Thinking "I made the right investment choice back then," will you become a parent who opens an account in your child's name, buys stocks for them, and sets up a different starting line for them 20 years later when they turn 20 and take their first steps into society, or... Hello, this is Noblesse. The current asset market is in a very unstable state.

Not to mention cryptocurrencies, while there are slight signs of a rebound in stocks and real estate, it is unclear whether this is a genuine rebound or just a temporary rise. Looking at various indicators, it is certainly a time when it is difficult to invest with any real conviction. In this uncertain situation, many people view the asset market negatively, saying that the era of making money through real estate or stocks like in the past is over.

They claim that the days of Seoul apartments, the "Gangnam invincibility," or the dream of hitting 100,000-dollar stocks are over. However, if we— including our subscribers—want to become rich, we can never live the life of a wealthy capitalist if we hold onto such thoughts. So, what era are we living in right now?

We are living in the era of capitalism. There is a phrase I have always emphasized: the meaning of capitalism is that money is at the center... It means the world. In other words, it means a world where money is the master. To put it more strongly, it means a world where you can do anything as long as you have money.

We should not take this negatively; instead, we must be prepared to accept the concept of capitalism as if it were a given. The fundamental principle of this capitalism is investment. We must constantly contemplate and strive to figure out how to maximize our wealth, how to invest as capitalists, and how to live a comfortable life free from time constraints.

Otherwise, you must remember that you will spend your entire life working as a laborer, exchanging your time and physical labor for the sake of earning money, a life where you will never earn money unless you use your body. Of course, the role of a worker is important when you are young. I am not saying we should ignore earned income at all.

Even capitalists likely started their investments with their initial seed money—that seed—as a reward for labor. We must work hard to generate income through labor, and simultaneously continue our efforts to increase that income by investing. We must remember this: our bodies have limits, and our retirement age is fixed.

We cannot live our entire lives doing nothing but working. Warren Buffett also said this: if we cannot find a structure or method where money flows in while we sleep... We will end up working for the rest of our lives until we die. Even if we get a job in our 30s and retire in our 60s or at 65, in this era of centenarians, how can we live for the remaining 30 to 35 years after retirement, with what kind of retirement plan and with what money?

It is said that Korea has the highest elderly poverty rate among OECD countries. Therefore, to avoid suffering in old age, we must start investing at a younger age and strive to retire as early as possible through consistent investment to enjoy financial freedom. However, our country still fails to accept this reality.

Instead, schools simply teach us to study for a lifetime, graduate from university, get a good job, and live as wage earners—slaves to that company. They encourage a lifelong worker mindset, telling us to simply receive the salary provided by the company, save it, and live out our lives in government-supported public rental apartments.

They teach us to never even think about standing shoulder to shoulder with the privileged, telling us to live like machines that are loyal to the company and do nothing but work. Of course, that is important. It is important. But what is truly important—and more important than anything else—is a method of saving and managing money, similar to the Jewish educational approach, so that we do not feel relative deprivation in this capitalist era.

And in order to live as a capitalist, we need to learn and teach from a young age how to invest, how to get back on our feet after failure, how to avoid financial crimes like recent Jeonse scams and voice phishing involving a lifetime's worth of savings, and how to rise again after failure. In addition, I believe we need to teach other things that I consider important, such as how to conduct oneself in interpersonal relationships, conversational skills like listening and speaking well, how to look into one's own heart, how to date, and how to wisely overcome trials.

In a way, I think we need to learn and teach these things that allow us to navigate life wisely throughout our lives, even more so than Korean, English, and Math. We have never once received instruction on investing from anyone. Schools certainly didn't teach it, nor did we learn it separately from our parents.

You must never resent your parents just because you came from a poor background. This is because the era your parents lived in is completely different from the present. In your parents' generation, simply saving diligently was enough to make owning a home a distant dream. There were times when bank interest rates reached 20%.

Because your parents also did not receive proper instruction in sound financial and economic knowledge, the younger generation today has absolutely no interest in investing and lacks accurate economic common sense and accurate I believe they jumped into the coin or cryptocurrency market hoping to strike it rich overnight, without even understanding the theory.

But what do the wealthy actually think, and what kind of teaching do they impart to their children? Because these capitalists understand the principles of this economic system well and have personally experienced and realized how to grow their assets, they teach their children the principles of wealth inheritance, investment mindsets, methods of asset growth, and the power of compound interest from an early age.

