Most investors are currently celebrating new all-time highs in the stock markets and other asset classes. But meanwhile, something is happening in the background that Michael Saer of MicroStrategy, Larry Fing of Black Rock, and Ray Dalio have been emphasizing for months. The world's most important market, the bond market, is faltering.
And if this tips, then according to Rayalio we are no longer talking about a nominal recession or a minor correction, but about an event that threatens the foundation of our entire final system . And that's exactly what we're talking about in this video, and I promise you that by the end of the video you'll understand why a silent paradigm shift is happening right now, one that 99% of people don't see.
Ray Dario, founder of Bridge Water Associates and author of the classic Principles for Navigating Big Death Crisis, has stressed countless times that every economy goes through major debt cycles and we are now at the end of such a cycle. Redalo explains it this way: when interest rates rise and the debt burden grows, there comes a point in an economy, in a system, where the system begins to stumble.
And that's exactly what we're experiencing right now . Just listen to what Ray Dalio said about it in an interview . mar back all mar and there is broken of the supply demand pi for the b maret you see a certain tye of maret action you see long rates rising to rates you see the currency go down you see go up because marand when that raises interestates and it put the federal reserve and other central bind that supply demand in to de not enough demand between growing interests to rise and have warned accordingly that rising yields are nothing other than a symptom that investors trust the states less and less.
And that's exactly what we're experiencing now. And the first reason why this development is so dangerous is the interest burden. The US currently has over 37 trillion dollars in debt. Interest payments in the US alone now amount to hundreds of billions per year. And in the past, these sums could be easily managed because the bonds often only cost one or two percent.
Today, yields on 30-year US Treasury bonds are around 5%, and in Great Britain they are even 5.8%. A value we haven't seen since 1998 . And what does that mean now? Quite simply, each new refinancing becomes increasingly expensive for the state, and the debt spiral spins ever faster as a result. Secondly, you need to understand that bonds are not only held by states, but primarily by banks, insurance companies and pension funds.
And these institutions spend trillions of dollars, and when bond prices fall, they lose gigantic sums on paper. And if you think back to 2008, when life insurers suddenly stumbled because they were sitting on paper that nobody wanted anymore. And now something similar is happening, only on a much larger scale.
And the third point surprises most people . Even countries like Japan, which for decades were known for ultra-high interest rates , are suddenly seeing yields of over 3% on 30-year government bonds. And that may not sound like much, but for Japan it is an earthquake, a financial earthquake. France's rate is 4.5%, Germany's is 3.4%.
Since 2020, returns have tripled in almost all major industrialized nations. And what would you do now if your loan suddenly tripled? Exactly, you would get into serious trouble, and that now applies to entire countries. But before I go any further, forget everything you've heard so far about the safety of government bonds, because for generations they have been sold as risk-free, but this dogma is now collapsing in on itself.
Big female investors like Jeffrey Gundlach are now withdrawing, and do you know where they're putting their money? In gold, for example, and also in other assets such as Bitcoin. That is precisely why we have been seeing increasing gold purchases by central banks and large investors for months now. And Larry Fing of Blackrock, who had been skeptical for decades, now calls gold a hedge again, and has completely changed his opinion on Bitcoin, making a 180° turn.
He now refers to Bitcoin as digital gold. And let's take as an example a typical saver who has diligently invested in life insurance policies and government bonds for decades. always with the thought, this is safe, this has always worked. However, if one looks at the documents of such investors today, a completely different picture emerges.
Many of these securities are suddenly worth only a fraction of their original value, and the supposedly stable foundation of government bonds is beginning to crumble. Now just imagine that millions of people are having this experience with their investments at the same time. Then we are talking about a danger that could shake confidence in the entire system, and that might come even faster than we can imagine.
And now you ask the following question: What happens if banks and insurance companies suddenly have to sell because customers suddenly want their money back? Then a chain reaction begins. Stock markets are coming under pressure, and real estate prices will very likely fall because loans will become unaffordable.
And even the crypto markets will then experience very wild fluctuations. So, we are currently facing a domino effect that is either unstoppable once it starts or almost impossible to stop . And what they don't tell you, the central banks already know all this. The US central bank, the Fed, is once again buying massive amounts of government bonds to artificially stabilize the market.
