Good morning. Reggie Empire back at you. And the question about this video is about is SpaceX profitable or is SpaceX overpriced? Hmm. Y'all want to hear my opinion or you don't care? I think SpaceX is overpriced. We're going to go over the market reaction, analyst opinion, Musk vision, expansion plans, macro geopolitical angles, and the bigger picture.

But I want to read some key highlights right here. Musk right here. Musk said on social media posts on X that SpaceX revenue might be able to top $1 trillion by 2030. Is SpaceX profitable right now? They're only They're only making money through uh Starlink right now. Right here. Musk Musk number was three times as high as Morgan Stanley.

All right. Here. Here. I'm sorry. I want to go right here. Key to growing sales will be orbital AI data centers which SpaceX plans to start deploying in 2028. SpaceX terrestrial data centers which were owned by xAI before it was merged with SpaceX in February are renting out computing space to Anthropic and Google for billions of dollars a month.

Pretty much he wants to control the internet. Musk is helped by the broader market, which rallied after the US and Iran said they had agreement, which is true. Apparently, as you see these oil prices, these no vacation, we have a peace agreement with Iran. Supposed to be signed on June 19th, and that's why the market is rallying right now.

Congratulations. We need I mean, I hope this I hope this peace deal sticks. Right here. Now, Cathie Wood's right here. Ark investor, Cathie Wood, is right here. Is one investor who bought into SpaceX on Friday. Her investment management firm, Ark Investments, which is an ETF, they bought 3.3 million shares across four exchange-traded funds.

The position was valued at $534 million. Ladies and gentlemen, so here we go. Let's hit these highlights really quick. Market reaction, SpaceX stock jumped 6% pre-market trading, reaching to $170. Here's the thing, it IPO'd at 135, but by the time it was offered to the retail investors, it was like at 160 something.

Is that fair? Mhm. IPO price at 135, opened at 150, and closed at 161, a 19% surge. The debut pushed SpaceX valuation past two trillion dollars, making it one of the most viable companies in the world. Are you serious? I'm not a hater. You mean to tell me on IPO day, this company is in the top 10 already?

And this is a pain. CFR F. C F R A. Sell rate 12 months, target 115. They're already targeting the stock down already. These guys right here valued at $63, calling the stock overvalued. New Street Research, more bullish, target 165. Financial and operational highlights, right here. Let's just do this.

Q1 capital expenditures, 10.1 billion. More than double than last year. Most for AI infrastructure, which is good. CapEx spending, right? SpaceX lost nearly $5 billion in 2025. First day of trading volume, 50 million plus shares, nearly matching Facebook's 2012 debut. Impressive, y'all. Very impressive.

All right. Musk vision and expansion plans. Musk says, okay, I got to put some eye drops in. One second, you guys. Hold on. All right, back at you. So, here we are. Musk said right here. Musk says SpaceX been cash flow positive since 2015. Plans include a 100,000 satellites for global communication, AI data centers in space, and continuous Starlink expansion, reusable rockets, fleet scaling.

Macro geopolitical end goals. We're almost done, ladies and gentlemen. Jefferies estimate that global space economy at 600 billion, growing to 1.8 trillion by 2035. US government accounting for 60% of global space spending. Space Force budget jumped 40% year-over-year to 40 billion dollars. SpaceX is NASA's number two commercial contract with 2.1 billion in 2025 contracts.

But, they lost nearly 5 billion dollars in 2025. The big picture. Here we are, ladies and gentlemen. SpaceX IPO is the largest in history at 75 billion. The company is now deeply tied to US government space strategies. Investors are split. Bull case, unmatched scale, government reliance, Starlink growth, Musk track record.

Base case, extremely extreme spending, unproven tech goals, valuations far ahead of fundamentals. See, all this is just like, okay, we want to launch 100,000 satellites and build data centers in space. Sounds like a great plan. But it's a plan right now. There's a lot of hurdles in between to justify your market cap valuation.

And here we are. So, that's pretty much the gist of it. SpaceX remains an expensive stock trading about 33 times estimate in 2027. Sales are 93 times estimate 2027 earnings before interest and taxes, depreciation and amortization, etc., etc. So, with all that said, that's the end of the video. Drop a comment down below as in would you buy SpaceX?

Do you think SpaceX is overvalued? Or you I'm waiting until SpaceX comes back from the moon and comes back down to Earth for refill before I even think about jumping in. Or I'll just purchase ARK or ETF that already has SpaceX in it. Well, I'll say y'all be blessed. If you like the videos, hit like and subscribe.

And if you like the video, please share it if your friends, too. With all that said, y'all be blessed. Graffiti Empire out. Holler at y'all. Woo.
