01. you can buy silver under 60 bucks. It's 59 and change right now. I think these are very attractive prices relative to where we're headed. Now, maybe not relative to where we used to be because we're not going back to those prices. Silver's not going back down to $20. Gold is not going back down to 2,000.

02. So, forget about that. But, I think, you know, 4,000 uh gold and, you know, $60 silver, that's about, you know, what you're going to get. Well, higher inflation, rising debt is is bullish for gold. And as interest rates go up, as bond yields go up, that automatically increases the budget deficits because it increases what we have to pay to finance the national debt.

03. And those extra interest payments themselves increase the actual budget deficits. So, rising rates makes the budget deficits bigger, which is bullish for gold and silver. Peter Schiff emphasizes that buying silver around the $60 mark offers strong value compared to where prices are heading. Old lows like $20 silver and $2,000 gold are gone for good.

04. Surging national debt and persistent inflation continue driving precious metals higher. As bond yields and interest rates climb, government borrowing costs explode, widening federal budget deficits further. This worsening debt spiral weakens paper money, creating a powerful economic backdrop that fuels long-term demand for physical gold and silver.

05. ; I think that traders are still fixated on rising bond yields and the Fed hiking rates and concluding that that's bearish for gold. And they're wrong. It's actually very bullish for gold. And at some point, they're going to figure that out. And we're going to have another big leg up in the gold and silver market.

06. But in the meantime, you have this window of opportunity where people can accumulate gold near $4,000 an ounce. Right now it's like 4160. And you can buy silver under 60 bucks. It's 59 and change right now. I think these are very attractive prices relative to where we're headed. Now, maybe not relative to where we used to be because we're not going back to those prices.

07. Silver's not going back down to $20. Gold's not going back down to 2,000. So, forget about that. But I think you know, 4,000 uh gold and you know, $60 silver that's about you know, what you're going to get. And I would still encourage people if you own Bitcoin to get out of it. I mean, at least and at least get out of some of it or most of it, whatever.

08. And get into gold and silver instead. I mean, if you're worried about inflation and dollar debasement and you want a hedge you know, that's it. Gold. You don't have to reinvent the wheel. Uh with Bitcoin. Yeah, Bitcoin was great if you got into it 15 years ago. But it hasn't been great if you bought it you know, 5 years ago or anytime since then.

09. It's just been stuck in a trading range uh while other assets have been going up like gold and silver. But I think uh crypto has uh seen its best days and uh what's what's left is the crash. We haven't had it yet. We've had a decline from the highs, but we haven't had the complete collapse yet. But before that happens you know, take some take some out.

10. Get you know, sell. Because if you wait for the complete crash, you know, it you know, then what are you going to do? You have to understand why are bond yields rising? Well, they're rising because inflation is raising the risk of holding bonds. Bond yields are rising because uh in lenders are losing confidence in the fiscal position of the United States or other sovereign nations.

11. Uh they're worried that the US can't repay the debt, that there's too much debt. And so, there may be a restructuring or a default. Um and also just the sheer volume of debt that's out there, there's just not enough savings to loan to the government unless rates come up because the government has to entice money out of other sectors of the economy.

12. So, if I'm going to lend the US government more money, I either have to lend somebody else less money or I have to not invest in the stock market or not invest in the real estate market. Um I have to invest in government bonds. Well, in order to get more people to invest in government bonds, you got to pay them more in order to increase their incentive.

13. All of this stuff is weak is bad news for the economy and good news for gold. Higher inflation, rising debt is is bullish for gold. And as interest rates go up, as bond yields go up, that automatically increases the budget deficits because it increases what we have to pay to finance the national debt.

14. And those extra interest payments themselves increase the actual budget deficits. So, rising rates makes the budget deficits bigger, which is bullish for gold and silver. And you know, when bonds are falling, which is what they're doing, right? That's why yields are rising, bond prices are falling. That means people who own bonds are losing money.

15. And if bond yields are going to keep rising, that means if you stay in your bonds, you're going to lose even more money. So, if you want to avoid those future losses, you have to get out of bonds. Well, what do you do with the money that you get when you get out of bonds? What are you going to buy instead of bonds?

16. Gold. That's the obvious choice. Uh that's the substitute. That's what central banks are doing. They're selling their treasuries, they're buying gold. So, I think that this is very bullish. Gold is is safe haven. If you're worried about losing money in Treasuries, where do you go? You go you go to gold.