The European Central Bank (DZB) is ready to do the same. In the short term, this may all be reassuring, but in the long term it means nothing other than new floods of money and a renewed devaluation of purchasing power. And perhaps you do remember the wave of inflation in recent years, especially in 2020 and after.
Many said at the time that this was only temporary, that inflation was only temporary. But we have all felt how quickly our money loses its value. And another secret, or rather an open secret, is that a pension reform is currently underway in the Netherlands, involving the reallocation of around 2 trillion euros in bonds.
And these sales could be like the last domino falling, shaking markets worldwide. That's exactly why Kathy Wood from Arkenvest is also issuing a warning . She has been warning for years that one should not rely solely on bonds . She also repeatedly emphasizes that institutions will be forced to shift their investments to Bitcoin in the future, to buy Bitcoin.
And Michael Sas states it very clearly: Bitcoin is digital gold. The best store of value in a world full of debt. And now just ask yourself, if gold has served as a safe haven for 6000 years and Bitcoin is the first truly scarce digital asset, what happens when trillions are withdrawn from bonds? Where does all that capital go then?
Exactly. It is seeking out new, safe yeasts, and I do n't want to be overly pessimistic here. There are also opportunities here. Because what if you realize in time that the old rules, or that the old rule of 60% stocks, 40% bonds, no longer works? What if you realize that future diversification must look different, with more tangible assets, with gold, definitely with Bitcoin , and perhaps also with selected shares of companies that create real value?
But one thing is also a fact: those in power are using this difficult time as a pretext. Right now, just as the old system is faltering, the new one is being prepared in the background . Central bank digital currencies are on the rise and are very likely to come. The ECB is working on the digital euro, the Fed on the digital dollar.
Officially, it is said that this will bring more stability, but in reality it means total control over you and your money; programmable money, expiry dates, spending limits, and all of this is already in the draft legislation. And the story , the narrative, is: Only in this way can we save you. And the trick that many have learned through hard experience : whenever someone presents you with a new solution, such as central bank digital currencies, first ask yourself, who really benefits from this?
If cash is abolished and every cent can be monitored, who gains control, who benefits? And it's 100% not you, the citizen. So I would like to remind you at this point: protect your assets by taking responsibility for them yourself. Invest in assets that cannot be printed at will. And that also means if you want to store your Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies offline, click on the link in the description below the video.
You'll find instructions there. And if you want to build your own Bitcoin and crypto-financial freedom , you will also find free training below the video. You absolutely have to check it out. Let's briefly summarize everything again . Firstly, rising bond yields are a sign of dwindling confidence in the economy.
Secondly, bank insurance companies and pension funds are sitting on a powder keg. Thirdly, the central bank will react with even more money printing, which will further destroy our purchasing power. Fourth, gold and Bitcoin are gaining massive importance as alternatives, especially Bitcoin. And fifth, central bank digital currencies are not a lifeline, but a tool for control.
So the big question now is, do you want to be a spectator in this game, remain a spectator, or become a player? Share this video with as many people as possible, because education is the only weapon against ignorance. And if you don't want to miss any further developments, give the video a thumbs up, like the video, subscribe to the channel and click on the bell so that you are immediately informed when a new video is released, because the coming months could decide your financial freedom .
And one last little thought. Ray Dario often talks about history unfolding in cycles . Redu reminds us that we are currently experiencing not only an economic, but also a social and geopolitical transformation. So the question now is not only how you protect your money, but also what role you play in this change.
We live in a time when the powerful are trying to gain control over money flows, data, and decisions. But it is precisely in such times that new freedoms arise. Bitcoin is one such example of how technology enables people to build wealth outside the old system. Gold has been a symbol of independence for millennia, and today you have the opportunity to make conscious decisions instead of just being a spectator .
Because what if, in a few years, we look back and say, that was the moment when everything changed? So now you have the chance to be prepared, not surprised . So use this knowledge, share it, and above all, act now. Because, as Ray Dar says, the greatest danger is doing nothing. Yeah.
