01. Hello, this is D-100 Mung, a long-term investor in the Fate Trading Method and leveraged ETFs. In today's video, I intend to explain why you should engage in expanded investment using the Cake Q or TQ Kangin 2x leveraged ETF Q. First, to briefly explain Q&A, it is a 2x leveraged version of the TF Q that tracks the Nasdaq 100.

02. If we take a quick look at the holdings of the Cake Q and TQ, most of them are well-known blue-chip companies. They are included in the holdings of Apple, Microsoft, Facebook, $9 Tess, Nvidia, Demi, and Nasdaq Top. And regarding the QLD I recommend, it is easy to understand if you think of it as a 2x leveraged ETF based on the style and dimensions.

03. If you have some experience investing in leveraged ETFs, you have probably heard this saying: "You should not invest in leveraged ETFs." But should we really believe such advice literally? I once wrote a statement that was significant enough to affect all my stock accounts. And to demonstrate the suspended investment of the leveraged ETF in the Puddle Trading Method firsthand, I resumed leveraged...

04. Shaden has started investing in ETFs. Shaden explains why I invest in leveraged ETFs for the long term, and why I am investing in Shell rather than QQ or TQ. Shaden will explain the Shaden investment strategy. First, since Shaden is a 2x leveraged ETF based on the QQ peak, if QQ rises by 1%, Shaden rises by 2%, and if QP falls by 2%, QD drops by -4%.

05. However, the important point here is that it is " twice the Nasdaq 100." This phrase is the most important. Let me say it one more time: QB is two of the Nasdaq 100. That is why it is considered risky. The chart behind Shaden is also obvious. At this point, since it has risen tremendously, it is natural that it has risen more than QQ.

06. However, there is a downside you must pay attention to here: the risk of double volatility. Recently, due to the COVID-19 crisis, Shaden fell significantly as the Nasdaq stock index plummeted. First of all, since COVID-19 is a rare occurrence that might happen in ten years, the mental fortitude involved must have been much more difficult for the market than for general investors.

07. And... Another disadvantage is that if stock prices are consolidating, leveraged ETFs are better for picking small profits. Despite this, why do you invest in [it]? Why did you decide to invest in stocks? Why did you decide to invest in stocks? What is your reason for deciding to invest in stocks? Is n't it because you believe that while stock price movements are extremely volatile and may fluctuate in the short term, they trend upward in the long term?

08. Is n't the [it] you see on the screen investing in the "unconditional" (unconditional)? Investing in leveraged ETFs while assuming that stock prices will consolidate in the short term is, quite literally, an excessive action. If you think the Nasdaq index will consolidate in the long term, long-term investment would be no different from QQQ, not leveraged ETFs.

09. Historically and experientially, we believe that stock indices must rise in the long term regardless. And you have reached this point in stock investment to borrow profits and use them wisely for financial freedom. To state the facts, in this case, investing in QQQ is the best realistically possible choice.

10. Then, looking only at the rate of return... You might ask, "Why invest after Q&A when TQ is higher?" However, for those of you who will be investing in stocks for the rest of your lives, no one can predict whether the "what ifs" we fear will actually occur during that lifetime. If the massive crash we feared really does come, the probability of recovery being impossible with 3x leverage is much higher than with Shield, just like during the dot-com bubble of 2000 that everyone knows about.

11. Of course, it feels like the dot-com bubble will never happen again, and I think so too. If you are a stock investor, and one who intends to succeed in stock investing for a lifetime, you must engrave the words "too much of a good thing" and "too little" in your heart. This is because risk management is essential.

12. If something truly absurd happens while you are investing in DQ and PQ, your investment may not be recoverable. To manage that risk, you must invest in QLD while keeping "too little of a good thing" in mind. You need to let go of some greed and invest in the " depth rate," which might be a bit bland for Koreans, and the "long term" that follows the mouth, rather than TQ, which is considered "too much of a good thing." Please invest.

13. Regarding the "Puddle Trading Method" from my previous video, I mentioned that mental fortitude is a crucial aspect of long-term investing. Theoretically, TQ P may look the best, but honestly, you should consider it nearly impossible to maintain your mental fortitude while investing in TQ for over 10 years.

14. That is why I emphasize the importance of " Andy's Workout is Spicy" and the need for dollar-cost averaging for long-term investment. I do not believe TQ guarantees returns far greater than QLD, even at the cost of massive risk and a complete mental breakdown. Furthermore, I do not have the confidence to simply sit back and watch other "weapons" rise while investing in the boring QQ.

15. Therefore, instead of investing in Tiki Pure Q, I am conducting dollar-cost averaging for long-term investment using the "Puddle" method behind QLD. Finally, looking at the QLD chart, I get the feeling that a "Flower QLD D Mass Timing" might occur. If the price drops to the 21 line, I buy 10% through QLD accumulation, and if the price drops to the 61 line, in the QLD accumulation container You should buy 50%, and if the price drops further to the 121 line for the third time, you should buy another 50% from the remaining QLD accumulation fund.

16. Finally, if the RSI drops below the 20-day moving average to 35, you must buy 100% from the remaining QLD accumulation fund. However, split buying and selling are essential even with the mass timing circled here; I strongly recommend that you do not buy everything at once just because it touches the surface, but rather start buying little by little right before the touch to prepare for the next nine days. See you in the next video.
