we are in a defense mode the world is still very volatile the inflation is still severe interest rate is going up in the difficult time we kept on divesting our asset we reduced the new investment we now have a much more managed conservative approach in terms of new investment therefore our cash piled up significantly that made us uh reduce our loan to value to 14 percent which i have announced that we go into the defense mode we deliver the defense mode result well i'm still cautious and nobody knows what happened next month the covet is not completely over yet inflation is still going on worldwide but who knows it's it's a tough market so i will keep our company in the defense mode i have promised uh share buyback uh one trillion that's a capacity that we got approved by the board that was nine months ago so in the last nine months we've already done 70 percent of that capacity we may not finish the remaining 30 percent share buyback within the next three months that's a possibility but i don't want to make any excuse i said sooner or later we would finish one trillion yen share buyback but the capacity is running out in the next three months so just in case we could not achieve the remaining 30 0.3 trillion yen as a share buyback i don't want to give excuse to my shareholders so we would create another 12 months new capacity another 12 months new capacity of 0.4 trillion yen well two things one is a continuous you know opportunity for vision fun even though we had a tough time this quarter when the market rebound i think these companies have still lots of opportunities the second one is arm it's making a good progress for the ipo so that's the second hope the new technology keep on evolving from arms engineers so we have a good market share for the mobile but the new generation is coming up we have expansion into cloud we have expansion into more iot deployment and also for the automobile is a great new opportunity i think that a great hope our vision has never got changed every time i meet with entrepreneurs they bring the wow effect you know i say wow i think there are lots of opportunities lots of great new companies the ai revolution is still just the beginning
