01. In today's video, I'll share with you how I plan to make $1 million with UPRO and TQQQ over the next 10 years through pure profit. And if you watch until the end, I'll tell you how I plan to get $1 million in dividends using Cornerstone, Defiance, and YieldMax funds. This is not a get-rich-quick scheme .

02. This won't happen overnight . But shouldn't investing have a long-term perspective of about 10 years, since day trading is statistically unprofitable? So, on this channel, we earn over $150,000 in dividends per year, as well as potential capital growth. I don't care if I'm in the black or the white , but earning $8,000 a day on top of the annual dividends is always nice.

03. Receive both net capital gains and dividends, you know? Live in FIRE style. If you need help, email me for my tutorials at [email protected]. FIRE, of course, stands for financial independence and early retirement. And you can see that my results show that the margin strategy works. Everyone gets $4 in purchasing power for every $1 invested in the account, depending on your broker.

04. You can see that over the three-year period I made 47% profit. And the indices only grew by half that . That's it. And that's because I use margin, Cornerstone, and even TQQQ. Of course. This will help you get better results compared to the indices in the bull market for the current year. You see, my return is 21% , and I am confidently outperforming the S&P.

05. Previously, a few months ago, we had 50%. I always emphasize this because it is the potential for a combination of dividends and capital gains using margin. If you do everything right, you can actually outperform the market, but October was a tough month. Cornerstone funds have fallen, as have many other closed-end investment funds .

06. We lost some of our gains, but we are still outperforming the S&P, and I hope we will soon catch up with the NASDAQ, as we used to outperform all indexes. So, here's the first thing you need to know. First, I will reiterate that I use margin on this channel to succeed. If you don't take out loans, I don't know how you're going to succeed.

07. All big players use borrowed funds for growth. And Elon Musk, as I always say , bought Twitter with margin money. Of course? So, if you learn how margin works and how debt works, you can really succeed in life. And so , you see, I'm only using a fraction of that purchasing power, that 1 million purchasing power.

08. Of course? So, my debt is about 146 thousand. So if I make around 150,000 in dividends, my debt could be gone in less than a year. Of course? If I just close all my reinvestment plans, because I'm reinvesting Cornerstone, as you know. And this is my biggest fund here, Cornerstone. So, my debt will be gone in less than a year.

09. And so, my leverage will disappear in less than a year. And the first fund we'll discuss today is UPRO, okay? Because it is an index. As you can see, Cornerstone is a five-star fund. Don't forget about it. And it outperforms all indices, as you can see here. Don't forget about this, because now we are moving to a different schedule.

10. We'll show you 10 years of data because you've seen Cornerstone outperform the indices over 10 years, as you just saw on that chart. But UPRO, well, as you can see here, made you about $200,000 over 10 years if you invested $10,000. Of course? So if you combine UPRO with TQQQ, yes, TQQQ, which is the NASDAQ version, triple the leverage of the NASDAQ, you get triple the leverage of the S&P, TQQQ, that's made you about $760,000 over the last 10 years.

11. Of course? So if you combine both of these funds, they will give you about $1 million in capital gains. Of course? Here's how to work with these funds. Of course? They require some tricks to, well, you know, perfect them, so to speak. First of all, with these triple leveraged ETFs you need to keep an eye on your collateral levels, and that's in my Margin Guide, Volume 3.

12. Well, even if you don't use margin like I do, you should keep an eye on your collateral levels. So with TQQQ and UPRO you'll see that if we go to the margin maintenance tab , you'll see that they have 75% collateral, and I alluded to that in the last video, so it's a big deal. Even if you don't use margin , it absorbs all your available funds and you can't freely withdraw them from your account.

13. So, if I invest $100,000 in TQQQ, $ 75,000 of my money will be locked up. Of course? And you saw Cornerstone, which is a five-star fund on Morning Star. Did you see, remember that last graph I showed? Cornerstone is only 30% service. This is how I live financially free. The FIRE lifestyle—financial independence, early retirement— because I maintain a high level of available funds for withdrawal.

14. So, it is important that the withdrawal amount remains high. It's not about the net worth figure at all. It's just your ego. The thing is, this available withdrawal amount is 213,000. This means I can withstand a 30% correction overnight and still freely withdraw funds from the account. Even if you don't use margin , you don't have to worry about margin requirements, but you won't be able to withdraw money freely.

15. So I keep the withdrawal amount high enough to combine both aspects. Not only can I retire early , live a FIRE lifestyle at 37, but I can also withstand margin requirements of over 30%—I can withstand a market correction of over 30%. And just in case the market drops 30% overnight, which is very rare, I have put options on SPY and QQQ to neutralize the risks of my index positions.