17. And also, the riot rising interest rates, not only are they going to increase the budget deficits, but they're going to weaken the economy, which in and of itself will also widen the budget deficits because the government will collect less than taxes and spend more, and will ultimately result in the Fed cutting interest rates and doing more QE.

18. So, today's rate hikes are just sowing the seeds of tomorrow's rate cuts. And so, gold should be looking forward to those rate cuts, right? You look over the mountain to the valley that that lies on the other side. Uh because markets discount uh the future into the present. So, I I I couldn't be more bullish on gold and silver.

19. So, this is this is just a gift from the trading gods. I think that the Democratic Congress is going to pass legislation that Trump is going to sign. And I think it's going to be even worse legislation than what he signed under the Republicans. So, we can look forward to even bigger deficits over the next couple years.

20. Um in fact, I think one of the things that the Democrats are probably going to pass early on is the $5,000 checks that the president promised if the Republicans won. Mhm. You know, because I think the Democrats will say, "Well, if you agree that we should send $5,000 checks to everybody, why should they not get them just because the Democrats won?

21. We're we're willing to pass a bill that says that they get it." Now, the Democrats will say, "We're just not going to give it to the rich. Trump wanted to give $5,000 to everybody, including the rich." So, the Democrats will say, "Look, we don't want to give it to the rich. They don't need the money, but let's give it to everybody else that needs it, right?" And how is Trump going to oppose it after having been the one that proposed it?

22. Uh you know, it'd be like sour grapes. So, the because the Democ- Republicans lost, Americans can't have this $5,000, right? Cuz he never talked about where the money was going to come from, how they were going to pay for it. In fact, just recently, he actually upped the ante on the $5,000. When he first promised it, it was a one-time check.

23. Now, he's saying it's going to be annually. If the Republicans win, you get $5,000 every year. Not just Not just like he's creating a brand new entitlement that in fact would be bigger than Medicare. It'd be second only to Social Security as far as the largest entitlements if everybody was entitled to $5,000 a year, you know, just because they were 18 years old, you know, regardless of any other circumstances uh that that might exist.

24. Um so, it's going to be a lot of profligate spending. We're probably going to have a crisis then. Probably going to have a currency crisis or a sovereign debt crisis. I don't know. I mean I mean it may it may I mean I think that's the one thing that could if we go back to, you know, full-blown QE and really start printing more money and lowering interest rates.

25. Yeah, that can normally prop up asset prices, but I think gold would explode higher under that under that scenario. Um so, you know, the question is when do we we do we get there? When does the Fed officially pivot from hiking rates and fighting inflation to cutting rates and trying to stimulate the economy.

26. Cuz that switch is going to happen. But the reason it's going to create a currency crisis is it's going to happen when inflation is still way above 2% and probably moving higher. Uh so, we we have one of two crises that we're going to end up with either a hyperinflation or a default uh and a, you know, just complete collapse financial crisis.

27. Cuz there's there's no way out other than that. We have to pick our poison. And it's always been my belief that the Fed is is to choose inflation. And, you know, um Warsh always talks about inflation is a choice. And it is, and it's the choice that politicians always make. And I believe it's the same choice he's going to make.

28. Because the alternative choice from their mind is even worse. Even though in the long run, it's it's actually better. But politicians don't think about the long-term uh good of the country. They think about their short-term uh political gains. And inflation is always uh the way to go from from from politics.

29. Rising bond yields and stubborn interest rates may seem negative on the surface, but they are actually laying the groundwork for the next major surge in precious metals. Higher yields simply mean investors are losing confidence in government debt as soaring interest payments rapidly expand budget deficits.

30. Rather than staying trapped in falling bonds or taking risks in volatile digital assets, institutions and central banks are actively reallocating their capital into real wealth. Today's economic pressure and higher borrowing costs will eventually force central banks to pivot toward aggressive rate cuts and fresh monetary easing to keep the financial system afloat.

31. While short-term traders stay distracted by temporary rate decisions. The current window offers an attractive setup to accumulate gold near the $4,000 level and silver around $60. Holding physical precious metals remains the ultimate safeguard against mounting fiscal debt, currency debasement, and unavoidable future inflation.
