the gold and silver mining stocks that are so dominant in my portfolio and that I expect to continue to outperform everything else that I own. The first stocks I would probably buy them is we got to get these mining stocks. Net cash debt position, right? 2.2 billion. They are flushed with cash and they are printing money.
No wonder if he's the most bullish on this asset. This is Elliot from the Early Stage Investor. In this video, we're going to dive into what Peter Schiff personally owns, the gold miners that he is investing in. Our mission is life-changing returns on this channel. Let's see what Peter Schiff thinks about investing in gold miners, how he plans on making life-changing returns, and how he's using gold miners to do it.
And then we'll talk about the exact ones he owns. the gold and silver mining stocks that are so dominant in my portfolio and that I expect to continue to outperform everything else that I own. If someone were to come to me today from scratch and say, "Hey, I don't even have any stocks at all. I've just got, you know, I just got cash or I got crypto, right?
What What should I do?" The first stocks I would probably buy them is we got to get these mining stocks. You know, because there's so much potential and they're so cheap. Yeah, the price has gone up uh a lot. Uh but the value of the underlying business has gone up more than the price of the business, which is like the opposite of what happens, you know, during a bubble where the price far exceeds the value of the business and you have these rising PEs, right?
People are paying more and more money to buy a dollar of earnings. But today, you can buy a dollar of earnings from a gold stock a lot cheaper than you could buy it a year ago. And that's again because the markets don't believe what's happening. Not only don't they believe it, they don't understand it.
I understand exactly what's happening cuz I've been waiting for it. I I've known about this for years and what's happening is exactly what I said was going to happen for the exact reasons that I knew it was going to happen. So, you could buy those stocks tomorrow. If you buy my gold fund, you can put the order in tomorrow morning, but you won't get filled until the close.
It's EPGIX. You know, somebody was looking for my fund at Charles Schwab and they couldn't find it because they were searching under stocks. You got to search the symbol at Schwab under mutual funds, not stocks. It's EPGI X is the symbol. Peter Schiff, I do invest in gold mining companies. I'm very interested in gold mining stocks.
The best investment strategy is to diversify and my Euro Pac Gold Fund is managed by industry expert Adrian Day. So, he owns EPGI X. These are the main assets in that fund. We have Agnico Eagle Mines Limited at 8% right? So, the number one gold mining stock that he has the most bullish on right now is Agnico Eagle Mines.
Here's the chart of Agnico Eagle Mines. It pumped. It's corrected a little bit, but really not that much. And that is just absolutely massive. This mine has a price-to-earning ratio of 27. So, they're actually making money. They're not negative like some of these other mines that are built on promises and hype.
They're actually generating cash flow. Agnico Eagle is the second largest gold producer, operations in premium jurisdictions with proven geological potential. It really doesn't get more rock solid than Agnico Eagle. Look at where their mines are located. Canada, Mexico, Australia, all over the world.
They call themselves the highest quality senior gold producer. That's the thing. They're a senior gold producer. Here's their gold production and total cash costs. So, they're producing like 900,000 oz of gold per quarter. In yellow, we see the cost to produce very flat, barely going up. But here is their EBITDA.
Here is their margin. Over the same period, their margin, their profits are skyrocketing, right? So, this is exactly where you want to be to take advantage of massive spikes in gold. It goes straight to the bottom line of this high-quality asset that's producing hundreds of thousands of ounces a quarter.
Really doesn't get more bullish than an asset like this. How about their balance sheet? Well, here's their cash position. Literally, in Q4 2024, they had 926 million. Now, they have 2.4 billion dollars of cash net cash debt position, right? 2.2 billion. They are flushed with cash and they are printing money.
No wonder if he's the most bullish on this asset. Most of the value of his fund is in this asset. As far as investing in a business that can outrun inflation and provide life-changing returns, it really doesn't get better than an asset like this. You only want to dollar cost average on the red days though.
Don't chase pumping charts. It never works. Now, this asset is the second highest allocated asset in his fund, Metalla Royalty and Streaming. I have been following this company for a very long time, as I'm sure some of you have as well. Here's the chart. It's pumped. It's given some back, but not a crazy amount, right?
The market is wisening up to the profit potential of these assets finally. These are super under-owned assets. So, price-to-earning ratio, nothing, right? Because this is a royalty and streaming company. They don't have to go out and dig up gold. They earn a royalty on the gold that's produced from various mines around the world.
