This is unbelievable; most people simply don't see what's coming our way. Larry Fink, CEO of Blackrock, called Bitcoin an index for money laundering in 2017. That's all there is to it , Larry Fink said. And in 2024 he called himself a big believer in Bitcoin. " My opinion back then was wrong," Larry Fink added.
Bitcoin is a legitimate financial instrument. What really happened during those seven years ? Has Larry Fink seen the light? No, he did the math. He absolutely wants to keep this a secret from the others . And today, Blackrock manages 15 trillion dollars and operates the world's largest Bitcoin fund, holding around 735,000 Bitcoins.
The man who called it money laundering is now sitting on one of the planet's biggest Bitcoin mountains. And ask yourself one thing: who sold him these Bitcoins ? And last week the mask fell completely. On July 23, nine major players founded a consortium for the security of Bitcoin. For the security of Bitcoin.
For years, Bitcoin didn't need BlackRock, and so on. And this consortium consists of Blackrock, Fidelity, Coinbase, Michael Saylor's company, Strategy. These are precisely the corporations whose spokespeople have been telling you for years that Bitcoin will go to zero and is only for criminals. They are precisely the ones who are now paying to keep the network secure.
And Fidelity, the largest manager of American pensions, has long allowed you to hold Bitcoin in your retirement account. So ask yourself, why would the world's largest asset manager and America's largest pension manager insure something that is supposedly worthless? The answer is inconvenient: they secure it because it belongs to them, because they know exactly where the journey is headed, and because they want to profit from this journey, specifically from you.
Because the way they sell you Bitcoin , it doesn't belong to you. They're selling you a fund, an ETF. You buy a share and feel like you have Bitcoin, but you actually have nothing. This is actually stated in BlackRock's own sales prospectus. Your shares are, quote, non-refundable. As a normal investor, you will never receive a single real Bitcoin.
The keys are with Coinbase, not with you. There is no deposit protection, and if something goes wrong at Coinbase, the insurance is capped at $320 million against a portfolio of tens of billions. And now for the crazy part: 84% of all American Bitcoin funds are held by a single custodian, Coinbase. An entire asset class, built on the promise of decentralization, hangs on a single point where everything can tip over.
You do n't own Bitcoin, you own a promise on paper, and that paper ultimately belongs to them. Do you want proof of that? It's quite simple: go to your bank and demand that they give you a real Bitcoin for your fund share . In your own hands, on your own key. More information on how to do it and why you should do it can be found in the description below the video.
They will look at you as if you have lost your mind. Because it's impossible. It was never intended. The entire fund is structured in such a way that the real Bitcoin never leaves the premises. It remains in the vault of the big houses. You will receive one line in your account statement. A piece of paper stating that Bitcoin belongs to us and you have a claim on us.
And now you understand why they do that in the first place. Blackrock does not profit from whether Bitcoin rises or falls. Blackrock earns money from the fee. They earn money from every euro or dollar you put into their fund every year, forever. You do n't have to guess where the course is headed. They collect their money one way or another, and that's why they never want you to hold your Bitcoin yourself .
A Bitcoin on your own key won't bring them a single cent. Only when it's in their fund does it become their business. They do n't sell you Bitcoin, they sell you rent for your own property, similar to real estate. The second trap is called a lever. Michael Saylor's company holds over 840,000 Bitcoin, 4% of everything that will ever exist .
And how does he do that? He puts Bitcoin on the balance sheet, prints preferred shares on it with up to 18% interest, buys more Bitcoin with it, on and on and on. As long as the price rises, the whole thing looks like a stroke of genius. Only Bitcoin is currently below its purchase price, below the purchase price of MicroStrategy or Strategy, and in July this machine had to sell Bitcoin for the first time just to pay its own interest.
And this is no longer a stroke of genius, a lever without an emergency exit. And Michael Saylor is not alone; companies were built all over the place that borrowed money to buy Bitcoin, thinking they were beating the system. At the end of last year, one in three of these companies was already trading below the value of its own Bitcoin.
The company of a well-known crypto commentator has just been liquidated. Over 90% of shareholders voted in favor of selling everything. The stock -99%. Do you notice a rule here: When the tide goes out, you can see who has been swimming naked . And whoever was most leveraged will be washed out first.
That's exactly why the big players need you now. When greed returns, and it does, and everyone rushes back in, they'll sell you their paper at the top, and you'll be their exit liquidity. You're the one they sell to when they want out. But the real embrace of the problem lies elsewhere. There is one type of crypto they really love, not Bitcoin, the digital dollar, which they call stablecoin.
