I hope you are ready. We've gone over all of the news so far. And the problem is despite all of the optimism you had after Powell, people did take what your boy said and they're like, "Wow, he downplayed consumer sentiment. He downplayed this and that." But it was very short sentiment. So, like we talked about, I think uncertainty is lower.
You're going to have to work a little bit to get there to the bullishness. You did have some stuff overseas. We are going to be getting some bills here signed by the president, but you still got that volatility like we have talked about, my friends. You are not out of the woods just yet. So, we'll see how it plays out.
You're going to have earnings after the bell. There was already a couple earnings in the morning, which I'll tell you, they were not that bad. So, we'll see where it leads us all. But now, we only got two minutes. All I am looking at today is going to be Nike, FedEx, Micron, All State, and then TLT.
That is all I'm going to be looking at. Couple of spies here and there, and then let's see what we get from it all. But Chattonia, you're here right now. You got 2 minutes till the bell. You got real historic volatility. What's your first play of the day, baby? Post it in the chat. Let's go. Long-term calls on the peach.
DRRi watching Tesla sitting on cash. Long-term getting the dividend deposit. Planter puts. Broadcom wait and see. QQQ. MNQ long. Spy puts. Puts on QQQ. Spy call. QQQ puts. MSTR. Apple. Nike puts. Long-term. Good morning. Sellbaba put. TLT93 call. Trumpcoin. Uncle calls. God bless you. Happy Thursday.
Spy to the moon. Adding more meta. Hopefully cutting shy options. Fidelity is awful. Oh no. Adding more meta. Working and listening. Baba QQQ. Good morning. Tesla puts rapid fire right. Buying ARR Samson. And the final plays. Shipping Tesla. Puevos Tesla spy puts Nvidia long-term shorting EA shop calls selling TLT and the Twitch chat keeps trying to promote Fubo to me.
That's what we got, baby. One minute till the bell. So, you got to post your play, Sim Race Review. Okay. What do you got? What do you He sent me an email. He woke up this morning at 5:00 a.m. He's like, Fubo. So, you got to post your play, though. You got to post your play. I have no idea what you own.
But that being said, let's have a good morning. I'm gonna run to the potty real quick if I can. We only got 30 seconds. Oh no, Jim Kramer 4450 million debt tailwind from tariffs. So let's say you're like, woo, tariffs, go buy some FCX. And by the way, Jensen Wong is saying that copper is the dominant metal that goes into the data centers.
It's not in the report. The report mostly talks about yes Chinese stimulus because a lot of the almost that's the majority is used in China but I really All right baby good luck have a great day and shout out to the veterans. Round one fight. Ah allrighty you are down 1%. That's hilarious. So again, think about the move yesterday.
TLTs have gone crazy. So there you go. If anything, that bond focus uh FedEx plays are moving as well. So if you watch the watch list, you should know where the uh premium stand. My goodness. Pinto Duo was post earnings. They did not do as good. What the hell? Yeah, bro. Toot toot is insane. All right, we'll take it.
We will take it. Are those the puts? Yeah, FedEx puts are kind of trying to climb right now. Like I said yesterday, those are the only ones that were down about PAL. Yeah, we saw that last night. T Yeah, TLT. Honestly, I'd focus on that for a little. Only problem is they're already up anywhere from like 100 to 300% depending on uh how close to the money in time.
My goodness. 570. This buys got work yesterday. The free ones, the shitty ones went down. I hope you made them free. But the one I was up like 300% on, that one already came down. My goodness. All right, Microsoft. NASDAQ's down one, Russell's down one, and S&P down three quarters. Yeah, the April TLTs are crazy.
All of them. I'm surprised. But then again, you see how it is leading today. German defense minister to consult US weapon system. Flip. Flip. All right. Fubo, they will get approval by DFJ. You have 3,000 shares. Well, thank you for finally posting your play. But I'm not a big fan of Fubo. So, I like Disney and that's what I have, but if you believe in Fubo, by all means, man.
Good luck. I wish you the best of luck with it, but I'm not the biggest fan. I mean, I bought Netflix at like a hundred bucks. Adob Oh, Adobe. We flipped out of those, but honestly, Adobe contracts move insane. I want to play it, but they're probably jacked up right now. And then take a look at the spy plays.
I haven't looked yet. But again, I we got to work the levels and then let's see where the premiums. Do we get a day where premiums move or is there going to be a gigantic hangover? That is what you got to be asking yourself right now. All right, I got me a play. I don't like it, but I got one. Intel.
Yeah, they said uh Nvidia is not down with them. Something like that. Pinua Duo is going up. All right. Well, My plays already went up. Okay. I want to look at Pinto Duo. I don't have one of those. Let's see. Intel, Rivian, they got do they get downgraded after getting upgraded? And then honestly on some plays, be very intentional.
Uh, whatever you're looking at, just remember, you either got to go weekly or you start punting and uh, make sure you get time so that you could carry this into next week and you're about to go through earnings and all of that, too. I don't know why Baba does that. It's weird. Only when it like moves a lot.
Again, all China names, they are down a lot here. Damn, bro. Pin Duo Duo is still mad expensive. Well, I guess it's at break even right now. So, if you wanted to play Pin Duo Duo yesterday, you can now get all of the calls and puts without any earnings premium. Like, literally. So, two standard deviations is now cut in half.
kind of feeling Nvidia puts. I'll check the premiums. They were good. I I closed out of them on Monday. They held up. Get time. That's it. Wait a little bit if it melts. I haven't looked at premium, but last time I waited till it was higher. Last week I bought those puts and they held up better than a lot of plays.
I was very very surprised. But yeah, Nvidia is going up though, so that should lift you a little bit. Uh NASDAQ's only down by.3 now. Again, we were down uh near like 1% earlier. Actually looks kind of vertical on Nvidia. The puts are wash. Let's see. Yeah, they're not at the lows just yet. I'm looking at next week, but they haven't plummeted like yesterday.
You got like 20 20% pretty much. You could either take them now or you wait a little bit if you want a better deal, but it's not the worst. I just think time near the money, you'll be better off than not unless it just monster rips. There's Intel pinu duo now. That one's still going. So that's green now after being down five.
Watch the China plays again. A lot of them uh were literally mollywapped. And then TLT is still holding. Fascinating. But again, that is the action here with bonds after the little QT thing and all of that. Spike coming up. You're not filling the gap. You're literally right at the top candle of Powell.
No exaggeration. Or at least where the statement got released. Got to love it. So right now 5653 5652. That was the level. But this is literally where the top end of POW was. So, it's early. I mean, again, if you think it's an overreaction, look at the calls. If you think we're going to fade it even more, look around a little bit because you're like, D, you haven't really made the move of the day yet.
We haven't done 100 up, 100 down. So, in a weird weird way, we're still kind of we're kind of on ice. Oh yeah. Yeah. So calls are work. The puts are expensive. They're like a little cheaper in yesterday's lows, but they already got a good jump in the morning off that gap. Yeah, Nike Nike is both like expensive, but it just doesn't move.
Like both sides got washed on the week. This is the one I didn't play. But that's what I'm saying. Like if you go look at calls and puts, the weird part's going to be this spread. But the I think the way you lose on Nike, it doesn't do anything. But both calls and puts at least from Monday till now, they are cheaper.
JD uh AMD on the high. Yeah, AMD's in the green again. So is Nvidia. The side of your house blew up. Oh, would I consider flipping it? I mean, if it needs like a lot of rebuilding, I would kind of be hesitant, but send me the address and I'll take a look. Yo, Micron again, Micron premium suck. Both calls and puts.
I'm down on those. Calls are down 30, puts are down 50 from beginning of the week, but then it has a weird spread. Check Baba. It dropped down. Is it starting to move up? Are you just excited today? There's Pin Duo Duo. That was the earnings. And now Netflix win. Uh they're on the high city and then Shopify TNT.
City on the low or on the high, excuse me. Oh, they won't fill that. I will wait. Okay, we'll spy near the higher end of today. Uh Dow down by 0.5 still. Russell is the worst and then NASDAQ did come up a little bit and then Nid again AMD, Nvidia, Micron kind of all of them are doing good. You got Lift and Uber on the high now too.
And then bonds chilled out. So take a look. It's still kind of early but the premiums are still holding up amazing on TLT. But get ready. It's either we give up I think you give up like another half a percent on TLT or we start to bounce at 92. But I have no idea. It's already up a lot. Google Gambi.
EU delays implementing first retalatory tariffs to middle of April. All right. Where's the long term? I would like to look at the long term. I saw Staples moving up earlier and then Tesla's just chilling. UPS on the high. So again, UPS, think about your long-term because whatever happens with FedEx today, uh UPS is probably going to move Boeing again.
Oh man, bro, Boeing I love, but I hate that move yesterday and I don't love it for the long term. I just like it with all the drama. Perfect. Perfect. Ah, Adobe. Yeah, it's been like that since the earnings. Uh the plays already flipped. I flipped that a couple times this week. It wasn't the worst. All right.
Couple things are starting to chill out though now. And then there is Boeing right now. You think they're going to gut USPS for I mean maybe people have talked about it. They even reached out to Doge though to help save money. MSTR on the high and then SPY near the high, bonds near the low. So, literally, you gap down on stocks, gapped up in bonds, start off the morning, they're both just giving up the opposite, which take it how you please.
And then Bitcoin barely in the green. I don't know if you guys noticed, the currencies are whack today. Uh, literally Mexico's down 1%. And then this could be with the uh Swiss bank again. Euro's down three quarters. So, you got a lot going on. and following the postpowell. Uh not only do you have that, but literally currencies, all that.
Look at financials. Financials starting to break out. They're in the green. SPY and NASDAQ now down only about a quarter mask. Okay, I'm watching earnings plays are starting to move a little bit. FedEx and Micron, they're getting a little bit more activity or at least the premiums are moving way way more than the other days.
Even though the stock's not really moving. Carvana on the high. You had the the Amazon stuff yesterday. Speaking of which, Amazon's down, but they look good. They're about to go green. Google down three quarters. Meta down 085. I think Tesla's down one. And then a Apple Appel Appel down.3 trying to go up again.
That's matching with the Nazi. Yeah, TLTs are still holding. I think that's fascinating. Cavo on the high. I think they got to upgrade Tesla. Well, again, we're moving very slow. I mean, the levels, it's all the same levels of the week. So, 5656. Again, at this point, you just got to fill the gap. 5674.
Remember, the other level was like 5672. Zalinski addressing EU council says Russian strikes on energy have not stopped despite claims of readiness to halt. Uber Lyft was moving up and then banks again JP Morgan as well as XLF Zalinsky asked EU allies for at least 5 billion euros for artillery shells as soon as possible.
Do you guys have it? That's what he said. He I need 5 million 5 billion. I need ammo. Boeing premiums on Boeing just got weird. I don't know if it's natural or a glitch. Trump crypto. I heard that today. Crypto and then Department of Education. Meta on the high. Meta and then Zillow. Yeah, Meta is finally green.
Like finally is actually moving. And then yeah, Zillow started to pop up there again. City. Where's Morgan Stanley? Oh, it's at 120. we should have held that. Zilinsky says Europe needs tech independence, including weapons manufacturing. Oh yeah, where is MPW? Bro, I really They've been doing good. We talked about it last night.
It's for the long term. Just don't get trapped. But I'm glad. But after that little six thing, this is like the longest it's made a move like that and it hasn't gone like mad volatile. Arite x divvy. I didn't know Arite has a divvy. I mean, they had that special one time one, but that was it. Okay, bonds are kind of leveling out here.
I don't think it's meaningful yet. You just keep doing this melt. a lot of just cash open moving around, but NASDAQ and SPY are close to going green. You're about tenth of a percent. We've been here for about 17 minutes. I'll get you guys a composition update here in a cup and 15. There's a dab. Tesla hasn't moved again.
Meta Meta is finally leading again. Happy Friday, Junior. Amen, baby. I hope you are doing good. Zalinski says there are serious difficulties in opening EU assession negotiating clusters. Yeah, you will have real estate data here in about 12 minutes. I think there's another set too. And get a little more than just real estate.
Is it existing homes? No, that's it. I'm thinking next week. Next week you got a decent calendar. Okay, so let's see if the red see what they do to the bonds right now. Again, you're like near the cusp of break even. Do I think O is expensive? I haven't looked at it. Uh I think it's a little higher than where I bought it.
But after all of these bond moves, Remember REITs, all that matters is bond stability. So if you want to frontr run REITs in this environment, be my guest. But you do have good signs. So yesterday, TLT today, what Powell is doing, those add to stability for bonds and real estate, I believe. So I think that's good, but I do think O is a little bit higher than where I bought it.
So it just really depends on your portfolio, what goal you're trying to accomplish. Uh Dollar Tree running. What is this? Hey yo, DG and Dollar Tree. Staples are down. That one's interesting. The I love real estate. I love real estate, though. BB, I love that video. That video is golden. Uh, see if China wakes up too.
Pinu duo still moving by due down. Yeah, Pendu about to go to another high again. It was pricing in 10%. This thing is at 0.1. Premium's already moved though, so be careful. No, I think like I said yesterday, you guys just got to work through what got you here. Like I said, I do believe that uncertainty has dropped.
Even people acknowledged it, but now they're trying to still kind of fight a little. So, I think the market, we got end of quarter, you have this looming tariffs coming up. So, you got to work your way to the bullishness and the bounce, but at the end of the day, I do think that uncertainty has declined.
I I think Powell brought in a a certain amount of uh reality that I think kind of changed the situation a little bit. So, all in all, I think give it time, be patient, but don't let the little moves kind of shake you out of a broad move. You know, be aware of the broad move. And I think that is where we're going to uh you know go a long long way.
You send the email. All right. I'll take a look at it in a little later. We're still got to get through this morning. What date is that? No, I only have Schwab. I like Schwab a lot. I like Schwab and Fidelity for long-term. So, whichever doesn't really matter. It's preference. But I do like Fidelity's money market.
So, Fidelity makes it very easy to uh get yield on your cash, which I I'm a big fan of. Schwab, you got to do you got to work a little harder. Uh what is that? Adopi again. Adabi. Those adopies will not move, bro. Big spreads. Pinduo duo again. That sucks. What about Vanguard? They're not bad at all.
Again, just really I think your broader strategy is what counts. All right, I made it free. Got a free play. We hit 100 off the morning. Not bad. Okay, first solar, Dollar Tree again, and now Amazon and Google and Staples. So, hold on. I mean, it's not data yet. Seven more minutes, but you kind of just got a rush there of a lot of names.
Yeah, I want to double dip on the bonds, but it's kind of difficult. It's not as easy, habibi. But again, bonds are still chilling. There's the spy. Uh NASDAQ is about to go green. Let's take a look at some of the plays. Mexico Airbod travels to Washington for trade talks. So, you got a little subtle uh headline right now.
You have a trade advisor from Mexico coming to the United States. Calls are near the highest though, so I don't know. You could go for the like shitty ones if you really want, but at the end of the day, it's it's a little limited or they're up. I'm kind of down, but let me see. Oh, you know what? Yeah, I'm not actually opposed to it.
We hit the first one. We're going to go with a small one. Very small for tomorrow. I'm not going with the daily Yeah, tomorrow's just a big expiration, so we might just get swung around a little bit. Who knows? But yeah, you just got that Mexico headline again. I think the Euro and SMB Swiss, I think that kind of got in the way of the currencies today because that's what I'm trying to say.
I'm like, bro, whatever you think with Powell and all that, you had all these central banks like look, the the dollar didn't cause these moves. I think it was euro and everything else mixed in with the POW effect. But yeah, you're up by 0.5 on the dollar. DVA again, spy near the high. There's a sweet spot.
I think there is one. I grabbed one, but I even said on the stream alert kind of wait uh because if you don't want to buy at that high right now, you wait till uh middle. William Chisel to buy NBA Celtics $6.1 billion deal. I didn't know the Celtics were for sale. William Chisel to buy NBA Celtics 6.1 billion.
managing partner at Symphony. Is it annoying if you continue to email me off markets? No, keep doing it. I want more. Like I said, bro, I need to figure out the legality, but uh you know, I'm I'm really thinking whoever could get me the most amount of deals that I close on, I will buy you a car or a house.
