A new company wants to buy 42,000 Bitcoin, inspired by Michael Saylor, and Larry Fink warns that the dollar is practically finished, while at the same time there is an insane prediction for Bitcoin that could come true very soon. Let's talk about all these things now; all the details are in the video.

Larry Fink recently reiterated that the US dollar is practically finished if the US doesn't get its debts under control . And when BlackRock said that , I thought it was absolutely terrible, but now you hear it constantly in the crypto space and I wonder if it's just a trend because people are worried about the future.

And to be honest, many are currently discussing what is happening in the crypto space in relation to the things that are happening in the world, and are connecting several points here. Namely, that something crazy is about to happen , but crypto will still perform extremely well. And what I also find really interesting is that everyone is suddenly super optimistic again.

I have no idea where that comes from. For months, the cry was, " Oh no, what's happening to the market ?" But now we are back in the phase where everyone is saying Bitcoin will reach at least $250,000 per Bitcoin this year. We hear this number again and again. But now some are going a few steps further.

The numbers may make sense , but it's still crazy how one new analyst after another claims that gold is finished and the US dollar doesn't have much time left to exist. For example, Joe Burnett, head of market research at Unchained. He recently stated on a program that, based on current market conditions, i.e., general uncertainty, Bitcoin will rise to $1.8 million per coin in less than 10 years .

In less than 10 years. of course, roughly in line with other predictions, such as those by Cathie Wood, among others. The idea is that Bitcoin could reach one million dollars by 2029 to 2031 . Burnett says that three years later we would be at 1.8 million. He presented two pricing models. He calls the first model the parallel model, which states that Bitcoin will reach $1.8 million per coin in under 10 years.

Do you know what will happen if Bitcoin really reaches one million dollars per coin? Can you imagine what people who don't own Bitcoin will do? What if all other asset classes crash against Bitcoin? When Bitcoin reaches 1 million, people will go crazy. We do n't know when it will happen, but it will definitely happen, simply due to supply and demand.

Governments are already buying Bitcoin. Do you understand what that means? If even one government were to buy Bitcoin , that would be huge, but 15 governments, 15 central banks, 26 US states potentially, that's not really speculative anymore. It just happens. And the only question is whether you're on the boat or not.

You need to learn about Bitcoin, learn about crypto. And if you want to do this with me, . The US plans to buy another 800,000 Bitcoins. We are now reaching a point where one Bitcoin will soon be worth $1 million . Then half a Bitcoin is worth more than a house. By 2040, a quarter of Bitcoin could pay for a three-room house.

And why will this happen faster and faster? We can see this very well in the example of Jack Mallers. He recently spoke in an interview about a new company that plans to buy 42,000 Bitcoins soon. Company 21, where he is a co-founder. And we need to know, Jack Mallers has been working with Tether, with the Tether Group, for over a decade .

And it all came about, inspired by Bitcoin pioneers like Michael Saylor and public companies that acquire Bitcoin. Unlike other companies that switched to Bitcoin late, 21 was explicitly built for Bitcoin. The goal is to generate Bitcoin products, cash flows, and a growing Bitcoin holding per share to offer investors dynamic Bitcoin exposure.

Jack Mallers highlights two new key figures: BPS, or Bitcoin per share, and BRR, Bitcoin return rate. His task as CEO is to continuously increase the BPS value, for example from 0.05 to 0.06 Bitcoin per share, through operational business, acquisitions and capital market activities. Unlike static Bitcoin ETFs, 21 is an operating company that aims to enable investors to grow their Bitcoin wealth, measured in Bitcoin of course, not in fiat money.

Regarding the topic of raising capital, Jack Mallers explains that 21 will raise capital via stock exchanges in order to acquire Bitcoin in a way that increases the value for shareholders . The rule is that every financing round must increase BPS, never decrease it. Private investors could participate via stock market trading, and when asked why one should prefer 21 to an ETF , Jack Mallers referred to the dynamic nature of the company.

While ETFs are static Bitcoin holders, 21 actively works to increase the Bitcoin holdings per share through business activities, and this is a unique value proposition for Bitcoin-oriented investors. Let's take a look at the interview. Jack, when did this idea come about? The founding story. So I co- founded the company together with the perpetrator.

I would say I have known the group of perpetrators for over a decade. Over 10 years ago, there simply weren't as many Bitcoiners. We worked together a lot in El Salvador and so on. We were so inspired by Michael Saylor and all the public companies that are acquiring Bitcoin. But I would say that in recent years this inspiration has transformed into what we saw as an opportunity and a market gap that we could exploit.

Namely, to bring blue-chip credibility and startup potential . We believe we can raise enough capital , large enough to win. We are small enough to grow. A purely Bitcoin business. Many of these companies are shifting from an operational business. They are rebranding, changing their name. They sell video games to buy Bitcoin or sell medical equipment.

And we are a company built specifically for Bitcoin. We will develop Bitcoin products, generate Bitcoin cash flow, and offer shareholders Bitcoin growth per share; this will be the best way for investors to gain Bitcoin exposure in the public markets . Jack, I believe, off-camera, just before we started, you used the word vehicle, a vehicle for Bitcoin.

I think a reasonable question people have is what the CEO of a new company whose mission is to accumulate Bitcoin does on a day-to-day basis. What exactly will you try to manage or achieve? Yes, so for all Bitcoiners out there, we encourage you to check out our submission. We have introduced two new key performance indicators for the public markets .

One of them is BPS, which stands for Bitcoin per share, as opposed to earnings per share, and the other is BRR, which stands for Bitcoin yield rate. And my task, and what I stand for, for our shareholders, whom we view similarly to our customers , is to increase our Bitcoin per share. So we are an operational company.

