Hello, I am Saurabh Dixit and you are watching Bistak. There is a huge decline in gold and silver prices. Investors are facing losses worth crores of rupees. Amidst the huge fall in gold and silver prices, a big warning has now come to the fore. This warning has been given by Redalio. Retailers are considered among the biggest investors in the world and what they have said is going to scare anyone whose earnings are stuck in bank shares or any paper asset.
In this video we will tell you what Redalio is warning and that too in very simple language. Redalio is the person whose every line shakes the world market. Redalio has clearly said that gold is the safest place to keep money. Now the question is that now the world is becoming digital. AI is coming, there is crypto, there is stock market, then why is there so much praise for gold suddenly?
And that too when there is a huge decline in gold. Let us explain the whole game to you. First of all let me tell you what Redalio said. Speaking at the World Government Summit in Dubai, Ray Dalu said the biggest mistake people make is whether gold will go up or down. He says that looking at gold from a trading perspective is the biggest foolishness because gold does not change every day.
It is not affected by the decisions of governments and is not tied to the currency of any one country. Redalio said that gold has given a return of about 65% in the last one year. But it has come down by about 16s from its high and this is where people get nervous. According to RAL, people ask whether to buy now or not?
Whereas the right question should be how much of my overall portfolio should be in gold? This is where the fear factor begins. Redlieu's clear message is that governments, central banks and sovereign wealth funds should all view gold as a store of value. Because when everything else sinks , gold floats, and in bad times, gold behaves differently from everything else.
That means when shares fall, bonds move, currency weakens, then gold shines and when days are good, gold remains calm. This is why gold is the best diversifier. So now the most real scare is that Redalio warns that the world is on the brink of a Capitol War. Capital war means war of money between countries, weakening of currency, trade war, tariff, sanctions, capital control.
Tedali says we're not in a capital war yet, but we're very close. And the circumstances are such that a small spark can become the entire eye. Meaning, if trust in the world is broken, the first thing to burn will be paper money. Now let's talk about what is happening in the market right now. Gold recently hit a record of $594 per oz.
Then came a sharp decline. People got scared and started selling. But now gold has risen again. Spot gold crossed $54 per ounce last Tuesday. More than 2% rise in 1 day. Gold futures in the US have reached $568, the biggest jump in the last 15 years. Now talking about India, gold prices on MCX saw a decline on February 5.
Gold with April expiry was seen trading at ₹152,000 at 11:30 am, down by more than ₹1,000. However, in the morning gold had fallen by ₹1,48,000. Later, recovery was seen in it. So now the last question is what should you do? Redo clearly says that gold is not a shortcut to becoming rich. Gold is not a trading toy.
Gold is the insurance of your capital. Last resort in case of system failure. If you have only shares, only bank deposits, only paper money, then you are taking the entire system at risk. Because the world is uncertain. War, trade war, capital war, everything is possible and in such times, gold is the only thing that stands firm every time in history.
So overall it is certain that the world's biggest investors are now calling gold the safest place. So it's hard to ignore. However, we are not giving you any advice on whether to invest anywhere or not. Before investing anywhere, you must take advice from your financial advisor once. What do you think about the record-breaking rise in gold and silver prices and the subsequent fall ?
What do you think ? Will the prices of gold and silver increase or will they see further decline in the coming times ? Don't forget to write in the comment box and stay tuned to Vistak for all the big news from the business world.
