hello guys welcome back to the channel guys welcome back to the show um we're going to talk about um Jim ker and the CNBC investment Club if you're just looking at my channel um what we do is we look at what the club is buying and we take recommendation from there and we have discussions about it if you want to get more information of um what the club is doing we also encourage you to join us on stocks and we're going to start with discuss and we're going to start with energy guys and as you could see um on the screen we starting with ctera that's a 50% gas 50% um Oil Company guys um it's at around $25 Jim saying that you be very hard pressed to get a stock below $24 so we kind of like ca through and I kind of agree with him um CA will give you a 8% dividend and you're getting an 50% gas 50% oil on that stock guys you have seen that stock being steady not too much up not too much down but you're going to we expect with natural gas going higher that stock to be good but another stock that I want to pull up too I want to stick with um Natural Gas and um as you guys know that I love Pioneer Natural Resources you're getting about approximately 11% they have a fixed and a variable dividend guys and you know it is one of my favorite stocks um and Jimmy is also saying that you will be very hard press to get a stock under 200 and I think this stock is also a by so let me pull up um Pioneer Natural Resources guys so you guys could see what it look like so um here we have pioneer natural resources guys um it's a Rong 206 I said you're getting an 11% dividend guys so I want you to take um opportunity of that if you're not in the stock right now please know that the investment Club has not make any buys today if they make any buys within the day I will let you know but they are claiming that most of the buys they could make might be tomorrow because they expect um the stocks to be this Market to still be down guys and as Jim have in that piece if you're on patreon guys you should read that I did put up that last night um talking about what they expect the market to do and um the numbers are not as bad as you think and you think it's a good for investors so I want to talk also about a stock that is reporting shortly and Jim again is encouraging you that sometimes um when the stock report you might see it fall and um he's encouraging you not to take any action with till you get a full report and it is TJ X you know they did was talk about theft and most of the stores have that problem we see a Best Buy did drop when they report it and um TJX is let you know that they have a issue of the so he's saying he still think it's a great buy so let me pull up TJX for you guys so it's at $788 guys um full disclaimer I am not in tgx it's is a stock I'm looking to maybe get under 70 they still have a wonderful dividend so if you're not in the stock guys you could think about it I would definitely wait to buy TJX at 78 kind of looking for a better opportunity to get into TJX but it's a stock you can buy is a stock that can make you some money guys so um the next stock I want to talk about I kind of want to move quickly here is a stock that the investment Club been buying guys they've been buying that stock for the last couple weeks and Jimmy is saying that he wanted to be early in that stock guys and it is Foot Locker and they still saying that um according to Water Market do they are looking to buy some more Foot Locker right now Foot Locker is at 3975 we have seen the stock went down a little bit lower um sometime this week guys but um I this is maybe a good point 35 between 36 um I would love it right there but they still give you a 4% dividend and Jimmy is saying it's a stock that could drop for the but they definitely want to get ahead on that stock and they are talking about all the different stoes and um Foot Locker is refurbishing a lot of the stoes and stuff like that so they're definitely thinking um about a it being a great stock anyway guys just before I go I want to leave you with the last buy recommendation um that Jim kma talk about he talk about food and I'll give you my take on food um this is a take that I not totally in a agreement with um and I will explain to you why let me just pull up F guys um Jimmy is saying that food is way cheaper um it's too cheap he's saying that it's an opportunity in food because of the price in food um I'm not sure what the dividend is if we could look up it um I don't have the time to look it up though but I think they give you dividend also um but for I am very disappointed in that company I didn't think it after they made that ball prediction they have not done very well even when they talk about um the for F-150 or the for lightning um they haven't done well they have claimed that to be H competitor to Tesla but they have not done very well Tesla is still eating the lunch Tesla still remain the number one EV company so until I see something strong from for I know you might be seeing well this is the time to buy it where it's at its lowest might be so but I definitely want to see um stuff going with food like I have seen what happening with Google right now we have seen that as you have seen traction there you have seen Traction in meta but you um you have not seen any traction in food and for that I cannot recommend food although Jim is saying bu food I at your own discreption I just haven't seen enough anyway guys um again I encourage you to join me on patreon we definitely will give you a lot of the stuff that goes on there you