And if you buy one share of 21, hypothetically speaking, we intend our Bitcoin per share to be, say, 0.05. Our goal is to increase that to 0.06 Bitcoin per share, 0.07 Bitcoin per share . With a vehicle like an ETF, your exposure is static. So, 21 is an operational business and we will build Bitcoin products, Bitcoin operational cash flow and then use the capital markets to profitably increase Bitcoin on our balance sheet.

We want our shareholders to become richer, in Bitcoin terms, and our metrics encourage the market to view us not in fiat terms, but in Bitcoin terms , because we are not here to beat the market. We are here to create something new and encourage the world to embrace Bitcoin in a way we believe it has n't yet.

But Jack, you already have a Bitcoin product, and that's Strike. Yes, and it 's the place where people can buy, sell, and store their crypto. Will you continue to run this business ? I am the CEO of both companies. Today at Strike, we're actually releasing some of our financial data. Also, Strike is immensely profitable.

We have an EBITDA margin of over 20% and a gross profit margin of 85%. We only have 75 employees. So, on a gross or net profit basis per employee, we must be one of, if not the largest, companies in the Bitcoin sector in this respect. And so it's an incredibly strong business. It's going well. I am so proud of our employees and investors, and grateful for our customers.

And Caroline, you can just do things. And I will manage both companies. I truly believe that my purpose on this planet is to give Bitcoin a chance to change the world in the direction I believe is right. And I think that both Strike and 21 are working towards that independently . Jack, you have plans to raise capital.

And I assume you want to raise capital not just once, but over time , right? How will this work in practice? What mechanisms will you use? And many people who watch the show ask, if they are not registered institutional investors, how can they participate? Yes, for a moment I thought you were going to offer me some money to buy Bitcoin.

Absolutely not. Absolutely not. I'm just kidding. Answer my actual question. No, absolutely. So, listen, we're hoping to get our shares listed. On a stock exchange under the ticker XTbacks. Today we trade under the name SEEB; what Caroline mentioned is our Cantor Equity Partners. And this stock is being traded live today.

If it is successfully merged upon completion , it will be XXN. We intend to raise as much capital as possible to acquire Bitcoin. Once again, my only rule for my shareholders is that it will increase value. Our Bitcoin per share will grow. We will never have negative Bitcoin per share. At least that is our intention.

Our intention is to ensure that if you are a shareholder of 21, you will become wealthier in Bitcoin terms. And that is my job as CEO, to deliver. So we are raising capital in all possible sectors and are working to truly integrate Bitcoin and incorporate it into the traditional financial system, in order to provide a strong stock for the public markets for Bitcoin.

The price is a selling point compared to ETFs, because they have developed this idea over the years and since then there are not only strategies to invest in or blocks, but you can also get spot Bitcoin ETFs. What is the advantage? In fact, a viewer from Bloomberg asks how one can have more bits than an ETF.

Correct. OK. So, I need to make it clear that I'm not preaching a future that I can promise. This is hypothetical, and that is our intention. My lawyers say somewhere that this is our man, right? But our intention, Caroline, is that if you buy one share of 21 and let's say that's 0.005 Bitcoin per share.

We go out intending to close deals, develop products, add Bitcoin to our treasury, to the point where you receive a press release and say, wow, Bitcoin per share of 21 has increased from 0.05 to 0.06. I've just received more Bitcoin exposure. I have become richer in Bitcoin terms simply by being a shareholder of this company.

An ETF is not an operating company. You know, EBIT does n't increase your Bitcoin exposure. It is a static exposure through its safety device. While we are a company, and I am a CEO, I get up and work every day to grow. How much Bitcoin your share represents in our balance sheet. That's the big difference.

We must understand that Bitcoin is the only absolutely scarce asset in the world, no matter how much energy, money, or intelligence is invested in it. There will only be 21 million coins, and people forget that. The number of coins on the exchanges decreases, and we say , oh, that doesn't mean anything, but who's buying them anyway?

Blackrock, MicroStrategy, institutions, the USA, and no matter how much you shout and draw people's attention to it, and no matter how much panic there is, the rich just keep buying Bitcoin. The machine runs whether you like it or not, and if you get annoyed in the future because you don't have enough satoshis, you can't just yell at your screen to make more.

The era of ownership is already over, and now there's even less than before, because do you know who Bitcoin miners sell to, for example? Central banks, BlackRock, and so on. How do we know that? The companies have said they buy up all new coins that appear on the market. Retail investors, i.e., individual investors who are constantly panicking , are selling their shares in BlackRock, for example.

No matter what you do or say, Bitcoin will remain limited, whether you like it or not. Bitcoin has outperformed everything in 15 years , despite 10 years of hyper-speculation, and do you know how to get out of speculation? By governments buying it, embracing it, and using it in trade. And here comes the mild dystopia: Cryptocurrencies will become even more popular in the future if people lose their jobs.

In 10 years or less, artificial intelligence will likely do every office job for $100 a year, and robots will take over manual labor. Intelligence and automation will change everything, no exceptions. The solution: Companies that cut jobs should be taxed in order to compensate those affected with a few hundred dollars a month .

And clearly, that means many will pump their money into crypto as soon as they realize that their old income will be gone. The world is moving rapidly; online banking, self-driving cars, drones, automated airplanes – everything will then take place without humans. Even garbage collection and deliveries will very likely be done by robots in the future .

If you don't realize that tokenization and blockchain are the future , you're missing out. Wealthy people are already buying and hoarding Bitcoin, Ethereum, and XRP. Think further ahead, 100 years ago people woke others up with sticks at the windows, today your phone, watches and so on do that. And we must understand that every innovation causes chaos.

And now we are on the threshold where automation will turn everything upside down. If rich people own all the land and most of the cryptocurrencies, what's left for you? Start dealing with it now , otherwise you'll fall behind and regret it later.
