02. Guys, I have great news when it comes to the lawsuit against Ken Griffin, Robinhood, DTCC, FINRA, and Citadel. We are now in the Supreme Court of the United States of America. The docket number is 257006. And we are hoping that the Supreme Court hears the case because we need justice in the United States stock market.

03. But this case that I got into the Supreme Court of the United States of America, it goes beyond beyond just our case and the stock market, and I'm going to tell you guys why. What the courts ruled, okay, let me let me back up a little bit. In the federal court system, you have timelines, okay? You can do this within this time, you can do this within this time.

04. The defendants, Ken Griffin, Citadel, DTCC, Robinhood, FINRA, they were ordered to go to trial with me. We were ordered to mediation. We were ordered to start discovery, and you know they don't want discovery. They don't want to turn over that trading history. They don't want to turn over those blue sheets.

05. So, what they did was they filed a motion to dismiss the case while we were headed for trial. That is never allowed. Once discovery starts, once discovery starts in a case, it's too late to file a motion to dismiss. But they filed it, and the judge allowed it to happen. I appealed it to the court of appeals in the 11th circuit, and you know what?

06. They agreed with the lower court. They agreed with the lower court that you can file a motion to dismiss days before you're supposed to start trial, right in the middle of the discovery process. And the reason why this goes beyond the stock market, beyond our case, is because this sets bad precedent.

07. This ruling by the 11th circuit, which no other circuit made a ruling like this, this this gives the appearance that mandatory federal rules don't apply to large financial institutions, okay? And that's why I believe the Supreme Court will hear the case and grant cert because you have the 11th circuit making a ruling that all the other circuits are against.

08. None of the other circuits in the federal courts have ruled that you can file a motion to dismiss 2 and 1/2 years after the time to file the motion has expired. And because the district court allowed it, the a court of appeals affirmed it, I filed the case in the Supreme Court, and I want the Supreme Court to decide whether or not large financial institutions like Citadel, like FINRA, like DTCC, like Robinhood, are exempt from mandatory federal rules.

09. And the thing about this case, you it was indexed on GovInfo, which means that other plaintiffs, other defendants are going to be citing Donahue George V. Ken Griffin to justify filing late motions. So, what what this case does, and I want you guys to think about this, you've done everything, you're about to go to trial, you start trial next week, and then the the plaintiff or the defendant can file a motion to dismiss and stop trial.

10. That's how crazy this ruling was. I mean, this ruling went totally contrary to every other federal circuit. So, this is considered a circuit split. It's considered a circuit split. And hopefully the Supreme Court steps in and resolves this issue. And here's the thing, here's why it's great for us. If the Supreme Court steps in and resolves this issue and tells the 11th circuit that federal rules are mandatory, and that large financial institutions are not exempt from mandatory federal rules, we get back to district court, we get our hands on the blue sheets, we get our hands on the trading history, we get our hands on those electronic messaging, we get a lot of information that they didn't want me to get.

11. But guys, I keep my foot on their neck. I keep utilizing all the tools that the courts afford me in order to get justice for retail investors, pension funds, and institutions that follow the rules. And guys, this is just the tip of the iceberg. This is just the tip of the iceberg. There're going to be more lawsuits incoming because these criminals don't stop.

12. Every single day they're engaging in fraud and corruption. They're stealing from retail investors, pension funds, and institutions that follow the rules, and the SEC, the DOJ, the FBI is fully aware of what they're doing, and they're doing absolutely nothing about it. Anyway, leave me some comments, tell me what you think.

13. Are you guys surprised that the case against Ken Griffin, Citadel, Robinhood, DTCC, FINRA is now in the United States Supreme Court? .