16. So I would make a good profit on the fall and probably break even . Overall, thanks to these put options. I keep them all the time . They are also described in my Margin Trading Guide (Volume 3)—how to hedge your portfolio during a crash if you use margin . I do not recommend using these options unless you are trading on margin as they depreciate over time.

17. S&P yields an average of 7% per annum. So you shouldn't constantly bet on a monthly downgrade. I only do this to sleep well, because health is important, and because I use margin. I recently closed my put options because I reduced my margin usage. My margin level is ridiculous right now as my leverage will be gone in less than a year.

18. So I don't think I have excessive leverage, and I'm safe because it's mostly indices. Although I thought the market had grown significantly recently. The market rebounded sharply from its lows in October. So I decided it was time to buy cheap insurance, even though I would probably lose money on it.

19. That's it . So another trick to using these triple leverage ETFs is not only to watch the support level that I just demonstrated, I showed you those levels and if you need help, they are in my EG Guide Volume 3. By the way, when you buy all my EG guides, you get free Discord access and my phone number for life .

20. So, you should watch not only the support levels in these triple- lever ETFs, but also their breakdown. Of course. So the way I play the breakdown of these triple leverage ETFs is I hold them in 10,000 positions, as you can see here. OK. UPRO 10,000 and TQQQ about 10,000. I plan to increase that to 10.

21. I try to buy on every dip to get the positions to 10, 10, and 10. And the reason I do that is because that 10,000 could make you about a million if you're in both of those funds for the next 10 years. If future results are the same as past ones, but they are subject to decay. So, how do I use this to my advantage?

22. Well, in a down market, that's why I choose $10,000 positions in these funds. Not only do they make a lot of money when they rise, but thanks to position size management, they act as their own limiters during downturns. So, if you had $100,000 in SPY, as conventional thinking suggests, then in a 50% market correction you would lose $50,000.

23. And after that, you would have to suffer another 50 thousand losses, since there was still a lot of "steam" left in those stocks. But if you have $ 10,000 in each of these triple-leveraged funds, even if the market goes to zero, which it won't , or corrects by 50 %, you'll only lose about $8,000 in each of these triple-leveraged ETFs.

24. So, you will lose significantly less than if you held SPY or QQQ. And if the market continues to fall, as I said, there won't be much " steam" left in these positions, and they won't hurt you much. If you have 2,000 left in these positions and the market falls another 50%, you will only lose 1,000. So, I use the decay to my advantage.

25. Of course? And when the market resumes its uptrend, which it certainly will, because the market is growing at an average of 7% per year, you simply rebalance these triple leveraged ETFs and bring them back to 10k. This is better than rebalancing your SPY position of 50k to 50k to get back to 100. So you are bringing them back to 10 to get full participation in the growth since you will have your full position again.

26. And that's how you can actually make a million on these triple leveraged ETFs when you buy them at the lows. So, the next thing I do with these triple- lever ETFs—and that's how I make a million in 10 years on them. And I'll tell you more about how I earn a million from dividends . Okay. But the other thing I do with these ETFs is I not only keep them at 10,000, but I also manage the position size, which I talked about in my guides, both in volume three and volume four.

27. Position size management is the key to your survival. Okay. Okay, the next thing I do, and I just discussed how to let them act as their own regulators during the up and down movement, holding these $10,000 positions, is sell put options, okay? I sell put options on these ETFs with triple leverage at the lows.

28. So when the VIX index goes up and volatility gets really high, that's when I sell a lot of these options on these indices. Okay? Here, for example, TNA shows that we are in the red by 400. But look, these losses do not quite reflect my real value of the position, because if you take, for example, IEP, which shows minus 1100 , if you subtract 20 minus 4, it will be 16.

29. So, here is the strike price for IEP -20. Minus 16. Okay, minus 4. This is the premium income I received. Reduced my margin by $400. Okay, 20 minus 4 is 16, and IEP is above 16 . So these losses on options are not real. Sometimes they use midpoint pricing , and that can look a bit strange. But if you just wait, sell time and let it pass, or if you have premiums high enough to drive your cost below market price, then that is your real risk in the event of execution.

30. So, if I were assigned an IP, I would be in the black. The same goes for TNA. I'm not really in the red, because if you take the strike price of 40 minus about $10, it comes out to 30, and the stock price is now somewhere around $28. So, TNA is Russell. So I didn't sell any more put options on it because I have a larger stake in Russell through Oarch O.

31. Okay. And, you know, since there are small caps there, I get a decent income from Oc. And this not only covers my bills, but also provides income that banks recognize. Because again, when you use UPRO and TQQQ, they're great, but I was kind of trying to use them for a bank home loan. But he didn't accept it because capital gains cannot be relied upon.