So, no, keep sending off markets and if I do close on them, you will get paid and I and I make sure you get your crib, too, which I know you got, baby. Amen. All right, still working your way up. Uh, believe it or not, Nvidia is starting to chill out. I think that's kind of funny. IWM still going. Uh what's the other one?
XLP. Yeah, those are even coming up too again. XLF already doing good. Yeah, that one went ground just been melting up all day. all day, my friend. Okay, FedEx calls and puts are tweaking normal to trade Nvidia. Yeah, I mean the other day we were saying how you should kind of just focus on individual stocks depending on the type of environment we have.
So, but today I don't know yet if it's broad or not. We I'll give you update in three minutes and then we are about to get the data. So, I hope you guys are ready for that. Yeah, it's Micron, FedEx, and Nike today. And there's one more, I believe. that I think I'm even missing. Uh, Cubit's on the low, the VIX on the low.
VIX is just getting mollywoped because then the VIX goes down on the up moves and then this little gap down and then run back up. This actually kills the VIX even more than if we just went straight up. Uh, believe it or not. All right, we'll get it. A minute and a half. Bonds will be So, think about it.
If you want a TLT play, this opportunity might move right now or this could kind of just be one of those like pushes in a in one direction, the real estate data. So, the number is like negative -3, I believe. It's like negative three and a half%. Or month over month minus.7. Yeah, I think people might get surprised.
That's weird. I had a different number earlier in the day. All right, one minute and then SPY going up there. Again, like I said, you either wait or not. We grab one of those cheap meltup plays, but make sure you get time. SPY is about to go green. Same with NASDAQ. Data comes out in 40 seconds. Tesla.
What the hell happened there? Tesla fat candle. And we're off. Not really. I don't know what it is. Yeah, Tesla's making a move and then Oh, I just saw a bunch of come out. Existing home sales 4.26. Damn, they were strong. That's going to clap the bonds a little bit. So, shocker. That was positive data.
So, literally 4.26 million, 4.2%. So, was the highest real estate since November pretty much. But granted, LA last print was pretty bad. And then leading index minus.3 estimate was minus.2. So now you got good real estate data slightly lower leading index which could help the bonds. But I think the real estate data is going to hurt it.
But yeah, you had good existing home sales and now everything is green. Dow Russell or Dow SPY and NASDAQ Russell is lagging behind a little bit. Well, well, well. Yeah, microns are even coming back up here now. And then spy plays already moved 40% from that one I just told you. So, be cautious. I'll let you know to make them free or make them free right at 100% if you can.
But yeah, good data. But watch out. Just today's weird. Every day has been weird. It may not be shortlived. you're looking or may be shortlived. You're melting up right now, but just keep in mind yesterday you had a big reaction and you saw it come down. You know, you still you got to let the uncertainty work its way through.
But generally now think of the consumer data that was positive. I mean, real estate, I don't think people were expecting that after multiple bad real estate prints. But doesn't mean we're going to rip another 1%, but maybe it's the start. Who knows? Point is, play it, but don't get too jumpy. Secretary of Russia Council Shoyu says Russia will invite international security meeting to be held in Moscow in May.
Volume. It was fake, but it's real. It wasn't that big, but you did get a volume pop. All right. Not bad. no peace till May. Probably not. I think that is kind of negative if you read through the implications. Watch the bonds. So again, you had leading index which was also weaker. But then again, I think the real estate stuff is going to kind of get in that's going to be at the foresight of all of it.
It was good. Again, people thought it was going to decline by 3%. It went up by 4%. So, you literally had 200,000 houses, 300,000 more houses sold. Remember, new builds were kind of getting washed earlier. So, not bad though. But now we just keep doing this post power or not. Uh Hilton and travel, VIX on the low again.
Currency's kind of chilled out there. You have now filled the gap. So now this is uh where is it? This is where Powell's right where the data came out. This is where Powell's speech started. And then now we're getting into the highs near where you had your final pops and where the speech ended. So you're working your way back up.
Even the spy plays from yesterday. Are those coming back up? Yeah, I'm still down on them, but they're up. So remember that one near the money, that one came back to life. The shitty ones I just told you are up 67 right now. So, not bad. Hopefully, you got something either way. Just I'm not I don't feel confident.
Like I'm saying, you saw how we moved around today. I would be kind of prepared for just, you know, I thought this was bullish. I thought this was bearish. I wouldn't be surprised by any of those effects. By making it free, I get my money back. So, if I spend $100 on two of them and it goes up, I sell one of them for $100 and I get all my money back and then I have one for free.
Mod announces 12 million private placement. You got the dude on the phone. He picked up well star again. you know, we start with like 70% pretty much, but yeah, if he's down to sell it, ask him what price. No way. Oh, the pin duo. That one's still up, too. PI Amazon, that's a good one. and Tesla. I mean, we are looking melty, but where are we levels wise?
I forgot. So, 568 5690 and then 5700. And then you get above there 5715 and then we'll play a whole another ball game trying to get to 5787. So, technically there's a gap to be filled 100 points above, but let it do its thing. Dominion Prax FedEx Meta's going crazy. I mean, every day it just wouldn't move and then the day it does move, it unleashes.
But yeah, it's up two and a half. Amazon look good, too. You're kind of coming down now. So, you literally got a point a point and a half off of the data. uh surprisingly good real estate data, but then we'll see. And then bonds given up half of the gain so far. The premiums are oddly still high on TLT.
That I think is the interesting part. IMVT popper spy still holding premiums are chilling a little bit on the spy but you need another candle up again that data that data move picked up velocity is Bitcoin moving 57 Bitcoin is just chilling again IMVT 2 and a half% pop I don't know if that's news or thing why Powell was not hawkish.
Uh did you watch last night's watch list? Cuz we did go in depth on on a lot. I talked about credibility, the past, uh how Powell used this strategy even under Biden. So I think the watch list might have what you're looking for. Adab. That one just still staying up. Where's Nvidia? Nvidia chilling again.
Microsoft starting to go up. Man, what up, baby? Good morning. You want to short it? I mean, I I in a weird way, I would just probably buy the VIX. That's what I was trying to do yesterday, but then I took my loss and I got out of it when it wasn't there. But I like that. US Treasury sanctions Chinese individual crude oil tankers.
Are we moving the watch list? I don't know. Just follow along if it's important to you and turn on the bell. And if you don't get notified, blame YouTube. And yeah, but I'm going to put that responsibility on you if you care and then get a long term. Amen city again. Banks. Shogu will invite international.
They're reiterating the May they're trying to do a May peace meeting or a May war meeting in Russia. Come on. Those spies, they went up a ton and then they chilled. This little break there slowed down that of the monies. All right. Qualcomm 2. I don't know. Don't they have their event? Bitcoin starting to move.
I think the currencies are kind of getting in the way, but notice where you are. I mean, you are now just like this is the last this is threearters of the move from Powell. So, again, we've been playing this back and forth. You had a lot of people do that and now we're here. Trump to deliver virtual remarks today at 10:40 a.m.
aka that's going to be Bitcoin, I'm pretty sure. So, yeah. But 10:40 a.m. There's Microsoft high ticker fully gas now. My goodness. Not that. But did you But did you watch the watch list last night? I don't think you did. So, I would just go watch it and then I think your question will be answered or give you a better insight.
It's pre-recorded. Oh, that'll suck. That'll be a dud. Nibix. All right, I'm making that play almost free. So, it's not 100%, but I'm gonna just trim one of them because it's out of the money. I hope you understand why. Because it went up more on this move. You come down is going to have less juice.
But now we at least get a free call or almost. It cost me like five bucks now. So, I'll take it. Need to be wise. And then bonds near the low too. I don't know. That's still like I kept telling you the TLT premiums are oddly stable. So I don't even know if the deal if there's too much of a deal there.
Oil popping again. You just had the sanctions there on that China guy. Yeah, oil was lowkey ripping. Well, I still have a call. So I have one from yesterday that's free. That one's coming back. And now I just got another out of the money free. So that way if I lose, I'm not losing my account and then if we get any meltup, we'll be able to get rewarded.
But again, I am prioritizing the safety. Uh aka don't I'm not really trying to chase the gain as much as hey, let's respond. Let's get a move. If we see a good deal, make it free. We we have way less to worry about. And that's it. Just keep them small and don't let this crush you. All right. Still up Zillow again.
And I saw that multiple times today. Oh, thank you my friends. The Tim Whitman Divvy, my guy. All right, watch the bonds. I don't know about the short. That's all you guys on there. Unfortunately, I think the bonds are like the spy the other day. That move is just it baked in way too much premium to address Digital Asset Summit.
Yeah, there's another virtual remark at 10:40 and then he is signing more bills at 4 MO on the high. Hold on. Are we about to get be mindful, yo, if Staples in the whole market rips, that'll get really bullish. Otherwise, we're about to flip and then tech is going to sell off and then Staples, look, Bristol Meyers Mo, the Staples are waking up with tech.
So, it's going to either be both of them go up today or one or the other. Do you guys see it? Because tech is already running, but now Staples and banks are already playing along. So, yeah, watch out for that. I'm I'm guessing it's still early, but still, I'm already that's kind of I'm noticing it here through the movement.
And then let me get you guys a checkup. We've been here for about 45 minutes. So, Dow Jones 21 in the green, nine in the red. Not too bad. NASDAQ 100, 50 in the green, 51 in the red. Oh yeah, you could do anything today. Damn. So, you're half and half right now. So, NASDAQ is 50/50. It just flipped green after the data.
And then the SPY 260 green, 239 in the red. So, yeah, bro. you're the Dow actually so staples are leaning the Dow has a little bit more favorability today otherwise NASDAQ and SPY it's about 50/50 which is kind of interesting but then again we just went through Powell 1% up 1% down and now we're doing all this other Trump to give remarks at 10:40 a.m.
White House and Spy still holding air bonds a little lower. C clu I didn't look at equal weight. Let's see. Equal weight is barely green. So right now you're getting led by tech again. Amazon. Look at oil too you guys. Bro, oil is actually going nuts. But yeah, I would say uh equal right now given that it's like break even.
I think you're being led by Meta, Microsoft, and the other fun bunch. There's Meta above 600 F. Oh yeah, Lenar. That was the other one for today. Homebuilder. So they got earnings. All right. Spy chilling. Bonds have moved more. You got Alibaba on the high now. So see if that could go first little red.
Oh yeah, maybe. Dude, cuz Zuckerberg went to the White House and then we didn't hear anything. So maybe, bro. I don't know. But I do remember him going, but then we haven't gotten any like headline. No, you definitely made me a better investor. Working on trying to get that fire. Amen, baby. In the first super chat.
Let's go. Are you not I had a Umar trying to buy a house in Atlanta. I hope that wasn't you. Don't buy that house. But other than that, bro, let's get it. Oh, and Peach Nation. And the spy took a green and apple. Are you kidding me? Oh, and Bradley Frizzel and the peach. Jerome who? What? All that matters is Jerome Pal flip-flop.
Not the peach. So, all I'm saying the peach made his mind up. Not Jerome Pal. I want to hear it from y'all. That's Peach was never transitory. It's all the way, baby. They don't feel me. They don't feel me. I mean, technically, yeah. Wait, it is 10:00 a.m. Doesn't that mean we will be hearing Trump?
Now that I think about it, we should get him in 20 minutes. So, yeah, a lot of things running now. You had that little stall, but now the meltup continues. You have Apple supporting it a little bit. All right. Now, Tesla again, all of them, bro. So, big tech is already leading today's half and half.
Half of the market is red still. You're getting outsized impact from the Nvidia, Apples, Metas of the world. But look at Apple literally big candle at the high right now. But that's what's moving you more than it's not necessarily everything advancing yet. Zalinski says Ukraine team to meet in Saudi on Monday.
It would be a separate meeting from Russia. Boeing Meta again. I already have Bro, Meta's rallying. So again, it did nothing the last we were talking about this, but now it's starting to move up. 10:40 is the Trump speech on his schedule. He's only scheduled to speak five minutes. Then Michael Sailor's the keynote at 11.
That's great. All right, TLT premiums are still up, but they're slowly starting to come down now, which I saying that was kind of unusual how well they actually held. Then the spy plays are back to 75%. the shitty ones we just did today, bro. And I made a play this morning, but it's not. I'm going just hook you guys up because if I sell out, it's going to run, but I'm I don't like it anymore.
So, I love you. I took I only got like a 5% gain, but I think it's going to run. I don't want to wait for love to me. Hold on. All right. Little bit higher. move the premiums, but I think that one just kind of launched more of the uh the big tech names if anything target. All right, add that to the list of Staples.
I think Meta is going to do its thing, but just watch out if Staples go green. They're right there at at break even. Nvidia's chilling. Intel chilling again. Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Apple, Meta, those are the aggressive ones. You got quantum earnings today, lows on the high and then it's still holding.
Again, bonds are the only one that flipped uh throughout the morning. Again, you had that cash sell and then so far it's just been one way. Uh are we above 5700? again. Equal weight is barely in the green. No, you're not even there yet. So, honestly, it's all cute, but you even yesterday that 5700 might end up being either a really big support or resistance right now, but you got to get above that.
Otherwise, you're still kind of trapped on that. Look at Reddit. Look at PLL. That one's going up. Shopify. Now, you got uh Airbnb. Uh, Reddit is getting a candle. All right. Okay. I'm going to go to the bathroom just shy of an hour. Follow me on Instagram at the trading fraternity. Real cult news on Twitter.
that the longer Zilinski said he told Trump Ziza won't work a focus thing unless it's under Ukraine political symbol and that's a bad thing for any brand and you know more and more as you see whether it's on the white house lawn or you know as we see more and more from DC that that's a bad thing for Tesla because it comes down to Tesla shareholders they own Tesla and it's the reason we're bullish because of autonomous disruptive tech what I believe is along with Nvidia one of the best disruptive technology companies over the next decade.
But this it's a crisis moment and I think you know and when we wrote the note it's really urging Musk urging the board not going to listen to you look it's I mean I I sat across from him now it's a long time ago it was you could argue a different must back in 2023 but he said then and I would assume he'd say the same thing to you now I don't care Dan I'm going to say what I want to say and do what I want to do.
Yeah and and and David I think he could do what he wants to do. I think the issue now is it's not necessarily the stock or the money cuz someone be Mus doesn't care about that but M does care about Tesla customers in terms of the brand and I think when you look if there wasn't such a bright future then now wouldn't even mean anything but but the irony is it's probably the best tech technology innovation ahead when it comes to FSD autonomous and everything but if it is then shouldn't that stand on its own and that was the what the stock was all about anyway it was never really about fundamentally selling cars cars, right?
It was never valued that way. So, if they're going to have the best technology and be leaps ahead, why does the brand perception matter? Yeah, it's a great I think brand perception matters because ultimately it's about more and more you need how many going to do cyber cabs? What's FSD penetration going to look like?
take off first continue to own more Teslas and I believe like a step back here get above 5700 that you haven't seen a picture of Musk in front of any Tesla sort of manufacturing factory since Trump took office. So I just believe it is important to balance Dan was saying stuff the other day. I think this might be live is wrong.
So get ready. This is the level right now we hold this game like he could but if it doesn't hold saying though it's more this might become a little frustrating of it. I mean he you know he he could step back from Doge Airbnb was running earlier. I don't know how or SpaceX or Neurolink um and still ignore Tesla.
But to that point, I think the political symbol is the issue because to to some extent when you look at the frustration that you're hearing from Tesla shareholders, I think it is the issue, but also not to get into radical crossfire lightning rod. And I think what started happen if he takes a step back over the next four to six weeks, still stays in Doge, but just Bitcoin.
I told you those Adobe that's the one I sold in terms of test they jacked up to do the hype job he's always done right the stock is basically where it was the last I think I'm just superstitious but I'm telling you every time I'll sell out at some of them when they don't move it's going to hook you up so just take that risk at your own accord but those just jump I sold out for like 10% 5% is now up almost 100 within that two minute within that bathroom break as I was saying it wasn't moving so I had to unleash that liquidity for y'all.
