What's up guys? What's up guys? Welcome is going to be a very interesting video. This is for all those people who talk too much about the stock market. I am always excited and today I have brought a case study of such a person, whom I am sure you would like very much if you are in the stock market. He is a very humble person.
His net worth is quite good at present, above Rs 1800 crore. But even then their humidity is amazing. They say that he does not read many books. Well, there are many people who think that knowledge comes from reading books. But look at such people among us who have some sensitivity about the market, even if not about it, you can still make a lot of money.
If you have sensitivity, courage, ability to work hard and actually you have the courage to take such a big risk, then he always said that brother, you can earn money but you should have the ability to take such a big risk. You should have the courage to invest your entire money with full conviction.
This is a very difficult task. But he has this courage and the courage and the patience. This is a great example of courage and patience. And if everyone has the courage and patience like him, then I am sure that it is not a big deal for one of us to become a very good investor and someone with a very good net worth like him.
So today we are talking about brother Vijay Kided. Vijay Kided is the founder of Kid Securities and along with being the founder of Kiddedia Securities, his own net worth is something above 18,000 rupees right now. Well, there is a very classic case of his. He started his investment journey as a trader earlier.
He used to do Kut Paul Kut, Call Put, that is, he used to play Satta. Basically, in the beginning, he confessed very openly on every channel that brother, I used to do Satta and if you do not want to earn money then do Satta, if you want to earn money then do not do Satta. He says this very openly, but the habit of Satta does not go away.
He continues to do Satta even today. He says that although I do not earn much money from it, but one good thing is that my mind remains in it, so there is a very small amount which gives me peace that at least I am Satta, but actually I do not earn money from it, I earn money actually from investment and that too from long term investment.
So brother, today we are going to talk about a classic case of his which is his classic case regarding Cera Sanitary Ware. Cera Sanitary Ware, those who made him It has given the highest returns till date and has given such a high return and we will do a complete case study of the entire stock sanitary ware that how much return has it given to them, in which years and with this conviction, if any investor like you and I were there, would we have been able to stop, right?
So let's start with 2004-2005 when he bought shares of Serane Ware at ₹70. Ok? Now they will talk about it. What did he think at that time ? What did you not think about? But now think about it, he bought shares worth ₹70 at that time. ₹70 and he had actually bought around 2 to 3% of the company at that time.
Taking a total of 2 to 3% of the company means that with great conviction, they invested a huge amount of money all in. Although he had many other investments, but buying this very big chunk of it i.e. 2-3% means that you are buying a very big amount of the company at that time. Right? After that in 2008, he took it for ₹70 in 2004.
In 2008, after 4 years, its price had approximately become ₹114. Ok? ₹114 means you will understand that almost this has happened, what do you mean by that, almost your money has doubled, it has reduced a little from double, but you should think that this is ex bonus, ex bonus means that it has happened, you can understand it like this that a bonus had also come, one share had become two shares in the bonus, your right, so basically their money did not double, their money got quadrupled, you can understand it like this that the price of the price became ₹225 or you can understand it that their cost had become ₹35 because what happens is that when bonus is allotted extra, then your price becomes higher, your number of shares increases, so they also got bonus shares.
So because of that the price of the share would have become half. So now you can assume that the price of the share has become ₹225 because the price of that share had become half and the number of shares had increased. So now you think that if it becomes ₹225 then their actual output becomes 3x. Meaning that the money tripled within 4 years.
Now at that time came the Lemon Brothers crisis. The Lemon Brothers crisis was a very dirty crisis. At that time the market had been badly beaten. It was around 2008. Around 2008-2009, around ₹9, all the stocks came down with a huge crash. At that time, their share, Ceras Entry, again came back to ₹35.
Now you think that this is your loss because actually he had bought it at ₹70 and after getting the ex bonus he would have got ₹35 and now it has again become ₹35. So almost all his profits were wiped out. In fact, he said that I was seeing loss in it at that time and the loss had almost started appearing to be a loss.
So now think, loss was visible but he did not exit from that share. This is what happens with big shareholders and big giants who have the courage to not exit the shares. Now you see that he gave you conviction. He gave an explanation. Why did he not exit the shares after thinking? If it were you and me, we would have almost regretted it so much that after sharing it three times, we came back down again.
Dude [ __ ] dude we should leave now. He will not come back now. But he maintained his conviction. Trust He said that I had trust in the Indian economy. I trust that one thing was on his mind that there were only two listed companies which were Cera Sanitary Ware and another one was Sanitary Ware and there was no other listed company which was in the sanitary market and the sanitary market was expanding.
A lot of infrastructure had to be developed at this time. So he felt that many more buildings would be constructed in the future. So many road bridges and houses will be built. So, I was fully confident that there would be demand in future, brother. When the demand comes, who will fulfill it? There are no big players in the market.
There are only two companies which are in the listed space. So almost he had the conviction that there will be a boom in this in future. The market is very big. Now comes 2011. After 2011 his share again becomes ₹ 250. Now think again, the share which fell from ₹225 became ₹250. Came back around 3x again.
