Hello, this is 1 Gam. There are truly many 3x leverage ETFs and YTNs listed on the US stock market. Just looking at what we are aware of, there is TQ, which adjusts to the NASDAQ 100 semi-regularly; S-XL, which is 3x leverage for semiconductors; FANG, known as Pingo; UP, estimated to be 3x leverage for BIGBANG, known as $5s; ARO, and Lab, which is 3x leverage for biotech.

There are more 3x products listed than traps. And one of the main characteristics of Koreans is that they invest heavily in these 3x leverage products. If you look at the top ten net purchases of US stocks by Koreans last April, these three leverage products account for as many as four out of ten. Moreover, 3x products occupied the top two spots and the 11th place.

Another characteristic is that they assume almost all of the remaining caps are technology-related. From Nvidia, Alphabet, Google, Tesla, Netflix, and even 7 AND... In reality, in April... It is safe to say that Koreans have either lined up for 3x leverage products or technology-related stocks. Now, there is a product in the US stock market that combines these two elements: 3x leverage and technology.

It is called the KCL ETF, and today, we will take some time to learn about it. Simply put, KCL is a leveraged ETF that tracks the IT/tech sector at 3x leverage. In other words, it can be described as a 3x product for the tech sector. So, let's first look at the basic overview of the KCL ETF. This ETF was listed in December 2008 and tracks the tech sector at 3x leverage.

Currently, it is managed by Alex Zen with 522g of capital, and its assets under management amount to approximately 2.25 billion, which is equivalent to 2.8 trillion. Personally, I believe that if you are considering investing in KCL, you should invest in a product that is at least in the US market. Fortunately, in the case of TCL, it is 2.2 billion, which is...

We were able to find that the size of assets under management is [passed]. Finally, in the case of KCL, it estimates a benchmark index called the Technology Selector. Earlier, it was mentioned that it estimates the PC Technology Selector 2 benchmark index. If we look into this in more detail, the G-Mark index is a benchmark measure that follows the technology sector exactly, adding one unit to the SMP.

A representative product is the X- Gate, and in the case of the DCL ETF, it can be seen that it follows this benchmark index in the same way. So, what are the main features of TCL? First of all, it claims to invest three times the tech sector compared to the SMB 500. The important point here is that it is the SMB 500.

Therefore, it can be said to be virtually identical to the Excel KTF, which estimates the technology sector of the SMB 100; would it be easier to understand if you view it as a three-fold version of the 2DF? It invests in the tech sector. Due to its characteristics, PC ATFs make intensive investments in companies such as electronics, semiconductors, and software.

It also has the characteristic of investing in companies included in the SMP 500. Currently, it invests only in U.S.-based companies. It utilizes the SMP Omega unified total market capitalization weighted index method, and it can be said that the larger the market capitalization, the higher the weight it occupies in the 2nd DF.

Jockey CL's operation is a series of 0.94%. It possesses a significantly high operating rate within the 3x leveraged DF. Therefore, if you invest in this ETF, you must achieve a return of at least 1% per year to finish strong and avoid losses. Also, the overall valuation of the ETF is approximately 34.4%, which is almost identical to the average valuation of the Heck industry, and it is currently not paying separate dividends.

What is the biggest characteristic of the PC ETF? If you want, I would answer that it is the rate of return. If you look at this one's 5-year return, it is a whopping 5 It is 114%. However, considering that the current US stock market has undergone a significant correction, we can see that it actually recorded a much higher 5-year return than this before the correction occurred.

Nevertheless, the fact that it has a return of over 500% despite the sharp decline in the US stock market shows just how much more performance TCA can demonstrate. Such returns could have outperformed Taegyo Q, which has a 5-year return of 307. However, due to its nature as a three-part product, the return for the early year has fallen significantly to -49%.