Yeah, bro. It's stupid. I got you though. I got you. Now, he could continue to go down the path. Okay, get ready for 5700 perspective. I do believe this thing has gone into more of a crisis mode. Okay, so 5707 relative to the future to 579 and then 5715 technology out there along with Nvidia. But this is it's a moment of 5729 but realistically you want 5747 and then 576 like the innovation happening underneath and then again if you don't if you come down from here that'll act as a resistance Elon in terms of you know daytoday I think that's been that's been part of the frustration for investors but that I mean that was the case when he bought X and he was spending all the time on X.
I even forgot to mention X. Yeah, of course people were worried about the distraction and then Tesla shares ran up. But at that moment, Musk did take a step in terms of selling stock. He understood he started to get more dialed in in terms on the investor side. And I think the difference between when it came to that Twitter X versus this is the political conception of it because that continues to be the brand issue.
And my whole point is you take a step back here, balance, hear what investors are saying. I understand everything Mike's saying as well. then at least I think you have a scar. But if you continue down this path, that's where you have permanent brand damage. That's the fear and that's you know, thank you for Baba and Intel.
Good work. The thousands of people hear from to kind of put out and it's a long journey for brand Democrat people lighting Tesla dealerships on fire maybe than Tesla. But Dan, thank you. Yeah, thank you. Thank you, Dan Ives from Wed Bush. All right, still ahead, the signal and the noise from the Fed.
What investors should take away from Sheriff Yeah. I mean, again, you I hope you guys are seeing it. I'm telling you, we need to work through the uncertainty and it's just not going to be straight up or down like everybody wants. This is what I was telling you. Even this morning again, you had good power and they're like, "No, no, no, no, no.
Cash open." And then look at what you're doing right now. Do you get what I'm saying? So, you could even come down and go up, but this is uncertainty declining, but we still are going to have volatility. I hope you guys are getting it because I don't want you to get confused by this because I'm sure in this last hour it's already whipssawing people and if we come back down don't get don't don't be surprised.
Uh you know what I'm saying? So it just you're playing this game but we have to get through the end of the quarter the earnings and all of that but yesterday was a key event. You still got some debate but don't try it's not going to be linear. Don't think we're just going one way. And that's I think kind of the pump fake that we just went through.
Geez. So yeah, now old spy plays are back up. And the other ones from this morning, you got a hundred on them. A little bit more now. So GG's. Yeah, other spy plays are back in the green now. So free plays yesterday that dropped 70% this morning are now up 20%. That's insanity. So the options are moving, but this was a fat move up and down once again in an hour.
you've done the whole entire day just like yesterday how you did that three four points. Zilinski says Trump has not raised status of Russian occupied Crimea during talks with him. So, Zalinski apparently has no idea about the Crimea negotiation. Oh, those are for only today. Okay, I'm selling the one that was in the money, the free one from yesterday that came back because it's worth a lot of money.
So, I'm just taking that one. And then I have the last one from today. Russia foreign ministry spokesperson is a corva. There are no contradictions in Kremlin and White House readouts. Powell confirmed that volatility is here to stay. The only thing is certain is uncertainty. Oh, I I think we watched different powels then.
Uh but yeah, the watch list I think we talked about it. I think you are going to have volatility. You're not out of the woods. But I mean even people who kind of disagree, they they acknowledge what Powell said. Uh, and again, Powell sounded like he watched the watch list. I don't know. I mean, I don't know.
Do you guys should I take uh should I take uh what's it called? Should I take a victory lap? Do you guys want me to take a victory lap? Because I can. I don't know. I don't want to, but I've already talked like I've been telling you this for weeks, months, and Powell acknowledged it almost verbatim.
He's literally saying the one-time tariff in Kore like I told you guys I think con like corporations were trying to just sell you guys and justify it beyond making Trump look bad. But now you have from the words of the Fed literally I and it's funny cuz he's using transitory but yeah it's not uh it's not he calmed a lot of things down with the tariff inflation and then he even they were even trying to defend it today on Bloomberg because they were even like uh straight up they were like well the consumer sentiment even though Powell says it didn't really matter.
They were trying to defend it still. But again, Powell even he was very sassy. That's what they called it on Bloomberg. And I agree. He shot down all of these dumb ideas. So that's why I'm saying I don't I don't really see what you're saying. I think Powell made a decisive shift and he walked people back from the freakout.
Uh, I think the sharp growth decline and everything else that was appropriate and it reflected what people are worried about, but he he shot he brought you back to reality. Uh, and that's why I'm very glad. It's weird, but cuz I didn't expect it, but this is what we've been saying for a very, very long time.
So, I hope you see the importance of the info that I give you. And I'm glad I I don't know. I in a weird way I my hats off to Powell. He you know I still think there's a lot of weird credibility stuff but hats off to him. I didn't think he would stand on reality like that. I made the assumption that he wouldn't.
Uh but it was good. It's good to see the Fed not freaking out as much because 3, four months ago, they justified all of these dumb reactions. All of these mis reported info on tariffs and what to expect. That was justified because the Fed confirmed it on the last dot plot. The Fed gave you ammo to say, "Yeah, you should freak out." But now after yesterday, Powell took that ammo away.
And I I don't think you could say the same things you were saying over the last quarter now until the data finally shows up. But then again, to be fair, I'm not I'm not trying to be unfair, even if I'm correct. My goal is to educate properly. I want you guys to have the right info. I don't care if I'm right or wrong.
I don't care if it looks a certain way. It's not about my ego. And I don't care really about Donald Trump that same way. And that's why I said, ironically, the irony of all of this is that he is going back to transitory. And I don't know how I feel about that. And I'll give it away for you right now.
It's on the watch list, but it's very simple. This is I hope you guys Republican or Democrat. You know, everybody on the other news media, they want to feed into your bias and keep you spread apart. I don't like that. I want you to all see it and who gives a I really hope you feel me on that because like I'm trying to tell you, Republican or Democrat, I need you to realize this same reaction, this same opting to transitory.
This is literally how Powell was able to step aside from the Biden administration. This is how Powell let the last administration do whatever they wanted and he put a blindfold on. Are you understanding? That's how Powell let the the government spend all that money, do all that and he reacted late. So he's doing it.
This is kind of his political defense is what I believe cuz this allows him now to not be two enemies with Trump, but at the same time he's just kind of putting a blindfold on saying, "Well, it's transitory. I'll react when I see it." But this was his political defense four years ago cuz it makes sense.
What did he do four years ago? All this spending, you knew it was going to cause inflation. He said, "Well, transitory." And then when it happened, he responded. And then he's he's more confident in his ability to response. And I I believe that too. And that's why I think he's going to do that now with Trump.
And that's why he did that. And I think he walked it back a little bit. And although I'm like, okay, that's good. I I think he's speaking reality, which, you know, economists who do the data can agree with. Uh, but at the same respect, I'm not like I'm telling you, I just think this is this is how he aligns himself with whatever the administration is without kind of catching too much heat.
So, you know, I think that's a fair response uh for both parties. But either way, make no mistake, Powell walked back the uncertainty. Like I'm saying, you can't three months ago with the December 18th SCP, every Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg with they could justify the freak out. Why? Because every member on the Fred freaked out.
Even Powell freaked out. You know, you could justify it right now. Now it's different now. Yeah, you could say the economy might slow down. Yeah, there will be a rise in inflation, but not this dramatic freakout, which I have been trying. I banned people who have refused to accept this. Do you guys remember that?
I went off on homeboy and I banned him and he he wanted to talk because again I wanted I'm not I I was not going to tolerate fake info and that's what I that's what I've been on for the last couple of months now because it was this yes you can expect inflation. You know what I'm saying? But not anything that's going to it doesn't make your house double.
It doesn't it's not going to, you know, ruin your life like the prior inflation that was so sticky and detrimental. It will be a one-time increase. It's not really forecasted to last longer than a year. Best case, worst case scenario. Do the numbers. Do the math. It's not, you know, it makes a lot of sense.
Uh, but that's why so I think you could say that the dot plot reflects that now. But this overshoot of fear, I think Powell walked us back for the edge by shooting down a lot of those narratives. It was all fun, man. I can't I thought it was hilarious. Well, spot popped. I cut one of my other plays, but the other ones are doing great.
FedEx's are now moving a little more. TLT still still up, but they're fading a little bit. The first buy play from today is up a 100. We should lower I I like I like what's going on right now, but I still I don't know the impact which I've been trying to communicate. So I don't want to jump to a conclusion, but I don't know.
I think cutting rates would be a little too preemptive. I don't think he should cut rates. I think maybe down the line if the tariffs really hit hard and it really backfires maybe. But even then I I like I think Powell is I I trust Powell's response. You know, he's a when it comes down to signaling and he'll change his mind with no shame, but when hits the fan, he responds good.
Uh if that makes any sense. That's why I'm saying like worst case, do what you're doing now. Play the game. stall, close, you know, literally close your eyes and then that way if they mess it up, you're just going to cut rates and swoop in. Nvidia pop. I think we're going to get Trump uh any minute now, right on decentralized finance.
And so that I think resonates, but it does take a fair bit of education. And so we've been on that journey and it's going to take I think uh more time. That's so cool, bro. One way that I didn't know Macau Cocky got into crypto like that on the web. Shout out to Home Alone Kid historically at uh That's dope, bro.
That's dope. But yeah, I think this is where Trump is going to be. So we'll find out. Snowflake high ticker absolutely running. Robin Hood on the high. The Pinto duos came down. Made those free. Yeah, Boeing. It's stuck. I could get it unstuck. I'm not even kidding. You want me to unstick this Oh, no.
Never mind. It's coming down. I I'm telling you, if this stock stays pinned, all I have to do is sell it and I'll get you 10%. 20% or more on your options. Someone try it. Like, not a recommendation, but I do really believe that. I'm starting to. Okay. Spy holding a Whoa, Jeffrey. Price is what you pay.
Value is what you get. Thank you. Thank you, my friends. Are you kidding me? Horn. Amen, bro. Now you could get me on a felo with that. I said it the other last night, man. You know, value is important and that's why all these little lessons, bro, and when y'all see me like that's why we have to defend the truth.
It's okay to be wrong and it's okay to have your own ideas, but we need to have an objective truth. Otherwise, it makes it very hard to value things. I don't think you guys realize that. Some of you do, but those who have yet to get there yet is very crucial. That's why I'm saying knowing the economy, knowing how to like objectively what would be the impacts of things, right?
Like I'm saying tariffs, trade, balances, currencies, you have to have that. If we can't value that and can't have objectivity, unfortunately, it makes it harder to know the value of anything, data, info, all of it. So, amen, bro. Amen. Is UC San Diego gonna win? Win what? I didn't know they were doing anything.
VST Amazon. All right, man. SPY hitting another high. Even shitty out the monies are up a 100 now. Yeah, that oil move. I don't know. In a weird way, is this oil move inflationary? I don't know if I'm sounding like Bloomberg, but this is a fat oil candle out of nowhere. I'm telling you, I don't It's been weeks since we've seen oil like move up consistently intraday.
I've seen it move pre and post, but I've never seen it move intraday in the last like two weeks to a month, maybe two months. I haven't seen it get get a sticky rally and like go vertical. So, I don't know if this is implying some of the optimism, euphoria, inflation, whatever it is, but we noticed that this morning and I think it's still noticeable.
But I have no idea. The weekly get time, brother, because on any earnings play, I would just get an extra week if you could if you could handle it. Not a recommendation. All right, you're still going up. Maybe I should have held the near the money, but I got my other one. Many opportunities. Yeah, TLT invert.
But that was a big one, you guys. You don't even get it. The media even hustled you this morning. Everybody, it went from it's good. It's good because it was good again. Powell lowered uncertainty and then everybody like nah nah nah nah nah. then the Swiss then the Swiss Frank then you gap down and then they use this to you know shuffle it around but this is fat bro you just move the bottom the top in in an hour two hours crazy so either way though I still think there's going to be downside chop too but for the most part like I'm what have I been telling you don't get if you want to get lost in the sauce bro they'll eat you alive right now too many liars too many confusion too many good and bad ideas, right?
Very simple. Look at the broader picture. We either don't get a high of the year or you're bouncing wickedly off the 200 day moving average. That's it. That's how I want you to look at things. And I think you'll do good. And we even gave a update there for your long-term plan as well in cash. Amazon tech all going up.
MP Dubs going down and a couple of the other REITs, but uh literally your tech names all going high except for the earnings ones. Tesla stopped moving too. Finally, Meta goes up. There you go. Longterm Toast. What are these? spy 200 is 573. Thanks for that. So again, we're above we got to get past 5715.
Like I said, baby level at like 57 like 29 I think or 27 and then 5744 to 5762 to 69. I mean 576 pretty much. So we'll see. grabbed a 570 put. Good luck, dude. I actually I don't know. The VIX has been calling my name. It destroyed me yesterday, but not really. I just lost, but I was able to fumble that or parlay it.
But I like the VIX for downside plays. I think I'm just weird. I don't know, Trump. I have the video feed, but I don't know if this is it or there's supposed to be a digital address from the White House. Fitch ratings, US private credit defaults rise to 5.7 in 2025. I see so many V. Is this it? Modern finance.
I don't Our bold Bitcoin accumulation isn't a shot in the dark. It's backed by solid market data. Is this I don't know if this is a I think this is a rerun. Can anyone confirm? That's what I hate about all these rerun channels nowadays. But yeah, this is the event, but he's not out there yet. There's a rerun.
It looked like it. You could kind of have an idea. Funds need to show the big Yeah, you do. Actually, I didn't think about that. That quarter end rebalance. You're you're actually so right because I don't think anybody wants to show their clients uh underperformance on the quarter. So watch Staples then.
That means people are going to pick up Staples. They already did. Good take though. Let's see. Bro, those other spy plays are 150 now. So, remember I told you I there I said they were expensive, but I said I'm going grab one still, but yeah, that went up 150 surprisingly. Yeah, it's a fat move. Trump's remarks are going to be a recorded video, I believe.
So that seems to be the word on this street wing on the high. High ticker is still gassing. Bro, I should have kept that other in the money. So the moving days at 573. That's funny. So right below here, but these are our points like I'm saying. So 572 and a half on SPY, 57325, and then 576. Those are your next spots pretty much.
I mean, you could join in with the out of the monies, but I would just wait at this point because that's what I did. I did it yesterday. I did it today. I'm fine. If I think it's too late, I'll go really small on the out of the monies that haven't responded yet. And that's kind of what I did today. I got a little closer.
Made sure it got time. But they were already like they were down still, but I was like, "Ah, it's shit." But I kept it a lot smaller and then it ended up working. And then that's why I sold out the one that I had that was more vulnerable with and it was like 10x the value. And then that way we were good to go.
The excuse was people just saying it was overlived or overdone. There's still uncertainty making fun of Powell in transitory, but then I said it this morning. I think a lot of people just don't care about it. I think today was the Swiss National Bank, believe it or not. I think the rake and then not to mention the four other central bank actions.
I think that moved the dollar in a lot of things and then everybody started reacting. Well, well, well. Look at that. Your little red. Let's see if you could actually break down. This changes the meltup mode. So, we'll see. And then, yeah, we are waiting on your boy TLT. just yeah I was on the real estate data and in general that was already do you why do we hear this from our normie friends this is crazy what is this okay I don't believe it but my goal and I think our goal should be to make that not even a topic of conversation okay um by the way I'm not talking about how many people have a Coinbase or a Binance account and you know own crypto assets I'm talking about what Joe was talking about earlier real use cases that drive the needle real use cases of blockchain global use cases of this technology and hey if you took an Uber or a lift here today that was a phenomenal use case to leverage cloud computing on the back end okay and it was a seamless experience we need these experiences in web 3 so we can get across the chasm okay so this is you know a very old uh chart here Jeffrey Moore wrote this a long time ago it's still true okay so the who's familiar with this crossing the chasm okay we We have some hands.
Um, so you have your early adopters are frankly your tech enthusiasts. Okay, this is the early market. You then eventually hit this chasm. Nice to meet you. And you have to get through it or you'll fail. But if you get through it, there's a tremendous trajectory because the pragmatist come soon after in the late majority.
