, what Ken Griffin and the bond holders did to Spirit Airlines and Spirit shareholders is in my opinion a crime that needs to be investigated by the DOJ, the FBI, and any other three-le agency. Okay? They got Congress and the DOJ to block the JetBlue Spirit merger, citing all this antirust nonsense.
and and and then when they blocked the merger with Spirit and JetBlue, then Spirit Airlines was forced into the bankruptcy and then the bond holders stepped in, wiped out the shareholders and took over Spirit Airlines. And I saw this coming. I had did a video on it. I was talking about it and they did exactly what I said they were going to do.
Okay. It's absolutely crazy what these bad actors are allowed to do in the United States stock market. And nobody nobody holds them accountable. They stopped the JetBlue spirit merger so they could take JetBlue for pennies on the dollar in bankruptcy. And that's exactly what they did. And now Spirit Airlines is gonna be trading as F L Y.
Like it's a new company that that that never existed before. It's absolutely crazy that these guys were able to wipe out the shareholders. Wipe out the shareholders and then get a bankruptcy court to allow them to take control of Spirit Airlines. And the thing is, this is like right out of the original Wall Street movie.
When when I'm looking at this, I'm looking at at at at and what's his name? Gordon Gecko. I'm looking at Gordon Gecko and and Charlie Sheen and and they're on the phone and this is probably how it started. Blue Horseshoe like Spirit Airlines. Okay. Blue horse, you like Spirit Airlines. And that started the demise of Spirit Airlines.
This is the same subject matter from the Wall Street movie where Gre Gecko wanted to take control of what is it? Blue Star Airlines and he got Charlie Sheen and his dad to bring the board there and and they tricked them out of their position. Okay. And that's what these bond holders did with Spirit Airlines.
They used their influence over the Department of Justice, over Congress in order to get them to stop the JetBlue Spirit merger so they could step in and buy it for pennies on the dollars. And they were probably laughing while they were doing it and saying this is just like Wall Street like like like Gordon Gecko.
They were probably laughing while they were doing it and probably making jokes about it while they were wiping out shareholders money, everyday retail investors. Yet they say the SEC is supposed to protect retail investors and the market. They do not protect retail investors. The SEC protects the 1% and they protects the deals that keep the 1% getting richer and richer while stealing from retail investors, pension funds, and institutions that follow the rules.
These bond holders now own they now own Spirit Airlines. And then when it starts trading as as F L Y and it's on the the the the New York Stock Exchange out of Texas, which means who knows what's really going to be going on with those shares. Who knows what's really going going to be going on with those shares.
I mean, it's going to be it's going to require an investigation and and and it it it really should require the CAT system because I I predict it's going to be more shenanigans more shenanigans in this spirit play once that stock starts trading. I think on April 29th it starts trading on on on that stock exchange and and the the situ going to get worse.
I believe, and this is just my opinion, I'm not telling you to buy, hold, or sell Spirit Airlines once it starts trading again, but I believe they're going to try to use the Spirit Airlines new well, I'm not going to say it's a IPO, but it's kind of similar to an IPO because it's a it's a whole new new new stock symbol, but they're going to use that to get some liquidity to try to kick the can down the road on all their naked shorts and AMC, GM me and a whole lot of other stock that these bond holders who stole spirit from the shareholders got the idea from watching Gordon Gecko in the original Wall Street?
