01. hello. Today, I would like to share my thoughts and Wallen Buffett's views on the topic, "The moment you look at a chart, you are already losing money to Wallen Buffett ." Everyone, if you sell a designer shirt worth 100,000 won for 50,000 won, you call it a great find. But if a cheap 10,000 won T-shirt is sold for 50,000 won and then sold for 30,000 won because of a sale, is that considered a bargain?

02. Is it a scam? It seems like such an obvious question, doesn't it? However, as soon as the stock market opens, 99% of investors cheer, saying "Wow, it's a sale!" while buying a 10,000 won T-shirt for 30,000 won. Warren Buffett said. Price is what you pay, and value is what you get. This is Day 29 of learning how to make money through Wall and Buffett's quotes.

03. Today, your perspective on reading stock charts is going to be completely transformed . People who earn trillions of won like Wall and Buffett evaluate this first before looking at the stock price. Let's get started on how to avoid losing money in stocks for a lifetime with just a 10-minute investment today.

04. Warren Buffett's mentor, Benjamin Graham, likened the stock market to a patient with tuning disorder named Mr. Market. This Mr. Market comes to visit you every morning and speaks to you. Some days I'm in such a good mood, I ask, "Do you want to buy this stock for 100,000 won?" They ask for a high price, and on some days, they get depressed as if they’ve lost the whole world, saying, "Oh, that’s scary," and just take it for 30,000 won and throw it away .

05. The key point here is this. The price Mr. Market quotes often has nothing to do with the company's true value . It is simply that person's mood on that day—that is, the relationship with the market—that is nothing but fear. Retail investors chase after and buy when Mr. Market calls out 100,000 won, thinking, "Wow, this must be a really good company," but cut their losses when he calls out 30,000 won, thinking, "This company is going to fail." However, Wallenfit does the opposite.

06. I do n't care about Mr. Market's mood; I only calculate the actual value of the company. Then, how do we calculate the value? Warren Buffett’s definition of a company’s value is very, very clear. It is the present value of all the cash the company will earn until it closes its doors . Does it feel difficult to you?

07. Let me give you a very simple ratio. There is a famous fish-shaped fish shop in front of your house that consistently generates a net profit of 10 million won every month . The landlord has no intention of leaving, and since the recipe is exclusive, rivals cannot enter. If you could buy this entire shop, how much would you pay?

08. It is a shop that earns 120 million won a year. That's 1.2 billion won over 10 years . If the owner of this shop said they would sell it for 300 million won because they need urgent cash due to personal circumstances, would you buy it? Aren't you going to buy it ? Of course I should buy it right away.

09. If you just hold out for three years, you'll recover your principal, and from then on, you'll get free money for the rest of your life . There are exactly three key criteria that Buffett looks at when evaluating business value. Let me hear those three things. The first is sustainable competition, that is, an economic moat.

10. Do you have a brand or technology that others cannot easily replicate? For example, companies like Coca-Cola and Apple. The second is predictable cash flow. The question is whether I will still be making good money five or ten years from now . Finally, the third point is competent and honest management .

11. We look at whether they cherish the shareholders' money as if it were their own . Wallace and Buffett do not look at complex engineering formulas or auxiliary indicators on charts . They only value companies that can answer the simple question: How consistently can this business generate cash in the future ?

12. Now, this is the most important moment. If you have calculated the value of the business, you must compare it to the market price. Wall and Buffett's formula for making money is very simple. If the market price is lower than the business value—in other words, if the business value is higher—you buy it .

13. When comparing business value with market price, if the business value is lower than the market price, you should wait and see or sell . This is where Wallen Buffett's great concept of safety comes into play . Warren Buffett says this. They say that to cross a bridge with a 9,000-pound truck, you need to use a bridge that can withstand up to 30,000 pounds, not just 10,000 pounds.

14. Let's assume that the true value of this company that I assessed is 100,000 won. In that case, should I buy it when the market price is 90,000 won ? no. Longtime Buffett doesn't buy. Because my calculation might be wrong. You wait patiently until the market goes crazy and this 100,000 won stock drops to 50,000 or 60,000 won, and then you dump it .

15. The difference between value and price. If this gap is wide. What happens to the danger the wider it is? It will decrease. What will the profit be? It will be maximized. You could say this is the secret to Wall and Buffett's never-losing investments . So, what should we do right now that we have our stock apps open ?

16. I will summarize it for you in about three points. The first thing is that when you look at a chart, it goes up and down. The chart. You don't have to watch the monitor with your heart pounding as this chart goes up and down . That is just a symptom of Mr. Market's illness . The second is to be able to explain the business details of the stocks I own to an elementary school student for one minute so that they can understand .

17. I would like you to check if you can explain it. What does this company sell to make money, and why do people continue to use its products? If you cannot answer this question, you are not investing; you are gambling . It's a coin toss game. Lastly, for the third point, I think it would be good to cheer when the price drops.

18. If the stock price of a good company whose value I know well plummets due to bad market conditions, you should not view it as dangerous; rather, you should think of it as the start of the 50% half-price sale on luxury shirts that Warren Buffett mentioned . As for investment. It is absolutely not a complex mathematical formula .

19. Becoming the master of value together, rather than becoming a slave to price . That is the appendix to the Wallen Buffett certification membership for the past 70 years. Starting today, I hope you begin to look at the companies on your watchlist and those you have purchased based on their business value rather than their charts .

20. I sincerely thank you for watching my video again today. How much do you value the true worth of the stocks you currently hold? It would be great if you could leave your thoughts in the comments. Tomorrow, on Day 30, I will be back with even more powerful money-making wisdom from Wall and Buffett. thank you Have a happy day.