Now in order to get there, you also have to have great UX. I worked in mobile back in 2005. We had uh it was a good technology. We had 92 of the Fortune 100 using this product. The only highly used product was email cuz nothing else else worked well on mobile. We had all these other business applications.
No one used them. Fast forward three years later, we have the iPhone. We have high-speed data uh uh networks. We've got much more powerful processors in our in our phones. And mobile takes off massively. It hit that curve for application usage, not just text, email, phone calls. All right. We're at that chasm now, but 16% is the number.
All right, this is where real adoption begins. And again, we have surpassed this in a lot of categories. I think um you know, you think about how many people have an account, how many people own Ethereum, how many people own Bitcoin, how many people own these different crypto assets. I think we're safely there.
Let's look at gaming. Scale is one of the largest gaming blockchains in the world. We are mass adoption blockchain. We're built for user experience. Okay. Um, gaming now has over 30 million people a day hitting the blockchain. I think we got we need to applaud ourselves for this. It used to be thousands a couple years ago.
We've we've been on a exponential curve, but there are three billion people that play video games every day. So, in we're only 1% adoption, not 16%. But the good news is once you're at one, it's much easier to get to 16. It's much harder to get from zero to one in these spaces. So, we need mass adoption.
Another positive note, we're getting there on the financial side. Really getting there. Um, these are areas that require less uh clean, simple, easy user experience. Um, look at stable coins. There were over $850 billion in stable coin transfers uh volume in February. That is massive. And you know what?
That is money and value moving almost at the speed of light. Not taking a day to process, not taking, you know, this kind of archaic banking system. This is the new future of money rails working. Bitcoin market caps over 1.65 trillion. This was, you know, when I sent them the slide, so it's probably higher right now.
But that's a win for store of value. That is a phenomenal store of value. Okay. Phenomenal. The reality though is we need more daily users for these use cases that really really matter. All right. So then it's all about user experience. So I talked earlier about and I I saw by the way if you're listening online here or if you're not looking around when I said oh what data center did you use and how much did it cost for that uh to process it?
Everyone's like what are you talking about right? Uh but in the world of blockchain that's the reality. Um, so scale actually has taken a novel approach. Um, and we got rid of gas fees all the way down to the core of the chain and instead developers pay you pay chain fees. They rent block space. It just opens up this new user experience.
It it's still economically viable. People are getting paid to run servers. Entities are getting paid to run servers and infrastructure. Um, but this is an example when you combine phenomenal UX edition with high-speed blockchain execution, zero gas used for the end user and integrate that with advanced custodial wallets and semi-custodial wallets and even non-custodial wallets with some very interesting new UX features that are coming.
We can let normal people who aren't engineers, who don't have a ledger device, don't really know how to use sophisticated products interact with blockchain. Okay. Um, another really critical topic, maximal uh, extractable value, MEV. Okay, this is where blockchains don't finalize their transactions.
And what happens? Uh, well, a blockchain submits a transaction. Guess what? Anybody running a node can see that transaction until the transaction finalizes and then you have front running sandwich attacks. Essentially, money and value is being taken from every user and everybody is playing this through bots.
Uh just last week somebody processed did a trumpet swap on unis swap uh and they ended up with $5,000 after they swapped USDC to USDT. Now hey they didn't use a unis swap UI. If they had they would have been protected they used a different system but the problem is this is something that we think needs to be fixed.
This is something this is the next frontier for scale also is going and trying to fix this problem to make sure these things can't happen. We need to have safe waters if we're going to really hit these adoption numbers that we are going for. We also need to offer fundamentals. The next growth stage is all going to be about giving tangible value to users.
Okay, real real value. Um, and there's some phenomenal use cases out there. Really excited about them. Um, so just a little proof this works. Uh, and I have to say this is fun for me now. We started scale over seven years ago. All right. And the first couple years the network was live, we had we would count our users, our unique active wallets, users and transactions in the thousands.
We've now have over a billion transactions. We have over 3.3 million wallets over 91 million transactions. So the models work. This guy just wanted you to see PowerPoint with normies in it. uh just about skill but to say when you really lean into building a positive user experience for consumerf facing applications you can get dramatic results but these numbers frankly are just the start um we're now in the top 10 of all blockchains and layer twos in terms of transaction volume um and in terms of uh uh unique active wallets and you know but I think I look at this and our you know set of competitors and collaborators and as an industry we're just getting started there's a lot coming quick Shout out to all the builders.
There's over 300 applications building on scale. We get a I get the luxury every day of working with some really really smart people that understand blockchain, but they also understand how to build applications. Um, and there's some exciting things h there are some exciting things happening. Um, so I just want to say we are crossing the chasm now.
Okay. The chasm now. And yeah, the Turkish lera. I mean, I hate to be that guy, but do you want me to highlight something? You might. I don't know if you you realized it yet. So, one, I'll tell you this. Should you be worried about this situation in Turkey? It's not really going to affect your money.
Why do I say that? Because we over the last like 5 to 10 years, we've had multiple issues with the Turkish lera. uh when you've had all these problems, massive inflation, it doesn't really have a spillover effect. It's not like we trade with Turkey that much and you know, it doesn't really cause what you would think.
It's not like the euro plummeting, you know. So, that's something to keep in mind. What's this? NVO on the low and then you got a couple things moving right now. McDonald's, I see Staples and then bonds up, SPY a little lower. So wa watch if we change. So like I was saying the you wouldn't you shouldn't be worried about the the LRA for your finances.
But now do you know what happened in the last 24 hours because what ended up happening is that the president put in jail one of his political opponents. That's why the Turkish lera imploded in the last 48 hours. So there was a mayor who was running. He's gonna run for president. They jailed him on some other issue and as a result the financial markets they said that's not a good thing.
And then you see the reaction. So do you see what I'm trying to tell you? That's how you're supposed to react when a government jails political opponents. Just that's normal, believe it or not. Yeah. The only difference is when it happened with us, you actually the dollar didn't react. You didn't have people give the reaction that anywhere in the world if that happened, it would have been it would have been massive for the currency.
Trump is delivering the speech. Hello, I love Bitcoin. Those are David Sachs, who's a fantastic and very brilliant guy. That same week, I signed an order creating the brand new strategic Bitcoin reserve and the US digital asset stockpile, which will allow the federal government to maximize the value of its holdings instead of foolishly selling them for a fraction of their long-term value, which is exactly what Biden did.
He got a fraction of their value. We're ending the last administration's regulatory war on crypto and Bitcoin. And that includes stopping the lawless operation chokepoint 2.0. Operation Chokepoint went beyond regulation. And I mean far beyond. It was a form of warfare through government weaponization.
Frankly, it was a disgrace. But as of January 20th, 2025, all of that is over. I've also called on Congress to pass landmark legislation creating simple common sense rules for stable coins and market structure. With the right legal framework, institutions large and small will be liberated to invest banks in one of the most exciting technological revolutions in modern history.
It's so big it's I think as big as you can get. Pioneers like you will be able to improve our bank security and wealth for American consumers and businesses. He's the long-term will unleash an explosion of a royal man. What a beautiful name stable coins. You'll help expand the dominance of the US dollar and many many years to come.
It'll be at the top and that's where we want to keep it. We only want to keep it at the top always. I can already see that the energy and passion of the crypto community is the kind of spirit that built our country. And it is exciting to watch as you invent the future of finance. And right here, it's going to be right here in the USA, the good old USA.
Together, we will make America the undisputed Bitcoin superpower and the crypto capital of the world. Thank you. Good luck. God bless America. So that was it. That was just like that's like when your favorite rapper gets on a feature track, you know, but then like they don't really drop the ver, you know what I'm saying?
That was just Trump. That was a Trump feature. I don't think it was It was good. It's decent, but you know, again, it's just like that was just like press PR. If anything, I don't think you got exposed to anything you didn't know. That's why every time he says something, it just goes down because everyone's like, "Buy more.
Give us something." It was like when Beyonce went to the Camela rally and didn't perform. No, that was terrible. That was I think that was a next level. Dow long. It's killing it actually. Dow is the leader. And Russell came back. You had a nice little pullback here. But so that stops the full-blown like vertical meltup, but you're still kind of holding that pattern again.
5700. So you went above it. We set a new high between or actually no, you were right below it. So yeah, we're like I told you, this doesn't hold though. This is all fun in games for now. But I I still think we're in volatility uh no matter what we think is happening. So we will see. No, Euro closed at an hour and a half.
I think after this week it goes back. I I'm not sure. But yeah. Still mad early, bro. Not bad. Not bad at all. It's already Friday Junior. Now, Eurovv, I think they have it. They might. Possible VIX play. Yeah, I'd like it. I I've been I have one on the screen I'm looking at, but um we'll just kind of wait.
But I do think I I don't know because I like in if there's a moment with headlines to play a spy put or like play the momentum. If there's a cheap one, I'll go for it. But kind of like I've been talking about here, I do think the VIX the VIX for any surprise, I think that could go up a lot, but also it could die.
So, I'm still a little undecided on it, but like I've been saying here when Marcus mentioned the other put, um, he says put, I'm like, hm, VIX. I because again, I tried to play it yesterday. It didn't work. I pivoted to the calls after Powell started speaking, but I I think the VIX is interesting at these levels and where we're at with the market.
But then again, if we bounce off the 200 day, the VIX is going to die. But on the way of like figuring out this volatility, we may have a couple of volatility burst, but I I think it's hard to play. It's It's not easy. So, if you find one, let me know and I'll I mean, I'll tell you if I get near them.
White House press secretary Levit says Trump will ensure harsh penalties for Tesla attacks. I don't know. Does that help Tesla? I forgot we have that Tesla rollover. Where are those at? Those hit yesterday and then came right back down. Oh yeah, those are crushed. Do I like Baba and the gap down? No, I said it yesterday on the watch list.
Unfortunately, uh like Alibaba, China, I am up a lot on it. We prepared early. We did it very well. I am not here to pump my bags and tell you guys to buy names that I am up 100% on. I don't think that is prudent. I don't think that's wise. I don't think it will help anybody. So I like when it comes to China, our job right now is to harvest if you planted.
If you planted early in advance, you ride this wave. You bought it at a historical discount. There was many reasons and many risks. But as of now, it's not. That's why I'm saying you could buy it if you want, but I'm done. like I already made my decision and choice on it, but I'm not really I I don't think China's attractive at these prices.
I like the story. I like what's going on when we bought it, but yeah, I'm not not going to be doing that. Yeah, I say this a lot. I mean, I've been this is something I try to remind people because again, and I hope you guys could appreciate it cuz some of you are literally you were you want to buy my play up a lot more and I just think you I like Baba.
All I'm saying is like right here, right now, you may be better off putting your money into something that's not up as much. Why do I say that? Because that's exactly how I bought Baba. Do you understand? So, not only did I like the value, they were beaten down. I was like, it'd be good risk again. We got to keep it small in the portfolio.
And there was many reasons to buy it. But also, do you not realize at that moment buying Baba, buying by do, why did I buy them? Because everything else was up a lot more. I said at the time my money would be better used buying the value than chasing something with a huge premium. So now that situation has reversed.
Now Baba has the huge premium. So right now if I were you, I would be looking at the things without it. Keep Baba on your list and then you wait till that comes back down. But I'm not like why again all my China plays are up now. So, like I'm saying, I don't know where it is. After today, it may be a dip, but where we at?
Yeah, up 84%. Again, even by due, this was the later one is up 15. So, I think you get these when they're cheap. In the meantime, you focus on the names that are down. Uh, and I think you could go for you could get a lot more value uh until it comes back. But some of you plant where you need to plant.
But others, it's time to harvest. It's time to harvest. I forgot. Yo, Nvidia was just going, "Bro, oil again. Speak of the devil by do flush. That looks like a bad headline to be honest." Uh, by doing it too. And then again, Nvidia near the high. Hey AC, what up baby? Good morning by do at good value.
I'm still up on it 15% like I just showed you. So again, like I mean, hey, I you guys gota I want you to be better. I want you guys to be smarter. Like anybody trying to sell you their that they're already up on hates you. Do you understand? I'm not here to talk my book. I'm here to give you guys I want you to build a good book and I want you guys to get a house.
But that's why I'm saying uh we're we're not playing the game of uh you know, buy the more expensive. I want you to get real good gains. Uh but you don't do that by chasing Trump. Uh US will dominate crypto and the next generation of financial technologies. It's like in a weird way like let me let me put it this way.
When you if you're trying to buy a house, would you insist on telling the seller, "I want to pay more." So the seller's like, "You should buy the I I'll give you the house when the value goes to 100K." And you're like, "No, no, no, no, no. I'll give you 120 for it now." I'll be like, "Why? You could wait three month.
You don't even need to live. You can't even live in this piece of paper." You see? So, like in a weird way, I hope some of you notice your insistence and and and limit it. Limit your insistence to buy things with a premium. You don't want to do the mental gymnastics to justify paying more money. Uh it's it's not going to be good for you.
JP Morgan, City, Nvidia. I'm seeing way more moves than the spy is reflecting. US pose to extend Chevron Venezuela deadline past April 3rd. You know, I've answered this many times. I know, David. I love you, bro. But you did that the other day and I told you to take a lap. You've done it again. So, I'm just going to tell you to take another lap.
I'm not going to ban you, but I think your time would be better used going through my long-term videos, uh, both the recent ones and the old ones and figuring out what our strategy is because it has never changed. So, the answer to your question has been answered, uh, a million times over. Where is Intel again?
All the chips got one. Look at the bonds. You could do that. No, you could take a lap too. I doctor. No, you can't. Again, if you guys want to follow your own long-term strategy, be my guest. Do not tell people the wrong directions. I want it simple in here. I want it easy. Why? Because I can make anybody a millionaire.
That's why. That's exactly why I want it this way. So, you may think I'm harsh. Some of you may not. Oh, no. Be nice to me. Oh, I'm not going to watch your channel. That's fine. I want you to have a house and become a millionaire. And I will, anybody could do it. Rich, poor, doesn't matter even if you speak English or not.
You does none of that matters. All that matters. The simplest, easiest rules of your life. All you have to do is consistently follow them. That's it. All of these little ideas are just traps along the way to pull you from the path of what you have destined. And what you have destined is a very large increase in wealth if you save 10%.
And follow the simple steps. You don't have to overthink it. You're better off instead of overthinking it. You're better off planning and being very intentional with your decision now. That's why I don't overthink it. That's why you don't have to worry about runners and if it goes down because you made your plan 10 years minimum.
Save the 10% little by little. That's it. And like I'm saying, keep it simple. I don't there's a lot of ideas and and I don't think some of you guys I don't think you're thinking in a bad way, but that's the temptation. The temptation to start getting, you know, more sophisticated to the simple strategy.
It usually winds people down a complicated road of wasting their time and losing money. Does that make sense? I hope it does. I don't think you guys are wrong to have some of your ideas and to use your education, to use your mind, and you're like, "Oh, what if we do this? What if we could optimize? What if we could make it big?" I I love that.
But like I'm telling you, you have to have a a area where you do keep things simple and has a 10-year minimum. And then, like I'm saying, I don't want people confused. This is the easiest thing in the world. But if presented with a thousand ideas, people are are again it gets diluted along the way and before you know it, what was supposed to be simple by asking the questions on the stuff we understand already, it starts to make it diluted and convoluted.
So I hope y'all with me, but follow it simply. The rules have never changed. The same things that got us here are the same things that are going to keep us going because we got here in a difficult half a decade in a very difficult environment and even now in the middle of a correction we are outperforming.
So how did we get there? It's it's through the same rules. We never altered them. We never changed them. Meta goes up names got killed like snap. Doesn't matter. We never changed because of the environment. Do you get what I'm saying? My my environments have been fluctuating like the damn global warming, but the plan has never never changed.
And that right there is your money. That's right there your answer. And that's where in a world of confusing stocks and scammers and liars and all of that, a fixed north star is very, very crucial. Are you I I pray you guys feel me on this because that's what the long term and not making the the easy rules complicated.
