hello everyone welcome to another episode of Danny's life and travel and today i'll talk to you about my shares you know just a quick update on what's happening with them I could eat a couple weeks back I think I i talked about you know how I gave myself six months worth of living expenses and I apologize for life so I gave myself six months with living expenses on I I thought okay I'm going to try and make investing in shares at success so so far what I've done is and I put my money in the shares are down for like a good month huh but in the past coupla days series you can go out so as you can see on this chart here the ad earnings here use on turn it first and see my calendars there you go Johnny 31st the earnings and so that was here on the chart and then you have that spike up that's sixteen percent in a day and then it went up a little and now it's gone sideways so it's looking good so at that point I got all the money back and you know that was losing that plan on making a little bit of money nice coincide with so still imperfect so it's looking good at the moment I was my thinking around this why am I still in it you know at this point people say well look you wait a little bit money get out right day trading you do that that's true you know you may be a little bit money and you you work with but I'm not doing that because I have a theory I have an idea so right now AMD is going to be launching the rising cpu that's in in March March this year so it's about a month away early early part much and then I think by the end of I think what three months later after that they can start google launched the Vegas GPU which is exact exposes so now I had this calculation that I did and I seem to agree with the comments off you know this poster on here so basically against the calculation about you know where the price is going to go so firstly the target is to be profitable you know I checked out upon the targets for 2017 it's going to be consistent as possible in 2017 that's what they're trying to do and they achieved all the targets for last year so I think they can do it for this year as well and then if you look at the competition so right now Intel owns I mean they have ninety-eight percent of the server market right and a new video in AMD only has like two person and would be a new rising cpu and I think they're going to have another cpu later on in the year zone but with the rise in CPD they will get a share of the server market that and also they've already got the other Alibaba and Google's all these are huge customers so even if they take let's say to take five percent we take conservative number let's say five percent of the market share away from Intel so let's say in terms market cap is hundred seventy three billion and you've got no videos market cover 620 so if they take away five percent of the market card from Intel yeah it comes to a 8.65 billion ok and then they've got the GPU launch in three months later after that so the video is the main competitor on that and they're already taking markeesha away from the video on the gaming side so my thinking on that is that if even if you take five percent from the videos markup which is 61 billion is three point zero five billion and then if you add it all together it comes to nine point seven billion as you add that to the market cap quality of AMD which is 11.34 billion yeah and you get to 21.0 four billion and then if you you know if you break it down anything what would the share price be at that point it'd be about twenty dollars is that about twelve 12.2 I think 1.20 something like that right now should be at twenty dollars at that time alright so I mean that there are the points where people so close there and say that is so different priced in I don't think that's true because it jumped off by sixteen percent you will know gunda it would have probably jump up like a five or seven percent something like that a lot slow gradual or put if you were cautious or uncertain or something like that I think so i think you know if it hasn't been priced in the light extent the other thing I think about is you know fold project projection because a lot of the stocks I learnt this with the facebook when I was investing in case book that it's very forward projecting so people are looking ahead to three quarters in the future and then they they are thinking where will the price be then and based on that they are investing now right so the de dooda and we I saw this clearly when was the Facebook hard the earnings i think it was in september-october time last year and the shares dropped and the drop because they would because the other bag per quod he had a good call but the forward guidance was negative so the CFO said that they will have a meaningful slowdown in you know in the in the next course such as this core right that's what he said said have meaningful slow down and he actually stood put up so when they had the earnings a few days ago she took to the same view that they can have a meaningful slow down and pay expenses are going to go up by fifty percent in 2017 and the revenues are counted klein meaningfully in 2017 right so you know it basically is future is negative even though the present is very good to making good money in the in this cool and so on so because of all this you know the price fell down i remember it was at least ten percent or twenty percent he went down so if you know when it when it goes down like that and i took a hit or ten percent and Michael out of the LA and I went online i invested in I think the video made ten percent on that a couple money back but the key thing here is that they are fort protecting and I think with AMD it will fold project even if you're looking at November time it was probably for project by three course about nine months and in 2018 they have a new architecture coming out a new cpu GPU lineup i think but basically they're going on the seven nanometer you know architecture so on it's a new going to be a new fabrication from GlobalFoundries and they're already working on it right now with them so that's positive new so no matter what they contact us do is going to go that's all when when it prices in the seven nanometer architecture and it's going to be they're going to be again all the competitors then you have the price either being twenty dollars a share or higher fine what this means is basically you know if you get in now or you you got in here a few days ago Melissa great songs I the 17th or something you are essentially likely to double your money all right within the year lb the within the year by the end of the year very high percentage and so I put it at eighty ninety percent chance that you will double your money based on based on that that information so that's my thoughts on a empty I am going to make another video about banking and you know how i can i can make more money from that i didn't really earlier this week but i just want to give you guys a clear where I am with my machete so currently as you can see we are here so we expected to go up on me I expected to go higher there are some people who have said that on technical analysis of the chart itself if you have a look at it and then seep into one month alone daily so basically they what they saying is it looks like go back three month on it looks like that this is today the dream is like a head-and-shoulders think so you have either the shoulders that's the head that's the the second shoulder and it's going ok so they expected to go because you she was building a shoulder so basically that's that's for the technical guys are saying and they saying it is headed to 15.4 42 which means you still making money a good chunk of cash if it goes that so I'm not I'm not afraid I'm not second-guessing myself at the moment so it's looking good anyway thanks guys for tuning in and to listen to me talk and let me know what you think ok
