what is going on everyone we are going to find out today about Nvidia the fair value according to waren Buffett of Nvidia stock ticker symbol nvda as well as the price that Warren Buffett will be a buyer why am I doing this today they're posting earnings today after hours so who knows while value investing for the future could be a good idea we will see the fair price of Nvidia but maybe we'll do some uh YOLO yellow options uh for for today we'll see what we see uh yeah look at this this is their website they have Minecraft they have uh Call of Duty Black Ops uh Cold War tons of great stuff I love this company uh most powerful uh GPU for AI super computering chip uh they're I don't know if they're better than Intel I'm old school it doesn't mean anything uh the new generations love in love Nvidia and AMD but let's go see the fair value according to Warren Buffett so about the graph a thicker symbol N Video this is the daily chart around March look at my uh Mouse around M was 200 220 crazy and then jump all the way up to like 400 and climb and climb and climb and climb like super uh climb slow and steady wins the race this is where the the like support super hard the hardcore support can see the level about 560 something like that uh where it says 564 give or take and we have the resistance at around 500 510 which is where we are now we are closing today just about about the the 50-day moving average 535 536 537 actually is the moving average which is where we are I hope they will break earnings but I don't know the fair value and this is my uh the game the end game look at the volume in here now nothing major in the last few days super low volume slow and steady they're going up if you look here at the balance of power at the bottom there's more buyer more green than sells not huge not not something huge but who knows the future so we're going to see according to the Warren Buffett formula how much is the fair value of Nvidia so let's go back to RXL okay so we are in the Excel let's see how to value a stock like Warren Buffett let's see what we got here company name Nvidia first item on our list is earning per share we're going to go to Yao Finance to find earning per share so let's go so earning per share we are at Yao Finance this is the homepage and we're looking here EPS TTM earning pair share trailing uh 12 months we got the number of 5.44 so we're going to go back to the Excel and put the number 5.44 back in the Excel EPS 5 5.44 okay and if you guys want this Excel to put whatever stock that you have or consider having just to see the stock will not grow in the next 7 to 10 years so he's just putting a constant of 8.5 to stay conservative uh and I'm sticking to this number if you check online on so many forms they say maybe put seven maybe put something else I'm sticking the original formula in the book 8.5 so let's move on we need to find growth rate and this is again number that we're going to find in the Yao Finance uh sheet so let's go back to Yao Finance to find the growth of Nvidia stock so I'm back in Yao finance and I'm going uh here to find the growth I'm going to the analyst tab analysis tab I'm going to scroll all the way down and here I'm going to do something a little difference in the formula it says uh check this box next 5 years growth which is 17% however for me 17% growth for NVIDIA is pretty low because in the last 5 years if you see this the growth was about 53% I don't think they're going from 53% to 17 that's like uh I don't like 70% this decrease so we have a few options we have the last 5 years 52.83 we have the next year 21 I assume that's why they think Co will still be here but the current here is 57 next quarter corent quarter so I'm going to go with the not the highest which is the corent here 57 I'm going to go with the last five years which is 52.83 just not the highest and not the lowest again lowest is 177% projected for the next five years and highest was this year pretty awesome year maybe that's a sign to to buy some yellow calls we'll see at the end of this video uh 57 % I'm going to go in something in the middle in The Last 5 Years uh the average growth was 52.83 so that's the number I'm going to put in 52 in the Excel I'm going to go here to the growth I'm going to put 52.83 that's very nice and next we have a growth trade times two that's another constant from the book you don't change it basically it says that whatever the growth is that you find uh the number just multiply that by two and the formula and this Excel does exactly that because it thinks that analysts are always wrong uh yeah so just multiply whatever they say okay next thing is corporate bond another constant 4.4 we don't do anything with it this was the corporate bond around 50 years ago when this book The intelligent investor was actually written and next we need to find uh the corporate bond of Nvidia and then we're going to find our off some numbers so I'm going to go uh to Google and search Nvidia corporate bond follow me along guys Googled Nvidia corporate bond and I got a few options I'm looking for the highest number the highest the number the more conservative it is uh just uh for the fair value of Warren Buffett so let's see what our options here one number says uh 3.5 3 and a half% another one says 2.2 so I'm sticking to 3.5 let's see another one 3 .2 so still 3.5 this one doesn't have anything doesn't have anything and so on and so on so the highest that we got is a 3.5 coupon uh bond for NVIDIA expired in the year 2040 which doesn't matter for this uh particular tutorial so I'm going to put 3.5% in our formula so I'm back in the Excel I'm going to put the number here AAA Bond yeld 3.5 and once I do I'm going to find find two things I'm going to find the fair value of Nvidia stock according to Warren Buffett as written in the book The intelligent investor as well as the price that Warren Buffett will be a buyer which is about a 33% discount from the fair value which most likely we have seen around March but uh yeah I'm doing this video now in not in March so and before I reveal the number guys don't forget to from here so War Buffett wants 33% discount we are getting 30% discount this is pretty awesome be honest with you this is pretty awesome um yeah I'm going to go on YOLO call 600 to tomorrow Robin Hood going to see the price this is pretty awesome I thought Nvidia was expensive but no not according to Warren Buffett $780 let me repeat that's the fair value the price that we are buyer is 523 let's just put into perspective divided by the price today 536 2 and a half% from here so we're getting about 30.5 30% and a half discount instead of 3ir free warrren Buffett would be a happy camper to buy