That's what it is. It is the north star. Whether it doesn't matter the weather or anything, that thing will guide you and get you where you need to go. Second update. Yeah, Friday. I mean, this is this was already a weird one. People thought it was going to be bad and then it went up. Look at Verizon.
They just dumped uh 30 40 cents here. It's about one and a half%. Amen. Baby, you will buy me a house one day. That's I mean, I I wouldn't doubt it if you consistently and little by little and, you know, put yourself in the right areas. I I think you'll be surprised what this journey will provide. Um so I think a lot of things are possible but you have to follow the rules and it it takes time.
You will make a sacrifice you know following rules and going slow that's that's a sacrifice. It's not easy. Uh it's easy in in theory but that's why you you notice a very wide difference between uh how people have executed it. You want to buy me a zip code? Amen. White House student loans and PEL grants will still be run by Department of Education.
Urges man once a year is always great. I might play that video I played on the watch list last night because that that video it's nothing's changed. Like I'm telling you, man. What people were doing 20, 30, 40 years ago to build a lot of wealth, it's the same thing. Nothing. You got Bitcoin now. That's it.
But generally, nothing new under the sun, man. That's why I'm saying what I'm telling you is not original. What I'm telling you is not new. This it's just a plan that works. It's just not sexy. It's slow and then again you get presented with all these ideas, you know, but that's why I like it's I'm telling you, North Star.
It's trude. It's tried. It's never shifting. It does not cast the shadow. It's not It doesn't have double speak. It's so clear. And that's why I love it. Caroline Levit, Trump has the right to criticize Fed decision. Trump clear he wants lower rates. Yeah, even people in 1994 saying collectibles, the same thing.
They were all like, I'm gonna buy a Rolex. I'm gonna buy these car. It's the same thing. You are living the same thing the people before you lived. I don't know if you guys realize that yet. Even if you're young and even if you are older, you that's why it may confuse you, but it's the same strategy as what enriched everybody leading up to today.
started reading intelligent investor. It's a good book. He's the guy who taught Buffett, but you I don't know. As you see, I know short term I could dabble with the smaller stuff and all of that. But when it's all said and done, you do have to un the logic of the long term and the Buffett Benjamin Graham way.
It's it's undisputable and it's just understanding companies long-term consistency adequate. It's so powerful. But then again, I mean, you you have to learn it and you have to value it. But that knowledge I think is foundational and if you get that, you're going to do very well. Bro, Dollar Tree again, that's been going up all day.
Even Snap Love me some real estate. Palant on the high. Uh, where is Tesla then? Spy kind of holding. But yeah, we definitely chill from that morning. Planter ripping. Caroline Levit's making comments somewhere. Excuse me. Oh, Nike went up. FedEx. Where's Mike? would I add Snap? No. Like I said, if you're going to look at my portfolio, any name pretty much down more than 20%, I probably wouldn't buy it.
Uh because I probably haven't in the last five years. Got to be two years with the Chad. Can't express the blessing you've been, baby. Blessing to everybody working to become better every day. Amen. Amen, bro. Every day. And y'all grinding, too, bro. Y'all grinding while listening. Y'all sending me emails.
I saw one, bro. I was shooting y'all some prayers this morning, bro. Keep it up. Keep the grind up. I love it. The harvest is plenty. The workers are few. Levit don't believe Trump has spoken with Carney. There will be big tariffs, says Katherine or Caroline Levit. So bonds a little, bro. Bonds have given up.
But bonds are doing what the stock market did. Do you guys realize it? So literally bonds epic rally after all of this. They gap up instead of gapping down and then they just sell off and then meanwhile our market gapped down and then we just ran up. So very interesting. Oh, you're working your old boba job while watching.
And now you doing real estate license and trading. Good, bro. And get some leads out there. I I mean, I'm telling you guys in a weird way. Uh, and again, if you guys want a membership, you can't afford it. It's now been about a month or two. So, I'm trying to encourage you to increase that income, especially if you want something out of this.
But I told you, go get a real estate deal. I'll pay for your membership. That's fine. And you'll start a new career that will make you a lot of side income. But literally, it's crazy right now because the real estate market, I could already see it. It's turning into the used car market. It's actually nuts.
Cuz now with the real estate market slowing down in a lot of areas and the prices not going as crazy, I'm Bro, I'm seeing these negotiations. It just reminds me of a used car dealership now because there now people are, you got to think about it, shifting from seller market to buyer market. Now this idea of like it's like you could have got x amount a year ago, but now it sounds like when you go into a car dealership and they're like, well, you know, things are a little tight right now.
I don't know if uh you'll get that much. But point is as the market's shifting there is some de very interesting opportunities that are emerging. So take advantage of it. All right. Bonds again even the Caroline Levit comment so far bring us down. Anyone doing the deals without a license PM you? That sounds like a diddy trap.
Uh respectfully. So, I wouldn't do that. Uh, but you don't need a license in some places. Some places wholesaling is illegal, so verify that. But yeah, it's a it's a game of of weirdness sometimes. So, yeah, watch out. You want more info, watch the videos. I don't know what to tell you. We got it. Move it.
Move it. Well, like I was saying, just be careful too in real estate, like we were telling, uh, just greed. It's not a there's not a If you think market makers in the stock market is grimy, oh man, uh, you should see real estate. There's a lot of wildness there, too. Bank of England Bailey says we have to wait to see evidence of falling inflation.
Not a realtor going to submit an offer, dude. Well, you got a couple of houses, man. Maybe you should get your license. Save your money. That's what the other homie was doing. He said, "Screw that. I'm going to just represent myself now. Save my 5%." And then market still staying pinned up here. see if we end up flipping because again you had some tariff comments and other things by Levit.
But now that little just like yesterday, the last three days, you pretty much spend the first hour doing a wicked move. Then you got a couple of hours of nothing and then yeah, that's it. And then you wait till the events on the later of the day. We just got executive orders and I think that's it. And Apple even coming down too.
Tesla, I don't know, but it is dropping. on doing do it. I mean, even then, I was just saying in general, like if you start doing real estate more as an investor, some of you might have an advantage just getting a license so that you could just represent yourself and save the commission or if you buy a house, you get the commission and then that'll help you out, too.
So, there's a lot of avenues you could pursue. And again, if you could squeeze an extra 5% on every property, that's a lot of money. Shell first gas production in Venezuela in 2026, sources say. Uh Meta again. So now we're doing this, dude. Meta is insanity, dude. I was telling you these days, bro, it wouldn't even move.
And now it's up 4%. And then again, they had a very weird beginning of the year. So yeah, that's nice. But that's I think lifting up a lot of things right now. So Dow Jones 19, 12 in the red. NASDAQ 51 green 50 in the red. It's literally 5050. SPY 250 green 249 in the red. You were able to use your commission for your duplex.
Yeah, exactly, bro. That's what I'm saying. It's It's a nice one. So Tesla coming down, SPY, Apple was dropping there earlier. How much is a real estate like? It just depends on the state, but a couple hundred bucks usually you represent for all your license. Just keep in mind you have your license, you have a brokerage fee, you pay, you pay 10K a year.
Just go with EXP. That's why you could do it. It's they take like 1% or something and then you can represent yourself anywhere. Or you do two years and then you just make your own brokerage if you don't want to deal with that. Okay, coming down. Oh yeah, let's do a push-up. You're right. Let's do some caveman workouts, too.
Bank of England Bailey says he welcomes very bold move by German fiscal policy. 150 a month for MLS and EXP. Yeah. And if you're just representing yourself, you don't need you won't even need the MLS. Like if you're all you're doing is just trying to buy. No, you can't be a part of two. But how long why don't you just make your own brokerage?
So because I'm not saying I don't I'm not saying EXP is the only way. Uh it it's simple and cheap. Uh and then mostly everywhere. But what you can do if you've already been in real estate for 2 years, why not just take the brokerage test and then make your own brokerage? That way, boom, you represent yourself for your investments and then you operate under your your own and then you don't have to pay anybody.
H you don't want to lose him. Well, maybe talk to him and just let him know. You could do that if you never made a sale. Yeah, I I'm pretty sure. Correct me if I'm wrong, anybody, but I think as long as you've had your license for two years, you can make a brokerage. Yo, Tesla dumping. All right, something's going on.
Chad called it out and I pulled it up and now you took another like $2, $3. Yeah, something might be happening there. Apple and a couple other tech going down, but we just heard the punishment stuff and you and it went up, but now it it it has flipped. I think the only one going up right now is Meta.
Yeah, Microsoft a little bit, but they're about to go red. Google's already in the red. And then Amazon's up a lot, but they're about to give it up, too. They have way more cushion. M. You can probably for Michigan. Ohio's expensive. Why do brokerages have to exist? because you're pretty much trading one scam for the lesser scam.
Because if you didn't have like imagine I'm already telling you how grimy real estate is like and I don't think a lot of people realize it. So like just imagine if it really was like crypto like if it was just a free-for-all you would have people getting clobbered uh and there would be a lot of more rampant greed.
So I don't think the brokerages stop that. They just kind of again lesser lesser scam trade one for the next. Tesla again. Check news on that. I'm looking. The superstition doesn't extend to your Tesla tweet. Wait, what did I tweet? Oh, are you talking about my jokes yesterday? if you could police yourself by being your own broker.
Well, the point is you can't be a broker until you've done two years. So, in a weird way, they're saying you have to have two years of of experience. By that point, you should see all of the greed, you know, because you can't just become a brokerage right away. Stocks and bonds. Yeah. But look, you have cushion.
So, honestly, look, you're matching up. If anything now, bonds and the spy will be equal. Tesla right now, you guys, that was it, homie. Who called that out on the Twitch? Good work. You saw that one first. I don't know what's going on with it, though. I don't see anything. Tesla Okay, you're at VWAP.
Yeah, I don't see anything on Tessy. There was this Cyber Truck recall, but that's it. That looks like something. Or it could just be movement, but that picked up pretty quick. Yeah, you had the four and 8week bond auction. Those aren't going to move you too much. And generally, I mean, people are still excited after yesterday.
Deep state Tesla attack is I mean, I was making a lot of jokes on Twitter yesterday and shame on some of you guys. Honestly, I don't like some of the responses, bro. It's uh it's actually like really really funny. Uh because I just come on. Have you I don't know. Some of you should read GK Chesterton.
Uh for real. Because if you have seen my attitude and responses lately, if you haven't really realized it yet, this is literally GK Chesterton. He made he wasn't shy about highlighting the ludicrous nature of certain logics and making fun of them. So in a weird way, I was kind of inspired, but don't try to put no finger to the sky Okay, that's you know we I hope you guys know that I say finger to the sky as worship.
I never tell you and I never try to dictate your will or what you say and then throw a Jesus title on it. So, shame on some of you. And if you think my political bias got in my way, why are you underperforming and why am I outperforming? That doesn't make any sense. I look through all of the and I took advantage of it.
Did you? I have proof. So, I rest my case. But yeah, that's why I could I I think some of this stuff is ludicrous. The reactions are ridiculous. And if till people see that, I mean, I I don't know. I hope I hope a ludicrous example will save a younger person from making a dumb decision and getting brainwashed.
So, yeah, there it is. No, for real. I'm looking I'm even I'm trying to find that tweet. I see another guy tweeting me now. Your political bias. You guys said this to me in October to December. So, you've gotten two opportunities to blame my political bias. How did I outperform? It doesn't make sense.
Do you get what I'm saying? It literally would not make sense if I was politically biased to be where I am on my portfolio. If you think my politics are impacting my decisions, I would argue you guys are projecting your political bias on me. Why? Because I'm not running away from this I'm taking it all headon.
I'm again whether even if Powell does what I think or don't think, I'm adjusting immediately. I'm telling you Trump trades were going to sell months ago. I'm not going all in on dumb Uh whether it's Republican or Democrat. So, I don't know, man. You could I I think the words are words, but I encourage you to go look at your actions as well, and you can judge me on a lot of things, but I I hope you really see what we have been doing.
And a lot of stuff, I've stood by it whether or not it aligns with any narrative as long as it's truth. And some things have shown. So, I'm sorry we live in a political environment that we do, but if you're letting it get the best of you, I think that shows up through your investments amongst other things, not through my joke tweets highlighting political violence.
Oh man. Oh man. OPEC countries agree update compensation cuts would represent between 189,000 to 435,000 barrels a day. you'll make money no matter what. I hope so. And that's why I'm saying that's what you guys should be focusing on. And at the same time, you just imagine all of the info I go through.
So, just don't ever underestimate. I've probably been presented with both sides of the story before, a lot of things. And that's where I think you guys will get talent and skill by learning to read through it. But if you're wasting your time pointing fingers, like I'm saying, just look at your Uh, you know what I'm saying?
Like, for real, you're going to say, "I'm politically biased." You You should have an account way better than mine then. That's it. That means you should have saw through the bias, gotten to the truth, and you should have benefited off of it. Does that is that fair to say? I'm not trying to be an but like because again, I said this three months ago when the dumb asses did this to me too, but I think it's really factual because it's like if you really saw, if you were really getting manipulated, I'm like, "Oh man, I'm so biased." So if you're the one who's not biased, that means you cut through all of it and you got to the right answer.
So can you show me that? That's what I want. Otherwise, why am I the only one doing that? I don't think I'm the only one, but in this scenario, I have a different set of evidence because if I was really politically biased, I would have so much more energy. I would be all in on DJT and I would be doing a lot of the other Republican.
I would be chasing the infrastructure, the Amazon, the Oracle, all of Bitcoin. How come I'm not telling you to double and quadruple up on Bitcoin? It doesn't make sense. So sadly, at this point, if you are attacking the only person in your life who kept it real with you, I think you have been swallowed up by the brainwash, my brother.
Get along. Amen. Amen. You got richest man in Babylon. You understand why I do what you do a little better now. Amen. Amen. You ain't never saved. By the second month, you double it. You get another sentiment next week. I know. Why didn't I buy Tesla? dumb asses, dude. How did my political bias keep me out of Tesla?
That doesn't make sense. That was the number one stock for Trump. Why didn't I just top ticket? How How come politics are swaying my decisions? Oh, the evidence is there, brothers. You just got to recognize it. I bought Tesla the night of the cyber cab reveal. That was a good one. I think it was good from that.
I remember watching that with you guys. But again, Tesla I that was the number one winner for a month or two on the politics. I even said they they had the most to gain from it. But I didn't mean we buy it, dude. That's what I I'm saying, man. Uh I just get your lawn term up, bro. Get your lawn term up, sadly.
And I don't know you guys are choosing to argue with the guy who does not invest on the politics, ignores it, builds an outperforming long-term, not charging people, and I am literally degreed up in this topic. What are you guys doing? Who brainwashed you, man? It is 10 in the morning and you're w you're going on my Twitter.
So, do you see what I'm saying, bro? This isn't I I pray to God we we free you from the from the clutches of this brainwash because it's this is ridiculous. What school did I go to? Apparently, I think I went to Donald Trump University. That's that's why and it affected all my life decisions. Okay, bonds are about to go red, dude.
That's a crazy. You got a sunburn in Michigan. Oh, I want to post it. Bro, I told you my cabin got snow and it looks so beautiful. So you guys with snow, I know it's cold, but appreciate that. It's beautiful. You think once revenue Tesla goes down, Elon will ask Trump to issue an incentive? I don't know.
That'll be bad. I think worst case if Tesla my crazy tinfoil. I don't know if you guys want me to say this to you, but because that's a crazy idea, but I'm crazier cuz my idea I was like, "Fuck it. Why don't worst case scenario, what if the government just nationalizes Tesla? Yeah, why not? We've nationalized the biggest mortgage companies in the world at one point.
Why wouldn't that? I mean, seriously, that's what they did in Volkswagen in Germany. You guys want the Hitler comparison? Well, it. So, yeah, that's my tinfoil. I don't think it'll happen, but worst comes to worst. I mean, I think that'll be a funny conversation. What does that mean? It means the government buys Tesla.
They nationalize it. They take it over. So let's say hypothetically there was an unjust attack on Tesla to a point where it was even a threat to national security of what they were doing and then the government said you know we could benefited off it more we need to protect the interest baba to do we now own 50%.
