Hello, this is Rich Dad. I’ll start by verifying my account for the first time in a while. My current gains are around 157% and my TQ is about 102%. Honestly, I’m not investing in 3x leverage just to make a few hundred percent. I think I need at least a 3,000% return to feel that investing in this stock was worthwhile.
Since I’ve only hit a single so far, it feels like I have a really long way to go. However, they say that starting is half the battle. You have to hit a single to go for a ten-bagger, and you have to hit 10 million to go for a thirty-one, so I’m going to try to climb up step by step. It’s been about a year since I opened this verification account, and my intention is quite simple.
I want to show you that even with 3x leverage, if you use a split multiplier rather than a lump-sum investment, you can sit back and dominate even in a bear market, generate high returns through long-term investment, and make sufficient profits without resorting to timing trades. I still have a long way to go, but at least...
Since I didn't hit rock bottom, I suppose I can say that I achieved a certain level of success. Today, the three major stock indices are rising, and the Nasdaq has already surpassed 14,000 points. However, as I just mentioned, I am not someone who pursues timing trading. I do not invest by thinking, "It has risen this much, so it must be a short-term peak; I will take profits and buy back in when the price drops." I simply buy a little more than usual when I have a lot of spare cash or when prices plummet, and I sell when I need quick cash or want to flex.
That is just how I manage my account. Looking at the overall S&P 500 map, Big Tech stocks are showing strength again today. Google, Amazon, and Apple are up 3%, and Microsoft, Apple, Nvidia, Metacritic, and Tesla are also showing slight gains. Big Tech is indeed reliable. I won't be doing any market analysis today either.
What is the point of scrutinizing why stock prices are rising today? The situation will change again tomorrow anyway. From a very long-term perspective, I am actually interested in which sectors will grow significantly in the future. Which sectors will grow big going forward? It is obvious, is n't it?
Artificial intelligence, autonomous driving, and electric vehicles. Metaverse, big data, cloud services, the Internet of Things, robots, drones— ultimately, it all boils down to the Fourth Industrial Revolution. It’s so obvious. You might think to yourself: " Looking closely, the companies leading the Fourth Industrial Revolution are generally clustered around the NASDAQ 100 and the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index.
So, wouldn't it be reasonable to simply invest in the NASDAQ 100 and Philadelphia Semiconductor Index to expect an upward trend?" Then, what is the ETF that tracks the NASDAQ 100? The famous QQ. What is the ETF that tracks the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index? SOXQ. Many of you might think of SX, but strictly speaking, SOXQ tracks the IC semiconductor index.
However, since there isn't a significant difference from the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index, it doesn't matter at all if you just consider it the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index. That is why I usually refer to SXQ as the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index for convenience. Honestly, we all want to get rich faster, do n't we?
But just because we want to get rich quickly does n't mean we can take out excessive loans or day trade on thematic stocks or penny stocks; the risk is simply too high. So, is there a way to get rich a little faster while still investing in the stable NASDAQ 100 and Philadelphia Semiconductor Index?
What could it be? The answer I came up with is TQQ and SOXL, which use 3x leverage. It's what you might call the "TQ myth." So, I'm currently thinking that if I incur significant losses, I might use them to offset them and balance out the total amount. Anyway, I plan to continue verifying my account within what I consider a reasonable limit.
I didn't do intense market analysis or time-trading; despite the 3x leverage, I managed to respond appropriately during a bear market, and holding for the long term resulted in tremendous profits. I really want to show this to you all. It's also very interesting, and I look forward to what's to come. Well then, I will wrap up today's video here. Thank you.
