01. amid this market seller Warren Buffett himself cannot resist this awesome deal we're gonna be analyzed today we got to stop saying Warren Buffett he's just the friendly kind face we see all over CNBC but I don't think he makes many of the decisions anymore Berkshire Hathaway but either way it makes for some good clickbait might I say but getting right into this guy's investing legend Warren Buffett raised his Delta Airlines stake by nearly a million shares amid I'm not gonna say it because every time I say it YouTube removes my ad revenue and then I dispute it and they give it back now sure what that's about but the market rout last week Delta Airlines stock reversed even lower the Berkshire Hathaway beat rkb chief acquired more than nine hundred and seventy six thousand Delta Airlines shares for about forty five point three million that is a league I am nowhere near for an average price of forty six dollars and forty cents bloomberg reported citing a regulatory filing so let's get into Delta Airlines and just really quickly see what's going on with this stock because it's one that I haven't been paying attention to but it is down if I can get that the line up there about twenty three percent from roughly its all-time highs with a three point three percent dividend and a p/e ratio of only six a p/e ratio of six that is not something that I'm used to saying in these current market conditions even though they're down and it's got a market cap of about thirty billion dollars which is gonna matter in a second because we're just gonna analyze their books really quick to see what's going on here so we're in the I who finance and I just want to show you the things that I always pay attention to when I'm analyzing stocks which is total asset bursts the total liabilities so we've got about forty nine well rounded up let's just say fifty billion in total liabilities and we got total assets of about sixty four point five billion leaving us with right around fourteen and a half billion dollars in underlying assets which just means if we liquidated the whole company today we'd be left with about fifteen billion dollars so that is half of the current market capitalization and that my friends is a rarity within the market that know that might sound like you're overpaying but trust me it is not considering taking a look at their financials on the side here this companies done an incredible job it's stabilizing and growing these revenues consistently year-over-year and we know that's how the airlines usually work I don't personally own this stock but what I think we're gonna do is we're going to take a look at the stocks getting hit Zee worst by far during this market crisis and then I'm going to show you the stocks that I'm personally interested in buying what I'm paying attention to but let's take a bit of a listen here I found a video of Warren Buffett talking about Delta a little bit in the past drop it showed that you had bought even more shares in Delta it pushed you above 10% when I just talked to you a couple months ago you said you generally try not to push above 10% what happened well that was an interesting situation Delta made an appearance I don't know three weeks ago or something it's some investment conference that announced they I think they now say bought in 26 to 27 million shares and borrow the billion dollars to do it well I like that two aspects they'd bought in 4% of their stock so all of a sudden we own 4% more of double than we had the day before I like the fact that we're willing to borrow a billion to accelerate a stock repurchase program but what I didn't realize was that that purchase had taken us over 10% so I was already in in territory that I didn't plan to get so I just decided to buy a whole lot more stock I mean what what's one side been once I lost my virginity like let's get right into some of these stocks that are just taking a ticking during this crazy crisis going on here guys starting with booking Holdings a lot of these are obviously gonna be related to the leisure and travel industry and booking Holdings is no exception this is one of those stocks when you're probably walking around the mall and you see kind of like those people that are booking agents this will be part of this company here it is a massive company by the way of worth about 70 billion dollars the p/e is at 15 which is like way more than Delta by the way but taking a look at this company out roughly a whopping 15-20 percent give or take but really volatile right now moving into Marriott this is one that I watch a lot about because it comes up on conquer you know that channel guys a real estate mogul and he was just talking about how Marriott shut down a ton of their hotels up in China and we can see that it is starting to reflect on the stock price down 24% from its all-time highs fairly high p/e ratio at 30 a little bit of a decent decent dividend I don't know if I would consider it as a value stock right now considering and still treading on some pretty decent highs it just cracked it's 2019 lows here mind you and not the beginning of 2019 mid 2019 and this is something I shouldn't have to mention because I mean we talk about it all the time you probably hear about it on financial education Channel every other channel that pretty much looks for deep value discounts and you know the cruise lines are absolutely no exception here taking a look at Royal Caribbean cruise down just as much as Carnival Cruise here while Carnival Cruise I think is down more but taking a look at the underlying balance sheet we got a p/e of 8 on Royal Caribbean 4 percent dividend yield and a market cap of 15 billion where is with Carnival Cruise a little bit of a bigger market cap 20 billion PE is lot lower in the dividends a lot higher so I mean if you're looking to dip your toes into one of these travel or these cruise stocks Carnival Cruise definitely comes in at the top and speaking of financial education he made it an incredible video talking about Carnival Cruise because he took one of their cruises so he could review it considering he's a big shareholder in this company I might leave the link down below or you can just scroll on to financial education but also I didn't have to pay tax because once again you're in international waters you don't have to pay any tax when you buy items on the cruise ship and check it out he's a bit of a bigger youtuber but I think he did a phenomenal job at breaking down this stock now some of your favorite stocks getting hit probably Disney I mean we could probably take a look at like Universal or something like Cedar Fair they're not getting hit majorly but they are feeling the pain because these are obviously you know related to theme parks and Disney is absolutely no exception to that because a lot of the revenue comes from their theme park and it is down if I can get the little peek at the all-time high we're looking at a 22 percent drop on this massive conglomerate here one of the SP top babies the favorite company is the golden child of some of the S&P stocks here debt within p/e ratio of 18 trading at a 200 billion dollar market cap nice to see that dividend start creeping up is that stock comes down they pretty much lost all the games that got wiped out from the