So yeah, we don't do it a lot. China does this more, but they Yeah, we did this with Ford and GM back in the day during '08, believe it or actually Ford didn't take it. GM did. Interesting t I mean, I think that's the most realistic non-realistic take when it's all said and done. It's either Elon's on his own or if it really got bad, I mean, why don't we why aren't we talking nationalization?
You guys say I'm closed mind. I know. I think I'm too open-minded. That's the problem. That's why the liberals freak out on me and then that's why the religious people freak out on me cuz right when you think I'm on your side, I entertain some But then I don't entertain the subjective which confuses you.
But yeah, I feel speaking of which, I actually got something for you. Are you guys ready? Let me verify it. It's not a play, but kind of. Oh, Let me see. No, no, no. Hold on. Oh, did they change it? No, they changed that. No. Yeah, bro. Look at this. Yeah, it's off of the tax credit though. those little But yeah, bro, are you ready for this?
I think Elon needs to sell these cars, bro. And remember this is when I made you guys the first Tesla video about getting deals. You guys remember? You remember the first Tesla hack deal? That's how I got my Model S. My Model S, I stole that thing. Yeah, bro. Well, guess what? problems with Elon is sometimes good for you because then they're going to start dumping these Teslas at really good used car sales.
But now here's the deal. There is a lease deal on the Model 3. I haven't looked at used inventory yet, but this is insane, bro. $299. So, you get the $7,000 credit, $1,000 down, and then $299 payment. That's nuts for a Model 3. I think MSRP is what, 40. Surprisingly, it doesn't say the MSRP. you. Elon should have that.
Oh, 30,000. No, that's the the residual 10. No, 10,000 miles a month a year is normal. No, dude. That's crazy, bro. 299, I mean, let me put it this way. Two and a half years ago, are paying 750 for that Same car. This is newer actually. This is a new body style. People were paying $75079 a month for a Model 3 or a Model Y.
Bro, that's crazy. $2.99. So, that's where Elon's problems will become your benefit. Uh, wait till the used inventory starts popping up. So start going through Tesla's used inventory if you want one because then some he needs sales now because then they're going to get panicked and then they need to sell them.
They want those numbers up. So anytime this happened, Elon starts fire sailing on the website. Lease isn't a purchase, but it shows up on the deliveries. But like I'm saying, watch their used car inventory uh in the give it a couple weeks. Let's see where it goes. But I saw that and I was like, damn, bro, that's cheap.
$ 299 is not a bad deal for a Tesla. I mean, it makes sense though. You might get your car lit on fire now by a liberal. But then again, you slap a anti- Elon sticker on the back of that, you should be protected, you know? I don't know. I think kind of sounds like a weird episode of Handmaid's Tail, but still.
Yeah, you'll be fine. That's crazy. You got a Elon Musk Passover. All you got to do is stick a I hate Elon sticker on your Tesla and then the crazy liberal passes over and then lights the other one on fire. So yeah. No, for real. I saw one the other day. I saw it on social media. It was an anti- Elon sticker and you put it on the back of your Tesla.
Mhm. Yeah. It's literally the story of Passover if you guys aren't familiar. So instead of the blood on the door, you just put Elon anti- Elon on the back and then they'll pass over your Tesla. So it's a modern-day miracle. IBIO pause or IBO volatility. Are you still wrapping your cars? Yeah, I think my designer heard me.
I think he he was watching the stream cuz remember I was telling you my designer wouldn't design the thing that I wanted. He's not. He doesn't support my my ambitions. But then he sent me one and it was literally a swastika with an American flag. That's what he said. He said he'll do that one. And I said, "Okay." Uh, no.
But yeah, I'm going to try to do it. I I plan on on doing it. Worst case scenario. I think it'd be a funny video. I don't know if I could get it done in time. I don't know if the hype will die down. Meta to seek disclosure on political ads that use AI ahead of Canada elections. probably need a new designer.
No, I mean I like I've been trying to tell you guys like I mean if as long as you don't like actually treat me weird and like be like very like negative and evil, I'm I'm I could get along with people who don't agree with me, you know? I'm fine. And if he doesn't support it, I'm not going to make him do something he doesn't want to do.
I love his work. He's done very good for me. I don't have any other problem. I don't have any problems with him. He doesn't support it, that's fine. I'm not going to fire him because he doesn't want to do it. Like I He He has a different stance. I disagree with him and I will go find somebody else to do it if I want it done.
But there's no need of uh other than that, he's a really chill guy. again just everybody, you know, we live in this world in political ideology and, you know, I don't know, we all get hyped up to like affect each other, but it's wild. You're in deep losses on NVO. Well, if you hold it for 10 years, I don't think it'll be like that, but sometimes there's a little bit of pain.
I think I'm down a couple percent on it now. We get this. Did you Are you in contact? cuz I told you we have the buyer. I think we got two people interested in buying. So, it just depends on like where you guys want on the price. But I told him I said we got to verify the buyer. But I'm pretty sure this guy's down.
Like I think he's ready to go. But as long as that buyer is verified, I I think we could get it sold for you, bro. You work full-time first shift. You want to transition real estate? How can I manage? Hour a day. Hour a day is the best way. And then UN and H popping in. But start working on it little by little.
Get your license. Do all that with your free time. It's kind of like the gym. You know, instead of going to the gym, go to the gym, too. You go to the uh what's it called? You go to the real estate. And then once you start getting traction, hopefully you'll be able to leave your job if you wanted to.
But after you make as much there, you got a buyer. Yeah, that's what I was saying. I think we're in contact. Uh, you got I think you're texting LT now, but we're just verifying that buyer cuz I have this guy. I need to make sure he's serious. But it just all If you're willing to negotiate a little on the price, I think we could get it sold in less than 30 days.
So, cuz I but I just need to make sure this guy's legit. I think he is. insurance. That's what I was saying. But then, do you know Tesla sells insurance? So, I insure all my Teslas through Tesla. So, you could insure it. It's very easy. Yeah. Look. So, hear me out. If you want that Tesla lease deal for $299, that's dope.
Or you wait until the used cars start getting dumped on the website. And then this is all you need. Look it. Chad just sent me this. All you need is this. I bought this before we knew Elon was crazy. That's all you got to do. Boom. You do that Passover and you just got a car half off. Look at that. Look at that.
Isn't it more expensive to not bundle? Yeah, I do bundle though. I have other vehicles that I do for the bundle, but Teslas are cheap through Tesla. All right, you're kind of coming down. Bonds still getting merked. Israel defense minister approves new Gaza battle plan. So I think that's a little negative, too.
Again, we've had weird market reactions on the Gaza But again, dude, I don't know why Israel re rewoke that giant out of nowhere this week. That was part of the story this week. Yeah, that ceasefire ended. It wasn't supposed to, but they uh they've been launching these attacks and now that headline, I think they're going to be escalating it.
Am I involved in any sober living, assisted living facilities? No. They make a lot of money, but it's kind of shady. That's kind of why like people do a lot of weird insurance build billing, but I know people who make a ton of money from it, but I've never done it. Apple shakes up AI executive ranks in bid to turn around Siri.
Did they fire the guy who was like, I don't even know what Siri's doing. 400. We'll see. He'll stay in touch with dude. What we're We got to verify the buyer. I want to make sure he's legit. See if he has proof of funds and is ready to go because I don't want to waste anyone's time. But if I could get a real good offer out of him, I think that guy will move.
I just got to make sure he's like ready ready and not just negotiating. You could buy the car after a lease. It's like an option. So, I got lease videos on this. I got old ones, bro. Use the Tesla for Uber. Yeah, I mean, probably. Where is uh the volume? 20 million and we're at hour number one and a half or two and a half.
So 30 more minutes. three-year-old Tesla, 30,000 miles for 19k. Yeah, I think that'll be like 300 bucks a month to finance. That's why I'm like, at least you don't get to own it, but that's still stupid cheap for a Tesla Model 3. They always they've been getting cheaper, but like I'm saying, I remember uh when people were paying a lot of money for those.
Apple removes Siri management AI chief John Gandrea. Apple taps Vision Pro chief Mike Rockwell. Uh me will replace Rockwell as new vision pro head and Siri will now be overseen by software head. Yeah, they're recalling uh 46,000 Cyber Trucks due to exterior panel issues. I think prices might if the drama gets worse.
Like I'm saying, I made a video five years ago. This is how I bought one of my first Teslas. It was a steal cuz I just noticed it when Elon has to prove numbers to the stock market, he starts motivating sales. And I noticed this back in the day because all of a sudden there would be these random ass Teslas dirt cheap on the Tesla certified website.
So anytime delivery numbers are low and they need a boost, they usually start start them low. I see the pop. I'm looking at it. I'm looking for headlines. All I see is the Apple thing. You got a little pop and drop. Everything kind of moved. Even Apple. I have no idea what that was. Check even Nvidia too.
And remember big tech is the leader today although it is small. IWM wick. Yeah, everything I'm know. I mean, it's 12:05. A very odd time, too. Oh, Ira Jersey. I like this guy. Let me go pee. Follow me on Instagram at the trade in fraternity. Hopefully, you did a push-up. I need to do a plank and and things there.
And people look, we've had poor uh consumer sentiment numbers before and people are still spending money. So I do think that the hard data has to be more important and and I suspect that the markets will continue to focus more on the hard data than the surveys for now. But it's interesting Ian Lingan pointing this out that only two dots in fact made up the difference between the median dot implying a 50 basis points of cuts this year and 25 basis points of cuts this year.
Yet the market is pricing in perhaps even three at this point. Some parts of the market at least. Dyra, when does that come into synchronicity? Yes. So, that was an interesting move yesterday. So, if you go back and you look at the last two years of the Fed dots versus what the market was pricing, the mark the Fed had generally followed what the market was pricing and yesterday it did diverge from that just a little bit, not having a somewhat more dovish uh dot plot.
So, I I do think maybe there's an acknowledgement from some members of the Fed, and we'll obviously have a lot of Fed speak over the next two weeks that will kind of confirm this, but that there's a lot of Fed members who are thinking, hey, maybe we really aren't very restrictive right now. Um, which which we agree with.
We actually think that neutral on a nominal basis is only about 4%. So, you're only talking about one more rate cut to get to neutral. Um, but the uh but but I think a lot of members of the Fed are saying, "Well, we we are uncertain." And if we're uncertain, we're better off sitting on our hands, fighting inflation first, and then worrying about growth.
And they can especially do that because you still have an okay labor market. Labor market's not great by any stretch of the imagination. But it's also not deteriorating. You don't have sub 100,000 payrolls. You don't have unemployment rising significantly. So all of those things point to a hey, let's just stay the course for now until we get data that's significantly uh worse one way or the other.
Either higher inflation or uh much slower growth slowdown and poor jobs. So I hear what you're saying, Ira, but the Fed chair really did paint a picture of a kind of stagflationary environment yesterday. You know, downgrading growth expectations and, you know, definitely looking for a small tick up in unemployment.
It's not a great scenario. Can we avoid that with monetary policy? I don't think so because the Fed's fighting two things, right? They they are have to have have to figure out in a stagflationary type of environment which way they want to go. Um that being said, when you look at the SEP, yes, they downgraded their growth expectations.
They still don't see a recession or even zero GDP growth, right? So they still see positive growth. It's just much slower than it has been the last few years, but they do see that uptick in inflation, right? So nominal GDP. So if you add inflation to real growth, you wind up with around a 4% handle based on what the Fed said.
4% nominal growth is fine. And and that's uh so so I think that's one reason why the Fed is thinking that it can stay there. And keep in mind, Vonnie, how many times did he say uncertain that the outlook is uncertain? He hounded on that again and again and again. And I think that that's why if if things are uncertain, why change policy, right?
And I think that's one of the things I I know risk assets, so credit spreads and equities, they might not want to hear that because they abhore uncertainty, but when it comes to the Fed and Fed policy, I think that the the stay the course has to be always unless I've spoken to him. He was very respectful right now.
Um that that unless you see shifts that I think he just does his job, bro. He likes his job. Sure. And he also made sure that it wasn't just trade we were focused on that the net and I think he's good enough to not get fired and he doesn't say controversial policies is what we need on purpose and he knows how to say it the right way.
Continue to observe and what they say that is Ira Jersey with Bloomberg intelligence. I say I mean we have people in here who work for Bloomberg too but my whole problem isn't with everybody at Bloomberg. They actually have some really good talent there. It's the random people like even um Anna Wong from Bloomberg.
She's a very bright mind. Uh, I think of just their broader management and little liberal interns and But yeah, e other than that though, Ira, he's a he's a good mind for the bond market for sure. March Madness in seven minutes. Quick, log into your brokerage and place your bet. Wait, what? Yeah, log into your stock brokerage and place your bet on the basketball game.
Wait, you mean go on my stock account? But wait, with Yeah, but it has my 401k in it. Cool. You could transfer your available balance and who cares? Cuz if you hit the parlay, you could put it back into your 401k. Yeah. Wait, so you think so? I could trade options, crypto, sports betting, and 401k. Oh, okay.
It's Is it good to put all of those in the same place, you think? Yeah, totally fine. Sure, you won't have any negative temptation. There's no risk of any moral hazard with that setup. Oh, okay. Well, All right. How do I make a what's it called? You said make a bracket. Is that like a option spread or a bracket?
I I've heard of a iron condor. What's a bracket? Huh? Oh, and futures, too. Awesome. Wow. Nice. I just I'm waiting eventually. I'm I think I'm going to be able to get my hair loss pills from Robin Hood. So, I look forward to the day. This is exciting. Then you could sports bet, get your dick pills, trade futures, have a 401k, and then it's everything all at once.
That's all the real everything app right there, bro. Hell yeah. Mhm. Democratizing finance. Traders pair bets on Bank of England right cut. See 60% chance. Bro, he tried to say it. Vlad tried to tweet it and he was like, "Yeah, you know, we like but using info and finding out probabilities." I'm like, "You really trying to make sports gambling sound like some smart math right now?
That's cle That's clever, but just stop lying to the kids." That see, you know what I'm saying? I have no problem with gambling. I just don't like it when people lie about it. I don't know if you guys figure that out. I've said this for I have a old video calling out Tim Sykes and all those little hoes in Forex cuz I said it.
If you go to Vegas and you walk into a casino and you lose all your money, why would you be mad? You knew what it was. It was Vegas. It was a casino. It was a gaming table. But if you are putting people into a casino, but instead you're changing the front door and you're saying financial management, and you're hiding the fact that it's gambling.
And then they walk into this confusing casino. You take one turn and then it's all designed to keep you in there just like a casino. You see what I'm saying? So, just don't do that. That's the problem. I think you guys should be open and aware of what you're doing cuz if you lose money at a casino, you shouldn't feel bad.
But no one likes to be tricked into thinking that the casino is a safe place when it's not. playing playing poker is that's the best odds for gambling. But yeah, I would do DraftKings when I would get bored a couple years ago. That was always fun. But it made sport it made sports fun. That's the only thing I saw out of it is that you make a little play, bro.
like a little DraftKings. I will watch a game and I'm like, "Oh, Table tennis is the most gambled on sport. We're just just a new era, bro. Just a new era. You stopped doing options and allocated money to sports bets. I mean, I don't know if I should say congratulations or not, but either way, I I this is what I was telling people the other day at the beginning of the year, and I think this is solid advice because if you are not if you're going to run into options and not have a strict budget and you're going to let it get out of hand, you're going to blow your up, especially with this volatility.
ility. So, I just told people, man, get your long-term and that money you're wasting on options. You will be much more happier if you put it on something that you liked. Like, actually, don't get caught hating doing something that you hate. Because I'm telling you, if you gamble enough on the options and lose it, you're going to hate what you love.
You're going to hate being here. You're going to hate the stock market. you're going to get really frustrated with it when you're like, I should have just had a longterm. That's why I'm saying, keep your long-term. And if you notice you don't have a good control with the gambling, I legitimately think your life will increase if you just bought something you'd rather that brings you enjoyment.
