uh the deflation associated with technology the cost declines in uh technology that's going to cause booms in growth uh and create all kinds of new jobs that we can't even imagine now um those disrupted uh who haven't been able to get to the right side of change the internal combustion engine uh is is one of those but there there are many those who do not Embrace AI aggressively to help increase their own productivity so that they can cut their own prices uh they're going to be in harms way um but uh anyone anyone who faces price deflation and and we think many companies will is going to adopt new technologies that are going to increase their productivity dramatically and um that is what always happened during a recession Cathy would highlights a disconnect between equity and bond markets where Equity markets penalize companies with high cash burn and Low Cash reserves while the bond market downplays these risks she sees the real threat as deflation but believes it's an opportunity due to technological advancement as technology costs decline especially in AI businesses that fail to adapt will be left behind while those that Embrace Innovation will Thrive creating new jobs and growth what emphasizes that companies facing price deflation will need to adopt new technologies to stay competitive during economic downturns businesses and consumers are more likely to embrace change which accelerates the adoption of innovation AI in particular will play a pivotal role in helping businesses increase productivity and lower costs with early adopters gaining a significant Edge lastly would stresses that AI represents the most important technological transformation in history evolving at a much faster Pace than past Innovations like the internet she points out that performance improvements now occur every 4 months pushing companies and individuals to integrate AI tools rapidly those who adopt AI quickly will dominate while laggards will struggle to keep up but there is a disconnect between these two markets the the S&P is and and Equity markets are making distinctions in terms of equity saying okay cash burn lowash cushion uh out to the Woodshed and you know the mag six until recently uh not uh you know not uh seeing any concerns whatsoever um and here we are the high yield Market is saying that cashr cash cushion argument really isn't a risk uh if the bond Market's right uh I've already gone through commodity prices as an indicator uh and I'll end with um with the thought uh and we've expressed it o over over time that uh the the the risk is deflation but it's not all risk it is opportunity as well that one was 50,000 employees to be trained on AI Solutions now even the wording of this partnership was nearly identical it aimed to quote help Enterprises worldwide Drive productivity gains with Gen AI one year on investors are still looking for those gains so it's an open question can a centure do a better job of this proof of concept to production now in video CEO Jensen Hong and a centure CEO Julie swe they will both be on closing bell overtime later today that is an interview that you do not want to miss we'll be a good one guys that's that's that's going to be good meanwhile while we're in the neighborhood D I wonder if you saw this upgrade of CRM out of Northland it's a a smaller firm but they argue that CRM may have leapfrogged Microsoft as AI has has evolved to agentic music to Mark Ben off's ears right at dreamforce here in San Francisco a few weeks ago he took some shots at Microsoft co-pilot saying that it hasn't lived up to expectations um agent force is just getting off the ground so maybe he is raising the stakes but it does sort of connect to today's news I thought to myself when I first heard about this partnership are they displacing co-pilot an agent force but I think what this Army of Consultants is going to do is look at an organization and make that call or help them make that call where do you use co-pilot where does agent force make sense or do you do it yourself and that's kind of a dirty word to Mark Benny off as well he talked a lot about DYI AI he said don't do that but I think this partnership is going to help um companies figure out if they should build internally or hire a CRM or a Microsoft to do their AI I think in the next 12 to 18 months the most valuable tech company in the world could be Nvidia you think it's going to go past Apple past Microsoft I I think it's going to be a raise to 4 trillion and I think you're going to looking at Apple Microsoft Nvidia at that 4 trillion but if you look at this AI Revolution The Godfather of AI Jensen and where this is going we could be looking at the most valuable company in the world will be Nvidia how do we get to this 10 Tru is NVIDIA becoming the most valuable company in the US or do we see these other Tech Giants moving higher along with it yes and let me remind you that I had said years ago that app uh Nvidia would surpass Apple to become the world's most valuable company now it's nipping at its heels what is going on with Nvidia that is unique from a company like apple or Microsoft is as you know it's fueling the AI infrastructure this is really important to understand because Hopper architecture drove us to about 90 billion data center Revenue Nvidia is quickly releasing the next architecture it's