This is not financial advice. This is not legal advice. This is me just giving you guys an update on the Supreme Court lawsuit. Um I sent the additional half of the payment to the Supreme Court printers. So, they are paid in full. I want to thank all you guys that you know that donated to the cause.
And hopefully I believe it's going to get done printing tomorrow. And then on Wednesday they're going to send it out to the United States Supreme Court and to Robinhood, DTCC, FINRA, Ken Griffin, and Citadel. Okay? They all will be getting a copy. And hopefully hopefully the Supreme Court decides that it's an issue that has national significance.
And if the Supreme Court decides that this case has national significance, guys, this could change the entire landscape. And And I know it it might sound a little crazy to to some people that a a small tiny lawsuit against bad actors naked shorting AMC had the potential to to change the way the courts function and change the way these bad actors [clears throat] manipulate our stock market.
Because if the Supreme Court decides to rule in our favor we get the case back to the District Court. We get the blue sheets. We get the trading history. We get all that electronic mail, all that dark pool stuff, all the orders. Guys, we, in my opinion, in my opinion, we have an opportunity to change the way the market is run.
Okay? We have an opportunity to make the stock market more transparent and more fair to retail investors, pension funds, and institutions that follow the rules. Because if we are successful in Supreme Court and these guys have to turn over all that trading information, all those electronic messages in federal court, you know what's going to happen?
The SEC, the DOJ, the FBI are going to step in. They're going to be forced to step in and hold some bad actors accountable and maybe, maybe even change the rules to make the market more fairer and more transparent for retail investors. Okay? I believe that Adam Aron should have went after these guys.
AMC should have went after these guys cuz what they have been doing to us for the last 5 years is unconscionable. Okay? Unconscionable. But we got the case in Supreme Court. Hopefully it'll get redistributed to chambers again. Hopefully, they will vote in our favor. And if they do if they do we have the potential to change how the United States stock market is run and make it more transparent and make it fairer to retail investors, pension funds, and institutions that follow the rules.
And and possibly possibly get reimbursed for some of of our losses. Okay? Anyway, please leav it's great that there's a possibility that we could change how the United States stock market is run. Anyway, have a great day. God bless, and I appreciate y'all on this journey with me.
