hello everyone I am Ben with the BTC sessions I am here in PTO Princessa in the Philippines and today I'd like to speak with you about a service called coins.ph This is a service that allows anyone from anywhere in the world to send Bitcoin and have a local person in the Philippines take out cash from an ATM without the need for a bank account it also allows that same person to be able to top up their cell phone or pay their bills let's take a look at the website the service and how it works all right so here I am on the coins.ph website I've already signed up and loaded my wallet with Bitcoin but if you're unfamiliar how to obtain Bitcoin or how to use a Bitcoin wallet please refer to the videos I will link here now when you first come to the main page there's a lot of stuff up top you have your wallet getting cash in and out loading your phone paying your bills shopping and what we're going to do right now is we're going to look over here on the Le hand side I have some Bitcoin and a couple pesos but I want to convert my Bitcoin into Pesos so what I'm going to do is I'm going to click on the convert button and then I'm going to type in how much Bitcoin I would like to convert and as I type that number in it will give me the correspond ing number of pesos I will receive once I'm done I'm going to hit convert and that happens instantly so you can see uh a transaction pop up in my history there and my balances are adjusted now what I'm going to do is I'm going to go up to the top and I'm going to click on the cash out button because I want to be able to take out cash and use it here in the Philippines so I'm going to do that through a cardless ATM instant payout that means I don't need a debit card or a bank account to do this so I need to have access to a Security Bank ATM which there is one here in town so I'm going to hit next step and I'm going to choose that I would like to take out the minimum 500 pesos and I'm going to go again next step I'm going to enter in my own name and my own mobile number but if you're sending to somebody else enter in their information and you're going to hit complete payment it will give you a quick confirmation here and you're just going to hit pay and once I've done that what it's doing is it's sending a text message to that mobile number and that text message will have a 16 digigit code which corresponds with an actual card and you are going to provide that person with the pin number for that card and the exact amount that you've sent those are the only numbers you need the 16-digit code the pin number and the amount now here at the ATM all I had to do was hit the enter button start with the 16 digigit code followed by the pin number and the exact amount and it asks all that information on the screen and sure enough it spits out the money and I was very excited now let's take a look at the mobile app here um you can see you have your peso wallet and your Bitcoin wallet let's convert some more Bitcoin to pesos here just so you see the process you hit the convert button you again type in how much Bitcoin you would like to convert and once you hit that button and confirm uh it is instant so it has been converted into Pesos and you can see it has adjusted the number of pesos in my wallet now I'm going to hit the plus button down at the bottom right and what I want to do is hit the load bills and more because I want to load up my cell phone so I'm going to type in my mobile number then I'm going to hit the drop- down menu and pick how many pesos I would like to load in this case I'm going to add 100 pesos and I'm going to hit the load up button once I hit continue and confirm and pick the wallet it's coming out of I am going to receive a text message that will tell me my phone account has been topped up with 100 pesos and there it is now let's take a look at some of the other features here really quick uh we're going to go back to load bills and more uh and let's hit pay your bills and just look at the amount of stuff you can do you can pay for internet cable credit card Home Credit Insurance Telecom tuition utilities there's a lot of stuff here uh if you go down to the bottom here you can see there is a ticker following the Bitcoin price you can also hit send cash and look at the amount of options here you can go through a bank the cardless ATM cash card cash pickup uh door to-door Delivery Express cash pickup there's so many options here so this is really just a fantastic and versatile service available to people in the Philippines I feel like this is such an incredible utility for people down here to use and I really think it's going to be companies that specialize in remittances like Western Union a run for their money thank you guys so much for watching please don't forget to hit like And subscribe drop a tip if you're able to and please share this video with anyone you think May benefit I will see you guys next time on the BTC sessions you
