01. Yes, hello, this is JB. Before starting today's video, I would like to begin by expressing my gratitude. Membership members Kevin Oh and Shin Ji-young have sent us valuable Super Tank sponsorships, and I am truly grateful. I will do my best to ensure you continue to receive much help in the future. Now, let's get started with the content of today's video in earnest.

02. Although I used somewhat strong language for the thumbnail, I do not mean that my words are the absolute truth; I simply want to explain how I would handle it. Also, I would like to clarify in advance that this video is primarily intended for those who have a positive perception of 3x leverage stocks such as TQ QQ and SOXL.

03. If you view these stocks negatively from the start, there is no need for you to watch this video. I will explain various scenarios for situations you might face, so if you are interested, please listen until the end. From now on, for ease of pronunciation, I will refer to them as TQ QQ N TQ SOXL and SOXL.

04. Okay, let's start with the first case. For those who have significantly high returns but have absolutely no cash reserves, if you are one of these people, you should [require] at least 20% or more to [account for] even a small portion when the market opens on Monday. I think it is right to do so. Of course, there may occasionally be those with a "beast's heart" who invest all their money into Q or Source without holding any cash at all, going all-in as soon as they get it.

05. And while doing so is their freedom, in my opinion, this is something you really shouldn't do unless your monthly income is at least tens of millions of won—not your annual salary, but your monthly income is exceptionally high. So, for those of you who happened to get lucky and went all-in and are now seeing a return close to or well over 100%, don't fall into the absurd delusion that it happened because of your own skill, thinking that getting a 100% return in the stock market is nothing.

06. You simply got lucky and caught up in a record-breaking bull market, so I recommend that you take profits at least at 20%. Of course, depending on your style, if you want to play it safe, you could just take profits on half. Because assuming it went up 100%, taking 50% profit means you have recovered your principal.

07. So, anyway, regarding cash... For those who lack the middle ground, I recommend letting go of some greed and taking partial profits. Now, regarding the second case, which may be a continuation of the current situation, if your returns have risen significantly but you took profits due to a lack of spare cash and absolutely do not want to hold onto that cash, I recommend simply buying QQQ equivalent to the amount you took profits from.

08. I suggest a product that tracks the Nasdaq at a 1x leverage. I think managing your risk this way would be beneficial. Now, regarding the third case, if you recently started investing in US stocks and are drawn to leveraged products but are hesitant to invest heavily at once because the market has risen too much in a short period, and you are currently splitting your purchases into smaller amounts daily out of anxiety, you should just continue doing what you were doing.

09. You can simply buy every day. And for the fourth case, if you are seeing a profit but are not seeing spectacular returns because you entered the market relatively late compared to others, I also recommend maintaining your current position. The standard for whether a return is right or wrong can vary from person to person, but to share my criteria, I still consider 30% as the benchmark.

10. So, in any case, for those seeing returns below 30%... Even if a crash occurs later and that entire 30% is wiped out, it is n't a return that would drive you crazy with regret. So, I think you should just keep holding it with the mindset of a long-term investor. Of course, this applies only if you have a steady monthly income and some spare cash.

11. If you have no spare pension at all, it would be good to take some profits, even if just a little. Anyway, you can decide that for yourself. Now, let's move on to the fifth and final case. This is likely the situation that applies to the majority of our membership members, including myself. You feel that the TQ Sox return is currently very high, but since you have spare cash well-prepared, you don't necessarily need to take profits immediately.

12. However, you feel like you would go crazy with frustration if your returns were to vanish or be cut in half in this abnormal state. I'm sure there are many members who relate to what I just said. And since you are all worried about this unfair situation, you keep asking when would be the best time to take profits these days.

13. To give you my standard, when the Nasdaq drops by 3%—this is commonly referred to as the "Ma 3." To put it simply, it’s not based on TQ. It’s not based on TQ, but on the Nasdaq—that is, based on the QQQ. If a " Masai" suddenly appears on the same day, the TQN would likely drop by about 10% to -99%. In this situation, I believe it is advisable to execute a partial profit take.

14. Of course, there might be people who view this Masai as an opportunity. Some might say, "That’s ridiculous. There isn’t any clear bad news right now, so a Masai is suddenly appearing. This is a buying opportunity." However, we are too afraid of wiping out all the profits we have earned so far if this turns out to be a signal of a bear market.

15. So, in such cases, let's just think as conservatively as possible. Hey, it’s not Masai 1, not Masai 2, but Masai 3. While we can't say that Masai appearing on the Nasdaq is entirely impossible, isn't it crossing the line to simply view this as a shakeout of retail investors? Could it be a signal for a full-scale decline?

16. Since we are anxious, I think it would be good to establish a principle of taking partial profits, even if not the entire amount. Actually, since the current returns are so high, a -10% TQ on the same day... Even if you get hit, it probably won't be that fatal; your returns will likely still be decent.

17. However, if that "Masai" signal really serves as a trigger for a full-scale decline—with another "Masai 3" appearing the next day and another drop the day after—and the downtrend continuing strongly for just a week, your returns can plummet in an instant. We all experienced this the year before last, did n't we?

18. We felt the bitter reality that once 3x leverage products start falling, they drop far more brutally than imagined. So, I think it would be good to respond quickly when that first signal appears. Of course, even if you take profits, it might just be a shakeout of retail investors, and the price could surge back up the next day.

19. In that case, you could just think, "Ah, that's a relief. Well, I did n't take profits on everything anyway, so let's just calmly keep watching." I think that's the best approach. Anyway, I don't think there is any fatal bad news for the time being that could cause the Nasdaq to drop by 3% or 10% in a single day, but nevertheless, if a " Masai" appears, I plan to take profits on at least a small amount.

20. I will let you know immediately through the real-time community board if I actually do this. Yes, as I mentioned once again, regarding what I said in today's video... These words are simply the thoughts of Jay as an individual, so please take them as a reference only. I hope you make the best choice based on your own situation and tendencies. Thank you.
