have to talk about what's happening in the market you see a lot of these stocks are crashing and in today's video we're talking about the two cheapest stocks in my opinion because man the market is giving you so many stocks to buy and there's so many opportunities but we're looking for the cheapest stocks because remember if you're looking five years down the road you're gonna be like what these stocks were this cheap like we should have been buying heavily into these stocks so bill miller did an interview with cnbc talking about cheap stocks and talking about the cheapest stock in the market and we're gonna review it we're gonna look at it because i honestly agree with him guys if you have cheaper stocks than these tell me about it remember we're looking for companies that are dominant really really dominant that are very cheap man and they have emotes if you have a better company talk about it man leave a comment down below and tell me what are you buying what are you looking at man so leave a comment guys like this video and subscribe to my channel so let's get into this quick interview bill miller did more about technology you mentioned amazon's your top holding but you also have huge positions in uh meta and in alphabet those are positions you've held for a while too but are you buying in technology at this point are there things you're adding to or you think that these are growth stocks at this point that can withstand any of these pressures yeah so i mentioned amazon um meta is very very cheap on enterprise media ebitda base it's cheaper than ibm and that is actually can you imagine facebook is cheaper than damn ibm who would have thought in a million years a company growing 37 revenue growth is cheaper than 10 ibm like this is not a joke like they're growing 37 revenue growth facebook is trading at a price to sales a freaking four like can you imagine that one of the biggest companies most dominant companies is trading at a price to sales of four and this is all because of short-term issues people think this is gonna be forever facebook is never gonna come back if facebook is dealing with these issues tick talker have to deal with the same issues it's affecting everyone and if snapchat does better job you don't think facebook can readjust their business and do a better job snapchat and tick tock can use good ads you don't think facebook is gonna be able to come up to as well that's just insane if you think this problem is gonna last four or five years down the road like people are not realizing what's really happening and on top of that we have to think about this most downloaded apps in february tick tock leads and facebook family of apps continues momentum with four of the top seven and remember people are saying facebook is freaking dead like this is what's like this is the talking point facebook is dead ios app store instagram had 10 million downloads just in february google play instagram facebook and look where whatsapp is ios app store instagram youtube whatsapp two three four i mean two four combined total instagram facebook whatsapp the combined total these are the leading apps in the world worldwide leading apps and people are saying facebook is dead they don't realize how strong the freaking moat for facebook is do you remember when everyone went offline when facebook went offline for like a day and a half people were crying and complaining that's how you know how strong this company is people are like oh you know a company is super strong when everyone hates the company when everyone hates the ceo but they still use the product that is just that right there just shows you how strong facebook is when people hate the products hate the company hate the ceo but they still go to the product they still go to um what they're doing they still use it and they can't get rid of it they can't get out of that ecosystem that just shows you how strong the mode is that's why i love the company people hate the product but they love using it they can't stop using it that's how i know this company is going to go back to 350 400 easily like it's not even it's not even a question of when they're going to do it they're going to do it for sure the only thing that's going to stop it is freaking regulations like the freaking biden or whoever is going to stop it growing uh you know the issue there is the capital allocation uh to the to the metaverse as mark zuckerberg says yeah and that's the biggest problem with facebook it's a capital allocation but people are saying it's not going to go anywhere but i'm seeing oculus growing a hundred percent year over year and even if it doesn't make out they still have a strong freaking ad business growing and growing and growing so even if they don't if that doesn't work out they still have something to lean back on and what do you want them to spend their money on you want them just to have money in the freaking uh bank and just gathering like why do people just want facebook just to gather money don't you rather than spend on something they think is the future rather just have a bunch of money in the business like i'd rather even if it's a waste i rather than actually trying to get at something and seeing what the future holds than just having your business and just gathering money is stupid we're not necessarily believers in there but the market isn't a believer either and so you can get it very cheaply um we do have a big position in alphabet we have not been adding to it we have a position uh and a growing position in alibaba which is i think the cheapest big capped stock in the world and he said alibaba is the cheapest big cap stock in the world and i agree with that the price is there at 12 times earnings at next 12 months earnings and at a five-year low for uh for a company that is you know a dominant global uh player we think that's very cheap as well and that's the key thing right there it's the dominant global player in the world in china and china is the fastest growing economy or one of the fastest growing economy probably like india is growing crazy too but like one of the biggest with the most people so think about it like that's just gonna get bigger over time i can almost guarantee you that five to ten years out alibaba is gonna be bigger today and that's what we need in our head we need that certainty of the company and where it's gonna be five to ten years out i'm not sure where the stock price is gonna be but i know that business is going to be bigger five to ten years out which will tell you that probably because usually the stock price follows the business aspects so if you're going to say that we really know baba's gonna be way bigger uh five to ten years out so even bill miller thinks that too that alibaba is one of the cheapest stocks out there and when you really think about it you have to even look at what's happening right now in the market and i even think at a p e of 26 and he says the 4p he's like 13.
the pe is at 26 because of what happened uh with their customer management revenue it declined so they kind of declined it actually eps this year but when you look at the big picture which a lot of people don't want to look at when it comes to alibaba is they're trying to create more value so they're going to take eps hits because they're creating more value for the customer first they're thinking about the customer and then they're going to worry about their earnings per share later in my opinion on top of that the government is coming in saying oh you know we pretty much don't want to charge you don't charge overly expensive on fees because the economy is not growing as fast now so i think alibaba is kind of leaning back on that but remember alibaba is still the one of the cheapest stocks out there look at this article that says why alibaba is the cheapest company in the world alibaba holding is probably the cheapest company in the world outside of russia as investors put a high china risk premium on the e-commerce giant and this is so true alibaba shares i fell in 57 in the past year the shares became the tumbling because of china government crackdown alibaba trades for a single digit multiple of free cash flow three or four times ebit and alibaba's market cap is under 300 billion and on top of that think about it alex who was bullish on the stock wrote recently that net cash and equity investments at alibaba totaled about 44 dollars per share or more than 40 percent of its damn stock price investors effectively get alibaba's e-commerce business for free when factoring cash and investments and its cloud computing operations and that's what the market is trying to tell you that that's how cheap the business is that's what the business is selling for facebook has to be one of the cheapest companies in the world alibaba right now has to be one of the cheapest companies in the world if you know of another cheaper company than these two companies because remember these two companies are dominant with strong moats like e-commerce is not going anywhere alibaba won't go anywhere it's still gonna be the number one player for five to ten years out competition is not gonna kill alibaba's moat because the network effects is just way too big at this point like if you want to sell stuff you pretty much have to go to alibaba or you're trying to sell stuff on on a platform you're going to alibaba but one of the first things you're going to do facebook what else platform or um what else app or platform you're gonna use to sell your products man like or advertise on it has such a huge network of people like where else are you going to freaking go you're going to go to snapchat you're going to go to tick tock like think about it tick tock it's all for kids snapchat kind of for kids and adults but think about it facebook is where you're going to advertise even if it's a lower amount you're still going to go to facebook especially when it comes to social media you're not going to be as effective on youtube or um on amazon amazon has a different type of people using amazon using amazon and searching for products so this is just my opinion i think these stocks are incredibly cheap two of the cheapest stocks in the world in my opinion man so tell me what you think about this video like it