In fact, truly wealthy people do not stake their lives on academics. Instead, they encourage their children to read extensively, gain diverse experiences, and strive to teach them a capitalist mindset so that they can achieve financial freedom as capitalists in the future. They also provide financial education by buying stocks in their children's names every month and every year.

By teaching their children investment mindsets, economic theories, and how to become capitalists in this way, wealth is continuously passed down through generations. The saying "the rich get richer, the poor get poorer" didn't come out of nowhere. You might think, "They are rich, so they have plenty to pass down, right?" But that is just an excuse.

Now, the global market capitalization of Apple stock... It amounts to about 200,000 to 250,000 won per week. I believe that investing in U.S. stocks like Apple stock every month in your child's name, rather than sending them to a private academy or tutoring, will be of far greater help to them as they navigate this turbulent capitalist era 20 or 30 years from now.

If we do just that, ordinary people like us can certainly become wealthy. If you realize this principle, taking an interest in economic information, stocks, and real estate, studying, and investing from a young age, you can enter the path to wealth alongside capital and the vested interests of Gangnam, or even faster.

Now, back in 2020 when real estate and stocks were soaring, people around me were saying things like, "Ah, I should have bought stocks or real estate then," or "I should have secured my own home then." I heard these words, mixed with regret, from all around. They say the economy operates on cycles; when a boom comes, a downturn comes, and when a downturn comes, another boom returns.

However, that opportunity we missed back then has returned starting last year, provided we are prepared, of course. Last year, U.S. stock prices were at the level they were two years ago when the pandemic hit rock bottom... We have gone back. Back then, we used to blurt out things like, "Ah, I should have bought Tesla stock two years ago," or "I should have bought Apple stock." But God heard those words.

Hearing our earnest prayers, He restored the stock prices to what they were two years ago. Now, what did you all do last year? Did you buy stocks, saying, "This is a church given by heaven," or were you once again gripped by fear and still unable to buy? Well, as expected, the majority likely missed the opportunity.

You probably could n't press the buy button, overwhelmed by fear again. This is exactly who we are. If you think about it, last year was exactly the same as investing in 2020. In a way, we gained two more years. However, it probably wasn't easy to readily press the buy button. Because when it falls, it feels like it will fall endlessly.

We need to regain our mental composure and learn again. With stocks, you accumulate when they fall. Buying money when they fall is like buying future growth rates. The same goes for real estate. If there is an area or apartment you are interested in, you keep a close eye on it, and when the price reaches what you want, you think, "A price around this level would be okay." Of course, even if it falls further, since it is a house you will be living in anyway, whatever...

If you can afford the cost and prioritize your satisfaction with your residence, owning a home for actual residence is definitely a worthwhile investment. No one knows when the market will hit rock bottom. Right now, everyone is trembling in fear as prices fall, but in just 3, 5, or 10 years, there will surely come a day when you miss this time and wonder, "Why didn't I buy then?" You can see this if you look at this article; it is plastered with words that incite fear.

However, this article is not from the present; it is from 2012 or 2013. So- called experts said things like, "Real estate is over," "Now is not the time to buy a house," and "It will continue to fall." Yet, what happened to real estate prices after that? They skyrocketed to unimaginable levels. As the asset market always does, it eventually trends upward over time.

There are probably people right now who think that real estate will crash further. Of course, I understand the feelings of those who do not own homes. However, in a capitalist market, especially in a country like ours, land and locations are limited, and there will always be demand for the apartments people want to live in.

Furthermore, you cannot live as a tenant, constantly moving from place to place. Owning one's own home is absolutely essential. Even for those who do not own homes... I believe that behind the prediction of a crash lies a semi-speculative mindset—the desire to buy low, profit from price differences, sell high later, and move to a better apartment in a better location.

A house is not only a place to live, but also something to be lived in. I hope you perceive real estate as a commodity, a concept rooted in the principles of the capitalist system. Of course, I am not telling you to invest or buy a house right now. I am simply asking you to take an interest in the asset market, study it, and look for opportunities.

As I mentioned earlier, the asset market has cycles. There will be a stark difference in asset values 10 years from now between those who are prepared and those who are not. Which path would you choose? If you invested well then, opening an account in your child's name to buy stocks, and 20 years later when your child turns 20...