32. So he only accepted dividends or a salary from work. And this became my great epiphany in life. So I had to switch to dividends, but they had to be indexed. So I switched to Cornerstone, and Cornerstone, as you know, is a five-star fund. I've already shown you this. But Cornerstone's advantage is that it reinvests dividends at net asset value.

33. Dividends of 21%. They are reinvested at net asset value. Good. And you are unlikely to find another fund that does this. Good. Cornerstone. This is one of the main ways I get my million back through dividends, as I get about 100,000 from Cornerstone alone. So, that's a million in dividends over 10 years .

34. But a five-star fund outperforms the indices. You have to consider reinvestment, dividends, and RORO. You have to play RORO, the rights offering at Cornerstone, correctly. This is why many people complain about Cornerstone. They either can't set up a special reinvestment because they don't have the right broker, or they don't want to participate in a rights offering.

35. But isn't it better to be told when to sell, like Cornerstone does? It tells you when to sell for a rights offering, which I warn you about here in Discord. That's why we created Discord. It now has over 500 members. I started this just for the Cornerstone ads. Good. Many people wanted to learn how to work with Cornerstone properly.

36. They bought my EG guides and, uh, wanted to use margin properly, but they still wanted Cornerstone to be one of their core tools. So, they then asked, "Well, when does the rights placement happen?" Good. Well, the placement of rights happens, uh, you have to watch for certain thresholds, certain, you know, premium levels, which I write about in my 4th volume of the guide.

37. Of course? And, um, but they still wanted to have a notification service. So now I'll post my portfolio on Discord. You can track it there. And we have an announcement about placing rights for Cornerstone on Discord. Good. So, we have over 500 members there who will let you know if I haven't already .

38. We also have an RSS feed that the administrator so kindly added. Gains, Hash, and, uh, Ray, these guys worked hard to create an RSS feed for Cornerstone's rights placement announcements . We get this automatically in Discord, which is really cool. I would never even dream of such a thing. Uh, I was going to do it manually and let you know when the rights were placed.

39. I was going to notify you on Discord. And so when you buy all my EG guides, you get free access to Discord again for life. And you get my phone number, okay? So I can help you sort out everything you need in your portfolio. I can help you negotiate a reduction in your margin rates. Uh, if you have the opportunity to negotiate a reduction, it usually requires certain conditions that we will discuss over the phone.

40. Uh, we can talk about anything: strategies, hedging options, anything. Good? So I'm here for you if you ever need me. I love this business and I 'll talk to you, uh, until I'm blue in the face. Ask any of my clients who call me. Okay, so Cornerstone, that's how I make 10 million, uh, million in 10 years— thanks to their dividend program, which, again, you have to take advantage of it properly through a rights offering, because everyone says, "Well, the dividend goes down every year." Yes, but you must use the placement of rights correctly every year.

41. Uh, sell your shares before that, reload after, and that's how you get more shares and avoid the pain of a price drop due to the rights offering. Many closed-end investment funds have rights offerings, and Cornerstone is no different. So , um, just so you know, if you're using a triple leveraged ETF, be aware of the impairment, but use that impairment against itself, okay?

42. Hmm, let that cool the stock ardor a little for you. Of course? And then rebalance at the lows when you see trend reversals. I have a technical analysis guide, volume 2, and this is how I usually use trends for reversals. I mean, I closed my short positions on Cornerstone right at the lows, and I've also been pretty good at hitting the lows on Upro and TQQ because I just use a combination of technical indicators to help me narrow my focus and determine where to buy.

43. Okay . Uh-huh. So that's in my guide, Volume 2. And, when you buy these triple leveraged ETFs, beware of the breakup. Let them work for you, okay? And then rebalance at the minimums. Sell puts on these "triple" ETFs also at the lows. When the VIX takes off and reaches around 40, that's when you really should be selling puts on these triple- lever ETFs.

44. But remember about decay and consider the level of security. Okay, there is provision, provision in these funds. Whether you sell puts on them or buy them outright, you have to keep an eye on the collateral, okay? Because it absorbs all your available withdrawal balance, okay ? So this may lower your margin, but the amount available for withdrawal is now less.

45. So make sure you use the optimal number of put options if you sell them on these funds and buy the optimal position size, which I believe is around $10,000, but it depends on your account size. Good. And for dividends, Cornerstone, as well as YieldMax and Defiance, I manage those position sizes differently.

46. For example, I have less YieldMax because they are untested, but they work very well for me. And then, let's say, YieldMax funds, I keep them at about $1,500, as you see here, because they're tied to specific stocks. I do n't want the risks associated with big headlines to ruin me in these stocks. So I keep the bulk of my money in indexes, mostly Cornerstone and Defiance.

47. And then I add small amounts and monitor the position size. As I manage the position size in these YieldMax funds to keep them around 1500 again to eliminate headline risk and avoid such surprises. That's all for today, friends.
