01. Tom Lee on July 1st said Ethereum is the new Bitcoin. Now Tom Lee used to be all in on Bitcoin and Bitcoin only, but all of a sudden he's flipped the script and now he's talking about Ethereum. Well, in the last 20 days, you guys know what Ethereum has done. Uh it has absolutely exploded. And ETH, you know, back on July 1st was uh kind of struggling, right, to say the least.

02. We were down at 2400 basically, give or take. We were hovering there with no signs of movement. Now we're up 56% in the last month. We were up over 3,800 earlier today, sitting just shy of 3,800 right now. And Tom Lee recently just had some new things to say. I'm going to play you guys the clip right now in this video and then we're going to respond and react to it.

03. Uh, so guys, check this out. I'll be back in less than two minutes. Listen closely. So, I think in the near term, our technical strategist, Mark Newton, thought we could be seeing 4,000 before the end of the month for Ethereum, but that's not where it peaks. What's your price target for ETH as we head into the second half of the year?

04. Our price objectives at Fundstrat. So, I wear a couple of hats. You know, I'm the chairman of Bitline, but I'm also the head of research at Fundstrat. And actually I have a third role which is the CIO of Fundstrat Capital but at Fundstrat Sean Ferrell is the head of digital assets research and he's given me some informal sort of targets.

05. One way he thinks of this is that if we look at circle and its free cash multiple which now is like 130 times um Ibida on an equivalent basis Ethereum's closer to 15,000 um and that makes sense. I think the layer one as you know as you get into layer one you should apply a higher multiple to like certain theoretical usage because um it's the same reason software companies get higher multiples than retailers right the more you're getting away from the customer and the more it's pure signal you get you apply higher multiples to that business and so I think in the near term our technical strategist Mark Newton thought we could be seeing 4,000 before the end of the month for Ethereum but that's not where it peaks.

06. He just think that that's the first target and then I think something, you know, if Sean Ferrell's math is correct, you know, then I think 10 to 15,000 actually makes sense too by the end of the year. Could Yeah, it could be end of year, could be sooner. I mean, it just really depends. But that and again, that wouldn't be the cap.

07. So there you go. Now, let me show you this chart. I mean, will we get to 15,000 by the end of the year? I don't know, maybe 10,000. I could see 10,000. And again, this is just fun to speculate. We don't know for sure what's going to happen with price. What we do know is Ethereum has been lagging for a really long time.

08. We were saying it's undervalued, especially when it dipped down below 2,000 not that long ago. I mean, all you got to do is come right back here into April, and we were at $1,500. This is when the S&P 500 dipped down heavily. The S&P 500 just set new all-time highs today. Everything has been ripping since those April lows.

09. But where Bitcoin is right now should tell us a little bit where Ethereum should be. And where Bitcoin is, Ethereum should be 8 to 10K right now. I think that's a fair value bet on ETH. Okay. And if Ethereum goes to 8 to 10K, what else is going to happen? Because I know how a lot of investors think and I think this way too, right?

10. How can we fast track and get ahead if Ethereum is going to go to 8 to 10K? What other things could move? Obviously, other layer ones like Salana, like Cardano. Cardano's been struggling, too. SW looked really good. I think it'll give a big boost if if ETH starts going parabolic. But there's some beta plays on Ethereum that I really like.

11. You know, one is Uniswap here sitting here at 6.8 billion market cap. Uniswap, you know, is still 75% down from its all-time high. If ETH is going to go to that 7 to 10K or 8 to 10K range, I mean, UniS swap should get a massive boost. Okay, a big big boost. We almost got to 20 bucks on our most recent run back in late 2024.

12. UniS swap sitting at 1088 right now. Things are looking very good for Uniswap to potentially run up when Ethereum does. Pepe is probably my favorite beta play in the memecoin sector. Uh then I'd probably have to look at Brett right now. Uh Brett's looked amazing too here in the last seven days. Uh even in the last month, up 64%.

13. So it's doing what it should, right? It's outpacing ETH a little bit. Pepe here in the last month actually down a little bit compared to ETH, but Pepe's been so freaking strong. Uh if you see here, I mean, we're closer to all-time highs than a lot of other plays in that category. were only 50% down from all-time highs at the 14 level flat.

14. So, those are two plays that I like, Pepe and Brett. Um, and then obviously Uniswap, but you're also going to have to look at some other beta plays. And, you know, I'm looking at some of the L2s like Arbitum, right? Arbitum looks really interesting if ETH is going to make this parabolic run. Obviously, you've got optimism down here as well.

15. That looks really interesting if ETH is going to make its parabolic run. Uh you've got a lot of different ways you can go about this. Ethereum name service is another one. When this thing heats up, man, it heats up. It's up 50% in the last month. Still top uh 100 crypto. So Tom Lee has certainly flipped the script on all of us in terms of his prediction and and where he lies on ETH.

16. And you know, there's a lot of people chattering about it. If you just go Tom Lee Ethereum here, you'll see a ton of different things. And this was back on July 1st when he said Ethereum is the new Bitcoin. Uh, and since that point, I mean, he's looked very smart. Uh, the prices went up over 50% since he talked about it in that way.

17. Uh, so Ethereum's dominance has grown dramatically. And Wall Street, I think this is a great post by Lenny. Wall Street is converging on crypto and they've already chose Bitcoin. Now they're choosing Ethereum. I think then they're going to choose XRP, Salana, maybe a few others. He says, "Let that sink in.

18. Major OTC desks are reportedly sold out of ETH. While the smart money is hitting all-time highs and all-time longs on Bitcoin, Tom Lee at Fund Strat is calling for 10 to 15K ETH. The supply shock is real. This might be the final call before the real fireworks. Are you ready? Now, of course, who knows exactly what's going to happen?

19. Right. But Ethereum is certainly undervalued at these price levels. I think that is clear. Certainly undervalued at these price levels. And you know, when we think about where ETH should be, again, compared to Bitcoin, it's certainly lagging. Bitcoin's at 118,000. Eat it should be setting new all-time highs at the bare minimum and it's not yet.

20. But we know that it's not because of a lack of technology or a lack of utility. It's just so much money's been piling into Bitcoin and it's slowly but surely starting to rotate now and we're getting what we want and that is altcoin season. Slowly but surely it's coming to fruition. Bitcoin dominance is down under 60%.
