Hello, hello, how are you? This is Daniel Zambrano, and today we're going to talk about Tesla. We're going to talk about what the stock holds for us, what's happening with the stock, what's worth buying, whether it's going to reach 1200 right now, or if it's going to reach 500. We're going to talk a little about it, and remember, this isn't investment advice.

I'm not going to tell you what's going to happen with the stock; it's just my opinion. Remember, this is just a random person on the internet who likes to talk about other people. Let's start this video with a tweet from students. Here we have Janet Yellen, who works at the Treasury and is a very important person in the American economy.

Worcester 'breaks' White, bilingual inflections, met show in Hyde and blah blah blah. She's getting wet. Hey Janet Yellen, saying and living that they said inflation wasn't going to be so strong, that they practically had everything under control, but well, it turns out that wasn't the case, and it's not the case, as far as we know.

It's a A little out of control here we have the lifetime who said we would never experience another financial crisis in our lifetime today is either wind and cage john where are in our and a recession village of inflection was online to peer and transitory today I say no today there is no street indicator already possibly a recession and that well this inflation is only transitory nothing more than we have the barrel shot up we have right now we're going to talk about houses that are practically falling or in the sales part and we also have higher inflation than in well more than in 44 decades 40 years nothing more we don't have any flag a red red no talk of any red flag nothing more I mean that more what more is missing what more so for that reason we shouldn't rely solely on what the government says especially when it's a government that in a couple of months is going to have to try to be religion Milan Reuters Wang are lactating with fire is my line reading its third crisis in the last five years if that's what these days these last five years has been happy so moving up for a final we also have Jim Cramer saying that Let's buy, they're practically inviting people to invest in Teslas since there would be an increase, like the rating, like the projection that Tesla is going to go up.

I do have to support this, and it's serious because in most of this clip, the state of Tesla is supporting Tesla and saying that this issue is going up, and I completely agree. I may be wrong, and Jim Cramer is also sometimes wrong, but the question is, yes, we know, in my opinion, I think I know that it's a good, relevant investment, but the question is at what point, will it go up?

Surely, in five or ten years, it will keep going up, but what will be the best price? That's the question. And I think that Jim Cramer, perhaps, does n't share the average of buying before the $700. What is it at right now? So, at this moment, at $700, dude, I think it still needs a little more because, man, there are many red flags, like the economy, for example, just with that tweet of them criticizing Janet Yellen.

That there's no inflation or that everything is under control, then here's Jim Cramer or supporting it before, but I don't share the position that man invents Julian Tesla. Practically here, people are saying the same thing. The gal, you know what it means, prime set it's going back to 500. He's practically saying it's going to reach $500, and it's possible.

He's also pointing to Price Target. So we also have another red flag here, another red flag at this moment. Daiana, tell us, the demand for mortgages has fallen to approximately half of what it was last year. That is, when you want to buy a house, you go to the bank and apply for a mortgage, a home loan.

Those loans have fallen 50 percent compared to last year. That means the real estate market is declining a bit. Because this is so important, the real estate market is the largest market in the US and is an economic indicator of the health of the American economy. And if it starts to decline, flag, flag, really, red flag.

Look at this new headline: the demand for mortgage loans has fallen to what it was last year. 22 years, let's have each conversation with you, two years, what year are we in? 2010, a couple of years, a year after the crisis, its prime, where Falcon went very strong in the real estate sector, and only in 2010 will it begin to rebound.

We are not at that level where it is trying to recover after that very strong fall that the real estate market took and almost wiped out the American market. We are not at that moment where it is beginning to recover, so we are in 2010, but remember in 2008 was when everything was turned to nothing, the modular market was almost destroyed, and in 2010 it began to rebound, and now they say that we are at 2010 levels, way, a level that we had not seen 22 years ago, practically two decades ago.

At that time I was about six years old, about six years old, dude. So it is a red flag, right? Today, obviously, if you have savings and you have this issue, it does not mean that the rates are going to rise once, it is simply like a domino factor, I think. First, demand falls. New homes are closely linked to the demand for mortgages, which is falling and will surely affect the real estate sector.

But we have to consider many factors because there are many institutional buyers taking advantage of this situation to buy and buy and buy houses in the US. But in my ignorance, I think the real estate market could be affected in a couple of months, also in the lumber market, since the price of lumber is closely related to the real estate market because a lot of lumber is used in the US to build houses.

Here they're made of brick, but anyway, what happens is that lumber is closely related to demand. That is, demand for lumber is related to the demand for houses, and lumber is falling below the threshold, it's a red flag. We also have this in the same issue, from the news we're seeing here, the demand for mortgages is falling to levels we haven't seen in 22 years.

With all this, don't you think, man, why are they buying existing ones if today there's also news, imagine if news comes out that inflation, inflation in the United States, this inflection point, the rate... EYT by SENER 8.8 percent, practically the ratios are still very high, inflation is still very high, and the market is taking the inflation numbers, inflation is still very high, and the market is reacting very badly, dividing inflection, readmission, and final youth without 18.6 percent, so practically this is an inflation that we have n't seen in four decades, it's an inflation that is still very high, and we still don't see a slowdown, so from what I see at this moment, so with all this issue, and that Tesla is saying, or with hiring more employees, and soon we'll take off, some people from Microsoft are saying the same thing, that they're not going to hire employees so freely, because well, here's the thing, we're seeing that there are many red flags, there are many red flags, and these red flags don't go away overnight, they've been red flags, they're going to go away suddenly in six months, dude, I say, why buy Tesla at this moment?

Is it a good company? If I like it, I invest in it, but maybe we can find better prices in ignorance, and because I was wrong, and Chart 20 doesn't make sense either, dude. This is the test chart. Honestly, we see here practically the most important, the most macro-level thing: we have this funnel, which is the reverse, which is practical.

This dotted line going down is the floor of the downtrend. There's also a dotted line going down here that corresponds to the ceiling of the downtrend. But we have a smaller trend that dates back to approximately March 30-31, and the stock has been going down since then and has been respecting it well.

And look, this week, regarding this trend, it ca n't break that trend, so it's going back again. Who knows if it will try to break this trend again? Hopefully it does because then we can reload and sell some expensive shares. Maybe the case is that we have a good chance that we'll find this floor of the negative trend, and well, we're getting close to $550, dude.

So I think we have to be patient. We really have a very good company, but with this fear, people aren't seeing many things in the meantime. And well, no matter how good a company it is, it can fall, it can fall, and then... The key to recovery is not wasting ammunition. We're not currently, but hopefully in the future, an investment point that has 50 reloads to buy a Tesla, or 100 reloads.

We have a bar way, or we have five, or in fewer cases, we'll have ten. Hopefully, that will be your case, but in many cases, we know the result, like Ryan, who is behind enemy lines with a couple of shots to survive and get the best possible deal. We can't waste $700, I think, maybe $550, maybe not, I do n't know, and I might be wrong, but that's what I think.