In effect, it can be seen as having been cut in half. Now, regarding DCL, I mentioned earlier that it invests in the technology sector within the SMP 500. Therefore, its portfolio is limited to companies that are specifically positioned in this technology sector. However, there is one slightly unusual feature, which we will look into a bit later.

Then, regarding this one... Let's take a closer look at the portfolio in more detail. As of now, TCL invests in 79 stocks. Among these, the top 15 A-list companies account for a whopping 82% of the portfolio. Now, looking at the detailed ratios and categories of individual stocks, Mandarin Duck and Microsoft hold relatively high weightings at 13.7% and 13.2%, respectively.

Since Mandarin Duck has a larger market capitalization, it holds a higher weighting than other companies. In fact, considering that the weight of these two companies reaches 27%, it can be said that this ETF is an absolute panacea. Furthermore, looking at other factors, it holds a high weighting for the Yoshika group, and it was evident that major blue-chip tech stocks actually hold a relatively high weighting.

However, if we look at something peculiar, we can see that Visa and Mastercard are included. Based on the current standards, Mastercard is actually not a tech stock but is included in that category. Nevertheless, these two companies are included in TCL The fact that it belongs to [the group] seems to be a point worth noting.

Aside from that, if we look at the major companies, well-known major technology companies such as MBD, Condisk, and Salesforce.com are currently included in the top ranks. So, we have briefly looked at the characteristics of the TCA DF. As you study this, you will naturally compare it to Kyo, a product with the same 3x leverage that many Koreans invest in.

Then, what are the main differences between the TC ADF and T-KET? First, in the case of the Diesel ETF, as we looked at earlier, Apple and Microsoft do not hold a significantly high weighting, and we can see that the rest were centered on companies in the major model sector. However, in contrast, the Q- ETF had the characteristic of including not only tech companies but also major PC tech companies such as Amazon, Tesla, Google, and Facebook, which are all included in the top 100.

Therefore, whether you want to invest only in technology companies or... the US It seems that there are slight differences depending on whether you invest in all the large-cap tech companies that hold a significant weight in the stock market. Aside from that, unlike a certain PC 5 with a 0.94% return, there is practically no significant difference with the 0.9% managed by TO KK.

Regarding asset size, specifically at 13.8 billion, we could see that it is about 5 to 6 times larger than the 2.2 billion in some TC Labs. Now, if we look for one more point regarding the difference with TQ, we can point out that the returns of the 4 TCL ETF were relatively higher. The 5-year return of CL is approximately 114%.

However, in particular, the figure was 307%. Long-term returns were certainly higher for DAC ETFs. But as I mentioned, when looking at year-to-date returns, Key CM is down 49%, whereas Tick UQ is down 54%; this indicates that the TC ADF is undergoing a correction. I wrote that it is noticeable that it has fallen slightly more than its size, especially in the market.

This is because the weighting of Apple and Microsoft, which exhibit high defensive capabilities in the current modern situation, is larger. The fact that it covers long-term returns and shows a lower decline rate during corrections seems to be the main characteristic that it shares with T8 Eve when compared to Teukhyo.

So, we have looked into DDC L, a leverage ETF that 3x targets SM bleaching tech color fur. Now, to leave my personal overall assessment of this TF, first of all, since the weighting of Apple and Microsoft was so high, if we consider the prospects to be brighter compared to these two companies, I personally came to the judgment that TCL might be a bit better than Teukhyo.

When looking at the Q1 earnings announcements overall, Amazon and Google's meta platform earnings were quite high. Therefore, I judged that the attractiveness of TCL, which does not invest in these companies, may have dropped slightly recently. However, due to the characteristic of investing in the tech sector, TCL's It seems absolutely necessary to address the fact that volatility can be much higher than TQ.

Regardless, due to the nature of 3x leverage ETFs, the white roll can widen at any time and the rate of increase can be even greater. In other words, the most significant point we need to be careful about is that if you intend to invest in ETFs, you must be prepared for a high degree of uncertainty. Well 2229 Ugh ugh