Now if you and I were here, we might have left, but he did not. They waited till 2012 and in 2012 the share again reached ₹150. Brother, think again the share has come down to ₹150. Again he saw loss but even then he waited and held and it was in 2018 when his share became ₹565 55 65 565 now look here you had got almost 20x return.
His share increased 20 times. At 20x, they felt there was still a long way to go in the market and a long way to go. So he still stayed with his conviction. After 2013 the share went to ₹3000. After 2013, the share went to ₹3000 and then again the share came to ₹100. Now tell me how big the amount would have become after Rs 3000 is gone.
Now and then again 1500 came and at 1500 the man said that maybe now its decline has started, get out. But the share again came to Rs 1500 and after that he continued holding it till 2017 and in 2017 the share price was Rs 4300. Now you see how many consecutive shocks came. How many times did the share price halve but he came out?
This is what is called the conviction of big players. This is our Vijay Kidiya sir. This is our Rakesh Jhunjhunwala sir who does not exit the city. In fact, they increase their position. However, he did not increase his position. He did not clarify this in any interview but he did not lower his position and he remained sitting with conviction.
The share is Rs 4300 in 2017. Meaning, you should understand that the share is worth Rs 2000 because there was an XX bonus. So now you think that 2000 shares, sorry I am saying in 2023-2024, its share price became ₹8000, now you can assume that the share price became ₹8000 and actually ₹1000 became ₹1000, in a way ex bonus because the price is ₹8000, he had bought it for ₹70, he also got his bonus shares, so their price almost doubled, so you understand that if he bought 70 at ₹70.
If you are counting at ₹70 then their price becomes ₹16,000. In a way, because he got extra shares as bonus. I had talked to you about this earlier also. So ₹16,000 now let's talk about dividend. He says that in 2010 he used to get two or ₹5 dividends. Not much but the company gives me a good dividend because I was the owner of 2-3% of the company.
In 2012, the company increased the dividend on the stock. Increased the price. Dividends of ₹150-₹200 started coming. Now when the company started getting dividends of ₹150, ₹150, ₹200, he said, friend, I am married. Now he says that I have got five times the dividend on my capital. This means that he got five times the amount he had invested in dividends alone.
Right? If he says that if I had sat in FD for so many years, my money would have doubled. But my money multiplied five times just from dividends. And I have not even counted the capital return, the capital appreciation, the share which has gone from ₹75 to ₹8000. He said that just because of dividend, my share money has become five times and if you had done FD from 2005 to 2023, your money would have doubled, but he says that brother, my money has become 16000 times after getting the total dividend, that means you can imagine that friend, the money doubles at 100%, at 10%, at 100%, the money doubles at 200%, it doubles, triples, quadruples, like this the money keeps doubling, tripling, but you think about it once, think about how big a compounder they have got 16000 times, we call it a compounder, this is called a compounder which keeps on compounding your money continuously, amazing, amazing, this is their story of Cera Senery Ware, it is very amazing, very It is an amazing journey and if you and I get such a share, then I am sure friend, we will get out of it with two-three times the money, we do not stay for so long, but see, this is what happens, the compound of big people and sitting on it like a Nagraj, Nagraj says, sitting like a Nagraj on the capital, he does not touch it, we get itchy, hey the money has doubled, three times four, take it out, 10 times 100, it must have happened also when he would have seen that my money has increased 100 times, then also he got out, now in 2024 he sold some of his shares, well if we look at Vijay sir, his net worth today is 1869 crores, which means you can assume that his total net worth is around 1880 crores and some of his good stock holdings in his portfolio, which are the huge stock holdings of the companies which are known to everyone in the market, in the public forum, are Innovators Fasa Systems, Atul Auto Global, Vectra Helicopters, Mahindra Holidays and Resorts Repro India Siyaram Silk Mills Sudarshan Chemicals, he has talked about Sudarshan Chemicals at many places, Vaibhav Global Elecon Engineering and Precision Cr Camshafts Precision Camshafts, there are some more such shares of his in his portfolio but these are his majority shares, this time he has talked about these shares on many different news channels, so I think you can take a position in it, you can think about it but there is no recommendation, what happens is that when you know, when you see the shares, then you come to know that these are his, that he has a holding in it.
But you will not know when he will exit it. We will never tell you that we have exited. So you can never know whether he is exiting or not. And hence it would be better if you do your own analysis. You can definitely take a look at their shares. With India is considered in microcab investing. Meaning that they prefer to buy shares when the shares have not yet run up and are in a very child-like state.
It should be very small. He still has a lot of strength to run forward. He may not have become a big elephant yet. So this is Vijay Kidiya from us and I hope you have learned a lot from this video. I hope this Vijay Kidiya is a perfect example for us. To have such long patience and courage that you can sit on a share for 15-20 years, no matter how much money is being committed, with the conviction that more crimes will be committed, more crimes will be committed, more crimes will be committed.
And secondly, it is not a common thing to invest such a huge amount of money in a company with the courage to invest two-three percent of the company. So I hope you have learned a lot from this bye.
