01. Well, you little pig Apple, as a business owner, you can't be trusted. An important message for anyone running a small business: don't trust Apple. Let me explain clearly how this works. When you run a business and purchase Apple products for your employees or team, you are connected to what is called Apple Business Manager.

02. The goal is that these business managers are trying to provide you with the highest level of service to help you place your order, and essentially you get the phone number of someone you can call to make sure your mobile device management is set up or your products are ordered the way you want them.

03. Well , Apple's business team contacted my small business, and then apparently suffered a catastrophic nationwide failure, and all we got was an apology, saying we screwed up. But don't worry, bro. There is nothing we can do for you. So, a message to all business owners: if you want something done well, do it yourself, which, honestly, should be business lesson 101.

04. But Apple has made me lose all respect for their local business teams, and I really don't care whose fault it is, because it all ends with Apple. So here's what's happening and how you can avoid this trap in the future. If Apple ever contacts you and says, "Dear Business Owner, we're from your local Apple Store.

05. We can offer pre-orders for any devices you want and place your order for a new product like an iPhone at 5:00 AM sharp because we have a system that places the order for you." Hang up, run away, show them the gun, buy it yourself. Don't trust Apple. Let me show you how it works. On Monday I received calls and emails from Jodi, who is a wonderful person.

06. She is wonderful. I don't blame her. And I generally believe that the Apple The Oaks staff is not to blame for this. But they reached out and said, “Hey, we have a system where we can order your stuff right now. We could tie it to your business. We could submit it through a media program that you’re a part of, and it would go live at 5:00 AM on the day of the pre- order on Friday .” And I said, "I still get up at 5:00 in the morning.

07. It's not a problem for me to wake up and place an order myself." "No, no, no, tie it through your business." Oh, we can do that for you . You know, it's better to order this through the business department. Don't be fooled by this. They are like sirens trying to pull you into a business platform to redirect sales from apple.com to local stores.

08. But when local stores can't properly reconcile data with the nationwide system, guess who's left with nothing? You, sir. You, ladies, are left with nothing. So, here is the bill. I received this bill on October 12th. You can literally see that this is an Apple bill. I opened this email. This is [email protected].

09. They sent me an offer on Monday. And I'm like: great. So, I have already agreed to pay. We agreed on delivery. We agreed on payment. We placed an order. We did everything for the order 5 days ago. And I'm like: okay, I guess we don't need to do anything else. We are finished. They are going to place an order at 5:00 AM.

10. Lie. They actually placed the order at 8:34 AM. The order was placed 3 and a half hours late. They said, "Don't worry, Kevin. If you don't see the letter by 5:00 sharp, we'll send you a receipt by hand later." So I thought, "Oh, okay. Yeah , that's normal." No, that was just the second lie. So, lie number one—we will fulfill your order at 5:00 AM .

11. Lie number one. Second—don't worry if you don't receive the letter. It was either a lie or just a huge mistake. So thank you, Apple. Now I want to clarify. I'm not saying, "Oh, I have to be ahead of everyone who woke up at 5:00 in the morning ." I say I was told I would be in line with everyone else at 5:00 AM.

12. Although I was awake and could have placed the order myself, and Apple promised me that this order would be placed at 5:00 AM. And then they call me, because, of course, after I saw this letter and the assumption that we were actually at the very end of the line and wouldn't see these phones until my birthday, January 29th, which is the date they gave us.

13. I have a screenshot of it here. Actually, that's the end of this story. Note, I made a video about this and said that I think this phone will be taken apart quickly. I actually bought Apple shares on the day of the announcement because I thought, " This will sell out instantly." This will be bought up until the first quarter of 2027.

14. Like, you have to act very quickly. " You have to buy it." So I thought, “Oh, we have a business team. "It will help them, and it will help us too." I don't care because I could have ordered everything myself in 5 minutes, but I thought, "Hey, out of respect for the business team who have always been very accommodating to us, why not place the order through them so they get points for it." That was my goal.

15. I'm not trying to get ahead of anyone in line. The goal was to " support the local Apple team so they could have another sale or something." I don't know if they get a commission from this or anything like that. So, they're calling me because I wrote them a letter asking what the hell is going on ? And I get a call from Jody —I'll say it again, Jody is just wonderful—from the Oaks team.

16. But I get a call, you see this, at 9:17, saying that Apple has had a nationwide system outage. It turns out, and it sounds like complete nonsense from Apple's marketing department. In short , they say, guys, the whole system is just broken. Maybe there were too many orders. Oh, we couldn't process all the business orders on time.

17. So, essentially, every business team that wanted to order it faced a delay. Here's another one at X that I found: "I've entrusted Apple's business team to take care of this process." Rest in peace. So, a message for business owners, and then let's talk a little bit about stocks. Warning to business owners: never, never, never trust Apple's business team.

18. They will let you down if you believe them. I'm very disappointed, and I think I have a right to be , because I would have loved to order everything myself. Honestly, I should have made a duplicate order. I should have ordered it myself because I felt like they would mess it up, but I didn't listen to my own intuition.

19. So, dear Apple and Apple executives, you are terrible. That's all. You are definitely terrible. Of course, this is probably very good for the sales of this device. But I think it's wrong to promise one thing and then spoil everything so badly. So, I hope people will sell your shares. But I hope people sell them because I secretly want to buy Apple stock.

20. Actually, it's not a secret. I was very open about it. I own Apple stock. I want to buy more Apple shares. I believe these shares should be worth $500. I think this duo from Apple will sell out. I think the Mac mini and Mac Studio will be snapped up for AI, but that's to launch their own models. In fact, I also believe that laptops will start to be snapped up for agents' work.

21. Cheaper Apple computers will sell out for agents because you don't need a lot of RAM for an agent working through the cloud. So I think there are huge opportunities for the company and the stock . This is just an announcement for business owners. Don't trust others. You must, if you want everything done right, do it yourself. .