So whether that's sports betting, a new car, food, I don't even know. But if you're not going to control and budget your short-term high risk, highreward plays, you're better off doing something that you enjoy. I really believe that. And I think you would you you would be a happier person and your life would be better.
You might even make more money because that will change your attitude. And then you would probably take advantage of your long-term even more. the 560. I haven't even really looked to be honest. I want the VIX. I like I like the VIX if you want downside. I don't know how the premiums are they all gapped.
I haven't looked since like 30 minutes ago because they all gapped up. No, there's still No, it looks it looks like that day. Remember, where you would get chopped up when every option looks the same? I don't like it at all. Yeah. No, it's a trap today. These ones want to move, but remember the other day when you have this big move and then it stays pinned, they're just going to chop you up until you move.
But yeah, I like the VIX better. I haven't I haven't made uh any play though. We got our free calls. I flipped small adobies. I flipped the pin duo duo. And then I have one more play I'm holding that I kept small. It went up for a little bit, but then it came down cheap. We'll do this. wait till the near the money becomes cheap because I'm telling you that out of the monies until we start like going crazy they're not going to hit but that's why too in this day all we got to do let's wait till the near the money becomes dirt cheap and then if we get movement there that'll be it otherwise we just burn a day and see but this looks like that other day where we got chopped up so I think I'm recognizing it earlier we hit our plays so far today so we'll be good if they go up if how the monies are working then God bless.
I'm just very cautious towards them. I mean you're right at VWAP now again bonds a lot of lot of big moves from postmarket yesterday pre-market the open now where we're at these aren't small moves. So I mean just take a look at the pricing right now like you're there's a lot baked into it. There's a lot of hangover from the last couple of days or literally last 24 hours.
Apple kind of does look like yesterday, huh? Little smaller than yesterday was like a repeat of the day before, but different. Tesla maybe. I have no idea what that was. I think I'm gonna make a play on it. I wanted one earlier. Then we did those rollovers. Tomorrow every option, every expiration will be huge.
But yeah, it is That's funny. I didn't see I didn't see this area. This is This is a very interesting thread. So, everybody who bought in Galveastston, Texas is trying to dump. But then look, this this is a terrible I've seen a lot of these though all over listed for one in June of 24 and then now it's at $799.
That's what I was telling homie yesterday, bro. Who was like who wanted that one house and I'm like let that dude you really want a deal, bro? Don't bail that guy out for a 10% discount cuz anybody trying to buy these houses and then flip them real quick, bro. If you don't have a good margin, it's not going to work.
Let's I'm trying to see. Is there more of these? I want more price history. Hey, I haven't looked into Galveastston. I didn't even think that was an area going crazy. Colt re Well, we'll see. I told I need to I need to get details, but I might have a Airbnb opportunity. Like I told you, I had some guy made me the weirdest offer ever and I don't believe him, but if he does, I could I might snag a bunch of cheap Airbnbs.
Not to buy them, but we're going to subleasase them. So, I pretty much have this guy trying to offer me several rentals that you can Airbnb for like a quarter of the going rent. And I'm very blown away by it. But that's why I said I said give me like two of them. I don't believe you. Uh but we're going to see if so.
If it works though, I'm I might give you guys some of them cuz he has them like in like three or four different states. I don't have anything in Louisiana. No, Apple is and Tesla. They already dumped prior. watch Nvidia but you are coming down a little bit. The wash sale rule just if you sell a stock within uh you buy and sell it in a certain amount of time it affects the cost basis.
So you might have taken a loss but if you flip it again and make a small gain for like tax recording purposes it shows up as a gain. So I would consult with your tax professional and they should be able to help you out with that. 566. You're going for it. Good luck. That put, Marcus, is that put you got good because Marcus called that out at the damn top.
That was a a beautiful one. I don't want to know if it actually made money. You sold it at the VWOP test, but did the you did option, right? Did it premium actually like juice? Cuz that was the good timing. It was kind of slow, but still three points. Small humble profits. Small humble profits. Hey, it's a win.
But good call out. All right, man. The postpowell digestion. What a day, bro. Do you not see this? As I was say, we ain't out of the woods just yet. And then again, the digital thing, you had Trump earlier. We're going to hear a little bit more, but you guys don't notice too, Trump's been oddly quiet.
So, in the middle of all of this, and we've been doing the detox, the best, all of it. Powell, they've been mad quiet. So, you have the looming tariffs, which is technically the next event. Everybody has Yeah. Donald Trump scheduled end of the day. Who signs the bills often adding trim? No, you're good.
You don't flex them. Even if you do flex them, it's you pay the plug. But that was a good call out. I I just remember you posting it literally right at the top. tomorrow I believe is a triple witching. It used to be quad witchings till they changed everything. But yeah, David Boeing came down. Is that MSTR?
Oh, they flipped. Did he speak yet at his little event? downhill. Well, we got a lot of ranges. So, 5676, this is one pretty much 72. If you don't hold that, you're going to go back to the 50s. And then we go back to the 30s. If you get to the 50s, then we're going to be talking about breaking 5600.
If you bounce off 72, 5700 is still in play. It might happen after the expiration, but either way, you just went through mad uncertainty. It still exists. It's lowering, but working your way out is going to just be a little bumpy. And that's what I was trying to communicate yesterday that although I think uncertainty has been lowered, it's still going to be a little bumpier.
Uh, someone tagged me on Twitter about Galveastston. Are you looking? I want to see it on Zillow. I didn't I've never heard I've heard of Galveistston, but I didn't know there was this uh wild pricing thing going on. Galveistston Gal Galveistston, Texas. Yesterday reports are bullish. Why aren't we gapped up?
That's exactly what I'm saying here. Everybody is looking for small I think you are right that you got bullish stuff, but you're wrong and expecting it to materialize instantly. And that's why we got to work our way out of this volatility. You had a catalyst to lower uncertainty, but it I mean, you're still in a correction after a lot of major moves.
So that's why it's really just do we get past the 200 day or not? Do we get a real bounce? Do we work out of this or do you run into the next problem before you get out of this? And then therefore that means well you're not out of it and you probably got a little bit more to go. Dude, there is a lot of houses on Galveastston.
Holy Let me check the red fin details. Oh, I have a property in San Diego. I don't know if any of you I was going to either wholesale it or buy it myself. And then you're dumping. Hold on. Remind me about that because if you're in San Diego and want it, I'll I'll wholesale it to you. Okay, you're getting a little bit more aggressive.
Nvidia, Monster, Apple, every single one of the big tech that was leading you is down. Remember, even Staples came down, but the spy was getting led by the by the non-equal weight today. That was those big tech names. Nvidia Green. There it is, Reggie. So I say if you get enough time on those those things hold not even enough time just closer to the money it holds.
Oh, Meta came down. Yeah. So I think we do come down I think we come down to 5652 and then I think it bounces. Otherwise if it breaks then we're going to get Not here. You already broke the 70, but the 50 level, this is where Powell started. This was the resistance from the other day. So, if we don't bounce like right right off of it, I think that's going to open up the the lower 5600s.
And yeah, now it's Euro close right now. So, let's see. And again, Europe was part of the problem today. NVS popping. Noartis be. I just I'm not buying in Galveastston. I just want to see I want to see the details of this. People are saying that it's dumping and it looks like there's a lot of inventory.
So, let me see. So, in Galveastston, Texas, there's 300 homes, 340 homes that have been on the market for more than 180 days. That's a lot. This guy's having an open house, It's been five months. What do you Are you doing open with me and just lower the price? He's like, "We got a open house." Oh, this one's weird.
But see, so this one, this is just the first one. So they bought this in 2012. They listed it at 719 in 2024, end of year last year. Couldn't lower the price, but I I didn't think this one this bad. So they barely lowered the price. But yeah, this one just sat there even on the water. It's not great of a beach or a town.
I didn't know you guys had beaches in Texas. It's amazing. All right. So, I don't know when this is updated. Oh, February 2025. So, they're going to update this in a month probably. But Galveastston so prices are a little higher from end of the year. They were plummeting into the end of the year. But ah where is it?
It's cooling market. Not very competitive sales to list of 5% below. There was it was showing me the supply. Yeah. Number of homes sold. you just have way way less home. How many homes listed? So, this is what I'm telling y'all. Median days on the market, let that sit if they're not lowering the price.
This is what every greedy person is going to have to go through. Is that now your houses aren't selling? This is what I mean by transferring to a sellers market to a buyer market. You see what I'm saying? But I want to see the supply. But yeah, that means houses are staying on the market average of 101 days.
That's insane. Median. That's just terrible. So that means you went from two years ago, you were selling a house in less than two, three weeks. Now that house is sitting on the market for a minimum of three months or average. That's nuts. I want to see uh see homes with price drops. Not as many. So, we saw more back in the day, but that'll be coming.
Interesting. And then market still lower. You got Euro close right now. That's just the red red fin data. Again, I've have a lot of old videos uh on the trading fraternity that have gone over that page. If you guys are interested in real estate, we have a lot of resources. Bitcoin, I don't know. Is the digital conference, is it playing out good?
Yeah, Bitcoin's actually into the lows. So if anything's kind of going risk off right now, it's them. Broadcom, they're already down two. They're doing that selloff again. All right, this was the first level. Like I'm saying, this is where you really got hyped up this morning. It's right below that other level we've been talking about the last couple days.
So again, I just watched 5652. So if we get here and don't bounce, I think it could turn really sour. But then if it bounces off there, you're just going to wider range, but you're just wasting your time. uneducated real estate agents shield the housing market. Yes, you you should blame them, not the $4 trillion of government demand and then lowering interest rates to zero.
So, I shield you the market at the right time. I feel like yes or no. And then I remember meet Kevin and Graham and every other YouTuber at 2021 with rates still at zero told you real estate was going to crash and I made a video saying everybody is lying about real estate and I told you to take advantage of the low rates and those prices.
Then you had two more years and then I told you when I was going to bonds. I told you when I was chilling and and like I've been saying now, just don't top tick a house, but there was a lot of things that went into it and people got greedy. So, do I think there is uneducated real estate agents? Yes, I do.
Uh, and I do think they probably led people to bad decisions. But do not underestimate the greed of people uh with what we've done. That's what I'm that you can't once everybody realized what was happening with real estate. It the and it started showing up in the media, everybody's just started getting really really greedy and then real estate got nuts.
Uh because I'm telling you, I've that's why you're having this slow problem right now because literally you have people who are legitimately listing their go look at Miami. Go look at Galveastston now. They're listing their houses at these high prices. They will not get them. And what are they? I know what I have.
And that's where we we're in like a weird middle now because everybody got the greed bug and now it hasn't fade. It's slowly fading away. But now people are realizing the market's not supporting that greed anymore. you need to wait out. I know what I have to I have to sell somewhere in the middle ground.
But yeah, not even capitulation. It's like a real correction back to uh that's why I'm saying like I like stable real estate. I've never I would have been all about real estate my whole life. I just got rewarded with this last couple years, but that's not what I wanted. Nobody, you don't want real estate going crazy like that.
I have built my life off of four to 5%. That's all you needed. And a couple of equity gains here and there, but 20% a year, 15% a year is insanity. And that's where we unfortunately the money supply, the rates, the demand, we got to come back to a more normal a normal real estate level when it's all said and done.
Well, yeah, that's the problem. You showed people doubling their houses in two years. So now you have a whole era of homeowners buying at a doubled price and now they're like, I'm going to double in four years. And it's like, no, you're not. You're going to get 5% if you're lucky, but now the interest rates are at 7, so you technically lost 2%.
You're stuck in your house forever. You have a decent rate. No, rent it out and then go rent wherever you want to live. That's it. Cuz if you have a good rate, a low price, you could rent it out even you could undercut every greedy bastard. rent it out at a fair price to somebody and then all of the rents are coming down now.
You could go rent a penthouse or wherever you want to live and boom, win-win. There's a time to plant and a time to harvest. Amen. You got pre-made meal, bro. Good, bro. It'll be good for you. Good for your health, too, man. Glad to hear. Nvidia plays massive outlay on US chips. They're doing that story on it.
A 5k loss because of repairs and maintenance. Yeah, we were just talking about that. That's why I was saying you that's what kills people on the first year of ownership. But it is good if you got if you secured at a good price. you live with your tennis. That could be tricky sometimes, but if it's working for now, Amen.
Okay, you're still coming back down. Just watch 56502. Oh, you're on year three. Oh, hell yeah. That's money. But I'll tell you now before it dumps. So, anybody in San Diego, I mean, I'm I might buy this myself or I have somebody I could wholesale it to. But I got a property yesterday. It's in a good area of downtown.
It's a two-bedroom condo. It's like 1,200 square ft. It's nice. It's really, really nice. And it has a view, right? The only problem is it has a code violation. So, you have to clear the code violation and then the property gains a lot of value. So, I could get it I think it's at five or 550 and then right now the condo you get rid of code violations, it's worth 800.
So, it's nice. That's it. It's just like I said, I have it secured really low. So, I'm just gonna wholesale it or I was going to buy it, remove the code, and then use it as an Airbnb. No, it's not structural. It's minor, but it'll just take some time. You got to deal with the state, get the code violation, you unlock two 300k in value.
But yeah, if you want it, you let me know. But I already have somebody who wants it, but I'll give it to a Chad for the same price or cheaper, but not much cheaper. How much? You need to You can't move into it till you clear the code. No one will loan you without the code violation. You need to clear the code violation to get a normal loan on there.
You see what I'm saying? So, you can't you can't you need hard money or cash to buy it. That's why I'm getting the deal because no no no conventional will qualify for it. No, just straight straight up homeboy is selling it. Code violation. He doesn't want to deal with it. Hasn't listed it yet. He's willing to let it go.
He's aware of the whole situation. He knows it's worth 800. He just doesn't want to deal with it. He wants to move out. Move out of San Diego. You can nonQM. It's up to you. That's what I'm saying. It just The real question is, do you want to deal with the code violation? The price is right. Everything works.
It all makes sense. That's why I'm saying it's a kind of an easy deal. It's in downtown. It's in like the nice part of downtown. It has a view. It has everything. It's is a top tier condo. just Okay, my uncle. Nice. Uncle Chad NIVA drop in and spy. Yeah, that's San Diego code violation. I'll have the full details today.
I'm getting it and inspected and all that. So, we have a little bit, but email me if you want it, but like I said, I don't I'm either wholesaling it or I'm going to take it. San Diego, California. Trading [email protected]. the marathon in San Diego. Am I going to run it with you? Oh, dude. I want to say yes.
I will. Can I like back out midway? I'll do like a mile with you. You know what I'm saying? I haven't I don't think I've ever done more than a mile uh in a long time. But I could do I could do like 10% of the marathon probably. Maybe 5%. Yeah. Can I jump in at the last mile? The last stretch. Trevor Hoffman closer.
You've done it with no train. Really, dude? Isn't it 26 miles or whatever? That's so insane. Yeah, I can't ghetto spread it, dude. I'm telling you, I I can't tell you the last time I ran more than a mile. Like ran too. I don't I don't even I've read more about Iran than than I ran myself. Hey man, I'll pull up.
I'll pull up for sure, but I'm I don't know. I can't guarantee my my involvement in a marathon. H E pop Hawaiian Electric. It's probably going to be something related to the deal. H E. Oh, I fat fingered. No, I did not. I literally bought one of them for 8 cents. Yeah, I think. No, I got two. It filled.
I thought it I don't know. That might not hit. I hate these electric plays with the fire. Trump is at three. We're going to hear more and then that's it. You can contact trading [email protected] about this San Diego uh property. Okay, it's going crazy. I have no idea what it is. Okay, they're already doubling.
It's only two and a half yet. Not crazy enough, but get ready. If it goes five, you might. But like I was saying, they're going through all that back and forth hoopla. You know what I'm saying? With the who has liability and whatnot. Yeah, they were the ones related to the Maui fire. That's what I'm saying.
It's probably going to be an update related to that and bonds. Well, I haven't looked at my email yet today. A home with unpermanent additions. I just got to disclose it. Some people will be down, some won't. But hopefully the city doesn't get mad at you. But usually it just kind of difficult to sell because if the person has a loan, they might not be able to get qualification.