streaming service they released because that is what causes massive spike in the early not 2019 s here bringing the stock up to a massive rally up 36% only to see it get all of that wiped out but if you are a long-term investor I'm not the biggest fan of Disney it's one of these ones you might want to buy for your kids because the dividend yield it creeps up slowly over time taking a look at the max return on Disney you know as of what 2015 they haven't done too much on the stock price but overall this is a great company to hold if it's something that fits your personal set of circumstances and now moving on to one that probably affects you will you foodies out there that like your fast food we're talking about KFC Taco Bell this company is Yum Brands that holds many different restaurant chains it's taking a pretty big hit from its all-time highs moving into 2020 it's down 20% as well but amidst this market stuff going on it's only down because I mean this news is still fairly recent and it is only down about 10% but even still it's a 2% yield if you're a big fan of KFC or Taco Bell this might be your chance to get hit maybe a Pizza Hut fan this is a good chance to get into some of these brands p/e ratio is still a little higher than I'd like to see it but with the twenty eight billion dollar market cap this is nothing to gawk at it's a pretty decent sized company let's take a look at the long-term report very very reliable long-term company I mean look at this beautiful chart so to pick up some of these discounts here I can't complain can't complain moving into the sector probably getting hit the hardest that is the most underrated by far we're talking about the oil sector I talked about this as of recent we got Exxon Mobil BP here the biggest oil industry's out there taking massive hits it's just been a whirlwind of bad news for these guys with oil tanking all this stuff going on globally and then on top of that you know this most recent news the CV thing going on out here I'm so annoyed trying to not say it I want to talk about it so bad but I'm tired of disputing every video that gets flagged for me mentioning it but but taking a look I am NOT the oil baron that would be mad money and one of my other favorite youtubers though oil isn't something I particularly participate in it doesn't mean you don't and honestly if you are a fan of these oil stocks now is the golden era of oil stocks my friends they are down to levels they haven't seen in a long time and on top of that oil consumption is at all-time highs forgetting about what everyone's talking about with clean energy here so I mean if you are an oil fan for those long-term investors this is your time to shine my friends now taking a look at some of the stocks that I'm finding most interesting the ones that I want to be buying and I will be buying once I get tax season out of the way here we're talking about the financial sector financials have been getting hit on so many levels for so many different reasons I'm going to show you the ones that I'm most interested in and when I was talking about dividend stocks to be paying attention to at my most recent videos you can go check those out I was talking about like the Canadian banking sector which we're gonna take a look at here a USB ticker symbol here is one that map money speaking of the oil baron himself has been picking up I think he picks him up today actually in the making of this video he's in our chat group and he mentioned he was buying some more USB here down 24% from its all-time highs with a dividend yield of 3.6 4% and a p/e of 11 right now the banks are sitting at PU levels they haven't seen in a long time considering the balance sheets have actually been growing quite steadily in 2019 the one that I have been really eyeing up one that I already own is Wells Fargo now this stock has plenty of reason to be down ladies and gentlemen Wells Fargo went through a bit of a scandal just a year ago that they've been trying to recover from so bankers out there were you know corruptly opening up multiple bank accounts in people's names to collect commissions is a very unusual scandal it's costing them billions of dollars but we're talking about a company that manages trillions in assets and to be down where it is I think it's an incredible bargain with a p/e ratio of ten a hundred and sixty billion dollar market cap and a dividend yield very unusual in the banking sector by the way of a 5% yield which is why I'm most attracted to it because I think it's gonna sustain that considering it's grown it historically over time and they leave a lot of room for any issues they may run into on their balance sheet so I mean I will be definitely buying more Wells Fargo going into my royal bank account this is the newest account that I started a year ago which I'm trying to build up my other accounts are six-figure accounts this is the newest account taking a look at where I hold BT IMO and my newest position here Wells Fargo which I am currently down 15% on from where I stay buying it but in retrospect to my massive positions that are worth $10,000 plus this is this isn't even a drop in the pond we're taking a look it's it's about a five hundred eighty dollar position that I started down to about 490 today I don't even think it's down enough that I would have been able to purchase one more share if I wanted to actually take a look what's Wells Fargo trading at right now 41 20 to see I probably could have bought one more share with how much I'm down here maybe two more shares if I'm down to 89 us DS but this is on my buy list ladies gentlemen I want to be picking up these bank stocks taking a look at BN s I own this one already as well it's a large position of my portfolio but with the dividend of five point one two percent on the Canadian side of the border I find this unbelievably attractive at these levels I am going to be picking up more bns my next dividend income payments that come into my tax-free savings account where I hold this stock I am gonna be purchasing some more shares I can't get over how attractive these banking sectors are because if you're somebody that is a dividend focused investor like I am myself I plan on utilizing my dividends in the near term future nonetheless so I want to get my yields up as much as possible and well my favorite stocks like this start paying out a five percent yield with a p/e ratio of only ten I'm not complaining here I try not to over leveraged myself but the fact that the positions have sunk I think they're worth about nine thousand they're off from where I was buying them toward their all-time highs I'd love to pick some of these up so they're all my buy list which leads me to ask you what is on your buy list what are you picking up in these crazy market conditions right now in this kind of corrective mode that we're experiencing because I know everyone in the community is dying to pick up stocks and certain sectors are you a fan of the oil sector heck are you starting to pick up some Delta Airlines or some of those other airline stocks that the great Buffett himself has been so attracted to I'd love to hear about it in that comment section below but stop alike stay cool stay awesome and I look forward to catching up with you tomorrow