Why do they love him in particular? Because he buys their debts . A private crypto company called Tether currently holds $141 billion in US Treasury bonds. That 's more than the German state provides. This one company is thus the 17th largest creditor of the United States of America, a crypto corporation larger than an industrialized country.
And a law passed last year forces each of these digital dollars to buy American government debt. Think that through for a moment. You went into crypto because you wanted to get out of a system that piles debt upon debt. And now you're helping to build that very tower with your digital dollar . And every one of these coins that is issued is a new buyer for government bonds that hardly anyone else wants.
And that is precisely why the state loves the digital dollar, and in Europe of course also the digital euro, and fears the real Bitcoin. One person finances him, the other avoids him. And now let's definitely look at Germany. While Blackrock collected Bitcoin in 2024 , the German state did the exact opposite.
The Free State of Saxony has sold almost 50,000 confiscated Bitcoins in three weeks for 2.6 billion euros. Panicked for rock- bottom prices, just months before the biggest rally in history. At their peak a year later, the same coins were worth 5.5 billion. The taxpayer has left around 3 billion euros on the table, or one could presumably assume intent to harm Germany in this area as well.
And how did they sell? Not clever, not calm. They released the coins onto the market in small increments over several weeks, thereby driving the price down themselves . And Blackrock was naturally pleased. They were able to buy Bitcoin more cheaply. So, an office that knows nothing about money, against a market that smells every weakness.
The outcome was predictable. The citizens were thrown out, and Wall Street held on and cashed in, or rather, bought up the businesses. And now the same Wall Street is selling Bitcoin back. Blackrock's Bitcoin Fund has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since March 2025, and starting this summer you can buy Bitcoin directly in your Sparkasse app.
The same savings bank that told you for years that it was the devil's work is now enabling it for 50 million customers. But do you realize one more thing? They sell you access, not the keys. And now ask yourself how deeply this one corporation is already embedded in Germany. Blackrock is not just any shareholder.
It is the largest single investor in the German leading index, with stakes in virtually all 40 DAX companies, totaling over 80 billion dollars. BlackRock is the largest shareholder in Deutsche Bank , as well as in Munich Re, Deutsche Börse, Bayer, and since last year they have been specifically targeting German defense.
They increased their stake in Rheinmetall to over 5%, as well as Hensoldt and Renk. A share of almost every major German company now belongs to this one house in New York. And it doesn't stop with capital. Blackrock advised the European Central Bank when it bought bonds. Blackrock has advised the EU Commission on how to regulate banks.
Ironically, the very corporation whose own business is affected by this, until the European Ombudsman publicly criticized the conflict of interest . And the man who chaired Blackrock's supervisory board in Germany from 2016 to 2020, with the openly stated mandate to open doors to authorities and government for the corporation , this man is now Chancellor, presumably a lobbyist Chancellor for Blackrock.
And all of this is publicly accessible. And that is simply the situation Germany is currently in. And this situation will now affect your pension. The government is restructuring your retirement savings to include stocks and funds, and discussions with BlackRock about this have already taken place .
So, the pliers from both sides. First your job, then your pension, now your Bitcoin, and in response to truly free money, the same politicians are building a digital euro – a money whose rules are not written by you, but by the state. And now the way out, and it's simpler than they want you to believe.
There is exactly one thing that none of them can control. Not BlackRock, not the central bank, not Coinbase, nobody can reprint Bitcoin. The 21 million are fixed forever, and that is half of freedom. And the other half is the key. Your fund share can be frozen by a court, your savings bank account can be blocked by an authority .
A company's Bitcoin on its balance sheet can be sold overnight by a board of directors , but self-custody Bitcoin, which is moved only by your own key , cannot be taken from you. Even if a judge awards it to someone else , without your key the state cannot move it. And that's the whole difference. The key is the difference between possessing and asking.
Everything else is simply a matter of trust: trust in a custodian, in a bank, in a board of directors, in an office. And trust is exactly what breaks first in such a system . And that's why in the free video in the description I'll show you how to buy real Bitcoin and store it yourself. Not the paper from Blackrock, not the access from the savings bank, your own key, even if you've never dealt with it before.
They have n't embraced Bitcoin, even though many think they have, to set you free. They embraced Bitcoin to own the door . And as long as your Bitcoin is behind their door, in a fund, in an app, on a company balance sheet, you are exactly what they need you to be: exit liquidity, unless you hold the key yourself.
