10 years I think it's paler when I when I think about the AI Revolution the reason they the messy of AI is that they this is just the beginning of where I believe paler is heading and as they continue to execute you could start to justify a stock that goes much higher and I think that's to me that's why it's a get out the popcorn excitement going into 2025 for carp and paler what does that mean 100 is your bull case versus uh your price Target I mean the way that we've done pound here we view it as base case bull case and ultimately as they execute then ultimately you could ultimately raise the price Target as they actually show the numbers I think with paler you got to show it as a sort of range base and bull Dan IES remains bullish on paler viewing it as a key player in the AI Revolution with significant growth potential despite a conservative $75 price Target he sees its expanding role in commercial and defense sectors supported by Partnerships with companies like SpaceX and open aai as the foundation for future success with a bull case of $100 as it continues to execute IES emphasizes Pal's ability to integrate AI Technologies positioning it as a long-term winner in the sector he also highlights the broader opportunities in AI praising Nvidia and broadcom for their growth in custom chip development while advising caution on Quantum Computing which he sees as a distant Prospect for investors IES recommends leveraging pullbacks to add to strong names like Amazon and Nvidia viewing AI as a TR transformative force that will drive Market opportunities through 2025 and Beyond so Dan going to come back over to you you're nodding and you're always bullish but I'm going to I'm going to have to call one thing out here you have a price arget for paler of 75 bucks that's below where the Stock's trading it's higher than the street the Street's at about 45 but you don't seem to see an upside for the stock pass where it is yeah it's like our bull case is 100 but I mean as we've talked about with paler they hat it as a teenager to start the year despise it as a senior citizen right to end the year and I Frank I believe this could be when you say who could be the next to work over the next call it five final trades Josh Brown you're up first um I I wanted to mention ieo one of the few things that didn't work this year was energy I remain long oh that was quick Kevin you're next I would use pullbacks to add to Amazon I think it'll continue to work in 2025 it's not just an a AWS story Jenny have the last word okay Sabra spr with a 7.1% dividend yield as 65 year olds are aging means a lot of different things for different companies but for the skilled nursing and retirement it's all good yeah Albertson you may not be all that hungry but the grocery store is trading less than nine times forward earnings and is yielding more than eight on a cash flow basis and a very good dividend as well Courtney a golden Sachs we talked about the banks earlier and I think the m&a activity next year is likely going to pick up they are a big beneficiary you want to make sure you have a piece that Steve Uber the stock is right where it usually bounces Uber and because of taii beta because of taii beta should investors be adding to their position at these levels if you believe the bull case is 100 or should they be pausing given with stocks it's a great question I mean we believe this is just continues to be a table pounder because of my view where AI heads because if you think about an Alex's you know who knows AI extremely well I think if you actually see where this heads with AIP this is a stock that could be multiples of where it is today which has been our call the whole year is that this is a name it's a table pounder and and I think it continues to you know sort of justify its valuation so one of the things this move paler higher is uh it's moving in Commercial Business working with private companies um Alex I want to come back over to you though when we look at this Consortium to get into defense and we're talking about paler SpaceX open and andrel um how do you view that do you believe these compan paler already has a good defense business but do these companies what do they represent in this new quote unquote world of Defense as we go forward in 2025 in your well I think it's an absolutely enormous opportunity and in many respects this is the way that we as America will get the very best and brightest technical Minds working on products that can be deployed broadly to help defeat our adversaries and uh you know for paler that means being the glue means tying it all together means coord ating all these things of course for SpaceX it means projecting dominance through space and um you know for andil of course you know dominance in the in the Drone Arena and for open AI it means bringing the best AI models to Bear Alex you have a a good vantage point of the startup ecosystem right now and as we look ahead to 2025 I'm curious what your expectations are for the IPO window uh as you talk to startups as you talk to Founders what is it that has historically at least over the last few years been keeping them on the sidelines and do you think that changes next year particularly as it pertains to some of these native AI