Trevor Hoffman, baby. That's a real one right there. Okay, you are here. You got a little bit more for any of the danger zones. It's related. I'll let you know. We'll find out. We'll get all the details, see what's up. But it looked good. I liked it. That's why I was like, damn. But then again, this is what I'm saying.
Like, I'm just You guys should be getting real estate. I'm telling you, look into it. Cuz right now with the market, I'm not don't be a dumbass and like I'm saying, don't fall for the tricks and I'll help you. Like just cuz like don't try to buy the stuff that's still expensive and think you're getting a good deal, you know, because but I'm like there's some right there.
You're getting more motivated sellers now. There's people who are picking up on it and they're like, "Yeah, I want to get out now." And they're selling them at good prices. So again, you make enough money on the buy, you lock it in at a good price. That's going to be your cushion. So I've just been seeing them.
So I I hope you guys get out there and uh do it. All right, man. You're coming down now on this spy. It is good. I mean, you're at least following through to the upside, following through to the downside. The problem is though, the premiums still have a lot of hangover. But like I'm saying right here, 55 5652, that's your number.
you break or bounce from here. And that's where I think we really get the move. Tesla's a good long-term. You have 50K in a money market. So, how much of that 50K, what percentage is that of your account? But yeah, I like Tesla at $20. But I don't know. My political bias has gotten to me lately. So, I don't know.
Maybe I should say it and just buy it, right? cuz you don't know to trust me anymore because I make such bad decisions because of politics that I tell you what's going to happen before it even happens and before even the media pivots cuz they're all controlled and I'm so politically biased that no matter who the president is, my account goes down all the time.
So, I don't know if you could trust my this. Maybe I should buy Tesla on margin at the highest price possible. I don't know. But in all seriousness though, I don't I wouldn't be buying Tesla at these prices. I don't think it's the really the best. But if you have a lot of cash, let your portfolio give you the answer.
So, how much cash do you have? What percentage? If you have 50K in cash, what's the rest of your account? Because that's what we need to know to really get a better quality decision. They making uncle come out. No, I'm just not being like you guys. If this was like 3, four years ago, I'd be very humble about it and I'd be like, "No, no, no, be h I'd be nice.
I would be very nice and y'all would play me. So, I'm going to stand on the truth of what it is. I'm not trying to be an but I want you to know the reality so that you guys stop getting pulled off track and that's it. And I'm not going to stand on that's it. I will not tolerate BS. So, like I'm saying, the rules and what we're going on from Tesla to the long term, it's the same.
And that's why in this case, whether I don't care who the government is, I like Tesla. I think it's a good company. I don't like this price. And I'm not here to tell you to buy stuff because of other reasons. So, the real answer is always your long-term and then that cash balance and what it's what it is relative to what you have, you know, cuz I'm not the biggest fan of this.
Uh, but if I had a lot of cash, I would be going with like UPS or like Fizer, maybe you could snag some growth, but at this point, I mean, this one still in its own little world. It's a trade, not a long-term hold. I could agree with that until it gets to long-term prices, you know. But yeah, opt. Didn't he just get bought out?
Maybe I'm tripping. Is that the optic? Don't they have a eye drug? No. I have no idea what Ocean Power is. Sounds like I feel like this scammed me when I was seven or when I was like 14. I played like a desalinization penny stock. I got hustled. I was just a child, but I was trying to believe in the future.
Souk. What up, baby? Mim tariffs could put downward pressure on energy and reduce profitability of producers. There can be no question about our sovereignty or our border. Your penny stock holding the bag. It happens. It happens. Spy. I like it a little lower, but then again, I I'm waiting for a great play.
So, I see it, but I'm going five 5652. Otherwise, I ain't doing I already hit mine. Maybe we'll get it into it. But that I think either break down or bounce, but see if we get above 72 or not. It looks decent. And remember, you just had Euro close. So, a little extra residual sell if we are going to turn.
I mean, timing is right. BRK is a store of buying power. Just bonds are paying you 4% still. So you don't need any alternative. So what your problem is you're trying to find a store of value while being greedy at the same time. That'll kill you. Does that make sense? Maybe I'm wrong, but that's why I've noticed in life when people are like, I want a store of value, but they want like more like gains out of it.
They're not really looking for a store of value. They want to be safe and they want to hold it, but they still want that risk in a weird way. So, if you really want like a store of value, go to the bonds. Yeah. If you already have them, you go to money market. that's really is going to pay you yield and it's going to keep you there.
Otherwise, I'm not buying I can't buy anything at an all-time high and believe it's a store of value. That's even word to gold. They don't feel me, bro. Again, I'm in gold at $1,100 or something. But, you know, I can't I can't buy anything at an all-time historical high and thinking that it's storing my value.
I could only forecast that I'll probably have a third of that or I'll lose a third of it at some time until it goes up in the next five years. Yeah. So, if you already have big bar, you should just go for deep value. Go for Fizer or UPS. Not a recommendation. Maybe a target. I don't know the other diversity you have in your portfolio, but you don't need to store value.
You got 20% bonds. If you still have cash that you want to protect, then yeah, I would be doing that. Looking from perspective that Burke outperforms all bull market. Yeah, but you're making an assumption. So, in a weird way, you're trying to time the market crash without timing it. That's why I like my plan.
My plan focuses on diversification no matter what. That's why I'm buying value no matter what. But Buffett outperforms cuz he does what I do or I do what he does. I don't know which one happens first, but that's the that's why we're outperforming right now. So, and that's why I'm saying just in a weird way.
I think in the long run, you're better off focusing on your goal than focusing on fear or trying to get stabilization and gains at the same time. You already got good bonds. I don't know what else is in your portfolio, but so if that's the case and you want to make a move, again, buy the value names that are down because even if we have underperformance, those names might go down, but chances are they'll probably go up because they're already at their floor or near it.
But then again, you don't ever make that assumption either because that'll kill you, too. But that's kind of the way I'm viewing it. But I don't be careful. Alltime highs, store value, it sounds very contradicting to me. At what prices do you think Tesla is good at? $20. But who knows? If I see one more Fox article, maybe I'm down with 200, maybe 250, maybe 400.
Maybe I should just watch Fox and then believe it and not think for myself and get so politically manipulated that I just buy it right after the election and I ignore all all functions of value. So assuming that doesn't happen, $20 is my target. I've said for years years, you stupid mother. I'm about to crash out, Chad.
I'm going to rip them apart. You know that? That's it. All you little Twitter That's it. I'm just going to rip you apart with facts, my brother. I I'll do it on FO. it. I won't make you guys listen to it. How long would it take? Uh, you never know. That's the thing. It may my whole thing with a lot of it and I hope you guys uh could join me on this.
The point is it doesn't really matter what happens. So, I have been surprised in the market. I've seen Meta go to $90 and I bought it. That's and nobody thought that would happen. But the whole point is I don't know how long it'll take, what it will do. I'm not wasting my time or energy on these fantasies.
All I know is if it becomes a good value, I'll take it. But in the meantime, if I miss out on it, I don't give a at all. And that's where the thing I hope you guys start to pick up on. Take what's good when you could get it while it's good. You can't buy China now. Go buy the other value. And then if but you need to be okay missing out on it.
You know what I'm saying? Because that's my point with Tesla. I think it's a great company. I think it's the best EV company. I would never buy it with this valuation. I can't. Why? Because I think my money is better used in other places. And that's what I've shown over the last half a decade. That's why I've bought everything but Tesla.
Because I think I could have moved my money and gotten way better stuff. Now granted, I missed out in some areas, but I made it in others like Meta, uh, or other assets you could think of. So, the whole point is I don't know if if or when it goes to 20, if it gets to a fair value, I would love to become a shareholder.
If it doesn't and it goes up and goes back to $500, I don't mind. I'm not I don't feel like I I'm a loser if that happens. I I'm still going to win. And that's kind of how you should set yourself up is where you don't need it. If it adds to your life, great. But it's it's I don't need to hinge anything on Tesla.
And nothing is I will never have my portfolio or my potential gains. That's nothing's tied to it. I don't need to worry about it. It's like going to this store and wanting beef, but it's a,000 a pound. Chicken is exactly. And there you go. And I don't know when it'll come down, but the price of beef came down, I'll buy it.
But if the price of beef goes up to 2,000, I'm not going to be like, "Oh, I'm not going to have a steak anymore. I'm just going to really enjoy chicken." You know what I'm saying? Like, I don't know, man. We didn't grow up with much, but it applies to stocks, food, and everything, I feel like. But yeah, I'll just learn to love the value, baby.
You're not going to have steak anymore? I mean, not for this period. No, but I'm sure one day I'll get a steak. You know, something funny about life. It's always happened that way. You know that I've always the things I thought I'd never have. I had an opportunity. And you may think that's just me, but I think it applies to you, too.
with enough patience and time before but you'll be surprised what what you'll be able to get that you thought you couldn't have absolutely had some beef seasoning now you talking see what's up Man, that's what I was telling you guys. I'm like, I don't know, man. Even with some of this stuff and they're like eggs, the price of this.
I'm like, why don't you guys just substitute it? I don't know, man. And then, all right, you're getting a little bit of hold here. I like the move here. I still I just don't want to risk it. I think it's a decent bounce opportunity, but I I need 5652. But post Euro currencies, other things stabilizing, Bitcoin really took a little bit of risk off there.
So then, yeah, we'll see where we go. I think I have a old video on REITs, but I don't I like them. We own a couple of them, but at the end of the day, I am uh I think when it comes down to the REITs for right now, you had a good signal with bonds yesterday. If you want to frontr run it, you can, but you just wait till bonds stabilize, then REITs will be good.
But I like REITs. They're just they they're not going to grow as much as you think. We just got lucky with IRM. Uh but it's a great great yield, stable, good industry. It's good. I mean, it just stable and safe unless bond volatility occurs. That's why I'm saying wait till we lower that and then I think we'll be good to go.
Bullish on any other EV companies? Not at all. I that's why that's my dilemma because I genuinely believe Tesla is the best EV company but I would never buy it at this valuation and I've stood by that for years. I've gone when the liberals supported Elon I fought them when the liberals hated Elon. I fought them when the rep all of them I have st I've been the same this whole time you guys.
So yeah I think it's the best EV company in the world. I would never buy it at these crazy valuations, but I think every other EV is I think Rivian at like five or$10 dollars for parts. That could be a decent buy like Red Fin, but I don't like the China EV. I wouldn't trust them. That's why I bought like Ali.
It's already one thing to trust China, but you should have been buying Baba and China Tech really. But other than that, I think Tesla's the one. Uh, but it just needs to come to a good price. Rivian at 10. I need to check. It's either 10 or five or two. No, no. I think it was $2. I think I need Rivian at $2.2 billion valuation.
I would just put half a deposit just to own it just cuz I think the funding it gets is good is worth $2 billion, but never at 20 or 40 billion. That's insane. Dashar, what up, Greg? All right, I'm gonna go to the bathroom. Follow me on Instagram at the tradein fraternity and it's already done. All right, BB federal assistance that go to students with disabilities, for example.
And just to put a finer point on it, I wanted to add that even with this executive order, we really have already seen this White House take that unilateral action when it comes to slashing slashing the department already. for example, last week uh cutting about half of the federal workers uh that are already there and cancelling some of the releases in regional offices across the country.
Tyler, thanks so much for being with us. Mick Mulaney, former congressman. You will now join us to talk with us a little bit about the Department of Education. Yeah, just just getting rid of it. I I'm in. Count me in. Where do you want to start? But as a former congressman, can we count you in? I mean, in terms of Congress, do you think it'll be an easy road?
Do you think they'll say, "Okay, it's just a dismantling." What do they do? No, they'll never get rid of it uh because it's statutory and they'll never change the law. So, what you're seeing the administration try to do is do as much as they possibly can within the current executive authority. That parallel I draw, Julie, is back in I think it was 2018 when I was running the CFPB, we did a deep dive on what authority I had as a director and what authority the president had.
And we were pretty sure we didn't have the authority to shut the place down and cease to be, okay? But we were pretty sure the president had the right to tell people to go home. Had to pay him, okay? And the and the thing had to continue to exist, but we could not sort of get rid of it entirely. And that's what you're seeing, I think, in the Department of Education, which is a dramatically stripped down version because they can't get rid of it entirely because it's in statute and the statute's not going to change.
Solen McMahon, I guess, will still have a job by this is done technically, maybe not coming to spend a lot of time at work. Thanks for coming back, Nick. Of course, your history as chief of staff. Kaylee does look different today. I I can play both roles the best I can. Um, OM, all of your your whole resume kind of ties into your view on this when it comes to the idea of executive authority and what might be left.
The fact is though, the narrative changed a little bit. It went from shutting it down to Pell Grants and other student loans actually having a home at the Department of Education instead of saying putting them under Treasury. Um, this is a smart development in your view. It's it's a Listen, I think they're trying to get their feet under them.
I know what they'd like to do, which is just blow the place up and be done with it and not not spend any money with USAD. Exactly. But I think they're just trying to figure out, okay, we we we we can do something. We can't do everything we want to. What's that happy medium? And I I listen I think on on the on the hierarchy of things that conservatives object to about the Department of Education, the fact they're a pass through for funding to the states is probably really really low.
Every one of these members of the House and the Senate obviously are from a state and the state probably its first or second largest line item in its budget after Medicaid is going to be K12 education or higher education. So they want the money, right? They just don't want the federal interference. So, I think they're trying to figure out a way to accomplish that within the confines of the current law.
How what's the time frame on this? Like, does it need to be done quickly with the new president coming in in such a short period of time saying, "We need to do this. I want to do this." I mean, you've seen it. You've seen how quickly everything is happening. Yeah. Well, it doesn't need to be done at all.
I think what you're trying to see is this is this I think is the private sector CEO influence in the White House right now, which I include Donald Trump in that, but you also got Witoff and Bessant and and Elon Musk, which is if you're going to do the unpopular stuff, if you're going to do the hard stuff, if you come into you're a new CEO in an operation, you got to do a turnaround.
Do the hard stuff first. Okay? And I think that's what you're seeing. We had a pretty robust Oh yeah, I was muted. I said I actually agreed with that. I was like, "Yeah, what he said, do the hard stuff first." I actually I agree with that. He's right. This is from Michael Hartnett. I told you guys six months ago, and this is what he said.
remember like inflation or you know cutting government spending is political suicide. I said this six months ago and this is from Michael Hartnet. This was not my original idea. This is what people were already talking about. This is if you know politics the background the way we have shifted. If you have a policy of lowering spending it is very unpopular.
And in a weird way, inflation was so high, I think Elon and Trump, people embraced it and then they started manufacturing this weird Tesla movement or whatever it was. But the whole idea is that you should do the hard stuff first. I agree with that. But don't forget, when was the last time you have seen a political party run on not spending money?
I'll wait. Most of you haven't seen it in your whole life. And even then, you were probably too young to even remember it. This is You haven't seen this in a long, long time. What do you mean a political party and a political winner telling you we're not going to throw money around and try to buy policy or buy, you know, again, the stuff that because think about it, you could buy that's it.
You throw enough money at it, you could get what you want. uh you know, where you could at least simulate it for a little bit, but it's it's it's unpopular. That's why it's like, you know, they kind of need to succeed at this, but if they're going to do it, this would be your chance. If you have people supporting it, but now that's why you're getting a lot of push back.
But I say give it six months a year. If we start to watch the progress, I think people might like it or we're we're going to watch it backfire. So, we'll see. Okay. Well, Chad, I think it's time I think it is time. God bless America. God bless the Chad. I wish you the best of luck. Remember the point I told you 5752.
Otherwise, don't get scammed. I will be back by power hour. But now we go to Jesus and Life Talks for $4.99. Mhm. And that way it's $4.99. So you can't try to get me to talk how you want me to talk or do what you want me to do and then try to put Jesus at the end of it and make me bend to your really convoluted will.
That's why. So I'd rather be a hypocrite than ever have to do that. So $4.99 it is. Amen. Amen, baby. So, I will see you there. God bless America and I'll be back around power hour. If you want to join, you should join. Make the most of it. And peace.