They give money to mines. Those mines have to pay Metalla a stream of revenue on all the future production. So, it's one of the greatest business models of all time. Here's the chart of Franco-Nevada Gold Corp. It's a similar business model. It was $17 in 2008. Now, it's $224. This is a royalty model.
You want very high-quality royalties. Peter Schiff is bullish on Metalla. Let's see why. Well, it has a portfolio of assets focused solely on favorable mining jurisdictions, Americas and Australia. Look at all the assets they have a claim to in Canada, copper in the United States, all across the Americas.
29 development assets, seven producing assets, 11 advanced exploration assets, and 53 exploration assets. So, the mission of Metalla has always been to allow the gold in the ground to rise in value. So, the future revenue streams from that gold increases in value. They didn't want to buy up a bunch of producing resources when the price of gold was low.
You want to own those resources when the price of gold gets high. That's been the business model. They're looking into the future. They didn't want a bunch of depleting resources. They want massive amounts of gold in the ground and they want a claim on those resources. The net present value of this company by metal, 60% gold, 27% copper, 7% silver, 6% other.
So they're hugely exposed to copper, which is very bullish, and they're hugely exposed to gold. We covered copper in last week's video, talk about Rick Rule's favorite copper mines, and it's obviously in a structural multi-decade supply deficit, and that is absolutely massive. And this speaks to Metalla's strategy, right?
Here's the average mine life of Metalla's properties and royalties, 20 years. Long mine life. Again, it's all about keeping that gold in the ground for as long as possible and buying those assets as cheap as possible and earning as big of an ROI, return on investment, as possible. That's their plan.
And here is the net asset value per share. Look at how it's climbed. This is This is what it's all about with these royalty companies. How much value can they acquire per share? Cuz they're printing shares to acquire these assets. If they print shares and acquire assets that don't provide value to the company, that's diluting their the value of their shareholders.
But here they're showing an increase, right? And this is just This says everything. The yellow line increasing, right? As of July 2025, they were at $7 per share of net asset value. And that's As of the recording of this video, we're around $7 per share, right? So they're right on the money. Now, that was as of July 2025.
We haven't seen a recent update, but guaranteed because of the skyrocketing price of gold, the net present value of the mines they control is way higher. Really doesn't get bigger than that. So, this thing is undervalued and I can see why he would want to own this. Incredibly high quality royalty company that just prints money off of these mines.
Again, capex light, doesn't have to spend money, just earns money. This asset has been a huge success so far. Now, the third asset that Peter Schiff is exposed to in the largest quantity of any assets in his portfolio is Fortuna Mining Corp. 6% of his fund. Here's a chart of Fortuna Mining Corp. Doing very well, breaking out of a multi-decade basing pattern, right?
So, he's done very well. Okay, Fortuna Mining. Here's their growth in gold equivalent production. They have been cooking over the last few years. They're now at 300,000 lbs of metal per year. Most of that is gold and you can see the location of their mines at the bottom of this. Peru, Mexico, Argentina.
They sold off their stake in Burkina Faso, Cote d'Ivoire in Africa and Senegal in Africa. So, they're global. Here's how they've grown. Q4 2025, 56,000 oz of gold in that quarter. Q3 2025, 63,000 oz of gold. So, they're growing their production, right? They're just like Agnico Eagle, they are just printing money and they're capturing the benefit of the rising gold price.
Look at the net cash from operations. This is an example of just printing money and increasing. There's a reason these assets are skyrocketing. So, if you're bullish the price of gold, this asset will continue to print money. Q3 2025, they made net cash of 111 million dollars. A year ago, they were standing at 67 million dollars.
And this is where it gets incredibly exciting. Their net cash position. Q4 2024, they had 59 million. Now, they have 266 million dollars. So, these mining companies are making an absolute fortune. That's why Peter Schiff is bullish and he is the most bullish on Agnico Eagle, Metalla, and Fortuna. All incredibly high-quality assets.
Again, you never want to chase. If a stock's already pumped, you only want to buy on red days, slowly but surely, if you're bullish on it. But that is a glimpse into the top three assets that Peter Schiff owns. Thank you for watching. We'll have to stay on top of this space and dive into more companies. If you want me to look at any other companies, let me know.