companies that the bid's really been waiting on for a while you know I think the very best companies and and we've seen this historically they don't need to go public and that's what drove the direct listings of the past and I think it's what's going to drive the best listings of the future and uh if you look at the very largest very very best technology companies today they'll go public on their terms and uh they may even essentially be underwriting their IPOs because they'll be so profitable and making so much money before they list so let's uh double click on that uh which names do you see may not live up to some of the high expectations out there I'm thinking of Nvidia which has been volatile as of late still up about 180% this year but we have earnings coming up uh in M mid-February it still seems like a far away but a far ways away but you know investors start preparing now for such a big name yeah that's that's a very good point because people should realize that that Nvidia does not have your December 31 quarter end so yes their uh next quarterly release will be beyond that but the interesting thing about uh Nvidia from my perspective is people assume that the stock is grossly over uh priced because it tripled in 23 working on a triple this year but their earnings have grown even faster than that so you have a stock that's trading around 30 times earnings probably grow earnings this year another 50% I don't know what they'll do in the out years but I still think it's going to be pretty strong growth and so Nvidia not today not tomorrow but any dip and it always comes is probably a better buy I would say on a PC ratio basis be to growth it's reasonable it's not expensive at all do do you like broadcom better given what it's doing to partner with the hyperscalers and building their own customized chips excellent question excellent question so I have uh owned and I even bought more recently a both broadcom and Marbell to address that scene to embrace that theme because both those companies showed really nice upside their AI revenues as a percentage of total revenues grown considerably and yes obviously the hyperscalers are a little bit frustrated at spending tens of billions of dollars per anom on nvidia's gpus so they're working very hard in conjunction with Marvel and broadcom to develop their own so yes I own Nvidia uh broadcom uh Marvel I also own tsmc to address the theme and I feel pretty good about that uh it's worked very well in 24 and I actually think it's a trade that will work again in 25 it's not just too early it's way too early you know I'm still hoping for some monetizable artificial intelligence use cases and of course that hope has yet to materialize in a lot of cases and we'll see what happens but as far as Quantum goes I did like the announcement from Google of the willow chip right it has had some you know great benchmarking technically speaking but we are talking about a theme that is not just uh a couple years away but probably a lot longer than that so I own Google but I own Google for other reasons this is just icing on the cake but these uh Quantum Computing pure plays I think that they're probably setting themselves up for better short candidates than long candidates okay so you don't like the quantum Computing names but then what are investors supposed supposed to do to stick with the Magnificent Seven names that continue to run up and as we look at projections for next year a lot of these companies are not expected to deliver the same level of profit growth they have in the past well among the mag 7 I only like two I favor only right now Nvidia and Amazon I own the other names but for various reasons and in some cases it's valuation I'm not buying them with fresh capital and so my list even of the mega Trend names has narrowed and then there are other ideas as well but uh Quantum Computing is way way way way way off okay be other opportunities and some other opportunities will uh present themselves because we probably will have some volatility when these companies announce their December quarter in the next couple of weeks probably the third and fourth week of January will bring opportunities because some good long-term stories will probably disappoint give us some downtown downside volatility and then we can snap up some of their shares Dan IES remains bullish on paler calling it a table pounder stock Poise to benefit from the AI Revolution with a price target of $75 and a bull case of $100 he highlights Pal's growing role in Aid driven defense and Commercial sectors alongside Partnerships with SpaceX and open AI as drivers for long-term growth Ives also sees Nvidia broadcom and Marvel as key players in AI chip development urging investors to buy on pullbacks while remaining cautious about Quantum Computing which he views as a distant opportunity looking ahead to 2025 Ives emphasizes focusing on AI Leaders with tangible use cases like Nvidia and Amazon he advises leveraging Market dips to capitalize on growth opportunities while maintaining a selective approach to Tech investment do you see paler as a leader in the AI space or are there other companies better positioned how do you plan to navigate the volatility in tech stocks in the upcoming year
