFs is inefficient when considering inflation .

22. There are also many arguments that you need to invest in at least a 2x leveraged ETF to make it meaningful . Depending on the timing of the investment, it may or may not happen . One thing is certain: even a 1x index ETF becomes a natural leveraged ETF if you invest consistently like me . Likewise, you can experience explosive growth relative to the principal.

23. In fact, the target average annual return for the Seo Dae-ri Younggeum Savings Fund is only 7%. This is because I determined that even with just 7%, combining it with other accounts would allow for a generous limit after the age of 55. However, the actual total account value has far exceeded double the target return rate with only monthly fixed purchases of the market index .

24. Of course, it could fall below the planned amount as a bear market suddenly begins . However, just as it has done so far, I am confident that it will go up and down but perform better than the planned amount. I will continue to show you how it passes through with fivex and tenx leverage, rather than the Nasdaq threex leverage ETF .

25. So, thank you for watching this long video today . I hope my channel can be of at least a little help to my subscribers' capitalist lives . This has been Seodel.
