What's up guys? Welcome back a scam which has happened recently, in every fall a new scam happens. And right now the scam of this fall is the scam of Mr. and Mrs. Anmol Singh Jaggi which is called Jasol Engineering. Many people got trapped in Jasol Engineering and took their stocks in it. He said that Bhaiya, especially the retail investor is more global and gets trapped in such things quickly because they feel that whatever new wave has come should be quickly ridden, whatever new technology comes should be ridden and the retail investor who is global like you and me, tries very quickly to get into any new thing before it becomes a hit and what happens in this is that we often make mistakes and in the case of Anmol Singh Jaggi who is the founder of our Blue Smart Carke company.
You must have seen that when you are in Delhi, if you are in Delhi Bombay, especially if you are in Delhi Gurgaon, then you must have seen Blue Smart cabs, electric cabs. You might often see her roaming around here and there. And the cabs of this Blue Smart were the cabs of Jasol Engineering. This entire startup was of Anmol Singh Jaggi Sahab.
So he did the same thing which every scam owner does, that is first he raised his investment and after that when the IPO was launched, he sold his shares to all the public retail public participants at a good price and with the money of those investors, he booked his flat in Camellias, that is, Camellias in DLF, which is famous for all the millionaires, ah for the millionaires, he booked his flat there and bought his gol kit worth around Rs 2830 lakh.
So all these things have just been revealed in detail. Now they have set their own lifestyle and have ruined the retail investors. So right now a huge investigation is going on on this. Now SEBI has already banned Anmol Singh Jaggi from the stock market. But at the same time, what will happen to retail investors?
Those who are stuck in their stock, are sitting with the stock and their stock has already caused a loss of almost Rs 3600 crore to the retail investors. So it is necessary that there is a scam in every fall. It is said that if this happens then understand that now the bottom of the market has been reached.
Because a scam is bound to happen. This happens normally in every fall. Ah, no matter how many previous declines you see, every significant decline of 10% has resulted in one scam or the other. Be it Satyam or Harshad Mehta, some scam or the other has come to light. So it was not a scam. And what do you say about the highlights of this decline?
Talk of the Torn is which is Jasol Engineering. But along with this, a very interesting thing happened that our Vijay Kidiya sir is a very famous investor. He posted each checklist on Twitter and wrote in it that you should check all these checklists and only after that invest money with any investor.
Invest money in a startup. So today I am going to tell you all these 10 points and we will emphasize it a little and think about it a little more. You must check these 10 points in any investment, that is, before investing in any startup or any story or any business or any idea, you must check these 10 points.
The first point he said is talk without talking big and over promising. If any investor makes such big statements and over-promises. We will do this and that. Understand that it is a red flag. If he creates a constant media presence. Hyperactive everywhere. He is very hyper active on social media. If every time he is giving quick media interviews, then understand that brother, it is a red flag.
The second and third important point is Magnify Even Small Development. If he exaggerates small developments and describes them as huge, then understand that it is a red flag. The fourth point is very interesting. Raise funds frequently without clarity. If he is continuously withdrawing his funds very frequently.
He is going to big investors and raising money frequently. He is raising investments quickly and is not able to give a clear purpose as to what he will do with this fund in his business ? Still, understand that it can be a red flag. Because if he does not have a definite plan then understand that he can actually take this money for his own benefit and he can deploy this money in Kamaliyas like DLF or he can buy big gold fiats or he can take citizenship of Portugal.
So you have to think that as an investor, whenever you invest your money in any company, do it very thoughtfully and definitely pay attention to all these things once. Let's move on to the sixth point. Coming to the fifth point, sorry the fifth point is diversify into unrelated businesses. What happens many times is that brother, as you will see, in the pros and cons of many stocks it is written that earnings also include other income, so if this happens like this, it mostly happens when you try to diversify into those businesses which are not your core, so if you have a core business idea and that is not there but you are just diversifying, trying to enter into some other business because that business is in trend, for example, right now the trend of solar is very much going on.
So there is a lot of trend of solar and there is a lot of hype in the market and you can see that the government is also promoting it a lot. So you're trying to get into solar. Whereas you have nothing to do with solar. So understand it is a red flag. You're just trying to ride the trend. But you are not very convinced about your purpose, your business.
Right? The sixth point is overuse flashy buzz words to sound innovative. Using words that are more commonly used in Silicon Valley to describe something highly innovative. After listening to Steve Jobs' speech 10 times, these people memorize it that if we want to sound innovative, then we have to do something that we can relate to Steve Jobs.
People should be able to do it. This is the guy. What do you call this guy from Silicon Valley? A man comparable to Silicon Valley was born in India. Brother, this will do something. This will change the world. This will bring some revolution in the world. So for that, they will mostly try to use innovative words.
Like at one time he used to do cheat drop or zip base or the one who started Bitcoin FTX exchange, he also did a big scam, he also used to wear such short clothes, that is, wearing short clothes, wearing underwear, to look absolutely innovative, he used to reach there wearing underwear and with crooked hair.
To show that I don't pay much attention to my looks. My focus is only on innovation. I am an Einstein type of person. So if you try to look like this and use such words, then you should understand that it can be a red flag. Seventh point flat lavish promoter lifestyle. If Lavish Lavish Lifestyle shows look we are promoters.
We are the founders. We are making so much money. You will also earn money. Still, understand brother, he is spending this money on himself. He is diverting your money somewhere for his own benefit. The eighth point is to have high levels of promoter pledging. You will often see this in many shares that the promoters pledge their shares.
So if you see a lot of pledging by the promoter of his shares, then brother, it is a red flag. In fact, whenever I recommend any stock, I do not do any. But whenever I do analysis on my channel, I definitely see how much holding the promoter himself has. If he is pledging then he himself does not have confidence in his business.
How are you getting into that business, brother? This is the question you should ask yourself. The ninth point is Face Frequent Exist of Key Personal. It is also very common that you quickly see these people who are personally important, like CFO, auditor. These will keep changing frequently. Sometimes something changed, sometimes something else changed.
So, at such points, you will often see that in such companies where there is some red flag , something goes wrong, then they quickly change these people so that some information does not get leaked and some issue does not come out and it does not come to light that these people are doing wrong in your own company.
Before that information gets leaked outside, he keeps changing his personal details quickly. Or you can understand this as the one who gets to know the inside information of the company. He just throws them out. Before he says ah what? Blow ah whistle blow. Right? So they do not allow anyone to become a whistle blower.
And the 10th point and the 10th point is engage in excess related party transactions. This means that you will see a lot of transactions. Party transactions will look very extravagant. If too much money is being transferred here and there, too many transactions are taking place there, then you should understand that if too much money is being transferred here and there, then something is wrong.
He doesn't actually have a very strong conviction about his own business. And when his conviction is not strong, how can you invest in him ? This is a question to think about. So, this is 10 points for you from Vijay Kided on Twitter. This is his tweet absolutely available. You can read it yourself once and definitely save this video with you.