called Blackwell it will be out before the end of this year that we think can bring us to a $200 billion data center by the end of fiscal year 2026 so that's calendar 202 meaning that this next Cadence of generation which is Blackwell will equal or slightly exceed Hopper and there's reasons for that which is that it will Empower and enable trillion plus parameter large language models which is exactly where big Tech is trying to go so those components Al together equal a very large Hardware data center segment then we have software coming which I could talk at length about but I won't I'll be brief and then the Third one is Automotive so we have a lot coming this is very very early for NVIDIA and there's a few layers to it Innovation gains traction consumers and businesses are willing to change the way they do things uh when they're fearful and we think they're getting fearful so we think there are going there's going to be um a lot more technology adoption especially around AI uh during the years ahead so I'll end up where we started um we're in very very early days with AI uh we think it's the most important uh general purpose technology transformation in history uh and that it has miles to go uh and the rate of change uh is so much faster than it was during the internet age which was all around Moore's Law which was you know in the trans transistor World semiconductor world you know uh same performance for half the cost every 18 to uh 18 to 24 months um today the changes are not happening in 18 to 24 months the performance changes uh for for the same cost uh they are happening every four months and that's why we think it's important for you know anyone whether you're an employee or a business leader to think about embracing uh as many of these or harnessing as many of these AI tools to increase productivity as possible uh because the competition is going to be very intense those who adopt uh these new technologies the fastest are going to win Nvidia and Accenture announcing a new partnership today aiming to set the blueprint for how we begin integrating AI into the workplace our dear jaosa has more in today's Tech check dearra good morning hey Sarah good morning this isn't the first of its kind but it's clear that Jensen Wong has his eye on where the puck is going now I'm partnering with the centure to encourage the adoption of AI tools he is making sure that the billions and billions of dollars the mega caps are spending will translate into hard revenue for their customers ideally justifying a cycle of spending from the h hyper scalers and earnings from those customers that keeps Nvidia and generative AI one and of the same thing at the center of Enterprise now under the partnership enture will train some 30,000 employees on nvidia's AI tools and create a new Nvidia business unit those Consultants will then go to asent your's customers across retail Healthcare manufacturing Financial Services etc etc and will help them Implement those tools and services into everyday operations so instead of signing out for co-pilot or agent force or hiring open AI to create custom gpts you get an army of Consultants across the space backed by Nvidia to bring them all together and speed up adoption in a more holistic Way by creating agents the new buzzword and just as investors are increasingly looking for results now A Center in Google Cloud by the way they also have a partnership focused on AI adoption and cyber security this push to move from AI proof of concept to production it's also a good example of how generative AI can actually create new kinds of jobs so far we've seen generative AI replace lower level jobs especially in Tech and it but these 30,000 employees at a centure they're part of a team of more than 50,000 that are being retrained for an AI world one of the startup Darlings in the space scale AI it has its own human Army of more than 100,000 contractors that does something called Data labeling AI which essentially formats information for AI training something to keep in mind though there was a very similar partnership that Nvidia announced with infosis one year ago in conclusion cathywood emphasizes the growing divide between equity and bond markets with Equity markets punishing companies for cash burn while Bond markets seem less concerned however she believes the real opportunity lies in the deflation driven by technological advancements especially AI as Tech costs decrease and Innovation accelerates businesses that adapt will Thrive creating new jobs and driving economic growth those that fail to embrace Ai and other Innovations will be at risk while early adopters will increase productivity and gain a Competitive Edge would further highlights AI as the most significant technological transformation in history with advancements happening faster than ever before the rapid pace of change with performance improvements occurring every 4 months is forcing businesses and individuals to adopt AI tools to remain competitive she stresses that those who harness ai's potential quickly will dominate the market While others risk falling behind how do you think businesses should prioritize AI adoption to stay competitive in today's rapidly evolving Market in your opinion what industries are most likely to be transformed by deflation and technological advancements like AI
